마임 건강식품 홍삼진을 이용한 전통과 모던의 융합적 브랜드 이벤트 프로모션 산업체 연계를 통한 아트, 디자인, 공학, 마케팅 융합 디자인을 중심으로-

본 연구는 융합 연출 디자인 이라는 목적에서 출발하여 마임 브랜드 홍삼진 제품을 다각적 측면에서 기획 및 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 3월~ 6월 15주 동안 숙명여대 환경디자인학과<융합 캡스톤 디자인>수업을 통해 이루어졌다. 또한 본 연구는 마임브랜드 중, 건강식품을 브랜딩하고 있는 <홍삼 진>을 선택하였다. 그 결과 본 연구는 기존 이벤트 프로모션과 전시의 사회적 문제를 도출하였고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 전통과 현대의 융합의 오감적 체험 프로모션을 주제로 선정하였다. 아울러 본 연구는 SWOT/STP 마케 팅 분석 방법과 브레인스토밍을 사용하여 아트, 디자인, ICT, Marketing의 융합 브랜드를 구축하였다.끝으로 본 연구는 향후 마케팅을 기반한 융합 브랜드 개발에 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

Red ginseng is made by steaming and drying 4-6 year old ginseng and known to have a better anti-inflammatory effect than ginseng. Scutellaria baicalensis has also shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in previous studies. In this study, examined the anti-inflammatory effect of Red Ginseng and Scutellaria baicalensis complex in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 cells. In order to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of Red Ginseng and Scutellaria baicalensis complex, RAW 264.7 macrophages were stimulated with LPS to induce the production of inflammation-related factors, which were measure by Western blotting methods. In the anti-inflammatory activity using RAW 264.7 cells, the Red Ginseng and Scutellaria baicalensis complex inhibited the production of nitric oxide (NO) without causing cell toxicity. In addition, the Red Ginseng and Scutellaria baicalensis complex reduced expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein. This result indicate that Red Ginseng and Scutellaria baicalensis complex can be used as potential anti-inflammatory agents.
Inverted Type Polymer Solar Cells with Self-Assembled Monolayer Treated ZnO

<P>The work function and surface property of ZnO can be simply tuned by the self-assembled monolayer (SAM) molecules derived from benzoic acid such as 4-methoxybenzoic acid (MBA), 4-<I>tert</I>-butylbenzoic acid (BBA), and 4-fluorobenzoic acid (FBA), which have different dipole orientation and magnitude. MBA, BBA, and FBA treated ZnO layers were used as an electron injection/transporting layer for inverted type polymer solar cells (PSCs) with a structure of ITO/SAM treated ZnO/active layer (P3HT:PC<SUB>61</SUB>BM)/MoO<SUB>3</SUB>/Ag. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs based on MBA and BBA treated ZnO reaches 3.34 and 2.94%, respectively, while the PCE of the device based on untreated ZnO is 2.47%. In contrary, the PCE of the device with FBA treated ZnO is 1.81%. The open circuit voltage (<I>V</I><SUB>oc</SUB>) of the device with MBA, BBA, and FBA treated ZnO is 0.63 and 0.62 V, respectively, while the <I>V</I><SUB>oc</SUB> of PSC with untreated ZnO is 0.60 V. Contrarily, the <I>V</I><SUB>oc</SUB> of the device with FBA treated ZnO is 0.53 V. The PCE and <I>V</I><SUB>oc</SUB> of PSCs based on MBA and BBA treated ZnO are better than those of the other devices. This seems to be related with the direction of dipole moment of benzoic acid derivatives. Also, the morphology of the active layer seems to be affected by the substituent on the 4-position of benzoic acid. The active layer on MBA treated ZnO shows optimized morphology, and its device shows the best performances. We demonstrate that the work function and morphology of the active layer can be controlled by SAM treatment of the ZnO surface with different dipole orientation and a substituent on the 4-position of benzoic acid. These are very simple and effective methods for improving the performances of PSCs. 간호대학생의 교수-학생 상호작용, 그릿 및 정서지능이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

연구목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 교수-학생 상호작용, 그릿 및 감성지능이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 연구방법: 서울에 위치한 4년제 대학의 간호대학생 181명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과 교수-학생 상호작용은 평균 3.67점, 평균 Grit는 3.10점, 평균 감성지능은 3.91점, 대학생활적응은 3.46점으로 나타났다. 그리고 교수-학생 상호작용, 그릿, 감성지능은 대학생활적응과 통계 적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 교수-학생 상호작용(β=.32, p<.001), 감성지능(β=.18, p=.017)과 전 공만족도(β=.17, p=.013), 그릿(β=.16, p=.023)는 대학생활적응에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이러한 요인 들이 대학생활적응의 30.8%를 설명하였다(F=20.99, p<.001). 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생이 대학생활에 적응할 수 있도록 교수와 학생의 상호작용과 전공만족 도를 향상시키기 위한 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 시사한다. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of professor-student interaction, grit and emotional intelligence on college life adjustment in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected using structured questionnaires from 181 nursing students at a university located in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. Results: As a result, the average professor-student interaction was 3.67 out of 5, the average Grit was 3.10 out of 5, the average emotional intelligence was 3.91 out of 5, and college life adjustment was 3.46 out of 5. Professor-student interaction, grit and emotional intelligenc were statistically correlated with college life adjustment. Professor-student interaction (β=.32, p<.001), emotional intelligence (β=.18, p=.017), major satisfaction (β=.17, p=.013) and Grit (β=.16, p=.023) had a significant effect on college life adjustment. These factors explained 30.8% of college life adjustment (F=20.99, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop an educational program to improve teacher-student interaction and major satisfaction for nursing students to adapt to college life.
플립-플롭(Flip-flops) 보행이 건강한 성인의 시-공간적 변수와 발목 관절 움직임에 미치는 영향

Background: The flip-flop, popular for its light design and convenience, has practical advantages, but is unstable compared to closed shoes. This feature of the flip-flop causes a change in walking patterns. In previous studies, there are many studies on the kinetic and kinematic characteristics of flip-flop walking; however, there are various conclusions on the effect of flip-flop walking on temporal and spatial parameters, and ankle motion change during flip-flop walking. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of flip-flop walking on spatio-temporal variables and ankle motion compared to sneakers walking. Methods: Twenty-one healthy subjects were participated. Xsens-DOT was used to track body movements. Steplab was used to analyze, visualize, and quantify tracked data. Participants were instructed to walk naturally in sneakers that fit their feet, and 50 steps were measured, five steps later for adaptation. In the same way, the measurement was performed wearing flip flops. The paired t-test was used to investigate the difference between sneakers walking and flip-flop gait. Statistical significance levels were set to α = 0.05. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in walking speed and stride length in spatio- temporal parameter. However, compared to sneakers walking, the maximum toe distance during flip-flop walking decreased statistically significantly (p < 0.05). The ankle motion was significantly reduced in both toe off angle and heel contact angle during flip-flop walking (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Walking wearing flip-flops increases the risk of falls and reduces push off capacity. Therefore, people who are fatal to falls and vulnerable to fatigue should not walk wearing flip-flops.
