전자통관시스템 위탁운영을 위한 만족도조사와 국제물류전략 수립에 관한 연구

관세청은 국제물류 전자통관시스템(UNI-PASS) 위탁운영의 서비스 수준에 대한 고객만족도조사를 2002년부터 실시해오고 있다. 본 연구는 전자통관시스템위탁운영을 위한 고객만족도조사를 통하여 전자통관시스템 위탁운영 서비스 모델을 도출하고자 하였다. 조사방법의 개선방안은 조사의 효과성을 검증하는 방안, 고객간 의견차이를 분석하는 방안, 전자설문조사를 실시하는 방안들이 제시되었다. 조사모형의 개선방안은 종합만족도의 가중치 비율을 조정하는 방안, 요소만족도의 가중치 계산방법을 바꾸는 방안, 전체만족도의 고객별 가중치를 바꾸는 방안들이 제시되었다. 조사 분석의 개선방안은 중요도와 만족도를 비교하는 방안, 개선활동의 방향을 제시하는 방안, 요소만족도의 영향계수를 분석하는 방안, 포트폴리오의 요소별 전략을 추적분석하는 방안, 만족도의 변화를 분석할 조사체계를 변경하는 방안들이 제시되었다. Since 2002, KCS(Korea Customs Service) has conducted a customer satisfaction survey on the service level of the consignment operation of the international logistic electronic clearance system (UNI-PASS) of the Korean government. In this study, researchers analyzed the actual condition of UNI-PASS consignment service customer satisfaction survey, and found out several problems of survey method, survey model, survey analysis and improvement plan. Possible measures to improve the survey tools were suggested to verify the effectiveness of the survey, analyze the difference of opinions between customers, and implement the electronic questionnaire. In order to improve the survey model, it was suggested that first, weighting ratio of total satisfaction should be adjusted, second, the calculation method of weighting factor satisfaction should be changed, and third, the weighting factor of total satisfaction should be modified. The analysis method of the survey analysis is to compare the importance and satisfaction criteria, suggest the directions of the improvement activities, analyze the influence coefficient of element satisfaction, follow the strategy of the element of the portfolio, and analyze the change of satisfaction. Policy recommendations have also been added to change and improve the survey system and tools.

국내 화물통행실태조사 체계 개선 연구

This study suggests ways to improve the national freight transportation survey in Korea based on various experiences and analysis. This study reviews domestic and international literature on improvement of the survey method, focusing on commodity flow survey and freight vehicle trip diaries survey. In addition, based on the past survey experiences, this study reviews the composition, scope, method, and procedure of the survey and suggests ways to improve the survey. The results reveal problems that have been overlooked when collecting data from the national survey and suggests various ways to improve the quality of each process. 본 연구는 국내 화물통행실태조사에 대하여 국내외 다양한 경험과 분석을 바탕으로 조사의 개선방안을 제시하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사업체물류현황조사와 화물자동차통행실태조사로 구분하여 국내외 조사체계 개선을 위한 기존 연구를 고찰하였다. 또한, 여러 차례의 화물통행 실태조사 관련 예비조사와 본 조사의 경험을 바탕으로 조사의 구성 및 범위, 방법 및 절차를 검토한 후 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 국내 화물통행실태 조사를 통한 자료 수집 시 기존에 간과되었던 점을 발견하였고, 아울러 조사 진행과정별로 조사 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 개선방안도 제시하였다.

물류시설 수요조사에 관한 연구 (광명물류시설을 중심으로)

최적의 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 물류시설을 조성하기 위해 수요업체(화주)를 대상으로 입지, 임대면적, 임대조건, 임대가격, 건물의 배치, 건물의 구조, 교통처리계획, 부대시설 등에 관한 다양한 의견을 사전에 수렴, 물류시설 건립에 반영할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 조사를 위한 시간과 비용이 과대하게 발생하는데 이러한 비효율적인 조사를 보다 효율적으로 정리하고 더 나아가 투자자의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원하기 위해서 간단하게 몇 가지의 요소만으로 사전에 진단하고 정확한 의사결정을 할 수 있는 도구의 필요성이 대두된다. 즉, 기존에는 상기에서 언급한 '수요자 접근법'을 이용하여 진행하여 왔는데, 거점적인 측면과 시설적인 측면의 요소를 반영한 새로운 "요인비교법"을 도출하였다.

항만물류정보의 표준화 실태와 정책방향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 높은 물류비를 절감할 수 있는 방안 중 하나로 항만물류정보의 표준화 체계 구축을 위한 수요조사를 실시하였다. 본 수요조사는 항만물류정보 표준화의 인식수준, 정보공유 및 획득의 애로사항, 표준화 요소별 인식수준 등을 중심으로 실시되었고, 설문조사 대상을 표준화 인식수준에 따라 항만물류 종사자와 학계전문가로 구분하여 온라인 조사와 면접조사 등을 병행하였다. 또한 수요조사 결과를 기반으로 시스템 다이내믹스를 통해 인과지도와 시뮬레이션 모델을 수립하였고, 항만물류정보 표준화가 항만물류산업에 미치는 파급효과를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 본 조사를 통해 항만물류정보의 생성, 획득, 운영 그리고 공유에 있어 발생할 수 있는 문제점과 그 원인을 파악하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 항만물류정보 표준화의 타당성을 분석하였다. In order to establish standardization for port logistics information, so that it may contribute to the reduction of high logistics costs in Korea, this study has conducted a demand survey. This survey has mainly focused on the recognition level of standardization, difficulties in sharing and obtaining information and the recognition level for each standardization factor. According to the recognition level of standardization, the objects of this questionnaire have been grouped into three: workers in the port, logistics fields and experts in the academic world. And both online questionnaires and interviews have been conducted at the same time. Also, based on the results of the demand survey and through the system dynamics, this study has made a cause and effect diagram and a simulation model, while making a simulation of the standardization`s ripple effects on the port logistics industry. In addition, this study has tried to find out the problems and their causes with regard to producing, acquiring, operating and sharing port logistics information, Also, possible solutions to these problems have been tested for the validity of port logistics standardization.

우리나라 주요 기업의 유통경로 실증분석

기업의 물류활동은 화물의 기종점 정보와 더불어 출발지와 도착지간 수배송특성, 업종간 거래관계, 가격흐름, 경로 등 다양한 공급사슬관점에서 설명되어야 한다. 본 연구는 화물의 흐름을 물적인 흐름의 공급사슬망인 유통경로 관점에서 실증분석을 목적으로 한다. 그동안 공공부문의 물류관련 연구들은 물류현황조사 자료로부터 지역간 기종점 통행량에 기초하여 물류시설을 포함한 국가의 사회간접자본 투자정책에 주로 활용된 경향이 있었다. 또한, 민간부문의 유통경로 관련 연구는 주로 상적인 유통경로에 한정되어 보다 종합적인 공급사슬관리 측면에서 기업의 물적 유통경로선택에 대한 이해가 부족하였다. 본 연구에서는 2001년 전국물류현황조사중 기업의 물류실태조사에서 수행된 600개의 표본자료에 기초하여 기업들의 유통경로 선택의 특성을 분석하였다. 사용된 자료들의 설문조사방식은 다양한 유통노드들이 제시되고, 기업들이 상위 매출액이 높은 품목들이 다양한 유통경로 상에서 어떻게 노드들을 이용하는지 조사되었고, 이를 공장순회형, 물류센터 중심형, 도매자 중심형, 소비자 중심형 등 4개로 유형화 하였다. 본 연구는 이들 4개의 유통경로들의 선택에 미치는 영향을 사업체 현황, 수배송현황, 물류활동평가, 물류시설관리 현황 등의 다양한 특성변수를 고려하여 선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

화주기업의 유통경로 선택요인 분석

Logistic activities of shippers contains only origin-destin commodity flow information, but also contract relationships, cash flows and distribution channels. Under the lack of understanding of physical distribution channels, most studies have focused on the social and psychological aspects between manufacturers and retailers (e.g., mutual trust, power, conflict, reciprocal commitment, and so on). This study reports empirical results of distribution channel choice drawn from 2001 Korean Commodity Flow Survey(CFS) conducted by Korean government. Based on the CFS data, four distribution channels are classified. 물류기업과 고객의 물류서비스 품질 인지수준 차이에 관한 연구

오늘날 물류시장에서의 경쟁 심화와 고객의 니즈 다양화에 따른 고객만족을 위해 물류 서비스품질 측정 을 통한 물류서비스 개선이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 서비스품질 측정을 위해 가장 널리 사용되는 SERVQUAL을 활용하여 물류서비스 품질수준을 측정하였다. 선행연구를 통해 설문항목을 추출하였고 지금까 지 시도되지 않았던 방식으로 화주기업의 집단과 물류서비스 제공 집단을 분류하였다. 이로써 고객이 기대하 는 물류서비스 품질의 수준과 서비스 제공자가 제공하는 물류서비스 품질수준 차이를 비교 분석하여 시사점 을 제공하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 물류서비스 품질 수준의 측정방법과 서비스 향상을 위한 정책 마련에 중요 한 정보 제공을 할 것이라 사료된다. Recently, improving logistics service quality through a thorough evaluation has become an integral part of logistics services as a result of intensified competition in the market and diversified customer needs. This study adopted the use of SERVQUAL, the most often used framework in the field for the evaluation of logistics service quality. A list of questionnaires for the survey has been extracted from advanced researches and the logistics service provider group and the client group has been classified in a way that has never been done before. In this way a point of implication has been set on the anticipated service quality by the clientele and the actual service provided by the logistics service provider. The researcher believes that the results of this study may prove useful in setting a policy on service improvement and finding a pragmatic approach to evaluating the logistics service quality in the future for all parties involved.

동남권 집배송 물류수요 해소를 위한 산업단지의 활용 다각화 방안 -부산 A산업단지를 대상으로

Due to the recently changed environment, the demand for logistics is increasing, and in particular, the proportion of life logistics services is increasing. Logistics facilities with various functions are needed to support these demands and services. However, since there is a limit to the expansion of logistics facilities, it is necessary to change the thinking to diversify the use of existing or new facilities by breaking away from the rigid supply mind. Based on this necessity, the researcher presented ideas to diversify the use of industrial complex. For this purpose, I estimated the demand for collection-delivery logistics for the Southeast of Korea, which can be said that the sphere of influence of direct demand, for A industrial complex in Busan, which has good accessibility. In addition, in order to understand the actual demand for A industrial complex, a survey was conducted on the intention to move in related companies. Based on the results, the types and sizes of the industries desired to move in compared to the demand were presented. demand for the Southeast of Korea, which is expanding into the Megacity, is expected to increase continuously. And in a situation where there is a limit to expansion of logistics facilities. So the results of this study can be used as basic data for policy establishment that can embrace new demand for existing or new related facilities. In particular, it can be said that it has contributed to the diversification of industries that can support life logistics services. 최근 변화된 환경으로 물류수요는 증가하고 있고, 특히 생활물류 서비스의 비중이 커져가고 있다. 이러한 수요와 서비스를 지원하기 위해서는 다양한 기능의 물류시설이 필요하다. 그러나 물류시설의 확대에는 한계가 있으므로 기존 또는 신규 시설을 대상으로 경직된 공급 마인드에서 벗어나 활용을 다각화할 수 있는 사고의 전환 및 개선이 필요하다. 연구자는 이러한 필요성에 입각하여 산업단지를 대상으로 한 활용 다각화 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 양호한 접근성을 가진 부산 A산업단지를 대상으로 직접적인 수요 영향권이라 할 수 있는 동남권을 대상으로 한 집배송 물류수요를 추정하였고, A산업단지의 실 수요파악을 위해 관련기업을 대상으로 한 입주의향 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 수요대비 입주희망 업종 및 규모를 제시하였다. 메가시티로 확장중인 동남권의 수요는 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 전망되고, 물류시설 확충에는 한계가 있는 상황에서 기존 또는 신규 관련시설을 대상으로 신규 수요를 포용할 수 있는 정책수립에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있고, 특히, 생활물류 서비스를 지원할 수 있는업종 유치의 다각화를 꾀한 부분에서 기여하는 바가 있다 하겠다

해운물류 통계에 대한 수요조사와 개선방안

해운물류 통계는 해운항만분야의 정책수립 및 진단, 연구.학술활동과 경영계획 수립 등에 활용되는 중요한 기초 자료이다. 국내 관련 기관들은 각자의 역할과 목적에 따라 다양한 통계들을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 이들을 조사.분석하고 해운물류 통계에 대한 수요조사를 통해 기존 해운물류통계들의 이용도와 만족도, 문제점 그리고 개선방향을 분석하였다. 수요조사와 종합적인 물류분석의 체계를 반영하여 향후 해운물류 통계 표준화에 필요한 개선안을 제시함으로써 이용 편의성을 제고시키고자 하였다.
