주조색과 밝기 정보를 이용한 인상주의 작품 분석

IT 기술의 발전과 문화콘텐츠에 대한 관심의 증가로 인하여 최근 들어 과거 시대의 예술 작품에 대한 과학적 분석 연구가 관심을 받고 있다. 특히 과학적 분석을 통한 연구 결과는 다양한 분야에 적용 가능하므로 그 기대 가치가 크다 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 관점에서 서양화의 대표적 사조 중 하나인 인상주의 화가들의 작품을 중심으로 컬러 기반 주조색 및 이미지의 밝기 정보를 이용, 작품의 특성을 분석함으로써 빛과 컬러를 중시하는 인상주의 화풍의 특성에 대한 과학적 근거를 제시하였다. 또한 주조색을 이용한 컬러의 특성을 감정형용사를 이용하여 작품 색에서 느껴지는 느낌이 어떠한지에 대한 구체적인 표현으로 추출해냈다. 실험을 통하여 기존에 알려진 인상주의 화가들의 인문학적 분석 결과와 과학적 기술에 기반한 분석 결과가 어느 정도 일치하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이러한 분석 기법의 다양한 응용 가능성을 찾아볼 수 있는 계기를 제공하였다. In recent, research on art paintings draws attention on the basis of advance of IT technology and concerns about increasement of cultural contents. Especially, the research results which were analyzed by scientific methods are valuable because they have enough potential for being used in various fields. The impressionist tended to give great priority to the light and color. Therefore, the impressionist style of painting had been analyzed by methods which emphasize dominant color and brightness of images. This paper tried to suggest the valuable results of scientific analysis in this point of view. Also we extract concrete expressions from their color of the paintings which were influenced and characterized by the dominant color by using emotional adjectives. Through this experiment, we could confirm the correspondence of results between our scientific analysis and the existing humanistic analysis in the field of impressionist paintings. 강남대로 건축물의 연속적 색채 현황 분석

거리에서 면적이 크고 높이가 높은 건축물의 색채는 조화로운 도시의 이미지를 조성하는 데에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 가로경관의 정체성을 높이기 해서는 공간의 개성을 고려하여 가로의 건축물에 대한 세심한 색채계획이 필요하다. 그러나 실제로는 연속적인 도시경관을 위해 건축물의 색채를 계획하는 경우가 매우 드물며, 특히 상업지구에서는 무리하게 광고효과를 노리는 색채계획에 의해 도시의 정체성이 사라지고 경관을 해치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 상업지구 중 유동인구가 많은 강남대로의 랜드마크적 기능을 담당하는 스타플렉스 건물이 속하는 블록의 4개의 건축물을 대상으로 연속적인 색채를 조사하고 현재 거리의 연속적인 색채의 현황을 파악하였다. 조사 결과, 대부분을 YR 계열을 주조 색상으로 사용하고 있었으며, 건물 면적의 상당부분이 창으로 이루어져 PB, B계열이 보조 색상으로 사용되고 있었다. 강조색은 RP계열의 로고와 R계열의 상징색을 사용하여 강조색 간의 색상 차이는 비교적 작은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 명도와 채도에서 약간의 차이가 있었고 세 번째 건물과 양쪽 건물의 밝기가 5.0 이상 차이가 나타났다. 채도는 두 번째 건물과 세 번째 건물의 색상 차이가 가장 컸으며 세 번째 건물과 네 번째 건물의 밝은 색상은 채도 차이가 6.0 이었다. 이를 통해 가로의 색채연속성이 높지 않고, 향후 이를 고려한 색채경관의 개선이 요구되었다.

표현주의 미술작품에 나타난 감성색채 및 주조색 분석

2009년 이후 국내 모바일 환경은 스마트폰 시장의 확대와 다양한 어플리케이션 개발에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 기반의 증강현실 큐레이터 어플리케이션 개발을 위한 1차 연구로 표현주의 미술작품을 분석하였다. 표현주의 미술작품의 주조색 분석을 통해 추출된 결과값을 정량적으로 정리하였고, 하루요시(Haruyoshi) 배색이미지에 의한 감성형용사 분석과 Hue&Tone 898 색체계를 이용한 색상분포도를 제시하였다. 실험결과 표현주의 화가들의 작품에 나타난 색채분석에 상이성이 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 주조색 분석에서 색상값은 R, YR, Y,의 분포가 상대적으로 높게 나타났고 색조에 있어서는 S, L, Dp, Dk톤의 분포가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 실험을 통하여 표현주의 미술작품의 경우 객관적인 사실보다 사물, 사건을 통한 화가의 주관적 감성과 반응의 표현에 있어서 YR계열의 색상과 Dk톤의 출현빈도가 특히 높다는 색채특성을 발견 할 수 있었다. 또한 감성형용사 분석에서는 R존의 중분류인 에스닉(ethnic), 와일드(wild)와 W존의 중분류인 댄디(dandy), 클래식(classic)의 분포가 높다는 것을 발견 할 수 있었다. 제시된 결과는 2차 연구에서 미술작품의 화가 식별에 기반한 스마트 폰용 앱 개발에 특징값으로 사용될 것이다. 특히 제시된 감성형용사는 가상 큐레이터가 작품을 설명할 때 배경으로 사용할 음악을 추출하는데 유용하게 사용될 것이다. After 2009, domestic mobile environment is focusing on the expansion of smart phone market and the development of various applications. As a first research, this paper analyzed an expressionism art work for the development of the smart phone augmented reality curator. An extracted result was organized quantitatively through the dominant color analysis of an expressionism art work. An analysis of emotional adjective by Haruyoshi color image and a color distribution chart using Hue&Tone898 color table were suggested. On the results of experiments, it was found that the difference on the color analysis shown in the artists` work was existed. In the dominant color analysis, hue was relatively high in distribution of R, YR, Y and distribution of S, L, Dp, Dk tone was high in tone. According to the experimentation of this thesis, it is found that color characteristic whose frequency of colors affiliated with YR and Dk tone was higher in an expression of artists` subjective sensitivity and response through objects and affairs compare to objective facts in expressionism artworks. In the sensitive adjective analysis, it is found that the distributions of ethnic and wild of R zone and dandy and classic of W zone were high. The presented result would be used characteristic value on the development of smart phone applications based on the artist identification of an art work. Especially, emotional adjectives suggested would be used valuably for extracting background music when imaginary curator explained an art work.

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships between dominance color of facade in commercial building and color of front signboard and images and degree of satisfaction of each type. The results of the analysis were as follows : 1) Similarity Harmony is mainly used among coloration. 2) In similarity harmony, There are positive response for image of arranged. In opposition harmony, there are positive response for image of catch sight. In achromatic color harmony, there are positive response for image of refined. In ton harmony, there are positive response for image of light. 3) Image of refined effects of degree of satisfaction in coloration.

The city, as an artificial environment, which consists of the development principle, the structural form, and the ecological principle represents the typical artificial environment allowing people's residences and activities to be more comfortable. Therefore, the images and scenes of the city involve visual expressions of it's society, economical atmosphere, and cultural taste. That is, integrated experiences are totally engaged. Similarly, the environment, specially, colour-related one, which is perceived by people's vision, is one of the important factors to help access the quality and first image of the city. Recently, the apartment housing which is getting numerous has impact on the scenes around the city. Besides, the design and colour attracts attention. In this study, the paintings and their colours used in the facade, which is considered as an important factor helping the environment of the city appear more rich, of apartment housing were observed, and the resident's preferences for exterior materials which are used in planning the colours of the facade in the future are found.

퍼지 추론 기법을 이용한 색상 추출과 심리 분석

최근에 색상에 관한 인간의 감성과 심리상태에 대한 많은 연구가 진행 중이며 색채 심리 치료의 필요성이 급증하고 있다. 그중에서 아동의 그림은 자신의 감정을 표출하는 수단이 될 수 있다. 그림에 사용된 색채는 무의식적으로 자신의 내면 심리 상태를 나타내는 경우가 많고 또한 색채의 밝기에 따라 심리상태가 다르다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지추론을 사용하여 색채이미지 공간 순색의 분류 및 밝기 정도에 따른 세분화를 통해 주조색을 추출하는 방법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 아동 그림에서의 주조색에 따른 심리적 의미를 분석할 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. In recent, many researches have been studying sensitivity and psychology of human being on color and the necessity of psychology therapy by color. Among them, a picture of children can be a tool to represent their emotion. Information of colors and direction on a child's picture often represent his internal psychological states unconsciously and is different from the brightness of a color. In this paper, we propose a method to extract domain colors by color classification and subdivision the classes of brightness using fuzzy inference. In addition, it is shown that our method is used for analysing the psychology status of children through their pictures.

모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 편의점 도시락 구매 과정에 영향을 미치는 시각 요소에 관한 연구

The purpose of research is identifying visual factors affecting purchase of convenient store packed-meals through mobile applications. Previous studies have not covered mobile applications on purchase of convenient store packed-meals and this inspired the research topic. Document analysis and online survey are mainly implemented and 4 visual factors; typography, product image, main color, brand logo have been set as a research variables. It is revealed that consumers recognize product image prior to the rest and their purchase intentions are most significantly affected by product image. In conclusion, the product image should encourage consumers to have expectation on packed-meal and need to deliver credibility at the same time. Hence, the application should be designed to solely spotlight product image to lead consumer’s concentration on it. The research can be further expanded by including non-visual factors as its variables or increasing scale of survey samples. 본 연구는 모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 편의점 도시락 구매 과정에 영향을 미치는 시각 요소에 관한 연구이다. 연구 주제는 모바일 애플리케이션이라는 신생 환경을 반영한 편의점 도시락 구매에 관한 연구가 미흡한 점에 착안해 선정하였다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌 조사와 설문 조사를 활용하였으며, 선행 연구를 토대로 서체, 제품 이미지, 주조 색, 브랜드 로고의 4가지 시각 요소를 변수로 설정했다. 설문 조사 결과, 소비자들은 4가지 시각 요소들 중 제품 이미지를 먼저 식별하는 것으로 드러났으며, 구매 의사 역시 시각 요소에 좌우된다는 사실이 확인되었다. 따라서 제품 이미지는 소비자에게 도시락의 맛에 대한 기대감과 신뢰성을 동시에 충족시킬 수 있어야 하며, 애플리케이션은 소비자의 시선이 온전히 제품 이미지에 집중될 수 있게 디자인 되어야 한다는 결론에 도달하였다. 추후 연구의 보완 방향성으로는 비 시각적 요소를 변수로 추가하거나 설문 대상을 늘리는 방향으로 검토해볼 수 있다.
