        연구개발 특성과 신제품출시 성과 분석 - 유가증권시장 대비 코스닥시장

          본 연구는 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장 상장법인 사이 R&D 특성과 신제품출시 성과를 분석하였다. 상장기업 중에서 건설업, 금융기관 등을 제외한 제조업과 정보처리 및 기타 컴퓨터운영관련업(비제조업)을 연구대상으로 분석한 결과 연구개발 특성이 우수한 유가증권시장 상장기업일수록 코스닥시장 상장기업보다 더 긍정적인 신제품 출시성과를 나타내고 있음을 발견하였다. 좋은 신제품을 개발하기 위해서는 기업이 연구개발 특성을 잘 이해하고 이에 맞는 연구개발체계(조직구조, 인력, 조직특성)와 연구개발 하부구조(상호의존성, 의사결정, 의사소통)를 갖추고, 연구개발 관리활동(성과목표, 정보시스템, 아이디어의 원천)을 수행하며, 연구개발 환경(환경불확실성, 혁신준비성)에 대비하고, 마케팅 활동(판매시장정보, 마케팅능력)을 하여야 함을 시사하고 있다.   The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of R&D group characteristics and new high-tech product launch performance on the KSE versus KOSDAQ. To accomplish the purpose of the study, a research model was made based on literatures about R&D characteristics and new high-tech product launch performance. Working hypotheses were established based on the research model. In order to verify hypotheses, the data were collected from leader of each department(team manager), leaders of R&D, production, and marketing department, and the members of R&D project team who all had experience in the project or were participating in it, in the KSE and KOSDAQ. To analyze the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multi-regression analysis were used.<BR>  The results of the study are summarized as follows : First, in analysis on the impact of R&D characteristics on the market performance, firms listed on KSE than firms listed on KOSDAQ were more significant. Second, in analysis on the impact of R&D characteristics on the firm performance, firms listed on KSE than firms listed on KOSDAQ were more significant.<BR>  In the result, this study ascertained that the more superior firms listed on KSE than firms listed on KOSDAQ, in R&D characteristics, had more excellent new high-tech product launch performance. This study suggests that firms should understand R&D characteristics, and have own"s R&D system and R&D sub-system, and activate Marketing and R&D management activity, and prepare R&D environments(situations) to develop excellent new high-tech product.

        초등학교 교과서의 신ㆍ재생 에너지 교육 내용 분석 및 교재 개발

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of new & renewable energy education in elementary school textbooks and to develop workbook related new & renewable energy education for elementary school students. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the result of contents analysis energy education and new & renewable energy education through textbooks on 7th elementary school curriculum, subjects including contents related energy are Disciplined Life, Intelligent Life, Moral Education, Social Studies, Science, and Practical Arts. Contents related new & renewable energy are taught 4~6th grades but the quantity and quality of contents are very poor. Second, this study developed workbook related new & renew-able energy education for 5th and 6th grades. The workbook is organized with 5 themes that are the need of new & renewable energy, the definition and kinds of new & renewable energy, strengths and weakness of new & renewable energy development, a case of new & renewable energy, and the application of new & renewable energy to practical life. Third, to improve workbook developed, it was applied to 6th grade and then more appropriately modified. Based on the results, it suggests the following for new & renewable energy education. Energy education in elementary school must equally be taught through the all scope of energy education. To solve the energy problem, the content related new & renewable energy education should be included much more both quantity and quality. New & renewable energy education workbook developed in this study is expected to reinforce current text-books that is being taught a little content of new & renewable energy education.

        신약승인체계에 대한 미연방 식품의약품청의 규제

        Before a new therapeutic drug can be commercialized in the United States, it must meet the safety and effectiveness requirements of the Food and Drug Administration(FDA). Therefore, it is virtually impossible to put a new drug on the market without FDA"s review and approval. In consequence, FDA is routinely blamed for delays in the availability of useful new drugs, and is sometimes charged with preventing access altogether. The expense of the studies FDA requires before granting approval coupled with the substantial time spent conducting these studies and waiting for agency approval is among the common explanations for the cost of new drugs. Thus, the current statutory criteria and administrative procedures for approval of drugs, which have been the causes of increasing health care costs and delays of using new drugs, have become target for would-be reformers. The FDA"s regulation on drugs started with the Federal Food and Drugs Act of 1906. Now, the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act(FD&C Act) plays a role in the regulation of drugs as a general statute after suffering numbers of amendments. In this article, I accept the reformers" hypothesis that legal structure has a critical bearing on the rate of new product introduction, and on the cost of those products that are introduced. According to this acceptance, I recount the evolution of these standards and procedures and, in the process, seeks to identify the activities of Congress and FDA that have influenced this evolution. In doing so, especially, I focus on the efforts of Congress and FDA that have attempted to improve the contents and problems of new drug approval in 1962 Amendment. As a consequence, I reveal that Congress has amended FD&C Act all the time in order to meet the safety and effectiveness requirements for pre-marketing and post-marketing new drugs. On top of that, FDA"s effort to improve the approval procedures more efficiently would be suggested.

        감성과 신기술 결합에 의한 뉴레트로디자인 연구

        본 논문은 뉴레트로 디자인 산업의 전반적 동향 분석과 발전 전망을 통하여 뉴레트로 관련 디자인 산업발전에 도움이 될 수 있도록 이론적이고 체계적인 학술 자료를 제공하고자 연구되어졌다. 연구방법은 인터넷을 이용한 국내외 정보 D/B 및 네트워크 검색, 논문과 단행본을 포함한 도서 · 출판물등 문헌조사를 통한 고찰 및 분석이 중심이 되었다. 연구의 내용과 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 뉴레트로 트렌드는 현대적 감각 요소 기반에 아날로그적 감성 요소와 신기술을 결합하여 기존 제품과의 차별화를 추구하는 경향을 의미한다. 둘째, 첨단 스마트기술제품 환경 속에서 소비자들은 쉽게 다가가기 쉬운 감성 · 신기술 결합의 뉴 레트로 디자인으로 수용 저항이 낮아질 수 있다는 점이 분석되어졌다. 셋째, 뉴레트로 마케팅 전략 성공 여부와 관하여 본질 유지와 현대화, 과거 재발견, 시간 · 세대 초월의 소비자 가치 연계, 브랜드 가치 공동체 형성 등 4가지 요인이 중요하게 작용하고 있으며, 폭 넓은 소비계층이 형성되어 있음이 파악 되어졌다. 넷째, 감성 · 신기술 결합의 뉴레트로 디자인 제품 사례 분석을 통해 대립된 모순 공존과 역사 · 문화 · 유산에 의한 전통 가치, 세대 초월 수렴진화에 의한 영속성, 그리고 1950s - 1970s 시대 디자이너와 제품에 대한 오마쥬가 그 특징적 요소임을 파악 하였다. 마지막으로 다양한 연령층의 소비계층 상정, 소비자 개인적 · 공통적 특성 구별에 의한 디자인 요소 파악 및 전략 수립, 전략적 기반과 뉴레트로 디자인 특성요소의 결합, 다양한 유통 · 마케팅 방식 구현을 제안하였다. 본 연구가 관련 산업과 연구에 학술적 · 이론적 자료로서 활용되어질 수 있기를 기대한다. This article is designed to offer theoretical data and systematic scholarly materials for developing new retro design industry by analyzing general tendency and to finding a developing prospect of new retro design industry. The main method of this article is to review and analyze the data from internet D/B in domestic and abroad, and variety of literatures including thesis, books, periodicals and the other publications. The summary of contents and results of this article are as below. First, new retro trend signified a tendency to seek different factors combining a sensory element of analogue and new technology based on sensory element of modernity. Second, resistance capacity of consumers would get lower by new retro design combining elements of emotion · new technology through taking consumers easy approach under the cutting-edge smart technology environment. Third, relating with measure success of new retro marketing strategy were figured out with four meaningful act factors, which are stay true but contemporizing, allow for rediscovery, connect with timeless consumer values, and build a brand value community, all built on an wide range of consumer group. Fourth, distinct elements were represented as a contradictory coexistence, a traditional value of history · culture · heritage, a perpetuality by transcending generations and convergent evolution, and the hommage to designers and products in 1950s – 1970s through new retro design product, combining with elements of emotion · new technology, case analyzing. Finally, developing suggestion was delivered with ways of bring in main consumers from diverse aging groups, a strategy build by identifying design elements focused on individual · common consumer characteristic distinction, combining characteristic elements of new retro design on strategic basis, and realization of various marketing · distribution implementation. It is expected that this paper would be utilized as academical · theoretical data for its related design industry area in domestic and abroad.

        공공 및 민간건축물 신 · 재생에너지 설치의무정책 현황과 문제점 개선방안

        In this study, policy changes in the mandatory installation of new and renewable energy in public buildings and the local government’s mandatory installation of new and renewable energy in private buildings are compared and reviewed, and the limitations and maintenance of new and renewable energy currently used in buildings. It aims to contribute to the development of new and renewable energy installation policies in the future by identifying problems and suggesting improvement measures. The methods and procedures of this study are as follows. First, the policy changes in the mandatory installation of new and renewable energy in public buildings are divided into the initial period, transition period, and settlement period, and the characteristics of policies according to each period are identified, and the change process of unit energy production and correction coefficient by new and renewable energy source was investigated. Second, the new and renewable energy installation policies of the green building design standards according to local government ordinances including Seoul and Busan were compared and reviewed with respect to the mandatory ratio of new and renewable energy for private buildings. Third, to expand the scope of new and renewable energy sources in the future by investigating and analyzing the limitations in terms of installation and maintenance according to the mandatory ratio of installation of new and renewable energy sources such as solar, geothermal, and fuel cells currently used in buildings, suggested the improvement plans.

        New & renewable energy has been brought to the attention of the world as eco-friendly energy source to cope with the fossil fuel depletion and rate of environment load growth. Thus, the government is actively encouraging application of New & renewable energy system. Nevertheless outcome of them has been slumped. This case is caused by shortage of the preliminary inspection and maintenance before installing systems, because scientific planning system is currently required in the pre-planning phase. Before starting to develop the planning tool of new & renewable energy system, to search available factors of development strategy, this study carry out a survey targeting the hands-on workers concerning it. As a result, when new & renewable energy system have been applied, it is evaluated available factors of them such as economics, efficiency, reliability, and so on. Also, a method in planning and design of them has frequently depended on collaborating with specialized agency or experience of working. In addition, a majority of respondents emphasized that exiting building mechanical system and new & renewable energy need to integrate or compose the hybrid system. Finally, it is analysed economical criteria such as minimum of LCC, initial investment have to optimize in advance.

        행위자-네트워크 이론(ANT)을 통한 뉴 뮤지엄의 변화 연구 -‘번역’ 과정을 적용한 ‘아트앤컬처’ 사례 분석-

        초연결 융합 사회에서 뮤지엄은 소통을 위한 매체개발과 네트워크가 증폭되고 기술과 유기적 관계를 확대해가고 있다. 본 연구는 뮤지엄 생태계를 조성하는 개체들을 객관적 이론으로 분석하기 위해 시작되었다. 변혁을 시도하는 뉴 뮤지엄에서는 유물, 시공간, 사용자, 매체, 기술 등에 의한 유기적 네트워크와 재생산, 또 다시 무한한 네트워크로 연결된다. 이러한 복잡해지는 개체들로 인해 뉴 뮤지엄으로서의 개념변화와 사회적 현상을 적용하기 위해 본 연구는 과학기술학분야인 행위자-네트워크 이론(Actor-Network Theory, ANT)을 적용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 최근 새로운 뮤지엄의 개념을 도입한 ‘아트앤컬처’를 ANT의 ‘번역’ 과정을 통해 살펴보고자한다. 아트앤컬처는 전 세계 뮤지엄들의 네트워크로 방대한 디지털 유물 자료를 신기술을 활용하여 감상·체험·소통이 가능하게 한 뉴 뮤지엄 형태이다. 번역 과정을 통해 살펴본 아트앤컬처는 문화 기관·유산과 협력 네트워크를 맺고 사용자의 확대로 인해 관심유발과 역할등록 단계에서 유기적 네트워크로 확대해 가고 있다. 이것이 성공적으로 진행된다면 동원하기로 나아갈 수도 있으며, 반대로 유지·변화하지 못한다면 배반으로 이어질 수도 있다. 뮤지엄의 매체 생성과 개념변화는 거스를 수 없다. 이러한 대표적인 현상을 보여주는 아트앤컬처를 과학기술학 관점을 도입하여 분석하는 것은 의미가 있다. 아트앤컬처가 전 세계 문화유산 디지털 콘텐츠를 독점한다는 우려도 있지만 혁신을 시도하는 뉴 뮤지엄으로서 신개념 제공과 행위자간 창조적인 네트워크 형성을 통해 견제 할 수도 있을 것이다. In the hyper-connected convergence society, a museum is expanding the organic relationship with technology by developing media for communication and amplifying the network. This study was started to analyze through the objective theory of the entities that make up a museum ecosystem. In a new museum, which attempts to transform, it is connected to an organic network and reproduction by relics, time and space, users, media, and technology, and again to an infinite network. Due to these complex objects, in order to apply the conceptual change and social phenomenon as a new museum, this study was analyzed by applying the actor-network theory(ANT), a field of science and technology. To this end, we would like to examine ‘Arts&Culture’, which recently introduced the concept of a new museum, through the ‘translation’ process of ANT. Arts&Culture is a network of museums around the world, in the form of a new museum that allows viewers to appreciate, experience, and communicate vast amounts of digital artifacts using new technologies. Arts&Culture, examined through the translation process, has established a cooperative network with cultural institutions and heritage and is expanding into an organic network in the stage of interessement and enrollment due to the expansion of users. If it is successfully carried out, it can lead to mobilization, and conversely, if it is not maintained or changed, it can lead to betrayal. It is impossible to resist the creation of a medium and a change in the concept of a museum. It is meaningful to introduce and analyze art and culture that shows these representative phenomena from the viewpoint of science and technology. Although there are concerns that Arts&Culture monopolizes the digital contents of cultural heritages around the world, but as a new museum that tries to innovate, it can be checked by providing a new concept and forming a creative network between actors.

      • Antimicrobial peptides: therapeutic potentials

        <P>The increasing appearance of multidrug-resistant pathogens has created an urgent need for suitable alternatives to current antibiotics. Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs), which act as defensive weapons against microbes, have received great attention because of broad-spectrum activities, unique action mechanisms and rare antibiotic-resistant variants. Despite desirable characteristics, they have shown limitations in pharmaceutical development due to toxicity, stability and manufacturing costs. Because of these drawbacks, only a few AMPs have been tested in Phase III clinical trials and no AMPs have been approved by the US FDA yet. However, these obstacles could be overcome by well-known methods such as changing physicochemical characteristics and introducing nonnatural amino acids, acetylation or amidation, as well as modern techniques like molecular targeted AMPs, liposomal formulations and drug delivery systems. Thus, the current challenge in this field is to develop therapeutic AMPs at a reasonable cost as well as to overcome the limitations.</P>

        정부의 디지털 신기술 분야 직업훈련 개선에 관한 연구

        In this study, K-Digital Training program, which is a representative government project of vocational training for new digital technologies in response to the 4th industrial revolution, is analyzed and an improvement model is suggested. The K-Digital training project is rapidly expanding, with the number of training operators increasing by 7.1 times and training course programs by 8.5 times within three years of implementation, but there is a severe problem in that education and training programs are concentrated in the metropolitan. To solve this problem, a shared training model is proposed. This model is a plan to maximize the use of local human and material resources, to respond to new digital technologies through systematic composition and operation, and to enhance the stability and reliability of education and training. In each region, a sharing and cooperation model in the form of a consortium is established that jointly utilizes resources scattered by various training institutions such as instructors, training contents, and training infrastructure related to digital new technology. In addition, a training certification evaluation system is introduced to increase the credibility of the rapidly developing digital new technology training.
