현대 가정의 변화가 가정에서의 청소년 기독교교육에 미치는 영향과 그 대안

오늘 가정을 둘러싸고 있는 사회 환경의 빠른 변화와 함께 기독교 가정에서의 청소년 기독교교육은 여러 가지 면에서 위기에 직면해 있으며 그 위기를 해결함에 있어서 도움을 필요로 한다. 이 시점에서 오늘의 기독교교육에 대한 실질적인 몇 가지 문제를 집어볼 필요가 있다. 현대사회는 산업화를 기초로 한 전문화로 세분되면서 현대의 가정 구조 역시 빠른 변화의 결과를 가져왔다. 이러한 빠른 변화는 사회구조의 직간접으로 많은 영역에 영향을 미쳐서 기독교 가정교육에 효과적이지 못한 모습을 나타내고 있다. 특히 가정은 사회 집단의 기초구조로 가정의 기능과 구성원의 가치관 등 인간관계 있어서 많은 변화를 가져왔으며 계속해서 변화를 하고 있다. 이런 가정의 변화들이 기독교 청소년 가정교육에 많은 영향을 가져 왔다. 그러나 시대가 변화고 사회가 변하고 그리고 가정이 변화를 가져 왔어도 가정은 지금도 존재하고 있으며, 모든 개인적인 체험에 있어서 주된 훈련소인 교육의 장으로 남아 있다. 그리고 부모들은 여전히 첫 번째 가정에서의 교사로 남아 있으며, 자녀가 가정에서 이미 많은 기독교 교육을 받게 됨으로 한 자녀에 대한 모든 이야기는 그의 가정적 배경을 가지게 될 것이다. 이는 과거에도 존재 했으며, 미래에도 문화적 변천에 적응하면서 존재해 나갈 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 이러한 기독교 가정에서의 청소년 교육에 대한 시대적인 요청과 시대적인 상황의 변화를 수용하면서 청소년 기독교교육의 올바른 방법론적인 이론을 형성하고 새로운 방향을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 위하여 가정은 기독교교육의 시작점이기 때문에, 먼저 교육의 장인 기독교 가정에서의 청소년교육의 중요성과 문제점들을 집어보면서 현대 가정의 변화가 청소년 교육에 미치는 영향을 살피고, 두 번째로 기독교교육의 장으로서의 가정과 교사로서의 부모의 역할을 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 세 번째로 현대 가정의 변화들이 청소년 교육에 미치는 영향과 문제점들을 찾아봄으로써 청소년 기독교 교육과 가정에서의 교육의 현실을 살펴보고 끝으로 부모교육과 기독교 가정의 청소년 교육을 위한 교회와의 협력을 살펴봄으로 현대 가정의 청소년교육에 대한 대안을 제시 하고자 한다. With a rapid change in the social environment surrounding families, Juvenile Christian education in Christian families is faced with a crisis in many aspects, and it requires many forms of help to ascertain what is needed to address this crisis. It is necessary to study some practical questions on today's Christian education at the time of this writing. Based on industrialization, modern society was subdivided into various fields, which led the structure of the modern family to be rapidly changed as well. This kind of rapid shift had a considerable impact on social structure directly and indirectly so that it appears to have had a negative effect in Christian family education. Particularly, family, the basic structure of the social group, brought many changes in human relationships such as the function of the family and value system of the members of each family which still changing. These changes in the family brought upon an enormous effect on Juvenile Christian family education. However, even though times have changed, societies have changed, and families have changed, family still exists, and it remains as a place for education for all the individual experiences. In addition, parents remain as the first teachers in their family, and by getting a lot of Christian education in the family, every story about a child in a family can have his or her family background. That is what existed in the past, and it will exist in the future, adjusting to cultural changes. Therefore, this study aims to form appropriate methodological theories on Juvenile Christian education and find a new way by accepting the needs of the times and the changes of context on Juvenile education in a Christian family. To fulfill this task, firstly, as a family is the starting point for Christian education, this study deals with Juvenile education in a Christian family and the effect that changes in families have on education. Secondly, families as places for Christian education and parents' role as teachers in the families will be studied. And thirdly, by finding some problems that changes in modern families have on Juvenile education, the reality of Juvenile Christian education and family education will be studied. Finally, by studying the cooperation with churches for parents' education and Juvenile education in modern families, the alternative in modern families will be suggested.

Discipline as Parenting Attitude for Children's Education

One of the greatest problems parents face continually is how to train and discipline to their children, Because Parental discipline has a great impact on the child's growth process and personality formation. One of the most important challenges is how to raise children among the problems parents face at this point. Therefor, The Bible can viewed as the primary focal lens for Christian education. As Christian, no matter how effective education for children can be, it must have its roots in the Bible. Parents cannot simply pass along Biblical facts and information but must help their children understand the teachings of the Bible and apply these teachings toward their attitudes for life, their behavior, their environment, etc. This study is to recognize the problems of parental child rearing and to accept requests for change. The purpose of this study is to formulate the theory of admonition as parenting attitude and to suggest a new direction. The goal of discipline should be to teach self-discipline. Self-discipline should allow children to see and learn about their parents' lives. Discipline is to experience the love of Christ through direct and indirect moral teaching in the form of parental care. The admonition of the Christian family aims at the formation of Christian faith and identity. Therefore, it is an effort to present a new form of life to Christ in the direction of a new life. In this study, parents are the basic principles to be taught carefully and systematically to his children. Parents must model their child rearing in biblically-based Christian education

에코세대의 미래를 위한 기독교 교육적 상담의 필요성 연구

본 연구의 목적은 입시위주의 교육풍토와 불확실한 취업환경 등 에코세대들을 둘러싼 여러 측면의 사회적 환경이 이들의 건강한 성장발달에 긍정적이지 않은 상황에서, 다가오는 미래사회 환경을 전망해 봄으로써, 오늘의 에코세대들이 올바른 그리스도인으로 행복한 삶을 만드는데 도움을 주고자 하는 필요성에서 시작되었다. 미래는 오늘을 사는 젊은이들의 몫이라고 할 때 틀린 말이 아닐 것이다. 젊은이의 중요성에 대한 의미는 재론할 여지가 없다. 대부분 사람들은 에코세대가 미래이며 장차 이 나라를 이끌 주역으로 여긴다. 그러나 사실 에코세대는 미래를 위해서만 중요한 것이 아니라, 현재에도 중요하다. 에코세대는 개별 가정에서는 물론 교회와 사회적으로도 희망과 기쁨 그리고 활력의 근원으로서 다른 구성원들에게 미래의 꿈을 가지게 한다. 이러한 에코세대의 미래를 위한 기독교 교육적 상담은 오늘을 살고 있는 젊은이들을 그리스도에게로 인도하여 구원을 얻게 하고, 나아가 확실한 영적성장을 할 수 있도록 그리스도의 주권 아래 자신들의 왕성한 젊음의 자원을 보전하여 개발하게 하는 것은 미래를 준비하는 에코세대들에게 가장 중요한 도전이다. 따라서 기독교교육과 상담은 공히 교육과 상담을 통하여 기독교적인 올바른 가치관을 확립하고, 그리스도의 인격을 닮아가는 올바른 관계를 회복하여 그리스도인으로서의 삶을 살아가도록 인도하는 하는 것이다. 그러므로 에코세대의 미래를 위한 기독교 교육적 상담은 하나님이 가르쳐주신 방법으로 문제를 해결하도록 돕는 것이다. 즉, 현실에 당면해 있는 문제들과 미래를 준비하는 것을 포함한다. 이러한 연구의 목적에 따라서 먼저 오늘을 살고 있는 젊은이들의 삶의 현실과 기독교 교육적 상담의 목적, 필요성 그리고 기독교교육과 상담의 관계를 살펴볼 것이다. 그 다음에 에코세대들이 지혜로운 결정을 하도록 도와주기 위하여 누가, 왜, 어떻게, 무엇을 상담을 해야 하는지를 고찰할 것이다. 이러한 연구는 에코세대들이 그리스도 안에서 올바른 영적인 성장을 하게 되고, 미래를 준비하고, 미래를 살아가는 삶의 의미와 목적을 찾는 기독교적 정체성을 형성하는데 중요한 의미를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine ways to assist the Eco Generation create happy lives as proper Christians. This is necessary for young people today who, surrounded by a society where the education climate is college entrance driven, career prospects are uncertain and are faced with an environment that proscribe positive healthy growth and development, are in preparations for the quickly approaching future where the outlooks do not look favorable. The most important challenge for the youth of today in the Eco Generation in preparing for the future is to conserve and develop resources of unblemished youth while under Christ’s sovereignty as they are guided to Christ through Christian education counselling, receive salvation and achieve genuine spiritual growth. Accordingly, counselling in Christian education in regards to the future for the Eco Generation is in helping to find solutions to problems through the teachings of God. In other words, it involves the problems that are currently being faced as well as for preparation for the future Therefore, for the purposes of this study, the realities of the lives of young people living today need to be examined, as well as the aim and necessity of Christian education and counselling. Furthermore, the relationship between Christian education and counselling will be examined. Thereafter, to help the Eco Generation make wise choices, the issues of the what, how, why and who of how counselling should be undertaken will be considered. This study will have important implications on the proper spiritual growth in Christ of young people of the Eco Generation and in their preparation and search to find meaning and goals for their lives while establishing a Christian identity.

대민지원활동 관련 육군 소셜미디어 게시물에서의 당위성 언급과 병사 증언이 육군 신뢰에 미치는 영향 : 심리적 저항과 육군에 대한 기존 태도의 조절된 매개 모형

This study aimed to examine how two intrinsic message features of the South Korean Army’s social media posts—the presentation of (a) a justification for the Army's involvement in civil support activities, and (b) a soldier’s testimony about such activities—indirectly affect users' trust in the Army by influencing their perceived threats to freedom of choice and, subsequently, their psychological reactance to the posts. The study also sought to explore how users’ prior attitudes toward the Army moderate these indirect effects. To this end, we conducted an online experiment using a 2 (justification mention: absent vs. present) x 2 (soldier testimonial: absent vs. present) between-subjects design. A total of 742 South Korean adults in their 20s and 30s participated in the experiment. The participants were randomly assigned to one of four experimental conditions, each featuring a different Instagram post promoting the Army's snow removal effort. The variations in these posts were based on (a) whether the post explained why such a civil support activity is a key mission of the Army, citing the names and numbers of the relevant law clauses, and (b) whether the post included a soldier’s personal testimonial about his experience in the activity. The results revealed that the participants who viewed an Instagram post providing justification information were less likely to perceive the post as threatening to their freedom of choice compared to those who were exposed to a post without such information. This reduction in perceived threats to freedom of choice, in turn, decreased their psychological reactance to the post, ultimately leading to an increase in trust in the Army. Furthermore, the positive indirect effect of justification mention on trust in the Army was contingent upon the participants’ prior attitudes toward the Army: the effect was statistically significant among those with unfavorable or moderate attitudes, but not among those with favorable attitudes. In contrast, the presence of a soldier’s testimonial in an Instagram post did not affect the extent to which the participants perceived the post as threatening to their freedom of choice; consequently, its indirect effect on their trust in the Army was not significant. Moreover, the effect of presenting a soldier’s testimonial did not hinge on the participants’ pre-existing attitudes toward the Army. The findings are discussed in light of their insights for both (a) theoretical implications for justification explicitness and psychological reactance, and (b) practical applications in military communication strategies on social media. 본 연구는 대민지원활동 관련 육군의 소셜미디어 게시물에서 대민지원활동의 당위성을 언급하는 것과 해당 활동에 참여한 병사의 증언을 제시하는 것이 이용자의 선택의 자유 위협 지각과 심리적 저항의 순차적 매개를 거쳐 육군에 대한 신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증했다. 아울러 이용자의 육군에 대한 기존 태도가 이러한 간접효과 과정을 어떻게 조절하는지 또한 탐색했다. 연구질문에 답하기 위해 2(대민지원활동 당위성: 언급 vs. 미언급) × 2(대민지원활동 참여 병사 증언: 제시 vs. 미제시) 피험자 간 요인 설계 실험을 온라인상에서 실시했다(N = 742). 연구 결과, 대민지원활동의 당위성을 명시적으로 언급한 게시물은 그렇지 않은 게시물과 비교해 수용자가 선택의 자유가 위협받는다는 지각을 덜 하게 했고, 이를 통해 심리적 저항을 감소시킴으로써 결국 육군에 대한 신뢰를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이러한 순차적 매개 과정을 거친 간접효과는 육군에 대한 기존 태도가 부정적일수록 더욱 커지는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과의 이론적·실천적 함의를 논의했다.

청년창업자 개인특성과 환경요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 흡수역량과 조직네트워크 중심으로 -

This study analyzes business performance factors for young startup, one of the solutions to the youth unemployment problem, and explored the effects of individual characteristics, capability, and environmental factors of young entrepreneurs on business performance. The study targets young traders operating in traditional markets and shopping streets nationwide. The 159 sample data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 for frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis. The Entrepreneur's individual characteristics such as challenge spirit, start-up capability, and market characteristics affect absorptive capacity and interorganizational network. And absorptive capacity and interorganizational network affect financial and non-financial business performance. As a result, it was found that young traders need to reinforce their individual characteristics, start-up capability, and interorganizational networks in order to improve business performance. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications. 본 연구는 청년 실업 문제의 해결방안 중 하나인 청년 창업에 대해 경영성과 요인을 분석하고 청년 창업자의 개인특성과 역량, 창업 환경요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 연구대상은 전국 전통시장 및 상점가에서 영업중인 청년상인을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 조사한 159명의 표본자료를 SPSS 25.0와 Smart PLS 2.0을 활용, 통계 처리하여 빈도분석과 신뢰성, 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 창업자의 개인적 특성인 도전정신과 창업역량, 시장특성은 흡수역량과, 조직네트워크에 영향을 미치며, 흡수역량과 조직네트워크는 재무적 경영성과와 비재무적 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 청년상인의 경영성과를 높이기 위해서는 청년상인의 개인특성과 창업역량, 조직네트워크를 강화시켜야 한다는 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 이 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

성경적 기준의 삶을 위한 부모의 자녀양육 태도

본 연구는 부모가 가정에서 성경적인 기준의 자녀양육 고찰하고자한다. 어느 시대 이든 간에 문화는 매우 중요하며, 그 시대를 이끈다고 말할 수 있다. 현대문화의 대부 분은 기독교적인 문화 보다는 세속적인 것이 중심이 되어있다. 뿐만 아니라 교회 안 에서도 세속적인 문화를 쉽지 않게 찾아볼 수 있다. 이런 시점에서 자녀를 양육하는 부모들이 직면한 문제들 가운데 어떻게 양육해야 하는가 하는 문제는 매우 중요한 과 제중의 하나이다. 에베소서 6장4절에 “너희 자녀를 노엽게 하지 말고 오직 주의 교양 과 훈계로 양육하라”고 말씀하고 있다. 기독교교육의 특성을 인식하고 규정하는 기본적인 렌즈가 바로성경이다. 성경은 기독교교육에서 근본적인 것이다. 따라서 자녀교육 방법이 아무리 좋은 방법이라 하 더라도 성경에 기초하기 않으면 안 된다. 성경이 기준이 되는 자녀양육을 위하여 부 모는 자녀들에게 성경의 지식만 전달하는 것이 아니라 그들로 하여금 성경의 가르침 에 비추어서 그들의 현재의 생활태도, 행동, 그리고 환경 등을 살피도록 도와야 한다. 그러므로 기독교적인기준을 가지고 살아가려면 최초의 교육의 장(場)인 가정에서 부터 성경적인 기준을 가지고 자녀들이 양육되어져야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부모 가 가정에서 성경적인 기준을 가지고 자녀를 양육해야하는 부모의 역할과 그 방안을 고찰하고자한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 양육에 대한 개념을 신구약 성경과 기독교교육적인 양육을 살펴볼 것이다. 그 다음에 자녀양육을 위한 성경공부와 영적 삶을 고찰할 것이며, 마지막으로 성경에서 말하는 삶을 위한 자녀 양육을 성경적 기준과 삶 그리 고 성경적 자녀양육의 적용과 모델을 제시하려고 한다. 이 같은 연구는 부모가 가정 에서 성경적 기준을 가지고 자녀를 양육하는데 의미가 있을 것이다. This study aims to look into parenting for a biblically-based life. Culture is very important in any era, and it can be said that culture is the driving force of any era. Our contemporary culture is focused on the secular rather than on Christianity. Even within the church, secular culture is adopted. Within these conditions, a serious challenge presents itself for parenting. The Bible can be viewed as the primary focal lens for Christian education. As Christians, no matter how effective education for children can be, it must have its roots in the Bible. Parents cannot simply pass along Biblical facts and information but must help their children understand the teachings of the Bible and apply these teachings toward their attitudes for life, their behavior, their environment, etc. Parents must model their child rearing in Biblically-based Christian education. In this study, the parental roles and child rearing methods will be examined for fostering children based on the Bible. For this, principles of Christian child rearing from both the old and new testaments will be explored. Following Bible study and spiritual living will be examined for child rearing, and finally a model will be suggested for child rearing based on Biblical teachings that will bring Christian meaning to parenting and child-rearing.
