대두유 폴리올 합성 및 이를 활용한 폴리우레탄 시트의 물성

The development of polyurethane (PU) using natural materials is attracting much attention. Therefore, in this study, soybean oil polyol (SOP) was synthesized using epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), and the formation of OH groups in SOP was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). Hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI) was used in an equivalent ratio, and polyurethane sheets were prepared at various weight ratios of SOP and castor oil (CO). The tensile test data for the PU sheets measured by universal testing machine showed that the tensile modulus did not change significantly but the tensile strength and elongation at break increased with increasing the SOP content. The thermogravimetry data showed that as the SOP content increased, the thermal decomposition onset temperature of the PU sheet decreased due to the increase in urethane bonds per unit volume. The synthesized SOP can be used for manufacturing eco-friendly PU products. 천연소재를 활용한 폴리우레탄(PU)에 대한 연구가 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 에폭시화대두유(ESO)를 사용하여 대두유 기반 폴리올(SOP)을 합성하였고, SOP에 OH 그룹이 생성되었음을 Fourier transforminfrared(FTIR)로 확인하였다. Hexamethylene diisocyanate(HMDI)는 당량비로 사용하였고, SOP와 피마자유(CO)의다양한 중량비에서 폴리우레탄 시트를 제조하였다. 만능재료시험기로 얻은 PU 시트의 인장시험 데이터는 SOP 함량이 증가함에 따라 인장 탄성률은 큰 변화가 없으나 인장 강도와 파단신율은 증가함을 보였다. 열중량분석기 데이터는 SOP 함량이 증가할수록 단위 부피당 우레탄 결합이 증가함으로 인해 PU 시트의 열분해 시작 온도가 낮아짐을 보였다. 합성된 SOP는 친환경적인 PU 제품의 제조에 활용이 가능하다.

The intention of this study is to analyze the relationship between “discourse” and “subject” based on the novel “Your Paradise.” This work describes a matter of subject to form ideal community through Jo Baek-Heon. Jo Baek-Heon, a director of Sorok-do, has changed from prermptory subject to considerate subject. This change is related to powers and functions of discourse. In this work, discourses could be a source of social power to rule for another and exclude the inmates of Sorok-do, who have leprosy. Otherwise, it could be an important way for people to behave ethically. These function of discourse could be a power to make our lives suppressing or free. The author describes these two possibilities through Jo. At the beginning of this work, Jo is a powerful and high-handed subject to rule inmates by using the power of discourse, however, he finally identifies his errors and begins to care himself and others. This change occurs in the letter sent from Lee Sang-Wook, who looks Jo warily. Because It delivers the truth of Sorok-do to Jo, Jo could be self-aware and self-care. It makes Jo to practice self-poiesis for coming community. Practicing self-poiesis is hard to achieve, because of a desire to rebuild self-identification. To be cautious about this desire, the author sets a critical perspective consistently into “Your Paradise.” It shows to reflect oneself and to practice ethical behavior persistently for ideal society and freedom. 본고는 『당신들의 천국』에 놓인 공동체의 문제를 담론과 주체의 관계를 통해 고찰하고자 한다. 『당신들의 천국』의 서사 중심에 놓인 조백헌은 인간다운 삶의 해방을 위해 주체가 어떠한 위치에 놓여야 하는가를 사유하기 위한 인물이다. 서사가진행되며 조백헌은 견고하고 독선적인 이성에서 자기동일성을 허무는 주체로 변모한다. 이러한 주체의 변모와 함께 주목해야 할 것은 담론의 기능과 힘이다. 『당신들의 천국』에서 담론은 타자 통치를 위한 권력의 원천이기도 하며 자기 통치를 통해 윤리적 실천을 이끌어내는 기제로 활용되기도 한다. 이러한 담론의 힘은 주체와어떻게 결부하는가에 따라 삶의 억압 또는 해방이라는 극단의 축을 향한다. 조백헌은 소록도를 천국으로 만들겠다는 기획을 위해 담론의 힘을 활용해 타자를 통치하는 면모를 보인다. 천국담론의 허상을 일깨우는 원생들의 탈주선 그리기에도 조백헌은 부동하는 주체의 면모를 보인다. 그러나 조백헌은 이상욱의 편지를 통해 독선적인 허물을 깨닫고 자기동일성을 허물게 된다. 주체의 자기인식을 이끌어내는 진실의 담론은 이렇게 자기동일성을 허물고 주체를 윤리적 삶의 실천으로 이끈다. 『 당신들의 천국』은 조백헌을 통해 도래해야 할 공동체를 위해 주체가 군림자의 자리에서 내려와 자기동일성을 무너뜨리는 자기 포이에시스를 실천해야 함을 말한다. 자기의 포이에시스는 자기동일성을 다시 세우려는 욕망과 끝없이 싸우는 어려운 실천이다. 『당신들의 천국』은 이상욱의 일관된 비판자의 시선을 통해 주체의 동일자욕망을 끝까지 경계한다. 이는 아직은 이뤄지지 않은 공동체의 도래가 낙관적인 이상주의로 빠질 위험에서 벗어나기 위함이다. 또한 인간다운 삶의 자유를 위해 주체와 타자의 자기반성과 실천이 부단히 이어져야 함을 말하기 위함이다.

PCP를 적용한 ITP 운영을 위한 특수학교 중학교 ITP 지원팀의 협력적 실행

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of collaborative establishing and implementing ITP based on PCP for middle school students in a special school, and the practical knowledge of special teachers that appeared in the process. Participants in the study were teachers as researchers, 5 students and their guardians, 3 teachers in charge of the second-grade curriculum and 4 head teachers responsible for various duties at the special school for the program. As a research method, a collaborative action research method that goes through a reflective and cyclical process was applied centering on a total of 5 ITP councils in which teachers, students, and guardians participated together. The research results are as follows. First, it is essential to use a systematic transition evaluation tool and cooperate with guardians in order to establish individualized transition goals that reflect the needs of students and guardians, Second, students with disabilities showed that they developed self-directed abilities and increased performance expectations for achieving the goals by directly participating in all processes from establishing and evaluating ITP goals. Third, through the ITP meeting, it had a positive effect on guardians and teachers, and it was confirmed that there was a need to bolster administrative and structural support at the school level to revitalize student-centered ITP.
