        경기소리의 전승 맥락과 보존․계승 방안

        Kyoungki sori includes the folk songs in the Kyoungki province, popular songs based on the folk songs, and finally Jawchang and Ipchang, Kyoungki Japga. This article has looked into the overall preservation and transmission of Kyunggi sori and modern measures for transmission. Traditional culture such as Kyoungki sori is not confined to only literature and music. Kyoungki sori is a culture. Therefore, only after the complete consideration of cultural context and transmission environment which encompass Kyoungki sori, measure for its preservation and, furthermore, the measures for transmission which will allow it to be adapted into the new time can be deliberated. Kyoungki sori must be preserved and transmitted because folk songs are the expression tools for promoting the sentiment of the locals; they are used as the music for common people; and the people who enjoy the folk songs are the people who enjoy Kyoungki sori. In school education, the music education should actively accept the regional folk songs and conduct creative education and, for that, there is a need for interaction and support among various parties and organization involved. In addition, there must be efforts to transmit the surrounding cultural context of folk songs for the preservation of intangible cultural assets. Also, attitudes for stage performance rather than exhibition are needed. Kyoungki japga and popular songs are art songs. Therefore, they must change ceaselessly according to the preference of the people who enjoy them. However, conditional changes might trigger reverse effect, which is why we need to pursue novelty within the boundary of the identity of Korean music. Kyoungkido is holding Kyoungki Sori Festival in order to promote Kyoungki sori. There are three issues well-deserving our consideration for a successful regional festival. First of all, a festival must be what a festival should be. Festive gaiety and merriment must be present. Second, a festival must be equipped with its identity. Preventing being plunged to be just like any other event-oriented festivals, identity must be secured. Finally, a regional festival must become a voluntary festival of the local people. Securing these three conditions, we will have a successful festival. People from different social stratum and teams with different ages and characteristics need to participate in the festival. These various people will eventually allow a festival to be the festival of the locals. Especially, in performance contest, we need to draw the group participation of kindergarteners and elementary school, middle school, and high school students as well as inviting the folk song teams from various cities and provinces to perform together.

        Transmission and Capture Measurements for ^(241)Am at GELINA

        The precise knowledge of cross sections for neutron induced reactions of major and minor actinides is essential for the design of advanced reactors. Furthermore, the present evaluated data files disagree with the results of some recent measurements. Therefore it was decided to perform new transmission and capture measurements for ^(241)Am at GELINA aiming to improve the evaluations. For the measurements a novel sample preparation method has been employed, for ensuring the homogeneity of the samples. The first results of capture and transmission measurements are consistent with each other, and with recent experimental values, but seem to be inconsistent with the evaluated data files. Before the final results can be reported, a careful characterisation of the americium sample is required.

      • High-Resolution Optical Measurement of Fiber Optics Transmission Line Length

        This paper studies a frame-loss-free shunt system for broadband optical fiber transmission lines. This system switches transmitting optical pulses between duplicated optical fibers to avoid any interruption to communication. A high-resolution measurement technique is necessary to evaluate the optical fiber length. We applied an interferometry technique to adjust 15 km duplicated optical lines at a resolution of 10 mm. An optical line switching system and procedure are designed for use in replacing in-service optical lines. A free space optics (FSO) system adjusts the length of an in-service optical line by up to 100 m. A gigabit ether-passive optical network (GE-PON) line is successfully replaced with an extended line while maintaining transmission.

        A method of X-ray source spectrum estimation from transmission measurements based on compressed sensing

        A new method of X-ray source spectrum estimation based on compressed sensing is proposed in this paper. The algorithm K-SVD is applied for sparse representation. Nonnegative constraints are added by modifying the L1 reconstruction algorithm proposed by Rosset and Zhu. The estimation method is demonstrated on simulated spectra typical of mammography and CT. X-ray spectra are simulated with the Monte Carlo code Geant4. The proposed method is successfully applied to highly ill conditioned and under determined estimation problems with a good performance of suppressing noises. Results with acceptable accuracies (MSE < 5%) can be obtained with 10% Gaussian white noises added to the simulated experimental data. The biggest difference between the proposed method and the existing methods is that multiple prior knowledge of X-ray spectra can be included in one dictionary, which is meaningful for obtaining the true X-ray spectrum from the measurements.

        송전선로의 동기페이저를 이용한 고장점 표정장치

        Fault location identification in the transmission line is an essential part of quick service restoration for maintaining a stable in power system. The application of digital schemes to protection IEDs has led to the development of digital fault locators. Normally, the impedance measurement had been used to for the location detection of transmission line faults. It is well known that the most accurate fault location scheme uses two-ended measurements. This paper deals with the complete design of a fault locator using GPS time-synchronized phasor for transmission line fault detection. The fault location algorithm uses the transmitted relaying signals from the two-ended terminal. The fault locator hardware consists of a Main Processor Unit, Analog Digital Processor Unit, Signal Interface Unit, and Power module. In this paper, sample real-time test cases using COMTRADE format of Omicron apparatus are included. We can see that the implemented fault locator identified all the test faults.

        변위 측정에 의한 스퍼 기어의 마찰 계수 추정과 하중 전달 해석

        Friction of spur gears is the important factor to relate to the efficiency and the thermal generation. This work focuses on obtaining the friction coefficient at low speed. To do so, this study built the experimental apparatus and estimated the friction coefficient by the displacement measurement. The displacement was measured in both directions along the line of action and off the line of action by a noncontact eddy-current displacement sensor. The average friction coefficient of 0.7 at low speed was obtained by the displacement measurement. Using the friction coefficient, the normal force, friction force, and transmission error were analyzed. Owing to the effects of friction, the normal force, friction force, and transmission error in the gear approach increased more than those in the gear recess. 스퍼 기어의 마찰은 효율 및 열 발생과 관련되어 있는 중요한 요소이다. 이 연구는 스퍼 기어계의 저속에서 마찰 계수를 얻기 위해 실험 장치를 설계, 제작하여 비접촉 변위 센서로 마찰 계수를 추정하였다. 비접촉 변위 센서는 와전류식 변위 센서를 사용하였으며, 기어를 회전시키면서 작용 선과 작용선에 수직한 변위를 측정하였다. 와전류식 변위 센서의 측정 결과를 사용하여 저속에서 스퍼 기어의 평균 마찰 계수 0.7을 얻었다. 이 마찰 계수로 수직력, 마찰력, 전달 오차의 변화를 해석하였고, 마찰의 영향으로 접근 시가 퇴거 시보다 수직력, 마찰력 및 전달 오차가 상승하였다.

        운행 경유차용 다차선 매연 원격측정기(RSD) 실증 개발 및 현장 적용성 연구

        A smoke RSD for in use diesel vehicles, which is applicable on multi-lane roads, was developed by applying a light transmission-type smoke concentration measuring module. The effect of interference on the driving lane factors and other factors related to the preceding vehicle, which were expected to be causing major errors, was analyzed. A high positive correlation of the smoke RSD for a single vehicle was verified (R2=0.811), and no significant measurement bias was observed based on the vehicle’s driving lane. The preceding vehicle caused significant interference, and it was observed that the amount of interference increased as the preceding vehicle decreased in speed, while the driving lane difference increased between the preceding vehicle and the following vehicle. Thus, reasonable smoke RSD regulation criteria must be established to minimize the error non-conformity rate by conducting error correction through the quantitative contribution analysis of each major error factor.

        타원편광분석법과 흡수측정을 이용한 Zn1-xMnxS 박막의 분광학적 특성 연구

        Zn1-xMnxS thin films were grown on GaAs(100) substrates by using hot-wall epitaxy. X-ray diffraction patterns revealed the crystal structure of the epilayer. The optical properties were investigated using spectroscopic ellipsometry at 300 K from 3.0 – 8.7 eV. The obtained data were analyzed to determine the critical points of the pseudodielectric function spectra, ⟨"(E)⟩ = ⟨"1(E)⟩+⟨"2(E)⟩, such as E0/E0+Δ0, E1, and three E2(;Δ; -)structures. These critical points were determined by fitting analytical line-shapes to numerically calculated derivatives of the pseudodielectric functions. In particular, the transmittance/absorptance measurements were carried out to obtain the optical properties of the Zn1-xMnxS epilayers, and the exact optical energy bandgap (Eg) was determined by comparing there results with the results of the ellipsometry measurements. Also, the energy band structures from the ellipsometry and the absorptance measurements were analyzed as a function of Mn concentration. The results obtained demonstrate that ellipsometry can be efficiently and non-destructively used to examine the energy bandgap of Zn1-xMnxS epilayers. 본 연구에서 사용된 Zn1-xMnxS 박막은 열벽적층성장법 (Hot-Wall Epitaxy, HWE)으로 GaAs(100) 기판 위에 Mn 조성에 변화를 주어 성장시켰다. 성장된 박막의 결정구조는 엑스선 회절 (XRD) 패턴을이용하여 확인하였다. 박막의 광학적 특성인 유사유전함수는 분광학적 타원편광분석법 (spectroscopic ellipsometry, SE)을 사용하여 실온에서 3.0 – 8.7 eV 광자에너지 범위에서 측정하였다. 유사유전함수스펙트럼 ⟨"(E)⟩ = ⟨"1(E)⟩ + ⟨"2(E)⟩에 나타난 E0/E0 + Δ0, E1, 그리고 세 개의 E2(;Δ; -)와 같은임계점 구조들은 타원편광분석법으로 측정한 데이터들을 이용하여 분석하였고, 각각의 정확한 임계점봉우리들은 유사유전함수의 데이터를 이차 미분한 이계도함수 d2⟨"(E)⟩/dE2 를 이용하여 구하였다. 특히, Zn1-xMnxS 박막의 정확한 광학적 정보를 획득하기 위하여 투과/흡수 측정을 수행하였고, 이를 타원편광분석법으로 조사된 결과와 비교분석하여 정확한 광학적 에너지 밴드갭(Eg)을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 Mn 조성이 증가함에 따른 타원분광학적 측정과 흡수 측정으로부터 얻은 에너지밴드 구조의 변화를 분석하였고, 이를 통해 타원편광분석법이 Zn1-xMnxS 시료의 광학적 에너지밴드갭을 비파괴적으로 평가하는데 유용한방법임을 알 수 있었다.

        기어 전달오차 계측 시스템 개발 및 검증에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop and verify a precision transmission error measurement system for a gear pair. The transmission error measurement system of the gear pair was developed as a measurement unit, signal processing unit, and signal analysis unit. The angular displacement for calculating the transmission error of the gear pair was measured using an encoder. The signal amplification, interpolation, and transmission error calculation of the measured angular displacement were conducted using a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) and a real-time processor. A high-pass filter (HPF) was applied to the calculated transmission error from the real-time processor. The transmission error measurement test was conducted using a gearbox, including the master gear pair. The same test was repeated three times in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions, respectively, according to the load conditions (0 - 200 N·m). The results of the gear transmission error tests showed similar tendencies, thereby confirming the stability of the system. The measured transmission error was verified by comparing it with the transmission error analyzed using commercial software. The verification showed a slight difference in the transmission error between the methods. In a future study, the measurement and analysis method of the developed precision transmission error measurement system in this study may possibly be used for gear design.

        씨름의 국가무형문화재 전승방향 및 과제

        이 연구의 목적은 씨름의 전승방향과 과제를 제시하는 것이다. 이에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 씨름은 2016년 12월 국가무형문화재 제131호로 지정되었다. 둘째, 씨름의 보존과 보급현황에 있어서 씨름 전승과 관련된 전문인력 양성, 씨름전수시설, 씨름전수 프로그램, 씨름 전승을 위한 행·재정 등 씨름전승 관련 제도가 존재하지 않는 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 「무형문화재 보전 및 진흥에 관한 법률」을 토대로 씨름의 전승방향을 제시하였다. ①씨름의 전수교육대학 지정이 필요하다. ②씨름교육과정이 신설되어야 한다. ③씨름전수 교육생의 확보가 필요하다. ④씨름전수를 위한 교재 제작이 필요하다. ⑤씨름전수를 위한 지역별 지정연수원 및 교수 요원의 확보가 필요하다. ⑥씨름의 올바른 전승을 위한 조사방향이 설정되어야 한다. 넷째, 「씨름 진흥법」을 토대로 씨름의 전승방향을 제시하였다. ①씨름 진흥을 위한 법조문의 보완이 시급하다. ②씨름의 전승을 위해서는 남북이 씨름에 대한 학술 및 문화재 정책 교류를 통해 획일화된 관점의 씨름의 국가무형문화재 전승방향보다는 남북한이 함께 공유하고 체계화할 수 있는 씨름 조사 및 기록화, 씨름 원형 발굴을 위한 콘텐츠 개발 및 보급, 씨름의 보존 및 진흥을 위한 전수체계의 기반 구축 등을 위한 공동의 전승방향이 모색되어야 한다. 아울러 씨름의 교육, 전승 및 전문인력 육성 사항, 씨름의 조사, 기록 및 정보화에 대한 전반적인 기초 토대 전승 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 다섯째, 씨름의 정책과제에 대한 내용이다. ①씨름의 국내외 진흥을 위한 「씨름 진흥법」의 법제도적 보완이 마련되어야 한다. ②씨름 단체의 통합을 위한 행정체계 단일화 작업이 이루어져야 한다. ③씨름의 표준기술체계 매뉴얼 제작이 이루어져야 한다. ④씨름의 보존 및 체계적인 전수를 위해서는‘씨름전수관’을 건축해야 한다. ⑤씨름전수교육대학의 선정 및 씨름전수자 양성 시스템 구축이 이루어져야 한다. ⑥씨름 전승에 필수적인 씨름 기술 활용을 위한 데이터베이스(DB) 구축이 필요하다. The objective of this study is to suggest the transmission direction and tasks of Ssireum, and the conclusions are like below. First, Ssireum has been designated as a national intangible cultural heritage(No.131) in December 2016. Second, in the current status of preservation and spread of Ssireum, there is no system related to the transmission of Ssireum such as cultivation of professional manpower, and facilities, programs, and administration/finance for transmitting Ssireum. Third, based on the 「Intangible Cultural Heritage Preservation & Promotion Act」, the transmission direction of Ssireum was suggested. ①The designation of a college to transmit Ssireum would be needed. ②The Ssireum curriculum should be established. ③ It would be necessary to secure trainees for transmitting Ssireum. ④The production of teaching materials for transmitting Ssireum would be needed. ⑤It would be needed to secure training institutes designated in each region and also teaching personnels for transmitting Ssireum. ⑥The research direction for the correct transmission of Ssireum should be set up. Fourth, based on the 「Ssireum Promotion Act」, the transmission direction of Ssireum was suggested. ①It is urgent to complement provisions for transmitting Ssireum. ②For the transmission of Ssireum, instead of the transmission direction of Ssireum as a national intangible cultural heritage in the standardized perspective, it would be necessary to seek for the joint transmission direction between South & North Korea for research & documentation of Ssireum that could be systematized/shared between South & North Korea, development/spread of contents for discovering the original form of Ssireum, and the establishment of a base of transmission system for the preservation/promotion of Ssireum through the academic/institutional exchanges regarding Ssireum between South and North Korea. Moreover, the overall and fundamental transmission measures for the education, transmission, research, record, and informatization of Ssireum, and the cultivation of professional manpower should be established. Fifth, the contents of institutional tasks for Ssireum are like following. ①The institutional complementation of the 「Ssireum Promotion Act」 should be done for the domestic/foreign promotion of Ssireum. ②For the integration of Ssireum organizations, the administrative system should be unified. ③The standard technical system manual for Ssireum should be produced. ④The 'Ssireum Transmission Center' should be built for the preservation and systematic transmission of Ssireum. ⑤The selection of a college for transmitting Ssireum and the establishment of a system to cultivate Ssireum successors should be done. ⑥It would be necessary to establish database(DB) for the use of Ssireum techniques essential for the transmission of Ssireum.
