        실측과 CFD을 통한 해인사 경내 및 판전에 대한 기류분포 특성의 조사

        Hae-In temple is located in Gaya Mountains, Hapcheon-gun, Korea and a thousand years old monastery. Tripitaka Koreana has been preserved during 750 years as good condition in Hae-In temple. The preservation technology is summarized as the passive design methods harmonized with the nature perfectly. Haein temple have dealt with a flow fields in the storage hall. In this study, an indoor and outdoor flow fields in the precincts of Haein temple were analysed with field measurement and numerical simulation. On the basis of the field measurement results, the restoration cases such as rearrangement of Tripitaka Koreana and relocation of the rear fence of Biro-Jean were analyzed with CFD.

      • 관광 안내를 위한 지능형 지리정보 시스템의 연구

        This paper proposes a framework of an intelligent geographic information system(IGIS) for tourist guide which reflects road status, traffic volume, hotel facilities, seasons, travel intervals, costs, persons, and famous places which they should want to travel. Starting with reviewing the characteristics of pervious spatial models, this paper presents basic concepts, design considerations, knowledge bases, and user interfaces for the proposed model and evaluates and execution process of the system. In addition, we describe the concatenation methods of related information systems for the intelligent geographic information system. Finally, the primary difference between the proposed knowledge database and its processing system and an intelligent, object-oriented geographic information system, called GeoViewer, is reviewed through comparing with their characteristics.

      • 차세대 인터넷 도입을 위한 경계 라우터의 성능분석에 관한 연구

        The IPv6(Internet Protocol version 6), a next generation internet protocol. was standardized to solve the problems of the IPv4(Intemet Protocol version 4). However. the IPv4 could not be actually converted to the IPv6 at one time. Therefore. the transition mechanism is thought to be very much important to be compatible with the IPv4 naturally and convert to the IPv6 network gradually. Despite of the development of various kinds of the transition mechanism, the IPv6 network was not expanded. The research was mainly made not for current system environment but for technical purposes. This paper investigated the performances through the transition mechanism and examined proper ways being applicable to current environment.

        We have developed academic affairs using file system since 1978. But, their are many problems, for example, file handing, redundant data, security, privacy, recovery, operators misoperation. In this paper, we designed and implemented academic affairs with total system using DBMS installed at MV8000 system and showed many reports such as roll books and lists of student's records and various kinds of statistical reports according to the inputs from each student and professor.

        열구자탕(悅口子湯)의 문헌적 고찰

        Yeolgujatang is traditional casserole with meat, fish and vegetables in special pot. Name of Yeolgujatang was in 1800s, as yeolgujatang, yeolgujatangbang, yeolguja, in 1900s, Yeolgujatang, royal feast food in Yi Dynasty was yeolgujatang, Meon-sinseolro, tansinseolro, Yeolgujatang frame has legs and a lid, and a cylinder that can contain charcoal at the center of its rounded pot, with this charcoal, food can be cooked. Its material has changed fro, brazier to brassware, stainless steel, and silver. Nowdays electric sinseolro was also launched, which uses electric power instead of charcoal. Materials in yeolgujatang are beef, intestines, pork, chicken, pheasant, fish, sea bream, abalone, shrimps, vegetables, mushroom, ddock, guksu, cooked rice, seasening and garnish. Nutrition of carbobydrates, 2g of fiber, 57.6mg of calcium, 208mg of phosphorus, 4.3mg of ferrum, 2177㎍RE of vitaminA, 1.58㎎ of vitamin B₁, 0.3mg vitamin B₂, 6.6mg of vitaminC and 5.26mgNE of niacin. Yeolgujatang is excellent in nutrition, except for calcium and vitaminC.

      • 원자력 발전소 근로자에서 업무상 질병으로 인정받은 급성 골수성 백혈병 1예

        저자들은 10여 년 동안 원자력 발전소 협력업체에 종사하면서 저선량의 방사선에 노출된 근로자로 급성 골수성 백혈병으로 진단 받고 사망 후 업무상 질병으로 인정된 증례를 보고하는 바이다. 증례에 대한 의무기록과 혈액검사 및 조직검사, 세포유전학 검사를 검토하였으며 환자의 작업 내역, 방사선 피폭량 및 동료 근로자에 대하여 조사하였다. 환자는 35세 남자로 1997년 11월 20일 경북 포항시 소재 D 대학병원에서 용접공에 대하여 실시하는 기타 중금속 특수건강진단(망간)에서 백혈구 수가 μL당 108.9×10³개, 혈색소는 8.6g/dL로 급성 백혈병을 의심하였다. 11월 24일 대구광역시에 위치한 K 대학병원을 방문하여 급성 골수성 백혈병으로 확진되었다. 골수검사에서 이소성 B 임파구성 표지자를 지닌 AML M2로 진단되었고, 염색체 검사에서 필라델피아 염색체가 발견되었으며, 46 XY t(1:4)(p32:p16)의 소견을 보였다. 항암 화학요법을 시행하였고 주기적인 항암 약물요법과 추적 관찰을 시행하였다. 1999년 5월 30일 급성 골수성 백혈병에 의한 합병증인 폐렴 및 패혈증으로 사망하였다. 본 증례의 방사선 피폭량은 1,853 mRem (18.53 mSv)이었으며, 방사선에 의한 암발생 원인확률은 미국 기준으로 5.4-6.1%이었다. 우리나라는 업무상 질병인정 기준에 방사선 노출에 의한 백혈병이 인정된다고 명시하고 있어 업무상 질병으로 인정되었다. 그러므로 우리나라 실정에 맞는 전리방사선 피폭량에 따른 업무상 질병 인정기준을 설정하여야 하며 방사선 피폭 근로자에 대하여 방사선 질환의 감시체계를 운영하여야 한다. Acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) has been known as an occupational disease induced by irradiation. We report a case of acute myelogenous leukemia with a history of low dose irradiation in a nuclear power plant. The authors reviewed the clinical and hematologic features of the case. We also reviewed the job contents of his workplace. We also interviewed other workers in the same workplace. The amounts of radiation exposure were reviewed. The worker was a 35-year-old male who had worked in a nuclear power plant for 11 years (1987-1997). Total amounts of radiation exposure during the work period was 1,853 mRem. He had been diagnosed as AML on November, 1997 at a routine periodic health examination. He died of refractory leukemia on May, 1999. The AML developed in this patient seems to be related to the exposure to radiation. To prevent irradiation injury, we must modify work procedures, begin comprehensive medical surveillance, educate workers on risks of radiation, and increase workers awareness of safety regulations in the workplace.

      • RNA 이차구조에 의한 페리틴 합성조절에 대한 연구

        Translation 과정에 영향을 미치는 RNA의 이차 구조와 구조의 존재하는 위치에 대한 영향을 조사하기 위해 본 연구에서는 model system으로 사람의 ferritin 유전자를 이용하였다. Ferritin 유전자의 5‘UTR, 단백질의 coding 지역내, 3’ UTR 등 3가지 위치에서 변형된 이차구조 인자를 이용하여 ferritin 단백질의 생성량을 in vitro translation을 이용하여 비교 측정하였다. 이 가운데 5‘ UTR에 존재하는 RNA 이차구조만이 ferritin 합성을 저해하였다. Genetic controls of cell metabolism and differentiation involve translational regulatory mechanism. Iron-responsive elements located within 5' or 3' untranslated regions(UTRs) are utilized for translational specific mRNAs. To identify the locations of structural elements utilized for translational regulation of mRNA, we modified and tested the roles of structural elements located within the 5', 3' UTR or coding region of ferritin. Our data suggest only 5'UTR element within ferritin is important for translational regulation.

      • 사람 L-페리틴의 대장균 내에서의 발현

        사람 L-ferritin을 연구하기 위해 RT-PCR을 수행하여 ferritin 유전자를 T7 promoter expression vector에 subcloning시켜 대장균 내에서 발현시켰다 대량 발현된 L-ferritin의 발현 비율을 조사하였으며, SDS-PAGE 및, western blotting을 이용하여 재조합 I-ferritin의 발현을 확인하였다 Iron is an essential inorganic element for the growth of all forms of life. Iron is stored in cells in the form of ferritin. Human ferritins are composed of two types of subunits, Heavy(H)-and Light(L)-subunit. In this study, Human L-ferritin gene was isolated from human cell and subcloned into a bacterial expression vector. L-ferritin was overexpressed from E. coli BL21(DE3). By SDS-PAGE and western blotting, expressed protein was confirmed as feritin.

      • PERT/CPM 을 이용한 공정관리이론 및 컴퓨터 응용에 관한 연구

        Process control is the method to operate how to produce the product and to finish the project in a given time, with low cost, efficiently and effectively. As the scale of project is increasing, these large projects can't be managed with the method of BAR CHART which has been used previously. Thus, this paper suggests more advanced PERT/CPM method,merits of PERT/CPM, how to build the network diagram, how to analize time schedule, and implements it to computer system and tests and evaluates these methods.
