        AMC와 MIMO 기법이 결합된 Adaptive-MCM 시스템의 성능 분석

        본 논문에서는 AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding) 기법에 MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) 기법이 결합된 Adaptive-MCM(Modulation, Coding and MIMO) 시스템을 제안하고, 모의실험을 통해 그 성능을 분석한다. AMC 기법은 채널 환경에 따라서 변조방식, 코드율을 적응적으로 변화시켜 전송률과 신뢰도의 향상을 가져온다. 제안된 Adaptive-MCM 시스템은 채널 환경에 따라서 MIMO 기법을 적응적으로 활용함으로써 기존의 변조방식과 코드율의 조합에 국한된 AMC 기법보다 더욱 향상된 전송률과 에러 성능을 가져 오게 한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능 분석은 Adaptive-MCM 시스템을 적용한 시스템과 적용하지 않은 시스템의 각 전송률 결과를 바탕으로 비교 수행되었다. 실험결과, Adaptive-MCM 시스템을 적용함으로써 각 MCMS(Modulation, Coding, and MIMO Scheme) 레벨에 해당하는 조합을 고정적으로 사용하는 시스템에서 나타났던 SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) 확보와 데이터율 증가 사이의 Trade-Off 관계 개선이 이루어졌으며, 이를 통해 평균 데이터율의 향상을 가져올 수 있었다. The proposal set out in this paper, is the Adaptive-MCM(Modulation, Coding and MIMO) system, which results from the combination of adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) and multiple input multiple output (MIMO) schemes. The performance of this system is analyzed through computer simulation. By using the MIMO scheme adaptively as well, the proposed Adaptive-MCM system, presents a better improvement of data rate and error performance compared to the AMC system. The throughput performance of the Adaptive-MCM system is analyzed and compared with the throughput performance of Non-Adaptive-MCM Systems. As a result of the simulation, we can infer that, at a fixed MCM level, there is an improvement of the trade-off between secure Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and a high data rate. Consequently, this trade-off improvement results in a better average data rate.

        A Study on Spatial Design Configuration Based on Re-appropriation Characteristics of Adaptive Space

        (Background and Purpose) The convergence of various technologies in the 4th industrial revolution requires spatial flexibility through extension of relationships. The existing simple physical variability is fusing space and space users in more innovative ways. This study tried to approach this point of view in the direction of adaptive space. Various modifications of adaptive space converge to the value of place, leading to its re-appropriation, and it is intended to study how this affects space designers. Atypicality, characteristics of organic space, variable structure, introduction of new technologies, and hyperconnection of the Internet of Things are creating a new design paradigm by extending the areas of spatial awareness. (Method) In order to enhance the value of adaptive space, this study first checked the theory of the field of adaptive space, and mentioned Deleuze's nonrepresentation as a process. Later, a variable planning methodology was presented to discuss the re-appropriation characteristic from a difference-generating point of view. Based on it, it was defined that adaptive space contains physical, non-physical, and artificial functions, and a detailed study was conducted by configuring the case analysis of the narrative method. Based on these results, it is intended to suggest spatial values and directions of modification and re-appropriation. (Results) The characteristics of modification and re-appropriation of adaptive space contain variable functionality. Six frames were proposed as a classification system for each function. The six classification systems of responsive, module, adaptable, integrative, space-saving and openened are related to the re-appropriation characteristic as a spatial characteristic. Responsiveness and module structure, was explained from the perspective of responding to space users, and adaptable and integrative structure, was explained as a non-physical function with temporality and adaptation. Lastly, space-saving and openened structure, is a fusion characteristic summarized from the perspective of social values and user behavior. These are characteristics that express the validity of various designs as a re-appropriated space characteristic. (Conclusions) As spatial design encounters advanced technology and is considered as a convergence space, the realization of space is facing various changes. The technology to build a smart environment supports the spatiality of modification, which has ushered in the era of adaptive space. The re-appropriation of adaptive space extends the usability of modern space through modification, and is evolving with various temporal and place values. This study focused on three perspectives. The first is that space is a continuous flow space rather than a single unit, the second is that time is inherent in the spatial program from various perspectives, and the third is that boundaries are perceived differently by space users. The re-appropriation characteristics of adaptive space are expected to be reflected in various design practices against the background.

        This study evaluated the usability of system-driven (adaptive) and user-driven (adaptable) adaptation of menus. An experiment was conducted to compare the usability of two different types of adaptive menus (adaptive split and adaptive style menus), adaptable menus, and traditional menus. The performance and user satisfaction results showed that the adaptable menu was the best in both measures and the adaptive split menu turned out to be ineffective in realistic conditions. Adaptive style menu was preferred by the users, though the performance was not better than the others. The results of this study can be utilized not only in the design of adaptive/adaptable menus, but also in integrating these two types of adaptation techniques.

        실내건축 전공직무의 적응수행역량 평가 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 업무 혁신의 흐름 속에, 다변화된 환경의 변화에 대처할 수 있도록 오늘날 실내건축 전공분야에서는 실무자의 직무역량강화를 통한 경쟁력 향상이 적극 모색되어지고 있다. 이 같은 실내건축 분야의 현실적인 상황을 직시하였을 때, 산업체의 사회적 니즈를 순발력있게 반영하여 실무에 필요한 신입인재를 양성하고 있는 고등교육의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미래의 실내건축 분야를 이끌어갈 전공 학습자들의 전공직무 적응수행역량 함양 교육을 위한 평가요인을 도출하고, 실제 수업에 적용하여 그 효과성을 실증적으로 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 첫째, 문헌과 선행 연구를 통해 적응수행역량의 개념 및 실내건축시공 전공직무의 과업수행역량을 고찰하고, 적응수행에 필요한 조직적응역량 요인을 도출한다. 둘째, 실내건축 전공직무의 적응수행역량 요인을 중심으로 실증적 전공수업을 통해 진단 평가를 실시 한다. 셋째, 평가요인의 신뢰도 및 타당도, 과업수행역량 향상도, 조직적응역량 성취도의 효과성을 검증하고, 분석된 평가결과를 바탕으로 연구의 결론 및 의의를 제시한다. (결과) 첫째, 실내건축시공 직무에 필요한 과업수행역량 분석 결과, 의사소통역량은 이미 평균 이상의 점수를 보여 향상도에 있어 큰 변화를 보이지 않았으나, 자원관리역량 및 창의기술역량은 상대적으로 높은 역량 향상도를 보였고, 수리정보역량은 성취도 및 향상도 모두 저조한 수치를 보인 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 조직적응역량 분석 결과, 신체 극복력이 가장 높은 성취도를 보였으며, 다음으로 관계 수용력, 가치 동화력의 순으로 평가되었다. 반면, 위기대처력과 불확실성 조정력은 상대적으로 낮게 평가된 결과를 미루어, 조직적응에 있어 새로운 상황과 내용을 받아들이는 순발력과 자신감을 가지고 과업을 추진할 수 있는 진취적 역량함양 학습이 보다 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. (결론) 나날이 확장되고 진화되어가는 직무 환경의 변화 속에 실내건축 전공직무의 적응수행역량 요인은, 현장에서 실무를 수행하는데 필요한 개인의 과업역량과 다양한 구성원과의 원만한 관계 유지에 있어 중요한 조직역량의 학업 진단 및 성과를 측정하는데 있어, 학습자가 필히 갖추어야 할 역량학습 함양을 위한 유용한 평가도구로서 의의를 가진다. (Background and Purpose) To deal with the diversified environment in the flow of work innovation caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, current practitioners in the field of interior are encouraged to enhance their competitiveness by strengthening job competence. When faced with such a realistic circumstance in the field of interior, the role of higher education, which cultivates new talents for practical work by promptly reflecting the social needs of the industry, is critical. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to derive the evaluation factors for the cultivation of adaptive performance ability of interior major duty who will lead the industry in the future, and to apply the method to actual classes to empirically verify its effectiveness. (Method) First, examine the concept of adaptive performance ability and task performance ability of interior construction major duty through research and preceding studies and derive the factors of organizational adaptive ability necessary for adaptive performance. Second, evaluate through empirical major classes, centering on the factors of adaptive performance ability of interior major duty. Third, verify the reliability and validity of evaluation factors, improvement of task performance ability, and effectiveness of organizational adaptive ability and propose the conclusion and significance of study, building on the analysis results. (Results) Frist, according to the task performance ability analysis results, which are required for interior construction major duty, communication ability had already scored above average, showing no significant change in improvement, but resource management ability and creative technology ability showed relatively high ability improvement, while mathematical information ability showed low performance both in achievement and improvement. Second, according to the organizational adaptative ability analysis results, physical coping ability showed highest achievement, followed by receptive capacity and value assimilative power. On the other hand, considering relatively low score in risk coping ability and uncertainty adjustment ability, it is analyzed that progressive capacity building learning is needed to promote tasks with agility and confidence in accepting new situations and contents in organizational adaptation. (Conclusions) Amid changing working environment that is being fixed and evolved day by day, the adaptive performance factor of the interior major duty is meaningful as a useful assessment tool for the cultivation of competence learning that learners must have in measuring the academic diagnosis and performance of the organizational competencies that are important for maintaining the individual’s task ability and the amicable relationship with various members. Furthermore, it is expected that there will be availability in accepting new job changes and evaluating successful job performance in the future.

        A Study on Workflow Processes for Self-Adaptive Software System Approaches

        The Self-Adaptive Software Systems (SASS) is composed to a complicated process. It depends on some factors that can change during the system operation lifetime. The adaptive software system composes of the adaptation engine and the adaptable software. This engine implements adaptation logic by using a policy engine and by providing of middleware. The advantage of this approach consists on the fact that adaptation engine can be reused and each adaptation processes can be applied to various applications. For this reason, it is necessary to define the processes for providing as Self-Adaptive System (SASS) the capability of generating for run-time the process that manage to their adaptation. Accordingly, in our research paper, we present a framework for the automatic generation of processes for SASS based on the use of workflows, model-oriented and artificial intelligent planning techniques. Our approach can be relevant to different application domains, enhance the scalability related with the generation of adaptation plans, and enables the usage of each planning techniques. To evaluating our approach, we have proposed a prototype for generating for run-time the workflows.

        디지털 시그널 프로세서를 이용한 스카라 로봇의 적응-신경제어기 설계

        During the past decade, there were many well-established theories for the adaptive control of linear systems, but there exists relatively little general theory for the adaptive control of nonlinear systems. Adaptive control technique is essential for providing a stable and robust performance for application of industrial robot control. Neural network computing methods provide one approach to the development of adaptive and learning behavior in robotic system for manufacturing. Computational neural networks have been demonstrated which exhibit capabilities for supervised learning. matching, and generalization for problems on an experimental scale. supervised learning could improve the efficiency of training an development of robotic systems. In this paper, a new scheme of adaptive-neuro control system to implement real-time control of robot manipulator using digital signal processors is proposed. Digital signal processors, DSPs, are micro-processors that are developed particularly for fast numerical computations involving sums and products of variables. The proposed neuro control algorithm is one of learning a model based error back-propagation scheme using Lyapunov stability analysis method. The proposed adaptive-neuro control scheme is illustrated to be an efficient control scheme for implementation of real-time control for SCARA robot with four-axes by experiment.

        20-30대 성인의 지각된 통제감이 적응수행에 미치는 영향: 눈치, 놀이성의 매개효과를 중심으로

        The Effect of Perceived Control in Adultsin Their 20s and 30s on Adaptive Performance:Mediation Effect of Air Reading and PlayfulnessEunah Jang & Youjin Han Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived control on adaptive performance, and the mediating effect of each of air reading and playfulness in adults in their 20s and 30s. A questionnaire was conducted on 402 adults in their 20s and 30s who were engaged in economic activities, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 statistical program. As a result of the analysis, adaptation performance showed significant positive correlations with perceived control, air reading, and playfulness. Second, the order of perceived control, air reading and perceived control, and playfulness showed influence on adaptive performance. Finally, air reading and playfulness were found to partially mediate the effects of perceived control on adaptive performance. This study identified the internal factors of adults in their 20s and 30s who experience difficulties in adaptation. Through this, it is meaningful to provide basic data helpful for corporate counseling for adults who have difficulties in adapting and developing programs for adaptation of members in companies.         Sensorless Control of Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Using Adaptive Robust UKF

        With the increasing demand for sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), unscented Kalman fi lter (UKF) is widely used in sensorless control of PMSM, as it overcomes the shortcoming of neglecting higher-order terms in the linearization process, and improves the calculation accuracy of nonlinear distribution statistics. However, UKF is susceptible to system noise and measurement gross errors, which limits the application of UKF. In this paper, an adaptive robust UKF algorithm is proposed and studied, which combines the advantages of robust Kalman fi ltering and adaptive Kalman fi ltering. Based on the principle of the equivalent weight of robust M-estimation, the equivalent covariance matrix is obtained, and the observation gross error of the system is reduced. Meanwhile, Sage-Husa estimation algorithm is adopted to adjust the system and process noise adaptively. Finally, the adaptive robust UKF is applied to the sensorless control of surface-mounted PMSM (SPMSM), the simulation model of the proposed adaptive robust UKF and traditional UKF method are established and solved in MATLAB/Simulink respectively. To verify the eff ectiveness of the adaptive robust UKF algorithm, an experimental test platform is built and the experimental tests are carried out. Compared with the traditional UKF method, the simulation and experiment results show that adaptive robust UKF algorithm has smaller estimation error of rotor speed and position, higher robustness in the case of speed jumping and load disturbance.

        대학생의 긍정심리자본과 적응수행의 구조적 관계: 진로포부 매개효과 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 4년제 대학에 재학 또는 휴학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 긍정심리자본과 적응수행 간의 구조적 관계와 진로포부 간의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이에 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본과 진로포부는 적응수행의 구성요소인 위기상황 대처, 창의적 문제해결, 대인관계 적응에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본이 진로포부에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었다. 셋째, 진로포부는 긍정심리자본과 적응수행의 하위요인인 위기상황 대처, 창의적 문제해결, 대인관계 적응 간에 간접효과 보다 직접효과의 영향력이 더 커 부분매개를 나타내었다. 긍정심리자본에서 진로포부를 지나 적응수행으로 연결되는 간접효과가 가장 큰 변인은 창의적 문제해결, 위기상황 대처, 대인관계 적응 순서이다. 총 효과는 위기상황대처, 창의적 문제해결, 대인관계 적응 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 바탕을 두고 변화에 능동적으로 적응할 수 있는 4차 산업역명 시대에 필요한 미래인재를 육성하기 위한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학은 미래 사회에서 요구하는 역량을 갖춘 학생들을 육성하기 위해 인지적인 전공지식전달과 습득만을 강조할 것이 아니라, 예기치 못한 상황에서도 대처하고, 다양한 관점에서 문제를 해결할 수 있는 열린 유연한 사고를 가지며, 다수의 의견과 생각의 차이를 조절하고, 이들과 원만한 관계를 맺을 수 있는 대학교육 시스템이 진화해야 한다. 둘째, 수업내용과 교수방법의 변화에 맞추어 평가방식에도 변화가 필요하다. 셋째, 학생들은 대학에서 제공하는 지식에 의존하기보다 자신에게 필요한 정보는 자기 주도적으로 탐색하여 활용하기 때문에, 이제 대학에서는 직접적으로 지식을 전달하는 것에서 확대하여, 학생의 호기심을 배가하여 진로에 대한 포부를 가질 수 있도록 지도해야 한다. 따라서, 대학생들이 대학교육에서 배운 자산으로 변화하는 미래사회에 대처하고 적응할 수 있도록 대학의 교육시스템이 변화해야 할 것이다. We have tried to cope with the changing world, but there are limitations in predicting and preparing for the speed and direction of the change. The environment, culture, education, medical care, and organization are making plans to cope with change, and the organization focused on finding and nurturing talent who can adapt to the change. However, it is not the current situation of yesterday that there are cases in which the organization selects new employees through various procedures based on the talent image of excellent talent, but before they can adapt to the organization. In the end, it remains an important task to find and nurture these talents by knowing what kind of talents can adapt to changing external situations from various angles. Therefore, I would like to look for various variables that can improve the adaptation performance of college students who will become members of the future organizational society, and study how these variables can be applied to university education. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of career aspiration and the moderating effects of positive psychological capital and career aspiration in the relationship between positive psychological capital. Subjects for inquiry in this study are as follows: First, do college students’ positive psychological capital and career aspirations affect adaptive performance? Second, Second, does positive psychological capital of college students affect their ability to cope with crisis situations, creative problem solving, and adapt to interpersonal relationships, which are components of adaptation performance through the mediating effect of career aspirations? Third, does career aspiration affect the performance of adaptation? Fourth, what is the mediating effect of career aspirations between positive psychological capital and adaptation performance? For this study, 1,363 four-year university students across the country were collected, and self-reported online survey data on positive psychological capital, adaptation performance, career aspiration, and satisfaction with university departments. Descriptive statistics analysis and reliability analysis were performed using the SPSS 25.0 program. In order to verify the mediating effect of the career aspirations in the relationship between positive psychological capital and adaptation performance, a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using the AMOS 25.0 program. Bootstrap was used to examine the significance of the model. First, it was found that the positive psychological capital of university students had an effect on adaptation performance. I think this is also a characteristic of performing adaptation, such as adapting to the situation and solving complex problems creatively. Second, the positive psychological capital of university students was found to have a significant effect on career aspirations. Among the constituent concepts of career aspiration: achievement aspiration, leadership aspiration, and education aspiration, it is consistent with previous studies related to leadership variables. Third, it was found that career aspiration has an effect on adaptation performance. Fourth, between positive psychological capital and adaptation performance, career aspiration showed a partial mediating effect. There was a partial mediating effect between handling emergencies or crisis situations, solving problems creatively, and Demonstrating interpersonal adaptability, which are the subordinate variables of adaptation performance.

        본 연구의 목적은 진로적응모형을 우리나라 대학생과 대학원생을 대상으로 검증하여 국내에서 이 모형이 적용 가능한지를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Savickas 외(2018)의 연구와 동일한 변인인 진로자기의심, 진로적응성척도, 진로구성척도, 진로일체감으로 구성된 설문지에 대한 총 369명(대학생 220명, 대학원생 149명)의 응답자료를 분석하였다. 적응준비가 적응자원을 통해 적응반응에 영향을 미쳐 적응결과가 나타난다고 설명하는 진로적응모형과 진로적응모형에서 적응자원과 적응반응의 관계를 반대로 설정한 경쟁모형을 검증하고 비교하였으며, 매개효과의 유의성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 진로적응모형과 경쟁모형의 적합도는 모두 좋았으며, 모든 경로에 대한 간접효과가 유의하였다. 이를 통해 진로적응모형의 국내 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한, 경쟁모형에서 적응준비가 적응반응을 거쳐 적응자원에 영향을 주어 적응결과에 이르게 되는 과정 및 적응준비와 적응자원의 관계를 적응반응이 완전매개함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과에 대한 의의 및 제한점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the career construction model of adaption for university and graduate students and to explore the applicability of the model in Korea. To achieve the purpose, data from a total of 369 respondents(220 university students, 149 graduate students) to the survey consisting of the same variables as Savickas et al(2018) that were self-doubt, career adapt-abilities scale(CAAS), student career construction inventory(SSCI) and career commitment were analyzed. Career construction model of adaption explained that adaptive readiness affects adapting responses through adaptability resources and leads to adaptation results and competition model that the relationship between adaptability resources and adapting responses was reversed in career construction model of adaption were verified and compared, and the significance of the mediating effect was confirmed. As a result, both the fit of the career construction model of adaption and the competition model were good, and the indirect effects on all pathways were significant. Through these results, the possibility of applying the career construction model of adaption in Korea was confirmed. Also in the competition model, it was confirmed that adaptive readiness affects adaptability resources through adapting responses and leads to adaptation results, and adapting responses completely mediated between adaptive readiness and adaptability resources. The significance and limitations of these results were discussed.
