        방울토마토 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

        In this study, certain factors influencing cherry tomato were estimated using system equations. In addition, the amount of influence to income from each factor was estimated from both direct and indirect effects. Based on OLS(Ordinary Least Squares) estimation, path analysis and factor analysis were employed to overcome multicollinearity problems. Data used in this study is interviewed cross sectional data of 65 cherry tomato producing farm in Chungnam-do area. Average age of the producers is 46.5. Average year of the production is 8 years. Average farm size, productivity, and income are 1.123 pyong, 7,439kg/10a, 8,112,000won/ 10a, respectively. The business performance of the sample farms were above average, in terms of the diagnosis by「 Standard Business Diagnosis for Cherry tomato」. To identify the factors influencing productivity, 15, 19, and 25 independent variables were selected for the dependent variables of yield, price (quality), and business cost, respectively. Finally, yield, quality, and business cost variables were set as independent variables to explain income as dependent variable. As a result of main factor analysis, 10, 12, 15, and 16 factors were identified as main factors for yield, quality, business cost, and income, respectively.

      • 신경망과 웨이블릿 변환 기반의 이미지 분류기 구현

        본 논문에서는 신경망과 웨이블릿 변환을 이용한 이미지 분류 시스템을 제안한다. 분류 대상 이미지는 인터넷상의 다양한 이미지이며 웹 에이전트를 구현하여 획득하고 정규화과정을 거친다. 분류를 위한 특징은 웨이블릿 변환 후 추출된 질감 특징이다. 이러한 질감 특징을 이용하여 이미지들에 대한 학습 패턴을 생성하고 신경망을 학습한다. 구성한 신경망 분류기로 이미지들을 분류하여, 그 결과를 이미지 데이터베이스에 저장하고 웹사이트 검색 서비스에 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 질감 특징 중 가장 높은 검색 결과를 보여주는 대비(Contrast)를 사용하였으며, 신경망의 학습 알고리즘은 역전파 알고리즘을 사용하였다. In this paper, we propose an image classification system based on neural network and wavelet transform. The classifier deals with the various images on the Internet and the images are obtained and normalized with a Web agent. A feature for the classifier is a texture feature extracted from a wavelet transformed image. The features are used as training patterns for the neural network classifier. The results of the classifier are saved to the image database for website search service. We used the contrast out of many kinds of texture features and the back-propagation algorithm as the texture feature and the classifier learning algorithm, respectively.

        잔존 봉합사에 의해 발생한 점액종

        점액종이란 소타액선 분비관의 폐쇄 또는 파열로 인한 타액의 저류로 나타나는 종창에 대한 임상적인 용어이다. 점액종은 조직학적으로 삼출형과 잔류낭종형으로 분류되어, 삼출형은 외상등으로 소타액선 분비관이 파열된 후 점액이 조직내로 유출되어 조직간격에 고여있는 상태이기 때문에 상피 피복을 볼 수 없고 낭종벽은 육아조직으로 둘러싸여있다. 그리고 잔류낭종형은 소타액선 분비관이 작은 타석에의해 폐쇄되거나 분비관 주위 반흔조직의 협착으로 발생하며 낭종강은 원주상피 또는 위중층 편평상피로 피개되어있다. 본 증례는 3년전 하순의 열창 치료를 위해 봉합된 후 발사되지 않은 silk 봉합사에 의해 발생한 점액종의 치험례로, 발사되지 않은 봉합사가 하순 소타액선의 분비관을 관통하여 파열시켜서 점액이 결체조직으로 유출되어 점액종이 발생하였다. Mucocele is clinical term used to describe swelling caused by the pooling of saliva at the site of a severed or obstructed minor salivary gland duct. Mucoceles are categorized into two subgroups, extravasation type and retention cyst type. The etiology of extravasation type mucocele is related to mechanical trauma to the minor salivary gland excretory duct, resulting in extravasation of mucus into the fibrous connective tissue so that a cystlike cavity is produced, but the epithelial lining is absent. Retention cyst type mucocele results from obstruction of minor salivary gland excretory duct, and cystic cavity is lined by epithelial cells. This case report presents a mucocele occurred on the lower lip, and caused by suture silk unremoved for 3 years. Suture silk penetrated and tore the minor salivary gland duct on the lower lip with subsequent extravasation of mucus into the fibrous connective tissue.

        It was investigated the variation of polarization by the double refraction of light for a calcite crystal. In a calcite there is a single direction called the optics axis, which is an axis of symmetry with respect to both the crystal form and the arrangement of atoms. For a point in calcite, there are three principal sections, one for each pair of opposite crystal faces. A principal section always cuts the surfaces of a calcite crystal in a parallelogram withe angles of 71˚ and 109˚. When a beam of plane-polrized light is directed along the optic axis of calcite crystal, the plane of polarization turns steadily about the direction of the beam and emerges vibrating in some other plane than that at which it entered. The law of Malus is ralationship how the intensity transmitted by the analyzer varies with the angle that its plane of transmission makes with that of the polarizer. The pane polarization, θ was obtained from the law of Malus was 20.2˚

        완전협업을 위한 시설채소 영농조합의 최저규모

        This paper is aims at identifying the minimum farm size of the greenhouse vegetable cooperatives. Farm cooperative is one of the institutional measurments for the seeking of economy of scale which could not be found in family farm. In this paper 5 cooperatives and 5 farmhouseholds which have been managed vegetable greenhouse were surveyed. The results are as follows; First, cooperatives had 29.3% less on the fixed costs, and received 43% more on prices than general vegetable farmhouseholds. This means that the cooperatives have economy of scale. Second, to establish full organized coopratives, cooperative sizes must be more than 4,582 pyung, considering the government target which will be loaned 80% goverment loan of total facility costs with no subsidy.

      • A1₂O₃/SiC 나노복합체의 소결거동과 기계적 특성에 관한 연구

        Al₂O₃/5vol.% SiC nanocomposites have been prepared by pressureless sintering and isostatical hot pressing to investigate sintering behaviors and mechanical properties. Al₂O₃/SiC nanocomposites with high density(more than 99% theoretical density) could be obtained by pressureless sintering and hot isostatical sintering. TEM photographs showed that SiC particles were distributed uniformly in Al₂O₃matrix with typical intra/inter type microstructure. SEM photographs showed that Al₂O₃/SiC nanocoposites had a transgranular fracture mode. Fracture strength have been increased significantly by annealing the composites owing to the surface flaw healing effect and residual compressive stress.

      • 白血病에서 c-myc 腫瘍遺傳子의 增幅에 관한 연구

        To evaluate the relationship between c-myc amplification and leukemic transformation. The Southern hybridization was performed in 23 clinical leukemic samples(4 cases of ALL, 17 cases of ANLL, 1 case of CML, 1 case of CMMoL), 6 ATCC leukemic cell lines(ATCC CCL 213 Daudi;Burkitt lymphoma, ATCC CCL 243 K-562;chronic myelogenous leukemia, ATCC CRL 2582 Molt-4;T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, ATCC CCL 240 HL-60; promyelocytic leukemia, ATCC CCL 246 KG-1;acute myeloblastic leukemia, ATCC CCL 246.1 KG-1a;acute myeloblastic leukemia), and 6 cases of nonleukemic bone marrow aspirates. The results were summarized as follows. 1. In leukemic cell lines, HL-60 showed marked c-myc amplification(6x) compared to negative control and KG1 showed mild amplification(2x). However, there was no c-myc amplification in K-562, KGla, and molt-4. 2. In leukemic samples, mild c-myc amplification(2x) was observed in 3 cases of 17 AML, but no amplification was observed in 4 ALLs, 1 CML, and 1 CMMoL. 3. In nonleukemic samples, one case of reactive marrow hyperplasia showed mild c-myc amplification (2x). From the above findings, it was concluded that the c-myc amplification was more common in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia than other types of leukemias, c-myc amplification appeared not only enough to transform hematopoietic cells but expression of other complicated oncogenes together with it cotributed the development of leukemia.

      • 東津江 水系의 計量形態學的 特性

        This paper analyzed the correlation among the stream morphological characteristics and correlation between the hydraulic geometrical characteristics and frequency of discharge for Dongjin river. The purpose of this study was to provide the informations for stream development projects. The stream morphological characteristics were analyzed by the Horton's three laws. This river basin was well developed very closely to the pattern described by Horton's laws. The concept of proportional stream ordering system was employed to describe continuously the longitudinal variation of the stream morphological characteristics. The flow duration curves obtained with the daily stream flow data of 1090% frequency occurences at the gauging stations in this river basin, were expressed an exponential functions. But relationship with frequency of discharge, morphological characteristics and hydraulic geometrical characteristics were not analyzed because of lack of data. Also the result of regression analysis of meander belt and meander length showed power curve for Dongjin river

        수종의 저장용액에서 치주인대세포의 생존율 비교

        치아탈구 발생시 사고 현장에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 저장용액을 이용하여 치주인대세포의 생존율을 비교해보고자 치주인대세포를 10%FBS함유 α-MEM에서 배양한 후 α-MEM에서 저장한 군을 대조군으로 하고 동일한 조건하에서 저온살균된 우유군, 멸균된 생리적 식염수군, 비자극성 타액군, 건조된 상태로 방치한 군을 실험군으로 하여 25℃ 실온에서 세포 배양 30, 60, 90, 120, 180분 후에 각 군에 대해 MTTassay를 시행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 각 조사시점에서 실험군간의 비교에서는 모두 유의성있는 차이를 보였으며 저온살균된 우유군에서 치주인대세포의 생존율이 가장 높았고, 멸균된 생리적 식염수군, 비자극성 타액군, 건조된 상태로 방치한 군 순으로 점차 감소하였다.(P<0.05) 2. 각 실험군내에서 조사시점간의 비교에서는 치주인대세포의 생존율이 시간이 경과함에 따라 유의성있게 감소하였으나(p<0.05). 저온살균된 우유군에서 90-120분 경과 사이. 멸균된 생리적 식염수군에서 60-90분과 120-180분 경과 사이에서는 유의성있는 차이는 없었다.(P>0.05) 이상의 결론을 종합해볼 때 외상으로 인한 치아탈구 발생시 저장용액으로 HBSS가 추천되고 있으나 사고 현장에서 쉽게 구할 수 있고 치주인대세포의 생활력 보존에도 유리한 저온살균된 우유에 탈구된 치아를 담가오도록 추천할 수 있겠다. Preservation of the remaining periodontal ligament cells on an avulsed tooth is very important to the successful outcome of replantation. HBSS is recommended as the most suitable storage medium for the avulsed tooth that cannot be replanted immediately. But their availability near the site of an accident is doubtful. The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare periodontal ligament cells stored in different storage media obtained easily on th spot. Human periodontal ligament cells were collected from the premolar teeth extracted for orthodontic treatment. Cells were cultured in α-MEM culture medium containing 20% FBS, at 37℃ 100% humidity, in a 5% CO₂2 incubator. Cells were cultured in 96 well culture plate, 5×10⁴cells per well with α-MEM and incubated for 24 hours.After discarding the medium, those cells were cultured in α-MEM contained with 10% FBS, pasteurized milk, sterilized saline, unstimulated saliva and bench-dried state at 25℃ room temperature for 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 minutes respectively. And then each group was measured using MTT assay. The results were as follows. 1. Between the group of each time, there was statistically significant difference. Periodontal ligament cells viability was highest in pasteurized milk and was reduced stepwisely in sterilized saline, unstimulated saliva and bench-dried state(p<0.05) 2. between the time of each group, there was statistically significant difference (p<0.05) but was no statistically significant difference at 90 - 120 minutes in pasteurized milk and at 60 - 90 minutes and 120 - 180 minutes in sterilized saline(p>0.05). In conclusion, HBSS as storage medium of an avulsed tooth is not practical on the spot. Insteadily pasteurized milk can be recommended to maintain the periodontal ligament cells viability.
