자기상관구조를 갖는 BASS 모형을 이용한 예측에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 우리나라의 주요 6가지 내구성 제품에 관한 연구로서, 어떤 신제품의 구매자 유형은 다른 구매자의 결정여부에 독립적으로 구매를 결정하는 자발적 구매자(innovator)와 모방구매를 하는 모방 구매자(imitator)로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 자발구매계수, 모방구매계수 그리고 어떤 특정상품의 시장규모를 모수로 하는 BASS(1969)모형을 토대로, 내구성이 있는 신제품의 판매량에 관한 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 그리고 이 모형으로부터 최대 판매량을 예측하고 그 시점을 알아 보고자 한다. 분석방법으로는 회귀분석방법과 시계열분석을 이용할 것이고 우리나라의 6가지 제품을 이용하여 이를 상호 비교한다. 본 논문의 연구결과, 우리나라의 5가지 제품(칼라TV, 대형냉장고, 비디오, 룸에어컨, 팩스)은 이미 출하량이 최고 시점에 도달하였고, 1가지 제품(캠코더)만 출하량이 최고 시점에 도달하지 않았다. 이 결과를 이용하여 어떤 제품에 대한 신상품 개발이나 대체 상품을 기획할 시기를 예측할 수 있을 것이다. A forecasting problem for the domestic consumer durables is discussed. Regression via traditional Bass model and time series analysis are performed for the 6 consumer durables in Korea. It is shown that the shipments for 5 consumer durables (color TV, large refrigerator, video, room airconditioner, fax) has already attained their maximum sell, while it has not yet been achieved for the camcorder.

<P>Background: Foeniculum vulgare Mill (FV) has long been prescribed in traditional medicine due to its antioxidant anti-inflammatory properties. However, little research has been done on the use of FV to alleviate changes in UVB-induced photoaging Purpose: This study was to investigate the photoprotective effects and mechanism of FV in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The anti-photoaging effect of FV was assessed in normal human dermal fibroblasts (NHDFs) in vitro. The secretion of reactive oxygen species (ROS), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), GSH, matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), procollagen type I, IL-6 and transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-beta 1) were measured by kits. Additionally, the level of nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (Nrf2), p-ERK and p38 were evaluated by western blotting. In vivo, H&E and Masson's trichrome staining were employed. The expression of MMP-1, procollagen type I, TGF-beta 1 and elastin were measured by western blot. Results: FV significantly increased the production of collagen, elastin and TGF-beta 1 levels, while blocked matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) production in UVB irradiation induced hairless mice, which were consistent with the result in NHDFs. Furthermore, FV dose-dependently decreased the production of ROS and LDH by promoting the nuclear amount of Nrf2 and enhancing the expression of cytoprotective antioxidants such as GSH. FV also significantly quenched UVB-induced phosphorylation of ERK and p38 in NHDFs. Conclusion: Our results indicate that FV is a potential botanical agent for the treatment of skin damage induced by UV irradiation. (C) 2016 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.</P>

저자들은 기침, 흉통 등을 주소로 내원한 환자와 우연히 흉부 방사선 검사에서 이상이 발견된 환자에서 기관지경 생검으로 기관기관지 골형성증을 확진한 2예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplatica (TPO) is a rare disease characterized by the presence of multiple ossified or cartilaginous sessile nodules mainly within the submucosa of the trachea and bronchi. The patients are usually asymptomatic. Sometimes, however, cough, hemoptysis, dyspnea, or recurrent respiratory infection may develop. Its etiology is not known, but is considered" to be benign. In the past, most of the cases were diagnosed incidentally at autopsy. But with an introduction of bronchoscopy and computed tomography, antemortem diagnosis has been reported. We report herein two cases of TPO (including a case which showed involvement of the segmental bronchi) diagnosed by computed tomography, ^(99m)Technetium-MDP thorax scan, bronchoscopic examination and biopsy. A brief review of the literature is also given.
