        국내 소비자와 판매자의 국내산·수입산 절화 인식 조사

        This research studies the manner of cut-flower sales of wholesalers and retailers, the consumption behavior of the consumers, and the perception of imported cut-flowers and domestic cut-flowers to provide preliminary data for promoting the consumption of domestic cut-flowers. A survey was conducted on 102 wholesalers and retailers from July to September 2020 and on 200 consumers from August 24th to 25th, 2020. The collected data underwent frequency analysis, matching sample t-test, and multi-response cross-analysis. The research results on the manner of wholesaler and retailer sales showed that the share of both the domestic and imported cut-flowers was large, and they responded that the quality of the imported cut-flowers was better than that of the domestic cut-flowers. The consumption behavior of the consumers showed that their main purpose of purchase was for a gift, and they tended to prioritize the value of internal quality (longevity) and external quality (shape, texture, and color). Additionally, most consumers did not check the country of origin when purchasing cut-flowers, but they responded that they purchased domestic products when it was the same kind. Comparing the perception of cut-flowers from wholesalers, retailers, and consumers showed that they wholesalers and retailers considered domestic cut-flowers to be ordinary and limited and imported cut-flowers to be peculiar. Meanwhile, the consumers considered that domestic cut-flowers were distinctive, but the imported and domestic cut-flowers were both ordinary and limited. The difference in perception between sellers and consumers raises the need for quantitative research on cut flower quality by country and perception of cut flowers by country. 본 연구는 절화 도·소매업자의 판매 행태, 소비자의 소비행태와 수입산 절화 및 국내산 절화 인식을 조사하여 국내산절화 경쟁력 강화를 위한 자료로 제공하고자 수행하였다. 설문 조사는 도·소매업자 102명을 대상으로 2020년 7월부터 9 월까지 진행하였고, 소비자는 200명을 대상으로 2020년 8월24일부터 25일까지 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도 분석, 대응표본 t-test, 다중반응 교차분석을 실시하였다. 도·소매업자의 판매 행태 조사 결과, 국내산과 수입산 절화 모두 판매하고 있는 비율이 높았고 판매 시 국내산 절화의 품질보다 수입산 절화의 품질이 우수하다고 응답하였다. 소비자의 구매 행태 조사 결과, 주로 선물 목적으로 구매하며 구매 시 내적 품질(수명)과 외적 품질(형태, 질감, 색상)을 중요시 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자는 절화 구입 시 원산지를 확인하지않는 경우가 많았으나 동일 품종일 경우 국내산을 구매한다고응답하였다. 도·소매업자와 소비자의 절화 인식을 비교한 결과, 도·소매업자는 국내산 절화가 평범하고 한정적이며, 수입산 절화는 독특하다고 인식하였으나, 소비자는 국내산 절화가독특하지만 수입산 절화와 국내산 절화 모두에 평범하고 한정적이라고 인식하였다. 이러한 판매자와 소비자간 인식 차이는실제 국가별 절화 품질에 대한 정량적 연구와 국가별 절화에대한 인식 조사 필요성을 제기한다.

        국산 안개초 신품종의 평야지 정식시기별 개화시기 및 절화 생산성

        This study was investigated the flowering time and cut-flower productivity according to planting time (June 15, June 30, July 15, and July 30) of new domestic Gypsophila cultivars ‘Dream Song’ and ‘Pearl Stars’ with rooted cutting for the purpose of developing a new cropping system during fall to early winter in an area of plains. Days to flowering, from the planting of rooted cutting to flowering, was shorter for June 30 than for the other planting time, and that for ‘Pearl Stars’ was 2 – 6 d longer than for ‘Dream Song’. The flower stalk length, primary branch number, axillary bud number, and stem diameter increased with the delay in planting time. In particular, the flower stalk length of ‘Pearl Stars’ was longer than that of ‘Dream Song’. In ‘Dream Song,’ cut flower length, fresh weight, and floret size were increased, and yield was promoted with a later planting time. As a result, the quality and quantity of cut flowers in ‘Dream Song’ were improved from July 15 planting. ‘Pearl Stars’ also had a similar tendency as ‘Dream Song’ in the quality of cut flowers; in contrast, the flowering yield increased until July 15, but decreased on July 30. Therefore, it was thought that ‘Dream Song’ should be planted within the period from July 15 to July 30 and then produce cut flowers from October to December, and ‘Pearl Stars’ would be planted within the period from June 30 to July 15 and then produce cut flowers from September to November. 국내 육성 안개초 신품종 ‘Dream Song’과 ‘Pearl Stars’의 평야지 농가 현장 보급 확대를 위한 가을∼초겨울 절화 생산작형 개발을 목적으로 여름철 정식시기에 따른 개화시기 및 절화 생산성을 조사하였다. 정식에서 개화까지의 소요일수는 두품종 모두 6월 30일 정식이 다른 정식시기보다 짧았으며, ‘Pearl Stars’가 ‘Dream Song’보다 2∼6일 더 길었다. 화경장, 측지수, 분지수 및 줄기 굵기는 두 품종 모두 정식시기가 늦을수록 증가하는 경향이었으며, 특히 화경장은 ‘Pearl Stars’가‘Dream Song’보다 더 길었다. ‘Dream Song’은 정식시기가 늦을수록 절화장, 절화중이 증가하고 소화가 커졌으며 절화량도증가하여 7월 15일 이후 정식에서 절화품질이 우수하고 생산성이 향상되었다. ‘Pearl Stars’도 ‘Dream Song’과 마찬가지로정식시기가 늦을수록 절화장이 길고 소화가 커졌으며 절화 생산량은 증가하다가 7월 30일 정식에서 감소하였다. 따라서‘Dream Song’은 7월 15일부터 7월 30일 이내에 정식하여 10 월∼12월 상순 절화 생산에, ‘Pearl Stars’는 6월 30일부터 7월15일 전후에 정식하여 9월∼11월 절화 생산 작형에 적합할 것으로 생각된다.

        나리의 상자재배시 재식밀도, 배지 및 양액농도가 생육에 미치는 영향

        나리의 상자재배시 재식밀도, 배지 및 양액농도가 생육에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사 분석한 결과는 다 음과 같다. 재식밀도가 나리의 맹아에 미치는 영향은 14, 18 및 22구 처리가 1일 정도 맹아가 빨랐고, 개 화는 22구 처리에서 가장 빨랐고 6구 식재처리가 가 장 늦어 재식밀도가 높을수록 개화가 빠른 경향을 보 였다. 재식밀도가 높을수록 초장생장이 증가되어 절화 장이 길었으나 절화중, 화수 등 절화품질은 재식밀도가 낮을수록 증가하였다. 블라스팅이나 생리장해도 22, 18 및 14구순으로 재식밀도가 높을수록 발생율이 증가되 었다. 구고, 구폭, 구중, 인편수, 인편중 모두 22구 처 리를 제외한 모든 처리에서 정식전보다 우수한 결과를 나타냈으며 재식밀도가 높아질수록 구근비대가 좋지 않 았고 부패율도 증가하였다. 배지성분 변화는 구근 정식 전에 비해 pH는 모든 처리에서 낮아졌으며, 재식밀도 가 높을수록 더욱 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. P, K, Ca, Mg 성분은 정식 전에 비해 높아졌으나, K와 Ca 성분은 재식밀도가 높을수록 오히려 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 절화품질은 왕겨+코이어(1:1, v/v)배지가 우수하였으나 다른 배지와 큰 차이는 없었다. 또한 절 화 후 구근 비대에서는 나리전용배지, 펄라이트+피트모 스(1:1, v/v)배지에서 우수한 결과를 보였으며, 부패율 은 왕겨+코이어(1:1, v/v)배지가 가장 높게 나타났다. 화뢰 출현기부터 절화기까지 양액농도별 처리에서 원시 1배액 처리가 절화장, 절화중, 화수 등 절화품질이 가장 좋았으며, 개화는 무처리, 원시 1/3배액 처리 순 으로 농도가 낮을수록 개화가 빨랐다. 절화 시 양액 농도별 엽분석 결과 처리농도가 높을수록 N와 K의 흡수율이 높게 나타났으며, Ca와 Mg도 농도가 높을수 록 증가추세를 보였으나 P는 모든 처리에서 흡수율이 가장 낮았다. This purpose of this study was to examine the effect of planting density, growing medium and strength of a nutrient solution (National Horticultural Research Institute's nutrient solution: HRI's) on the growth and development of Oriental hybrid lily ‘Le Reve’ in a box cultivation. The planting density with 14, 18 and 22 bulbs had sprouting one day earlier than other treatments. Planting density of 22 bulbs flowered first, while six bulbs flowered the last, indicating that higher planting densities led earlier flowering. The increasing planting density increased stem length of cut flowers. On the other hand, cut flower quality was improved when the planting density was lower. The incidence of physiological disorders such as blasting was more frequent in planting density of 22, 18, and 14, indicating that higher planting densities caused higher incidences of physiological disorders. All planting densities except 22 bulbs displayed superior results in width, weight, number, and scale weight of the bulbs. Greater planting densities led to inferior bulb enlargement and an increased decomposition rate. pH decreased in all treatments after the bulb enlargement and decreased more as the planting density increased. Contents of P, K, Ca, and Mg increased, while contents of K and Ca decreased, as the planting density increased. The rice hull+coir (1:1, v/v) treatment was better than others, but did not show that much of a difference. Moreover, in bulbs enlargement after cut flower harvest, lily medium and perlite+peat moss treatments showed superior results, and decomposition rate was the greatest in the rice hull+coir (1:1, v/v) treatment. In the HRI's solution strength treatment from the period of flower bud emergence to flower harvest, higher solution strengths gave better cut flower quality in terns of length, weight, and number of flowers. The non-treated control and one third strength of a HRI's solution hastened flowering, indicating that lower strengths led to earlier flowering. According to the results of leaf analysis as affected by solution strength during the flower harvest, absorption rates of N and K were greater when the strength was higher, and Ca and Mg showed the same tendency. On the other hand, the absorption rate of P was the lowest in all treatments.

        화학약품 및 물리적 처리가 상사화와 석산의 화경갈라짐과 절화수명에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to clarify the effects of chemicals and physical treatment on the split of flower stalk and the vase life of Lycoris squamigera and Lycoris radiata. There was no split of flower stalk for the Lycoris squamigera and the Lycoris radiata after the harvest of flowers and the immersion in 4 mM STA solution for 30 minutes. It was effective for the vase life of Lycoris squamigera that cut flower was pre-treated in 4 mM STS solution for 30 minutes and immersed in 5~10% sucrose + 150 ppm 8-HQS +4 ppm Rox preservative solution. The optimum periods of hot water treatments for the prevention of flower stalk split and the elongation of vase life for the cut flowers were 15 to 25 seconds for the Lycoris squamigera and 5 to 10 seconds for Lycoris radiata. Burning the cut parts of flower stalk for 10 to 30 seconds was effective for the prevention of flower stalk split and the elongation of vase life for the Lycoris squamigera, and 10 to 15 seconds for the Lycoris radiata. The vase lifes of Lycoris squamigera and Lycoris radiata were elongated when flower stalk was cut by an incline of 45 degrees compared with the horizontal cut. And Banding the flower stalks of cut flowers was effective for the prevention of flower stalk split and the elongation of vase life for the Lycoris squamigera and the Lycoris radiata. 상사화와 석산 절화에 대한 화학약품 및 물리적 처리에 따른 화경 끝의 갈라짐과 절화수명을 조사하였다 .상사화와 석산의 절화를 채화직후 4 mM STS 용액에 30분간 꽃아 둔 결과 화경 갈라짐이 일어나지 않았다. 상사화의 절화수명 연장을 위해서는 4 mM STS 용액으로 30분 정도 전처리를 한 다음 5~10% Sucrose + 150 ppm 8-HQS + 4 ppm Rox의 보존용액에 꽃는 게 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 열탕처리는 상사화의 경우 15-25초, 석산은 5-10초 처리가 화경의 갈라짐 방지와 절화수명 연장에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 화경 절단부위를 불에 태우는 시간은 상사화의 경우 10-30초, 석산은 10-15초 처리시에 화경갈라짐 방지와 절화수명 연장에 효과적이었다. 화경의 절단은 수평으로 자른 것에 비해 45°로 경사지게 잘랐을 경우에 절화수명이 연장되었다. 절화 화경에 대한 밴딩처리는 화경갈라짐 현상 방지 및 절화수명연장에 효과가 있었다.

        전처리제 및 보존용액이 겹도라지의 절화수명에 미치는 영향

        To improve postharvest flower quality and extend vase life of cut balloon flowers (Platycodon grandiflorum var. duplex Makino), the effects of pretreatment and holding solutions on vase life were investigated in this study. Balloon flowers which were cultivated for two years were harvested from end of June to beginning of July in 2012. After harvest, cut balloon flowers were treated with various pretreatment solutions including distilled water, sucrose, Al2(SO4)3, and NaOCl for 1 hour, and continuously put in the holding solutions including distilled water, sucrose, HQS, and AgNO3. The pretreatment solution containing 3% sucrose + 200 mg • L−1 Al2(SO4)3 significantly extended vase life and increased flowering rate, fresh weight and solution uptake, but when 200 mg • L−1 GA3 and 150 mg • L−1 citric acid were added, differences of flower quality were not observed Holding solution with 3% sucrose + 150 mg • L−1 HQS extended vase life and increased flowering rate, fresh weight and solution uptake. But addition of 25 mg • L−1 AgNO3 into holding solution with 3% sucrose + 150 mg • L−1 HQS showed little differences in flower quality. When 80 mg • L−1 NaOCl was pretreated, vase life was shortened and flowering rate decreased, irrespective of holding solution types. It was suggested that the high concentration of NaOCl induce the phytotoxic effect such as decline of vase life or fresh weight. From these results, we could find that the pretreatment solution containing 3% sucrose + 200 mg • L-1 Al2(SO4)3 and preservatives with 3% sucrose + 150 mg • L−1 HQS were very effective in extending vase life and retarding senescence of cut balloon flowers, furthermore, these postharvest treatments were very useful to improve the physiological properties of cut balloon flowers. 본 연구는 자색 겹꽃이 피어 관상가치가 높은 겹도라지(Platycodon grandiflorum var. duplex Makino)의 수확 후 절화 품질 향상을 위하여 몇가지 전처리제 및 보존용액이 겹도라지 절화 수명에 미치는 영향을 구명코자하였다. 2년생 겹도라지를 2012년 6월 하순에서 7월 상순에 수확한 후 전처리제 및 보존용액 종류별로 처리하여 절화 특성을 조사하였다. 3% sucrose와 살균제인 200mg • L−1 Al2(SO4)3가 혼용 첨가된 전처리 용액에서 절화 수명 연장 및 개화율 향상 효과가 가장 컸고 생체중및 용액흡수율도 크게 증가한 반면, 200mg • L−1 GA3 와150mg • L−1 citric acid를 전처리제에 추가로 첨가하였을때에는 전처리 효과의 차이는 크게 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 보존용액으로 3% sucrose와 150mg • L−1 HQS을 혼용 처리하였을 때 절화 품질이 가장 양호하였으나, AgNO3이 추가로 첨가되었을 때에는 큰 차이가 없었다. NaOCl이 첨가된 용액에 전처리하였을 경우에는 보존용액의 종류와 상관없이 모든 처리구에서 절화 수명이짧았고 개화율도 가장 낮게 조사되었는데, 본 실험에 사용된 NaOCl의 농도가 높아 약해가 발생하여 절화 품질이 떨어진 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 겹도라지 절화의상품가치를 최대로 높일 수 있는 전처리제 및 보존용액으로 각각 3% sucrose + 200mg • L−1 Al2(SO4)3 및 3% sucrose + 150mg • L−1 HQS 을 사용하였을 때 절화 수명은 최대 22일까지 연장되었고, 90% 이상의 개화율을 보였으며, 생체중 및 용액흡수율도 가장 증가되어 절화 품질을 향상시키는 데 효과적이었다.

      • 일조방해가 스프레이 국화 '옐로우캡'과 '피치팡팡'의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일조방해에 의한 광 환경의 변화가 스프레이 국화의 생육과 개화, 절화 품질에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 절화용 스프레이 국화 '옐로우캡'과 '피치팡팡' 품종을 인위적으로 차광 처리하여 무차광 대비 66% 정도의 일조를 방해하였고, 이에 따른 국화의 생육 및 개화 특성, 채화량 등을 조사하였다. 일조방해에 따른 국화의 단위면적당 채화량은 차광과 무차광 처리구에서 유의미한 차이는 없었으나, 개화소요일수는 차광 처리에서 '옐로우캡' 품종은 72.1일, '피치팡팡' 품종은 65.2일로 무차광에 비해 각각 14.1일과 8.9일 정도 개화가 지연되었다. 꽃의 크기와 꽃 수 역시 차광 처리에서 '옐로우캡'과 '피치팡팡' 두 품종 모두 각각 10%와 15%, 30%와 28% 정도 감소하였으며, 화경장은 품종별로 각각 10%와 20%, 줄기의 굵기는 23%와 37%, 절화 생체중은 32%와 33% 정도 감소하여 절화 국화의 품질이 크게 저하되었다. 본 연구의 결과에서 차광 처리한 국화의 개화가 지연됨은 물론 꽃의 크기와 꽃 수가 감소하고 절화의 길이와 생체중 등이 모두 감소한 것으로 볼 때, 인공 건축물 등에 의한 일조방해는 국화의 생장과 화아분화, 화아발달에 필요한 광량을 제한함으로써 절화의 생산성과 품질을 저하시킬 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 일조방해로 인한 국화 재배농가의 피해 구제를 위해 차광 정도에 따른 수확량 감소율 및 상품성 가치 하락률 등에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. This study was carried out to analyze the effect of changes in the light environment caused by the daylight disturbance on the growth, flowering, and cut flower quality of spray chrysanthemums. The spray chrysanthemum 'Yellow Cap' and 'Pitch PangPang' cultivars for cut flowers were artificially shaded to interfere with 66% of sunlight compared to the non-shading, and then the growing and flowering characteristics, and cut flower yield were investigated accordingly. There was no significant difference in the cut flower yield per unit area between the shading and the non-shading treatments. However, the number of days to flowering was 72.1 days for the 'Yellow Cap' and 65.2 days for the 'Pitch PangPang', which were delayed by 14.1 and 8.9 days, respectively, compared to the non-shading light. In the shading treatment, the flower diameter and the number of flowers also decreased by 10% and 15%, and 30% and 28% for both 'Yellow Cap' and 'Pitch PangPang', respectively. The stem length also decreased by 10% and 20%, the stem diameter by 23% and 37%, and fresh weight by 32% and 33%, respectively. The shading treatment delayed the flowering of chrysanthemums and reduced the growth such as flower diameter, number of flowers, and the length and weight of cut flowers. Based on these results, the daylight disturbance by artificial buildings is expected to reduce the productivity and quality of cut flowers by limiting the light intensity needed for chrysanthemum growth, flower bud differentiation, and flower development. Therefore, further research is needed on the rate of decrease in yield and market value according to the degree of shading to relieve damage to chrysanthemum growers caused by the daylight disturbance.

        기계시각을 이용한 장미와 국화 절화의 품질 계측장치 개발

        Rose and chrysanthemum are the most popular flowers in Korean floriculture. Sorting flowers is a labor intensive operation in cultivation of the cut flowers and needed to be mechanized. Machine vision is one of the promising solutions for this purpose. This study was carried out to develop hardware and software of a cut flower sorting system using machine vision and to test its performance. Results of this study were summarized as following; 1.Length of the cut flower measured by the machine vision system a good correlation with actual length of the flower at a level of the coefficients of determination(R^2) of 0.9948 and 0.9993 for rose and chrysanthemum respectively and average measurement errors of the system were about 2% and 1% of the shortest length of the sample flowers. The experimental result showed that the machine vision system could be used successfully to measure length of the cut flowers. 2.Stem diameter of the cut flowers measures by the machine vision system showed a correlation with actual diameter at the coefficients of determination(R^2) of 0.8429 and 0.9380 for rose and chrysanthemum respectively and average measurement errors of the system were about 15% and 7.5% of the shortest diameter of the sample flowers which could be a serious source of error in grading operation. It was recommended that the error rate should be considered to set up grading conditions of each class of the cut flowers. 3.Bud maturity of 20 flowers each judged using the machine vision system a coincidence with the judgement by inspectors at ranges of 80%~85% and 85%~90% for rose and chrysanthemum respectively. Performance of the machine vision system to judge bud maturity could be improved through setting up more precise criteria to judge the maturity with more samples of the flowers. 4.Quality of flower judged by stem curvature using the machine vision system showed a coincidence with the judgement by inspectors at 90% for good and 85% for bad flowers of both rose and chrysanthemum. The levels of coincidence was considered as that the machine vision system used was an acceptable system to judge the quality of flower by stem curvature.

        아이리스 개화율 및 절화수명에 미치는 1-methylcyclopropene과 benzyladenine의 영향

        본 연구목적은 아이리스 ‘Blue Magic’ 절화의 수명 연장, 절화 품질 향상 및 개화율을 촉진시키기 위하여 수 행되었다. 절화 아이리스의 수명을 연장하기 위해 1-MCP 는 250, 500, 750 nL·L-1로 처리하였다. 1-MCP 처리는 무처리구에 비해 개화소요일수가 1일 빨라졌으나 절화 수명은 무처리구와 처리구간 큰 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 개화율은 대조구의 경우 64.2%에 비해 1-MCP 처리구 에서는 75% 또는 그 이상 이었다. 특히, 250 nL·L-1를 12시간 처리한 구에서는 모든 개체가 개화하였다. 화기 로부터 에틸렌이 생성되는 것은 절화수명에 있어 가장 중 요한 요인으로 간주되고 있다. Gas chromatography(GC) 로 에틸렌 생성량을 측정한 결과 절화수명과 방출된 에 틸렌 사이에는 직접적인 관련이 없었다. 무처리구와 비교 하여 에틸렌 발생은 1-MCP의 농도가 증가할수록 다소 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 1-MCP와 BA를 병행처리한 경우, 개화율이 촉진될 뿐만 아니라 절화수명도 연장되 었다. 그러므로 아이리스 절화 수확 시 1-MCP를 처리하 는 것은 미개화율을 억제함으로써 절화품질과 수명을 향상시킬 수 있다. This research was aimed to extend the vase life, improve the cut flower quality and promote flowering rate of bulbous cut Iris ‘Blue Magic’. Three different concentrations of 1-MCP ranging from 250 to 750 nL·L-1 were treated on cut Iris flowers for the vase life elongation. Several effects of 1-MCP treatment has shown such as early flowering as one day but vase life showed no significant differences comparing to the untreated control. Flowering rate was 75% or more in the treated ones as compare to 64.2% in untreated control. Especially, in a treatment with 250 nL·L-1 1-MCP for 12 hours it showed all flowering. In many post-harvest experiments of cut flowers, ethylene production from flower organ has considered as most critical factor on vase life. Ethylene production from flower organ was measured by gas chromatography (GC) and it showed that there is no direct relation between flower longevity and emission of the ethylene gas in cut Iris. In comparison with the untreated control, ethylene generation rather seems to be increased as 1-MCP treatment increased. There was a synergy effect when 1-MCP and BA applied simultaneously in which flowering and vase life were fastened and also extended, respectively. Therefore, treatment of 1-MCP for cut Iris at flower early harvest is able to improve the flower quality both by diminishing non-flowering rate and by extended flower longevity.

        절화 장미 판매 유통방식에 따른 절화 수명 분석

        This study investigates the problems of cut flower sales and distribution methods by analyzing domestic cut flower rose main production and distribution channels, and domestic and foreign cut flower rose distribution structures in an attempt to see if there are better alternatives. From the consumer's point of view, there is a need for a structure in which the purchase can be selected and purchased more proactively depending on the place or purpose of use based on the advantages and disadvantages of the distribution method. Such structure also is expected to contribute to the diversity of the floral distribution structure by expanding the selection of cut flowers for retailers. A cut rose vase life experiment was conducted according to the cut flower sales and distribution method to examine the validity of this. A standard cut rose variety 'Hazel' and a spray cut rose variety 'Jana' were used to analyze the vase life of cut rose flower. As a result, in the case of 'Hazel', dry distribution method began to wither on the 5th day, dry and wet distribution method began to wither on the 11th day, and wet distribution method began to be wither on the 13th day. In the case of 'Jana', dry distribution method began to wither on the 5th day, and both of dry and wet distribution method and wet distribution method began to be wither on the 9th day. However, there was a case in which the average cut flower lifespan of each variety was shortened by abscission occurring for 'Hazel' and gray mold disease in 'Jana' were found in this study. This study is significant in that it has prepared basic research data for ways to activate a new cut flower rose sales distribution structure, and enables follow-up studies.

        素荃 孫在馨 <器皿折枝圖> 考察

        A Study on Sojeon Son Jaehyeong’s <Paintings of Precious Vessels with Cut Flowers> Sojeon Son Jaehyeong(1903-1981) is a calligrapher and painter who represents the history of modern and contemporary art in Korea. In this study, I analyzed the aesthetic thought of his paintings of precious vessels with cut flowers. He created mainly calligraphy and literati paintings but left behind paintings of various subject matters such as landscapes, precious vessels with cut flowers, flowers, insects, the Four Gracious Plants, pine trees, grapes, lotus, oddly shaped stones, and a study room. Especially in the paintings of precious vessels with cut flowers, unlike the professional painters of the time, he expressed calligraphic brush vigor and literary energy in his paintings through the topic. The artistic characteristics of precious vessels with cut flowers, which started from Jang Seung-up, Seo Byeong-oh, and Heo Ryeon in the late Joseon Dynasty and early modern times, emerged in the culture and art history of the time when the Western painting method was accepted and the calligraphic writing method of Southern School landscape painting was applied. In Son Jaehyeong's paintings of precious vessels with cut flowers, there are various viewpoints of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism on one screen, so it is difficult to extract and analyze one specific viewpoint. However, in this paper, I divided their features into three from a Confucian perspective. The first feature is the elegant taste of the literati. The second is the Way of a Man of Virtue. The third is the auspicious intentional taste. As a result, his pictures include calligraphic brush methods, and his calligraphy contains the intention of paintings, so I figured out that Son Jaehyeong unified the methods of calligraphy and painting in his paintings of precious vessels with cut flowers. In this respect, it can be said that Son Jaehyeong's world of painting shows the aesthetic view of dissimilar resemblance and the unity of calligraphy and painting. Through this, I confirmed that Son Jaehyeong expressed the spirit of unifying calligraphy and painting and tried to put literary spirit and calligraphic energy into his works. Key Words: Sojeon Son Jaehyeong.< Paintings of Precious Vessels with Cut Flowers>, Elegant Taste of Literati, Way of a Man of Virtue, Auspicious Intentional Taste 본 논문은 한국 근현대 예술사에서 주목받는 書畵家 중 한사람인 素荃 孫在馨의 〈器皿折枝圖〉에 나타난 미학적 사유를 분석한 것이다. 손재형은 서예와 문인화뿐만 아니라, 산수·기명절지·화훼초충·사군자·소나무·포도·연·괴석·글방 그림 등 다양한 소재를 소화하고 있는데, 특히 〈器皿折枝圖〉에는 당시 전문적인 화가들과 달리 다양한 화제를 서예적 筆勢와 文氣있는 작품 세계를 보여주고 있다. 조선말, 근대초 張承業, 徐丙五, 許鍊에서 출발한 〈器皿折枝圖〉의 예술적 특징은 서양화법 수용과 남종산수화와 서예적 필묵법을 적용한 당시 문화 예술사적 풍토 속에서 나타났다. 손재형의 〈器皿折枝圖〉에는 유불도의 다양한 관점이 한 화면에 드러나고 있기 때문에 하나의 특정한 관점을 추출해서 분석하기는 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 유가적 관점에서 분석하고자 한 것이다. 이런 점을 구체적으로 첫째, 文人雅趣의 〈器皿折枝圖〉. 둘째, 君子之道의 〈器皿折枝圖〉. 셋째, 吉祥意趣의 〈器皿折枝圖〉로 나눠 살펴보았다. 그 결과 손재형의 〈器皿折枝圖〉에는 그림 속에 서예적 필법이, 글씨 속에서 화의가 담겨 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 서법과 화법이 일체화되어 드러나고 있음을 확인했다. 이런 점에서 손재형의 〈器皿折枝圖〉에 표현된 회화 세계는 특히 不似之似의 심미적 경계를 통한 書畫一致 사유를 보여주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 손재형은 文氣와 書氣가 융합되는 書畫一致의 정신이 그의 〈器皿折枝圖〉에 드러나고 있음을 확인했다. 주제어: 소전 손재형, 〈기명절지도〉, 문인아취, 군자지도, 길상의취
