        DTW와 퓨전기법을 이용한 비유사도 기반 분류법의 최적화

        본 논문에서는 동적시간교정법(dynamic time warping: DTW)과 다중퓨전기법(multiple fusion strategy: MFS)을 연속 적용하여 비유사도기반 분류법(dissimilarity-based classification: DBC)을 최적화시키는 방법의 실험결과를 보고한다. DBC란 샘플 패턴을 분류하기 위하여 샘플의 특징 값을 이용하는 대신에 샘플들 사이의 비유사도를 측정하여 분류기를 설계하는 방법이다. DTW에서는 다음과 같이 두 단계로 나누어 비유사도를 측정한다. 먼저 상관계수를 이용하여 객체 샘플들을 대응시키기 위한 최적의 대응경로를 찾을 수 있도록 샘플들을 조정한다. 그리고 기존의 거리측정법으로 조정된 샘플들 사이의 비유사도를 측정 한다. MFS에서는 분류기결합 뿐만 아니라 비유사도 행렬생성에서도 퓨전기법을 적용한다. 즉, DTW 기법으로 작성한 다수의 비유사도 행렬들을 결합하여 새로운 비유사도 행렬을 생성한 다음, 이 행렬공간에서 여러 개의 베이스 분류기를 학습하여 다시 결합한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 벤취마크 영상 데이터베이스를 대상으로 실험한 결과, 기존의 방법과 비교하여 분류 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 실험결과로 볼 때, 제안 방법을 멀티미디어 정보검색 등과 같은 다른 고차원 응용에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This paper reports an experimental result on optimizing dissimilarity-based classification(DBC) by simultaneously using a dynamic time warping(DTW) and a multiple fusion strategy(MFS). DBC is a way of defining classifiers among classes; they are not based on the feature measurements of individual samples, but rather on a suitable dissimilarity measure among the samples. In DTW, the dissimilarity is measured in two steps: first, we adjust the object samples by finding the best warping path with a correlation coefficient-based DTW technique. We then compute the dissimilarity distance between the adjusted objects with conventional measures. In MFS, fusion strategies are repeatedly used in generating dissimilarity matrices as well as in designing classifiers: we first combine the dissimilarity matrices obtained with the DTW technique to a new matrix. After training some base classifiers in the new matrix, we again combine the results of the base classifiers. Our experimental results for well-known benchmark databases demonstrate that the proposed mechanism achieves further improved results in terms of classification accuracy compared with the previous approaches. From this consideration, the method could also be applied to other high-dimensional tasks, such as multimedia information retrieval.

      • MFS기법과 ESO법을 이용한 평면구조물 위상최적화설계

        구조물 위상최적화는 설계 영역에 가해지는 하중을 최소한의 재료로 견딜 수 있도록 구조물의 형상을 결정하는 것이다. 이로써 구조물의 사하중과 재료의 양을 최소화할 수 있다. 현재까지 구조물 위상최적화는 유한요소법을 이용한 구조해석과 구조해석 결과를 바탕으로 적은 응력을 받는 부분을 제거해 나가는 진화적 구조 최적화 기법(ESO: Evolutionary Structural Optimization)을 결합하는 것이 일반적이었다. 그러나 유한요소법은 구조물의 형상이 단계적으로 변함에 따라 격자망을 다시 생성해야하는 어려움이 있다. 이에 비해 MFS는 내부 영역의 이산화 없이 경계의 이산화만으로 수치해석을 할 수 있는 방법이며, 절점의 값만을 계산 할 수 있는 유한요소법과 달리 한번 수치해석을 수행한 이후에는 내부의 어떤 점의 값도 구할 수 있는 방법이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경계의 이산화만으로 수치해석을 할 수 있는 MFS(Method of Fundamental Solutions)와 진화적 구조 최적화 기법을 결합한 평면 구조물 위상최적화 방법을 개발하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 진화적 구조최적화 기법의 매 단계에서 발생하는 구조물 형상의 변화를 격자 생성 없이 반영할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법의 검증을 위하여 기존의 평면 구조물 위상최적화 문제에 적용하고 그 결과를 비교하였다.

        Beginning to Understand the Role of Sugar Carriers in Colletotrichum lindemuthianum: the Function of the Gene mfs1

        Fungi of the Colletotrichum genus are among the most prominent phytopathogens that cause diseases with a considerable economic impact, such as anthracnose. The hemibiotrophic fungus Colletotrichum lindemuthianum (teleomorph Glomerella cingulata f. sp. phaseoli) is the causal agent of the anthracnose of the common bean; and similarly to other phytopathogens, it uses multiple strategies to gain access to different carbon sources from its host. In this study, we examine mfs1, a newly identified C. lindemuthianum hexose transporter. The mfs1 gene is expressed only during the necrotrophic phase of the fungus’ interaction within the plant and allows it to utilize the available sugars during this phase. The deletion of mfs1 gene resulted in differential growth of the fungus in a medium that contained glucose, mannose or fructose as the only carbon source. This study is the first to describe a hexose transporter in the hemibiotrophic pathogen C. lindemuthianum and to demonstrate the central role of this protein in capturing carbon sources during the necrotrophic development of the plant/pathogen interaction.

        Computational study of backdraft dynamics and the effects of initial conditions in a compartment

        Backdraft dynamics and effects of initial fuel mass fraction on backdraft behavior were studied computationally using fire dynamics simulator with a Model-free simulation (MFS). The effects of one- and three-step reaction mechanisms on backdraft development and temporal pressure variation were examined. Thermal radiation effects were studied by considering the gray-gas-radiation (GRAY) and adiabatic model (ADIA). The gravity current and backdraft development were reasonably reproduced by the MFS. The temporal pressure rise inside the compartment showed a similar trend to previous experiments. ADIA did not predict the local ignition near the bottom wall, while GRAY did predict. The critical fuel mass fraction (Y f ) for backdraft occurrence was determined from the two-peak characteristic in the pressure, and the predicted Y f was reasonable, compared with the experiments. Complex mixed combustion modes were found locally during backdraft development. MFS with finite chemistry was found to be a potentially good computational tool for backdraft dynamics.

        RF Sputtering을 이용한 $Sr_2$$({Ta_{1-x}},{Nb_x})_2$)$O_7$ 박막의 성장 및 전기적 특성

        RF magnetron sputtering 법으로 T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ 세라믹 타겟과 S $r_2$N $b_2$ $O_{7}$ 세라믹 타겟을 동시 sputtering하여 저유전율 S $r_2$(T $a_{1-x}$ , N $b_{x}$)$_2$ $O_{7}$(STNO) 박막을 p-type Si (100) 기판 위에 증착하여 NDRO 강유전체 메모리 (Non-destructive read out ferro-electric random access memory)에 사용되는 Pt/STNO/Si (MFS) 구조의 응용 가능성을 확인하였다. Sr$_2$Nb$_2$ $O_{7} (SN O)$ 타겟과 T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ 타겟의 출력의 비를 100w/100w, 70w/100w, 그리고 50w/100w로 조절하면서 x 값을 달리하여 조성을 변화시켰다. 성장된 박막을 8$50^{\circ}C$, 90$0^{\circ}C$, 그리고 9$50^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 동안 산소 분위기에서 열처리하였다. 조성과 열처리 온도에 따른 구조적 특징을 XRD에 의해 관찰하였으며 표면특성은 FE-SBM에 의해 관찰하였고, C-V 측정과 I-V 측정으로 박막의 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. SNO 타겟과 T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ 타켓의 출력비에 따른 STNO 박막의 성장 결과 70W/170W의 출력비에서 성장된 STNO박막에서 Ta의 양이 상대적 맡은 x=0.4였으며 가장 우수한 C-V 특성 및 누설 전류 특성을 보였다. 이 조성에서 성장된 STNO박막은 3-9V외 인가전압에서 메모리 윈도우 갑이 0.5-8.3V였고 누설전류밀도는 -6V의 인가전압에서 7.9$\times$10$_{-8}$A /$\textrm{cm}^2$였다. In this paper, theS $r_2$(T $a_{1-x}$ , N $b_{x}$)$_2$ $O_{7}$(STNO) films among ferroelectric materials having a low dielectric constant for metal-ferroelectric-semiconductor field effect transistor(MFS-FET) were discussed. The STNO thin films were deposited on p-type Si(100) at room temperature by co-sputtering with S $r_2$N $b_2$ $O_{7(SNO)}$ ceramic target and T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ ceramic target. The composition of STNO thin films was varied by adjusting the power ratios of SNO target and T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ target. The STNO films were annealed at 8$50^{\circ}C$, 90$0^{\circ}C$ and 9$50^{\circ}C$ temperature in oxygen ambient for 1 hour. The value of x has significantly influenced the structure and electrical properties of the STNO films. In the case of x= 0.4, the crystallinity of the STNO films annealed at 9$50^{\circ}C$ was observed well and the memory windows of the Pt/STNO/Si structure were 0.5-8.3 V at applied voltage of 3-9 V and leakage current density was 7.9$\times$10$_{08}$A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at applied voltage of -5V.of -5V.V.V.

        미용사의 근무 특성에 따른 사회심리적 스트레스(PWI-SF)와 피로도(MFS) 연구

        Frequencies, chi-square, one-way ANOVA, posterior analyses were performed using Package SPSS 12.0 n 236 surveys conducted from June 10, 2009 to August 8, 2009 regarding the association between psychosocial stress (PWI-SF) and fatigue (MFS) of hair dresser`s working characteristics. The research subjects` exposure to psychosocial stress (PWI-SF) and fatigue (MFS) were as follows. 184 People with an average of 34.39 points were exposed to high psychosocial stress (PWI-SF) and 112 people with an average of 81.07 points were exposed to medium-level fatigue (MFS). Upon examining the common characteristics of psychosocial stress (PWI-SF) with the exposure level, managers and married people were evaluated with high-risk stress. Upon examining the common characteristics and fatigue (MFS) exposure showed that fatigue increased with age, especially singles rather married people were shown to be greater in the very-high fatigue zone. When examining the exposure level of psychosocial stress (PWI-SF) based on working characteristics, those with the highest working experience of 20 years or more had the highest score with 34.17 points and managers had 33.21 points. Therefore with higher positions, private salons were evaluated with greater social stress (PWI-SF). When examining the significant results of fatigue (MFS) differences of working characteristic`s exposure, those with more than 10 years but less than 15 years of experience workers had the highest fatigue (MFS) and managers scored 74.93 points while personal salons (5 or more workers including the manager) had the highest fatigue (MFS). Using the total score of the psychosocial stress (PWI-SF) and fatigue (MFS), association was evaluated which showed that psychosocial stress (PWI-SF) explained the fatigue (MFS) exposure evaluation (more than 32%).

        The Influences of Extremaly Low Frequency Magnetic Fields on Drug-Induced Convulsion in Mouse

        This study investigated the effects of extremely low frequency magnetic fields (ELF-MFs) on the sensitivity of seizure response to bicuculline, picrotoxin and NMDA in mice. The mice were exposed to either a sham or 20 G ELF-MFs for 24 hours. Convulsants were then administered i.p. at various doses. The seizure induction time and duration were measured and lethal dose (LD50) and convulsant dose (CD50) of the clonic and tonic convulsion were calculated. The analysis of glutamate, glycine, taurine and GABA of mouse brain was accomplished by HPLC. The mice exposed to ELF-MFs showed moderately higher CD50 , LD50 and onset time on the bicuculline-induced seizure. However, the ELF-MFs did not influence them in the NMDA and picrotoxin-induced seizures. After the exposure to MFs exposure, the glutamate level was increased and GABA was decreased significantly in NMDA and picrotoxin-induced seizure. The level of glutamate and GABA were not changed by MFs in bicuculline-induced seizure. These results suggest that ELF-MFs may alter the convulsion susceptibility through GABAergic mechanism with the involvement of the level of glutamate and GABA.

      • 실내 주거환경에서 주부를 대상으로 한 극저주파 자기장 노출수준 평가

        The objective of this study was to evaluate Extremely Low Frequency Magnetic Fields (ELF-MFs) exposure level of housewives and the relation of residential environments with ELF-MFs exposure level in home. ELF-MFs measurements were performed for 58 housewives include 31 working women. Twenty-four hours personal MF exposure levels of housewives were slightly higher than working women as an arithmetic mean. However the median of 24 hours personal exposure levels for working women were significantly higher than housewives (p<0.05). The median of personal exposure levels due to the activity at home, working women were higher than housewives significantly (p<0.05). As a results of correlation of residential environments, such as their living environments, total income, type of water supply pipes, and distance from power line with ELF-MFs exposure level in home was different from the type of residence (p<0.05). This study could be informed as guidance for ELF-MFs exposure analysis in residential environment.
