        진단용 방사선 발생장치의 수시 정도관리 항목 및 기준에 관한 기초 연구

        국내 진단용 방사선 발생장치는 3년 주기로 시행되는 정기적인 정도관리 검사에 앞서 일별, 주별, 월별, 분기 반기별로 시행하는 수시 정도 관리에 대한 항목 및 규정이 명확하게 지정되어 있지 않다. 미국과 유럽 등의 선진국에서는 정도 관리 항목에 대해 검사를 수행하는 검사자를 구분하여 국가 기관에 보고하도록 되어 있으므로 체계적인 검사 수행과 더불어 검토가 가능하다. 그러므로 의료 장비의 현대화가 이루어지는 시점에서 국외의 주기별 정도관리 시스템을 국내 진단용 방사선 발생 장치에 적합하도록 도입하여 정도관리 항목과 기준의 재정립이 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 진단용 방사선 발생장치 중 가장 빈번히 사용되고 있는 일반 X선 촬영 장치의 3년 정기점검 사이에 주기적인 수시 정도 관리 검사 항목과 방법 및 기준 수립을 위해 미국, 캐나다 등의 국외 문헌 조사 및 국제 전자 기술 위원회(International Electro-technical Commission, IEC)의 규정 항목과 비교하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 수시 정도관리 항목 신설 시 필요한 검사 항목 및 기준 설정을 위한 기초 자료로 제시하고자 하였다. Diagnostic radiation equipment diagnosis and treatment of disease of recent plays a central role, but this is based on the assumption of an appropriate balance of benefits and risks of diagnostic. If balance is not maintained has the potential to give an adverse effect on the health of the public. In the case of an overseas, the importance of (QA) quality assurance of medical equipment is growing, but evaluation criteria of quality assurance has not been clearly presented in domestic. Therefore, the modernization of medical equipment from the point at which the degree of cycle-by-cycle management system of foreign national to be suitable for diagnostic radiation generator entry and quality control standards by introducing a tailoring is necessary. In this study the most frequently used diagnostic radiation generator X-ray imaging apparatus of the general three-year periodic inspections at any time between the periodic inspection items and quality control methods and standards for the establishment of the United States, Canada and abroad, and international electronic literature search Technical Committee (International Electro-technical Commission, IEC) were compared with the provisions of item. Based on the national quality control items when opening frequent inspection items and standards presented as a basis for setting up study.

        Examining Measurement Characteristics of an English Listening Comprehension Test

        The purpose of this study was to investigate some measurement characteristics of an English listening test for high school students annually developed and administered by the 15 provincial Offices of Education in Korea. The study applied item response theory (IRT) models and a series of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (EFA, CFA) procedures to a data set from 284 students at a local high school. The IRT analyses showed the test could not distinguish students properly along the continuum of listening proficiency because the test items were too easy and the test was too short with a relatively low reliability for such a large scale test. Subsequent EFA and CFA procedures revealed that the test was primarily unidimensional and should function as a summative test but not as a diagnostic one. Further implications from the analyses were discussed together with some suggestions to improve the test quality.

        의료분야 진단용방사선발생장치의 품질관리

        진단용방사선발생장치를 이용한 검사는 영상의학과에서 인체 내 정보를 파악하기 위한 가장 유용한 진단장비 중 하나로 신뢰도가 매우 높다. 이와 같은 이유로, 최근에는 영상의학과 영역의 진단 검사 장비를 이용한 검사 건수가 매년 증가하고 있다. 또한, 검사 건수 증가는 장치의 빠른 노화를 불러일으키고 이로 인해 장치에 대한 정도관리(quality control, QC)의 중요성이 대두된다. 특히, 진단용방사선발생장치를 이용한 검사에서 정도관리란 검사시작부터 검사가 끝날 때 까지 발생할 수 있는 모든 문제점을 사전에 알아내고 대처하여 신뢰가 확보된 영상을 획득하여 제공하는 과정에 있는 일련의 모든 활동을 의미한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진단용방사선발생장치를 이용한 검사에서 정도관리에 대해보고 한다. The examination using diagnostic x-ray equipment is one of the most useful diagnostic equipment for identifying information in the human body in diagnostic radiology. For this reason, the number of examinations has recently increased a lot. Increasing the number of examinations will accelerate the aging of the device. In addition, this makes them aware of the importance of quality control for the diagnostic x-ray device. Particularly, in a diagnostic x-ray device, quality control refers to an act of always maintaining a certain level of image quality by identifying and correcting all problems that may lead to reduction of the diagnosis area in advance. Therefore, this study summarizes and reports general information about quality control in examinations using diagnostic x-ray equipment.

        의료영상 품질관리의 개념

        The quality management processes used by industrial companies have become commonplace in the healthcare system and are proving successful in improving quality and controlling costs. The total quality management system is important for safe and efficiently run medical imaging. Quality management includes quality control, quality assurance, and continuous quality improvement in all aspects of medical imaging to improve the quality of healthcare. For quality improvement of medical imaging, medical imaging accreditation programs are being systematically implemented in many countries including Korea. Quality management in the medical imaging process will be effective within a system of cooperation among stakeholders and professionals. In this review, I describe the concept and basic definition of quality management in medical imaging and introduce quality management programs from countries outside Korea.

        데이터 품질진단을 위한 자동화도구 개발

        When companies or institutes manage data, in order to utilize it as useful resources for decision-making, it is essential to offer precise and reliable data. While most small and medium-sized enterprises and public institutes have been investing a great amount of money in management and maintenance of their data systems, the investment in data management has been inadequate. When public institutions establish their data systems, inspection has been constantly carried out on the data systems in order to improve safety and effectiveness. However, their capabilities in improving the quality of data have been insufficient. This study develops an automatic tool to diagnose the quality of data in a way to diagnose the data quality condition of the inspected institute quantitatively at the stage of design and closure by inspecting the data system and proves its practicality by applying the automatic tool to inspection. As a means to diagnose the quality, this study categorizes, in the aspect of quality characteristics, the items that may be improved through diagnosis at the stage of design, the early stage of establishing the data system and the measurement items by the quality index regarding measurable data values at the stage of establishment and operation. The study presents a way of quantitative measurement regarding the data structures and data values by concretizing the measurement items by quality index in a function of the automatic tool program. Also, the practicality of the tool is proved by applying the tool in the inspection field. As a result, the areas which the institute should improve are reported objectively through a complete enumeration survey on the diagnosed items and the indicators for quality improvement are presented quantitatively by presenting the quality condition quantitatively.

        컴퓨터단층촬영장치와 품질관리

        CT(computed tomography, CT) examinations is one of the most useful diagnostic equipment for identifying information in the human body in diagnostic radiology. Recently, the number of CT scans is increasing every year due to the high reliability of CT scans. Increasing the number of tests will accelerate the aging of CT devices, which is why the importance of quality management for CT devices is on the rise. Particularly in CT, quality management refers to a behavior of figuring out and correcting all sorts of hindrance factors that can cause all the problems related to the equipment associated with the diminishment of diagnosed area due to the reduction of image quality in clinical imaging in advance and maintaining a consistent level of image quality and obtaining a proper image. Here, these researchers aim to summarize and report the general contents of quality management in CT. 컴퓨터단층촬영장치(computed tomography, CT)을 이용한 검사는 영상의학과에서 인체 내 정보를 파악하기 위한 가장 유용한 진단장비 중 하나로 신뢰도가 매우 높다. CT검사에 대한 신뢰성이 높아 최근에는 CT를 이용한 검사 건수도 매년 증가하고 있다. 검사 건수 증가는 CT장치의 노화를 촉진하게 되고, 이로 인해 CT장치에 대한 품질관리(quality management, QM)의 중요성이 대두된다. 특히, CT검사에서 품질관리란 임상영상에서 영상의 질(image quality, IQ) 저하로 진단영역 축소를 초래할 수 있는 발생가능한 모든 문제점을 사전에 파악하여 교정함으로써 항상 일정 수준의 영상의 질을 유지하고 영상을 획득할 수 있게 하는 행위를 의미한다. 이에 본 연구진은 CT검사의 품질관리에 대한 일반적인 내용을 요약하여 보고 한다.

        국내 혈액원 수혈전파성감염 선별을 위한 진단면역학적 검사의 질관리

        The Korean government previously established a national blood policy and national blood system based on basic and essential legislation. This achievement was the result of collaborative efforts between the Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Korean Society of Blood Transfusion, the Korean Society for Laboratory Medicine, the Laboratory Medicine Foundation, and/or the Korean Association of External Quality Assessment Service. To ensure a safe and effective transfusion, a comprehensive quality assurance (QA) system to assess every process from donor selection to transfusion is mandatory. From a blood safety perspective, selection of appropriate donor blood screening tests for transfusion-transmissible infections (TTI) and the QA program is of great importance. In this article, we review legislation regarding the national blood policy and national blood system as well as the selection logic regarding diagnostic immunologic tests for TTI and quality assurance efforts for TTI of each blood center.
