가정에서 자녀교육을 위한 의사소통

In today's family, it can be said that children's faith education is in a very difficult time. Moreover, faith education at home is urgently required during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as society changes rapidly, families are also changing rapidly. As the current society became diversified and personalized, the family lost its educational function. In other words, it can be immediately said that faith education in Christian families has collapsed. The reason is that the problem of faith education in today's family lies in poor communication. Communication problems are becoming difficult for parents and children due to changes in values caused by individualism and capitalism, and as the difference between values and the generation of children widens. In addition, disconnection of dialogue at home due to the disconnection of culture between generations is an obstacle to faith education. It is urgent to restore the educational function of Christian families. When parents provide Christian faith education to their children, their children can grow up properly. Communication with children is desperately needed to restore the purpose and function of faith education at home. Communication between parents and children is an important factor influencing children's motivation for religious education. Parents and children's communication must be open and positive parenting attitudes need to be sufficiently motivated for faith education. In order to solve the immediate problem of the absence of faith education at home, an alternative will be proposed to restore faith education through communication between parents and children. First, the necessity of faith education at home will be discussed. Then communication at the beginning of faith education will be considered. And third, communication and methods at home to implement faith education will be presented. This study will serve as an opportunity to provide clues to restore and implement faith education in Christian families. 오늘의 가정에서 자녀의 신앙교육은 매우 어려운 시기에 놓여 있다고 할 것이다. 더욱이 코로나 19 팬데믹을 겪으면서 가정에서의 신앙교육이 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 그러나 사회가 급변하면서 가정 또한 급격히 변해가고 있다. 현 사회가 다원화와 개인화가 되어가면서 가정이 교육적인 기능을 상실한 것이다. 즉 기독교 가정에서의 신앙교육이 무너져 내려져 있음을 즉시 할 수 있다. 그 이유는 오늘의 가정에서 신앙교육의 문제는 원활하지 못한 의사소통에 있다. 의사소통의 문제는 부모와 자녀가 개인주의, 자본주의로 인한 가치관의 변화가 자녀세대와 가치관의 차이가 확대됨으로 의사소통이 어려워지고 있다. 더불어 세대 간 문화의 단절로 인한 가정에서의 대화단절이 신앙교육의 방해 요소가 되고 있다. 기독교 가정의 교육적 기능을 회복하는 일이 시급하게 필요한 일이다. 부모가 자녀들에게 기독교 신앙교육을 실행할 때 자녀들은 올바르게 성장할 수 있다. 가정에서 신앙교육의 목적과 기능을 회복하기 위하여 자녀와의 의사소통이 절실히 필요하다. 부모와 자녀의 의사소통은 자녀의 신앙교육 동기에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이다. 부모와 자녀의 의사소통이 개방적이고 긍정적인 양육 태도는 신앙교육에 대한 동기 부여가 충분히 확보될 필요가 있다. 가정에서의 신앙교육의 부재라는 당면한 문제 해결하기 위하여 부모와 자녀의 의사소통을 통한 신앙교육 회복을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째 가정에서 신앙교육의 필요성을 이야기할 것이다. 그리고 신앙교육의 시작 의사소통에 대하여 고찰하게 될 것이다. 그리고 세 번째로 신앙교육을 실행하기 위한 가정에서의 의사소통과 그 방법들을 제시할 것이다. 이 연구는 기독교 가정의 신앙교육을 회복하고 실행하기 위한 실마리를 제시하는 계기가 될 것이다.

How to Teach the Biblical Standard of the Sociological Context of Youth Behavior

This study aims to teach youth how to lead their lives in Christian social behavior to biblical standards. Modern youth, particularly in our secular and humanistic society, deeply yearn for a sense of purpose. The teenage years is the decisive period in the set up of life direction. Much of our youth culture today promulgates non-biblical standards. Youth violence, youth crime, rebellion, youth sexual violence and sexual stimulation are rampant. And anthropologist Margaret Mead said “youth are the current scapegoats for adult apathy, indifference, lake of responsibility, and lack of imagination.” Many adolescents, whirled in today’s vortex of change, experience mental confusion, moral abandon, social estrangement, and spiritual decay. To understand the behavioral problems of adolescents, it is important to understand the factors of youth behavioral problems. The factors of behavioral problems of youth can be divided into private homes and social environmental factors, and psychological factors of adolescents. Individual psychological factors include self-esteem and self-control. How can our Christian youth escape the maelstrom of non-biblical forces and influences? How can Christian education help our children maintain biblical standards? In this sense, providing Christian religious education for teens living the Christian life has a very important meaning for people working in the Christian educational field. Therefore developing the direction of teen Christian education and strategy is the most important task. This study focuses on finding new practical educational methodologies that embrace both Christian education principles and the cultural needs of young people. For the aim of this study, is there a distinct teenage culture that we should know more about? What are the role and the relevancy of the church with today’s teenagers? It is appropriate to attempt to examine the sociological context in which youth behavior occurs, and the implications of these sociological for the Christian church. And the following stage is to assist each person in developing such biblical attitudes and appreciations that he will have a biblical approach to all of life. Moreover, this study will how to teach the biblical standard.

21세기 한국교회 기독교교육의 문제점과 대안

Church education in Korean churches is facing a very serious crisis. This crisis is a negative perception of the church as viewed by the present society. The negative perception of the church has led to children, adolescents, young adults, and even adults leaving the church. There have been countless studies on the problem of Christian education and its alternatives. However, those problems still remain a matter of church education. The alternatives do not become viable and remain a problem. To solve these problems, a paradigm shift is required, and in order to overcome the crisis of the church, it is necessary to study alternatives and its method factors and find application points. Today's church education is absolutely influenced by postmodernism and informationalization. However, church education is education for Christian identity that transmits Christian faith. This Christian education is facing challenges and crises against its religious and academic identity. Christian education has a responsibility to be aware of this reality and to present alternatives to overcome various crises facing church education. Therefore, it is the task of church education to establish standards so that we can live a life where the Bible becomes the standard. In other words, it is to give them biblical faith. Furthermore, it is necessary to point out and understand Christian faith in the Korean church, which has been evaluated as insufficient. In addition, establishing a Christian worldview and realizing the Kingdom of God that practice justice and love in society are tasks that can be accomplished efficiently through Christian education. Therefore, the Korean church should actively seek ways to support the practice of Christian education as well as church education in forming ideal Christians which is the goal of Christian education. 한국교회 교회교육은 매우 심각한 위기를 맞고 있다. 이 위기는 현 사회가 바라보는 교회에 대한 부정적인 인식에서 시작된다. 교회에 대한 부정적인 인식은 어린이 청소년들과 청년 그리고 성인에 이르기까지 교회를 떠나는 현상을 가져 왔다. 그동안 기독교 교육의 문제와 그 대안 연구는 수없이 많이 이뤄졌다. 그러나 그 문제점들은 여전히 교회교육의 문제로 남아 있다. 즉 제안된 대안들이 교회교육문제를 해결하는 대안이 되지 못하고 문제점으로 남아 있는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 패러다임의 변화가 요구되며, 교회의 위기를 극복하기 위해서는 대안과 그 방법적인 요인들을 연구하고 적용 점들을 찾아야 한다. 오늘의 교회교육은 포스트모더니즘과 정보화에 절대적인 영향을 받고 있다. 그러데, 교회교육은 기독교 신앙을 전수하는 기독교 정체성을 위한 교육이다. 이러한 기독교 교육이 신앙적 학문적 정체성에 대한 도전과 위기를 맞고 있다. 기독교 교육은 이러한 현실을 자각하고 교회교육이 당면해 있는 다양한 위기들을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 제시해야 하는 책임이 있다. 따라서 성경이 표준이 되는 삶을 살도록 표준을 세워주는 것이 교회교육의 과제이다. 즉 성경적 믿음을 갖게 하는 것이다. 그리고 그동안 미흡한 것으로 평가된 한국교회에 대한 기독교 신앙에 대한 지적과 이해가 필요하다. 또한, 기독교 세계관의 확립과 사회 안에서의 공의와 사랑을 실천하는 하나님 나라를 구현하는 일은 기독교 교육을 통해 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있는 과제들이다. 따라서 한국교회는 기독교 교육의 목표인 이상적 그리스도인 형성에 있어 교회교육뿐 아니라 기독교 교육의 실천을 지원하는 방법을 적극적으로 모색해야 한다.

에코세대의 미래를 위한 기독교 교육적 상담의 필요성 연구

본 연구의 목적은 입시위주의 교육풍토와 불확실한 취업환경 등 에코세대들을 둘러싼 여러 측면의 사회적 환경이 이들의 건강한 성장발달에 긍정적이지 않은 상황에서, 다가오는 미래사회 환경을 전망해 봄으로써, 오늘의 에코세대들이 올바른 그리스도인으로 행복한 삶을 만드는데 도움을 주고자 하는 필요성에서 시작되었다. 미래는 오늘을 사는 젊은이들의 몫이라고 할 때 틀린 말이 아닐 것이다. 젊은이의 중요성에 대한 의미는 재론할 여지가 없다. 대부분 사람들은 에코세대가 미래이며 장차 이 나라를 이끌 주역으로 여긴다. 그러나 사실 에코세대는 미래를 위해서만 중요한 것이 아니라, 현재에도 중요하다. 에코세대는 개별 가정에서는 물론 교회와 사회적으로도 희망과 기쁨 그리고 활력의 근원으로서 다른 구성원들에게 미래의 꿈을 가지게 한다. 이러한 에코세대의 미래를 위한 기독교 교육적 상담은 오늘을 살고 있는 젊은이들을 그리스도에게로 인도하여 구원을 얻게 하고, 나아가 확실한 영적성장을 할 수 있도록 그리스도의 주권 아래 자신들의 왕성한 젊음의 자원을 보전하여 개발하게 하는 것은 미래를 준비하는 에코세대들에게 가장 중요한 도전이다. 따라서 기독교교육과 상담은 공히 교육과 상담을 통하여 기독교적인 올바른 가치관을 확립하고, 그리스도의 인격을 닮아가는 올바른 관계를 회복하여 그리스도인으로서의 삶을 살아가도록 인도하는 하는 것이다. 그러므로 에코세대의 미래를 위한 기독교 교육적 상담은 하나님이 가르쳐주신 방법으로 문제를 해결하도록 돕는 것이다. 즉, 현실에 당면해 있는 문제들과 미래를 준비하는 것을 포함한다. 이러한 연구의 목적에 따라서 먼저 오늘을 살고 있는 젊은이들의 삶의 현실과 기독교 교육적 상담의 목적, 필요성 그리고 기독교교육과 상담의 관계를 살펴볼 것이다. 그 다음에 에코세대들이 지혜로운 결정을 하도록 도와주기 위하여 누가, 왜, 어떻게, 무엇을 상담을 해야 하는지를 고찰할 것이다. 이러한 연구는 에코세대들이 그리스도 안에서 올바른 영적인 성장을 하게 되고, 미래를 준비하고, 미래를 살아가는 삶의 의미와 목적을 찾는 기독교적 정체성을 형성하는데 중요한 의미를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine ways to assist the Eco Generation create happy lives as proper Christians. This is necessary for young people today who, surrounded by a society where the education climate is college entrance driven, career prospects are uncertain and are faced with an environment that proscribe positive healthy growth and development, are in preparations for the quickly approaching future where the outlooks do not look favorable. The most important challenge for the youth of today in the Eco Generation in preparing for the future is to conserve and develop resources of unblemished youth while under Christ’s sovereignty as they are guided to Christ through Christian education counselling, receive salvation and achieve genuine spiritual growth. Accordingly, counselling in Christian education in regards to the future for the Eco Generation is in helping to find solutions to problems through the teachings of God. In other words, it involves the problems that are currently being faced as well as for preparation for the future Therefore, for the purposes of this study, the realities of the lives of young people living today need to be examined, as well as the aim and necessity of Christian education and counselling. Furthermore, the relationship between Christian education and counselling will be examined. Thereafter, to help the Eco Generation make wise choices, the issues of the what, how, why and who of how counselling should be undertaken will be considered. This study will have important implications on the proper spiritual growth in Christ of young people of the Eco Generation and in their preparation and search to find meaning and goals for their lives while establishing a Christian identity.

My Ministry at the Local Church

Serving a church for God himself is one of the best works for those who became Christians. As a Christian, I was dreaming of what I would be and how I could serve a church. Now I became a minister for God and serve his church, congregation. When I made up my mind to be a minister, I was thinking of what kind of minister I would be and how I would be doing my ministry at a local church in which I would be involved. So, it is important for me as a minister to know the meaning and function of the church, and, based on this, to know how I take part in my ministry. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop the true meaning of the church. To do this, I will look at three points about the church in this paper: (1) the nature of the church, (2) the function of the church, and (3) the strategy of my ministry. Points (1) and (2) will be discussed based on the Bible and the third point on my personal philosophy and experiences about the ministry at the local church. It will be based on my personal ministry, goals and objectives. The church, which I will serve, will be formed based on my study which the Lord has led me to study.
