        회귀분석을 이용한 초기 설계 단계의 추진 축계 비틀림 진동 추정

        Propulsion shaft system in a large vessel propelled by two stroke main engine consists of long shaft from engine crankshaft to propeller. In the propulsion mechanism, vibratory torque from the engine gives repetitive twist which is referred as torsional vibration in such shaft system that results in fatigue damage of the shaft. In order to prevent lethal shaft damage, torsional vibration of propulsion shaft system has been analyzed by solving differential equations. Traditionally, the process of selecting anti-vibration countermeasures is determined and optimized by iterative analysis process with human judgment. In the study a sample set of data was utilized to find regression equations for the torsional vibration aspect – natural frequency and peak torsional response. Multivariate Polynomial Regression (MPR) as one of the machine learning methods is considered the most probable as it enables to provide regression equation with high order and interactions between variables. This approach with the machine learning is able to provide an assistance for an optimized countermeasure in the early shaft design stage.

        津島佑子『ヤマネコ·ドーム』の物語原理 - 記憶と忘却の関係論 -

        본고는 쓰시마 유코의 『산고양이의 돔』에서 일어나는 기억과 망각의 메커니즘에 주목하며 본 작품의 서사원리와 표현미학에 대해 고찰한 것이다. 등장인물의 대부분이 혼혈인이고 싱글맘 가정의 일원인 이 작품은 미키라는 한 혼혈 소녀의 죽음을 사건의 축으로 하여 이와 연관된 주인공들의 트라우마를 서사화하고 있다. 재차 미키의 죽음과 직면하게 된 등장인물의 회상과 환상적 현상은 독자를 사건의 진상에 다가서게 해주지만, 미키 죽음의 순간에 대한 장면만은 끝내 봉인된다. 다만 여러 단서를 종합해 보면 사건의 정황을 어느 정도 가늠해볼 수 있는데, 결국 미키의 사망은 우발적 사고에 의한 것으로 보인다. 그렇다면 미키 죽음의 순간을 블라인드 처리하는 서사 세계 내 망각이 일어난 것은 이 사건으로 인해 주위로부터 의심을 받은 주인공들을 트라우마로부터 보호하기 위한 장치로 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 범인 찾기의 불가능성 혹은 무의미함은 사건 그 너머를 바라보게 해주는데 그것은 이들 마이너리티를 고립시키고 방치한 사회적 책임에 대한 물음인 것이다. 그리고 망각된 장면의 공백은 기억의 재구축과 타자 구원의 서사로 메워나간다. This paper focuses on the mechanisms of memory and oblivion that occur in Tsushima Yuko’s Wildcat Dome(Yamaneko Dômu). It further examines the work's narrative principle and expressive aesthetics. In this work, which narrates the trauma of the main characters triggered by the death of a mixed race girl named Miki, the recollection of the protagonists and the illusion faced by them bring the readers closer to the truth of the case; however, only the scene capturing the moment of Miki's death is sealed to the end. Eventually, the occurrence of oblivion within the text, which blinds the moment of Miki's death, seems to function as a narrative device to protect the main characters, who were suspected of undergoing a trauma by the surrounding people due to this incident. The void of the story was filled in the narrative of salvation, via the telling of new memories and practical actions for the others.

        Cervical epidural hematoma with Brown-Sequard syndrome caused by an epidural injection: a case report

        Epidural hematoma with Brown-Sequard syndrome caused by an epidural injection is a rarely found condition in the emergency department (ED). We report an unusual case of Brown-Sequard syndrome in a 55-year-old man who presented at the ED with right-sided weakness and contralateral loss of pain and temperature sensation after a cervical epidural injection for shoulder pain. Cervicla spine magnetic resonance imaging showed an epidural hematoma from C4 to C6. After admission, his right hemiparesis and contralateral sensory loss improved within eight days, and surgical decompression was not required. Diagnosing spinal lesions in the ED is challenging, especially in patients with acute neurological signs requiring immediate evaluation for stroke. In this case, definite hemiparesis and some contralateral sensory loss were noted. Therefore, a potential spinal lesion was suspected rather than a stroke. This case emphasized the importance of conducting a focused neurological examination after history taking.

Leaders need new leadership that focuses on motivating organizational members and developing their capabilities. What we, living in a world of rapid change, must have is to properly fuse leadership theories centered on people, the driving force of all industrial revolutions, to demonstrate effective leadership suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. In a world that is rapidly developing, the reality is that if you settle for the existing things, you will inevitably be eliminated. In order to survive in the modern society, what you need to further develop and adapt not only yourself but also society as a whole is change and fusion. In a society where only material wealth and power are regarded as the highest success, it is essential to have a heart of love and consideration along with the spirit of pursuing human values, self-sacrifice, and ethical standards. In addition, in order to meet the demands of the times, effective convergence leadership that can communicate and coach through the vitality of change and innovation and mutual respect must be demonstrated. Convergence leaders effectively achieve organizational goals by pursuing and convergence changes in their organizations with the rapidly changing environment such as new technologies and innovations in the era of the 4th industrial revolution shall.

        초음파처리가 노계 가슴육 근원섬유단백질의 수용화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 노계 가슴육의 단백질 식품 소재로서 활용도를 높이기 위하여 초음파를 이용한 근원섬유 단백질의 수용화에 대하여 검토하였다. 근원섬유에 0.1-0.8 M NaCl, pH 6.0-8.0이 되도록 조절한 후 20 kHz에서 초음파 처리를 하였다. 그런 다음 이들의 용해도, SDS-PAGE, 점도, Ca- 및 Mg-ATPase 활성을 측정하였다. 각각의 처리 조건에서 용해도를 검토한 결과 초음파에 의해서 용해도는 증가하였으며 0.1 M NaCl, pH 8.0에서 약 90%를 나타내었다. 용해된 성분을 SDS-PAGE를 이용하여 검토한 결과 대부분 myosin heavy chain 및 actin에 상당하는 성분이 검출되었으며, 초음파에 의한 단백질의 분리는 근원 섬유 구조의 붕괴에 의한 것으로 사료되었다. 한편, 초음파에 의한 점도의 변화는 용해도가 높을수록 점도도 증가하였다. 그러나, Ca- 및 Mg-ATPase 활성은 초음파에 의해서 급격히 저하하였으며, 초음파에 의해서 분리되는 단백질은 대부분 변성이 진행된 상태인 것으로 사료되었다. Effects of sonication on water-solubilization of myofibril from breast muscle of spent hen effects investigated in this study. To evaluate effect of salt concentration and pH, salt concentration was varied with range from 0.1 to 0.8 M, and pH was varied with range from 6.0 to 8.0. Solubility, SDS-PAGE, viscosity and ATPase activity of sonicated myofibril were measured. Solubility of myofibrillar protein containing 0.1 M NaCl at pH 8.0 after sonication was above 90%. Main components of soluble protein by SDS-PAGE were myosin heavy chain and actin. That is, it indicated breaking of myofibril structure by sonication. Also, viscosity of soluble protein increased, but Ca- and Mg-ATPase activities decreased by increasing sonication time. From these results, we concluded that most of myofibrillar proteins were denatured by sonication.

        Alpha-fetoprotein 상승을 동반한 위암의 음낭 내 전이: 증례 보고

        An alpha-fetoprotein-producing gastric cancer is rare, making up only about 3% of all gastric cancers. Further, gastric cancer with metastasis to the scrotum via a transperitoneal route is extremely rare. We report a case of metastatic scrotal mass in a 68-year-old man who had undergone a subtotal gastrectomy and gastroduodenostomy due to signet ring cell type gastric cancer with a description focusing on the radiologic findings. Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)을 생산하는 위암은 전체 위암의 3% 정도로 드물며, 또한 위암이 경복막 전이에 의해 음낭에 전이성 병변을 형성하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 AFP의 상승을 동반한 인환세포형 조기위암에서 수술 후 음낭 내로 전이된 전이성 종양 1예를 68세 남자에서 경험하였기에 CT 및 초음파 검사 소견과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        미국의 Warranty 제도와 관련된 판례동향 연구

        건설사업계약은 우리나라에는 관련법령에 따라 목적물의 준공이후 시공자가 하자담보책임을 부담하고 있다. 그러나 하자담보책임의 주요 내용인 하자보수, 손해배상과 관련하여 많은 분쟁이 있다. 이러한 분쟁의 결과에도 불구하고 하자와 관련하여 항상많은 문제점이 발생하고 있어 정부에서는 성능보증계약제도의 도입에 대해 검토하는 등 다양한 대책을 준비 중에 있다. 본 제도가 제대로 적용되기 위해서는 미국의 Warranty제도와 관련하여 다양한 판례동향을 분석할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국의 Warranty제도를 살펴보고, 목적물 인수효과, 입증책임, 구제조치, 계약해제에 대한 동향을 제시하였다. Under the Civil Code and related law in Korea, the liability for defects after delivery belongs to the Contractor. However, various disputes have occurred in relation to the remedy of such defects and the compensation for damages, which are the main liability of a contractor in the event of defects. Despite court decisions regarding defect liability, many problems prevail in the real world. For this reason, this working-level research considers the introduction of a performance warranty contract system. To establish the system successfully, it is necessary to analyze the trend of various warranty cases in the US. Therefore, the warranty system of the US was first examined, and the effect of acceptance, notification and burden of proof, remedies under warranty clauses, and default termination were investigated and analyzed in this study.

        지속 가능한 해양생태계를 위한 제언

        The sea has economic and environmental value as a pleasant living environment and recreational space, and is also a treasure trove of valuable fisheries, mineral resources, and energy resources that can protect the survival of mankind in the future. However, the sea is a state in which the natural purification ability is reaching its limit due to the complex factors of marine pollution and environmental destruction caused by various garbage and oil spills from ships. Recently, the international community is moving toward a new ocean order system through SDGs to pursue basic rights that will be sustainable for future generations. SDG Goal 14, ‘Marine Ecosystem’, is the conservation and sustainable use of the ocean, seas and marine resources with the goal of keeping the sea healthy for sustainable development. In order to create a healthy sea, it is essential to manage pollutants from land. In the past, environmental problems were limited to one region, but now they have become top priorities that need to be addressed urgently on a global scale. Environmental protection must now be protected through international cooperation with individual national efforts. The sea is a source of life that holds countless lives and regulates temperature and humidity, which is a valuable resource that affects life on land. are under threat We must recognize marine environmental problems and have a will to practice to protect marine ecosystems. In particular, along with the systematic collection of marine debris, preservation and use of marine resources to maintain the marine ecosystem, participation of all citizens for a sustainable sea, and systematic policy establishment and promotion by the government must continue.
