        주거단지 외부공간의 활용증대를 위한 계획기법에 관한 기초연구

        The purpose of this basic study is to find plan techniques that can increase the practical use with residents' satisfaction at outside space.The results of study are as following ;First, that the reflection degree of plan contents in outside space planning is high was 「environment/tree plant (43.2%)」 and that show next high reflection degree was 「road system (3.14%)」. But, 「view plan」 was evaluated by the lowest thing at reflection degree of plan contents. so, various and active Design of 「view plan」 may have to be tried 'Number of layers change' and 'roof design that influence on street view. Second, it was evaluated by reflecting(35.8%) more plan standard and contents at outside space planning of housing complex in Suseong-gu. it is reflecting more plan contents 「road system」 and 「community」 in Buk-gu' housing complex. Judging from that, we know that Regional difference in outside space planning. we need to be the effective plan method by understand wording only just in area and through information interchange with other area for outdoor space planning. Third, we must be applicable to outside space planning by investigation residents' form special quality and Preference for outside space in housing complex. Fourth, we need to be the objective data construction which can grope plan technique by consideration affordance so that residents can utilize outside space.

        고려시대 사찰 주불전의 건축 특성 연구

        This study is the architectural characteristics of main Buddhist sanctum in Koryeo period. The study regarding to the Temples built in the age of Koryeo Dynasty of which most part in the research for Buddhist architectural history is yet remained left behind as a vacant period due to limitation of the relevant materials thereof. Recently, as being carried out the excavation on those relics of Koryeo temples, the architectural features for Koryeo temples are also being clarified. The plan style of main Buddhist sanctum founded in the Koryeo Period and the composition of the Buddhist sanctum are relatively various. The plane style was examined in regard to the religious contents and Buddhist consciousness at that time. Also, based on the plane structure, it was estimated whether they were single-storied or multiple-storied. For this, they were analyzed by comparing with the existing buildings of the Choseon Period.

        식물 정유를 첨가한 고추장의 관능특성

        The aim of this study was to identify essential oils (EOs) and their concentrations that improved the sensory characteristics of Kochujang by analyzing the effect of the essential oil on the sensory characteristics of Kochujang. EOs from Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Zanthoxylum piperitum and Zanthoxylum schnifolium, which have an outstanding flavor, were added to Kochujang and the resulting products were subjected to sensory evaluation as a function of storage period. The change in the color of Kochujang by the addition of these EOs from Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Zanthoxylum piperitum and Zanthoxylum schnifolium was not observed. Kochujang's characteristic flavor was decreased by an increase in the concentrarion of EOs; however, no significant difference was observed when 0.0005% EOs were added relative to the none-additive groups (p<0.05). EOs addition did not affect the hot taste of Kochujang and as the additive quantity increased Kochujang's characteristic taste significantly decreased (p<0.05). After a storage period of 12 weeks, the overall preference of Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Zanthoxylum piperitum was same as the none-additive groups (p<0.05). Therefore, it is suggested that EOs from Chrysanthemum indicum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Zanthoxylum piperitum can be applied as additives to improve the characteristic taste and flavor of Kochujang and the recommended concentration level is 0.0005%.

        민들레 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 H2O2로 산화적 스트레스를 유도한 조골세포의 활성과 분화에 미치는 영향

        The correlation between osteoporosis and reactive oxygen species (ROS)-induced oxidative stress was investigated. Thus, interest in food and plants with antioxidant effects that can reduce damage caused by ROS during bone metabolism is heightening. In this study, the antioxidant effect of Taraxacum mongolicum on proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells under H2O2-induced oxidative stress was studied to investigate its protective effect against oxidative stress and its availability as an antioxidant material related to bone diseases. As a result, total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents of T. mongolicum were 33.65 mg/g and 4.45 mg/g, respectively. The T. mongolicum extract increased proliferation of both MC3T3-E1 cells and differentiated osteoblasts under H2O2-induced oxidative stress conditions. In addition, two differentiation markers, alkaline phosphatase activity and mineralization level in the T. mongolicum extract, tended to increase. These results indicate that T. mongolicum extract suppressed the damage to osteoblasts under oxidative stress and that it is potential antioxidant materials for preventing bone diseases.

        놀이공간의 주변 환경자극에 대한 이용자의 행태반응 및 공간지각 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze users' behavioral response and spatial perception which result from environmental stimuli of play ground surrounding.The result of this study is as following :First, we could know that users are preferring environment factors which give 'Activeness' us visually or aurally. but, even if factors have 'Activeness' factors that have visual without sound were not influencing in users' activity. Second, the moving of user was receiving much effects to 'Transfer' of 'flow factors' in playing space. we could know that user' availability is high because they could feel 'Change' though feeling this factors. Third, it is though about 14 seconds that users recognize children's play action. the time that user move users' gaze to other place is about 5 seconds. Fourth, the strong factor of environment factors was 'Road traffic noise'. because those were acted by affirmative factor in using playing space when user can percept noise factors visually. Finally, users who use the playing space have various behavioral response by environmental stimuli. they have felt to space that is extended than actuality space' size through these behavioral response.

        거실공간에서 공간지각을 유도하기 위한 조명계획에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to grope for a method planning of lighting to derive space perception that effects on users' availability and behavior in living room space. The result of this study is as follows : First, we could branch from space perception to be derived by 'human work light' of 6 kinds that 'extension', 'deeply', 'boundary', 'reiteration', 'center' and 'modeling'. Second, we know that space perception effects on users' utilize degree and utilize degree at living room space. so lighting is important factor to derive space perception. Third, it is need to derive space perception that 1 kind of 'architectural lighting' and 2 kinds of 'appliance of lighting'. Fourth, we proposed a method planning of lighting by collected kinds and position of lighting in <table 30>. Though <table 30>, we know that we should differently use kinds of 'architectural lighting' and 'appliance of lighting' to derive for space perception through arrangement of lighting to be selected. so we need to grope a technique of planning of lighting to enhance users' satisfaction and affordance.

        First Record of Bantariella bocki (Bryozoa: Ctenostomata) from Korean Waters

        A ctenostomatous bryozoan, Bantariella bocki is reported from Jejudo Island of South Korea. This is the first report from Korean waters. Each zooid is produced from each kenozooid which arranged in two and originated opposite each other at intervals of about 0.64 mm along the stolon. B. bocki collected from black corals is considered to be a invasive species introduced from Bonin Islands located in the subtropical waters. The redescription, some distributional remarks and illustrations of B. bocki are provided. A ctenostomatous bryozoan, Bantariella bocki is reported from Jejudo Island of South Korea.
