Nanostructure Changes in Nylon 5,6 Fibers under Tension owing to Hydrogen Bond Formation

We investigated the effect of tension on the stable α-phase formation of nylon 5,6 fibers with two different drawing speeds using two-dimensional transmission wide angle X-ray scattering (2D WAXS) measurement. In an ex-situ condition, i.e., after releasing the applied tension and temperature, the relative amount of the α-phase in the fibers was higher at a higher drawing speed (57 mm/min). On the contrary, the development of the α-phase seemed faster and stronger during in-situ elongation of the fiber at a lower drawing speed (38 mm/min). The γ-phase, rather than the α-phase, played a key role in this complex behavior. The mechanical properties of the nylon fibers elongated under slow drawing speed (38 mm/min) were better than those elongated under a higher drawing speed (57 mm/min). The mechanical properties were more consistent in the case of α-phase formation in an in-situ condition under applied tension on the nylon fibers. Detailed structural information was obtained by quantitative analysis of the 2D WAXS data using an in-situ fiber drawing device.

Ziel dieser Arbeit besteht darin, die Arbeitsbücher der DaF-Lehrbücher ‘Schritte international’ und ‘Delfin’ zu analysieren, um ihre strukturellen und inhaltlichen Unterschiede bzw. Spezifika herauszufinden. Arbeitsbücher als Lehrwerke sind von immer größerer Bedeutung, weil sie heutzutage in den kommunikativen Lernvorgang einbezogen werden. Sie gelten nämlich als wichtige Lehrmaterialien, mithilfe derer sprachliches Wissen und kommunikatives Können von Lernern durch ihre Übungen vervollkommenet und automatisiert werden. Durch die Analyse soll geklärt werden, in welchem Verhältnis die Kursbücher und die Arbeitsbücher zueinander stehen und welche relevanten Funktionen die Arbeitsbücher übernehmen. This paper is intended to analyze the workbooks of German language textbooks entitled ‘Schritte international’ and ‘Delfin’. Workbooks are needed as a supplementary material to fill up the deficiency of coursebooks, and should have relevance to the contents and the framework of coursebooks. Workbooks provide helpful practicing drills and enable learners to deepen or broaden the contents of the coursebooks used in class. Another function of workbooks is to give a chance for learners to have self-assessment after studying. The present study aims to describe the components, contents and functions of both the workbooks. 유사체액에서의 전기화학적 처리가 티타늄 표면의 인산갈슘 흡착에 미치는 영향

This study was performed to examine the effect of electrochemical treatment on the precipitation of apatite-like calcium phosphate in a simulated body fluid. Titanium plates of 20×20×1 ㎣ in dimensions were polished sequentially from #600 to #2,000 emery paper and one surface of each specimen was received an additional polishing sequence through 0.1㎛ alumina paste. To improve the bioactivity of titanium plates, they were electrochemically treated at 100 mA for 20 min in an electrolyte containing the calcium and phosphate ions, and the Hanks' solution with pH 7.4 at 36.5℃ for 30 days, and the surfaces were examined with X-ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy(XPS). Precipitation of calcium phosphate and CaO were observed on the electrochemically treated titanium surface in a simulated body fluid after treatment at 600℃. Precipitation of calcium phosphate was densified and coarsened with increasing the temperature of the electrolyte solution in the range of 20-80℃. The calcium phosphate contained phosphate in the form of Po₄^3-, HPO₄^2-, and H₂PO₄^-.
