        평행봉 뒤 휘돌리기 동작의 운동학적 분석

        W. S. AHN. Kinematic Analysis on Giant Swing Backward to Handstand on Parallel Bars. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 2, pp. 2740, 2004. The objective of this study is to identify the kinematic variables of giant swing backward to handstand as well as individual variations of each athlete performing this skill, which in turn will provide the basis for developing suitable training methods and for improving athlete's performance in actual games. For this end, 3 male athletes, members of the national team, who are in ^^H^^ University, have been randomly chosen and their giant swing backward to handstand performance was recorded using two digital cameras and analyzed in 3 dimensional graphics. This study came to the following conclusion. 1. Proper time allocation for giant swing backward to handstand are: Phase 1 should provide enough time to attain energy for swing track of a grand round movement. The phase 3 is to throw the body up high in the air and stay in the air as long as possible to smoothen up the transition to the next stage and the phase 4 should be kept short with the moment arm coefficient of the body reduced. 2. As for appropriate changes of locations of body center, the phase 1 should be comprised of horizontal, perpendicular, compositional to make up a big rotational radius. Up to the Phase 3 the changes of displacements of vertical locations should be a good scale and athlete's body should go up high quickly to increase the perpendicular climbing power. 3. When it comes to the speed changes of body center, the vertical and horizontal speed should be spurred by the reaction of the body in Phase 2 and Phase 3. In the Phase 4, fast vertical speed throws the body center up high to ensure enough time for in-the-air movement. 4. The changes of angles of body center are: in Phase 2, shoulder joint is stretching and coxa should be curved up to utilize the body reaction. In the Phase 4, shoulder joint and coxa should be stretched out to get the body center as high as possible in the air for stable landing. 5. The speeds of changes in joints angles are: in the Phase 2 should have the speed of angles of shoulder joints increase to get the body up in the air as quickly as possible. The Phase 3 should have the speed of angles in shoulder joint slow down, while putting the angles of a knee joint up to speed as quickly as possible to ensure enough time for in-the-air movement.

      • Chlorobenzilate가 Mouse 간세포의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

        Chlorobenzilate which is the organophosphorus acaricide, is very toxic to man and livestock. Chlrobenzilate is accumulated in the fat tissue like other organophosphorus insecticide so that it is extremely toxic. Its toxicity on the central nervous system produce extreme convulsion but its mechanism has not been understood. And also the degenerative changes in the liver, kidney and brain are appeared by its chronic toxicity. Chlorobenzilate is hydrolysed in the liver that its metabolites ay damage the hepatic parenchymal cells. So the authors have undertaken to pursue the toxic effect of the chlorobenzilate on the organelles of the liver cells. Albino mice were used as experimental animals. The experimental animals sacrificed at 6 and 24 hours after administration of 641 mg (0.5ml) of chlorobenzilate per Kilogram of body weight. The specimens obtained from the liver were fixed in 2% glutaraldehyde-2.5% paraformaldehyde phosphate buffer (pH 7.2) and sliced with 600-800 A° thickness. The specimens were stained with uranyl acetate and lead nitrate and then observed with the electron microscope. The results were as follows. 1. Proliferation of smooth endoplasmic reticulum and depletion of glycogen particles were observed. 2. An increase in the number of secondary lysosomes, multivesicular bodies, and lysosomes were observed. 3. The atropy of the cisternae of the Golgi complex was observed. The disruption of the cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum was associated with detachment of the membrane bound ribosomes.

      • 역도 경기의 인상동작에 대한 운동학적 분석

        This study aims to provide kinematic-Lased data to improve the performance of athletes, by analyzing the characteristics of the snatch technique between skilled athletes and non-athletic people, using the three-dimensional imaging of the snatch weight lifting. Three middle school students and three high school students, considered capable of performing a snatch lift were selected at random. To prevent injury, the students were directed to perform only 90% of maximum ability for the snatch lift. Ariel Performance Analysis System (APAS) was used for analysis to identify the difference between athletes and non-athletic students through two digital video cameras. The results are as follow, 1. In terms of the time factor, the non-athletic students performed a bit faster in terms of the average time spent. However, the athletes performed correctly, by lifting the barbell up vertically and shifting the body's center from front and back fast, While balancing the weight center or the barbell and the body's center, the athletes pulled up their lower parts of the body. 2. Regarding the factor of the central point, the athletes were found to increase technical, by reducing the front and back movements of the hip joints, with an increasing height of the body's center and the barbell, and using the rotational inertia, 3. In terms of the angle factor, noticeable change in the angles of the root and knee joints showed that these joints were mainly used during preparation. By bending the body and the knee and hip joints in the lower parts of the body, and pulling up the barbell, the athletes showed a stable posture in preparing the next movement, whereas the non-athletic students didn't take advantage of the momentary power effectively, using the shoulder and knee joints, because their foot and knee joints were beaded and extended out of balance. 4. Regarding the angle-speed factor, it is proven to be efficient that the athletes are to use the power properly with the division between left and right balancing the vertical speed of the barbell, while bending and extending their knee and hip joints in a fast way.

      • 하천의 사행 저수로 복원에 따른 수리학적 특성 분석

        By excessive energy caused by linearizing the existent of meandering low flow channel due to the progress of a water control project, the current river make a lot of problems. Therefore, this study draws any problems of current circumstances by analyzing the hydraulic characteristics according to the channel changes between before and now of the river improvement of the given basin, based on the concept of minimum stream power, the power by which a river forms its own river geometry. And in order to solve the problems, the stable channel drawin gwas laid out, based on the concepts of dominant discharge, regime theory, and dynamic equilibrium. The drawing of stable channel was divided into a linear stream channel that has trapezoid cross-section and slant surface and a meandering stream channel simplified by a triangle cross-section that has the transverse bed slope of topographical features caused by secondary flow. And water width, depth, and bed slope at the point where the minimum channel slope arises according to procedure of rationality by Chang, were determined as cross-section variables to generate a minimum stream power. By using SMS model, a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model that may reflect the characteristics of bend in the designed channel before and now of the river improvement, the researcher made calculation, comparison, and analysis of the velocity and stream power according to each measuring point. As a result of comparison between the channels before and now of the channel opening by applying 85cms, the 1.58-year-frequency discharge that used the concept of specified recurrence interval discharge among the concepts of dominant discharge, it was observed that velocity and stream power both represent the maximum values at the section of No.24~No.26 linearized after river improvement. And as a result of comparison between current channel and channels designed by theory, the velocity decreased at average 34%~37%. And in comparison between stream powers as well, there was a decrease rate of 80%~97%. It was observed that there was a decrease of maximum value at the section of No.24~No.26 that considered the meandering degree of topography proper to a river. It is judged that the findings drawn from this study may be conducive to the plan and design for restoring a river in the future and the maintenance and management as well. The researcher expects that more objective index could be developed through further application and analysis of various rivers.

      • 이단평행봉과 철봉에서의 드가체프동작 분석

        This study has carried out a survey on the motion staying in the air at the uneven bars by 3 successful female and 3 national level male champions in order to verify whether or not the Horizontal Bar developed Tkatchev motion can be applied to the Uneven Bars for the purpose to utilize such principles at guiding champions. This study were sampled to be photographed by 100 frames/sec, using a 16mm high-speed camera. 11 joint points of their bodies were digitized by each two frames, while the data developed by Kown Young-hoo for a 2D analysis were used to analyze the programmed data in a kinematic way. The activity has resulted in as follows. To summarize the above, in the event that we accelerate the vertical ascension velocity of phase D.V.P at the Uneven Bars, and then make a small extension by lifting the vertical position at phase Rel., we could take stable T.B posture lifting the vertical position both at phase P.H and T.B. This kind of motion was determined to be able to apply the a promoted type of Tkatchev motion of the Horizontal Bar to the exercise of the Uneven Bars.

        Lidocaine, Thrombin, Epinephrine 의 항균효과

        목적 : 기관지내시경 검사에서 흔히 사용되는 국소마취제인 lidocaine과 내시경시 지혈목적으로 사용되는 thrombin과 epinephrine이 각종 균주에 미치는 항균효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 균주는 가톨릭대학교 성모병원에서 2004년 3월부터 2004년 9월까지 임상검체 에서 동정된 S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa 각각 42, 42, 42, 43주를 대상으로 하였다. Lidocaine, thrombin, epinephrine 감수성 검사는 National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS, 2002)의 기준에 따랐다. 결과 : Lidocaine은 S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa에서 MIC_(50), MIC_(90) 모두 20,000 ㎍/mL 이었다. K. pneumoniae는 각각 10,000 ㎍/mL이었다. Thrombin은 S. aureus와 P. aeruginosa에서 MIC50 500 lU/mL 과 MIC_(90) 500 IU/mL 이상이었고, K. pneumoniae에서는 MIC_(50)과 MIC_(90)이 모두 500 lU/mL이상이었으나 S. pneumoniae에서는 MIC_(50)과 MIC_(90)은 125 IU/mL이었다. Epinephrine은 K. pneumoniae, S. pneumoniae에 대한 MIC_(50), MIC_(90)가 모두 >500 ㎍/mL이었고, S. aureus와 P. aeruginosa에 대한 MIC_(50), MIC_(90)가 모두 500 ㎍/mL이었다. 결론 : 기관지 내시경 검사에서 흔히 쓰이는 lidocaine, thrombin, epinephrine 등의 약제들이 호흡기 질환의 흔한 병원균인 S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa 균주들에 대해 항균 효과가 있을 수 있어 세균배양검사에 영향을 미칠 수 있겠다. Background : We performed this stody to find out about antimicrobial effect of lidocaine which is commonly used local anesthetic, and thrombin and epinephrine used for hemostasis during bronchoscopic procedures. Materials and Methods : The microorganisms that were cultured from specimens obtained during bronchoscopy were Staphylococcus aureus (n=42), Streptococcus pneumoniae (n=42), Klebsiella pneumoniae (n=42), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (n=43) collected from St. Mary's Hospital, from March to Sep 2004 were used for susceptibity testing. Susceptibility to lidocaine, thrombin, and epinephrine were tested according to the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards. Result : MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of lidocaine for S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa were all 20,000 ㎍/mL and that for K. pneumoniae were 10,000 ㎍/mL. MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of thrombin for both S. aureus and P. aeruginosa was 500 IU/mL and above 500 IU/mL, respectively; that for K. pneumoniae were all above 500 IU/mL and for S. pneumoniae they were 125 IU/mL, MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of epinephrine for K. pneumoniae and S. pneumoniae were above 500 ㎍/mL; that for S. aureus and P. aeruginosa were 500 ㎍/mL. Conclusion : We observed possible antimicrobial effect of lidocaine, thrombin, and epinephrine in vitro against pathogens such as S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, which are common respiratory microorganisms. The use of these agants could affect the result of bacterial culture.

        大黑山島 隣近 島嶼의 有用 植物遺傳資源 蒐集

        The exploring mission to collect wild soybean and useful plant genetic resources was carried out at the Huksan archipelago of the southwestern part of Korean peninsula during October 28 to November 3, 1990. Totally 31 plants classified into 14 families, 18 genera and 22 species were collected. Among them, 9 collected leguminosae plants including one cultivated kidney bean belonged to 4 genera and 5 species. Useful leguminosae plants collected consisted of Rhynchosia volubilis Lour, R. acuminatifolia Makino, Amphicarpaea edgeworthii var. trisperma Ohwi and Dunbaria villosa (Thunb.) Makino and 8 collected samples belonged to 3 genera and 4 species. R. volubilis Lour at Hongdo island and R. acuminatifolia Makino and D. villosa at Bigeumdo could be collected, repectively, while A. edgeworthii var. trisperma could be observed at any exploring places. It was thought that these results were due to the limitation of place and time collected. Japanese black pine, lentinus chestnut, Camellia japonica, and Machilus thunbergii had been naturally grown from place to place at the part of Huksan county. On the contrary, it has been thought that rare plants as well as wild oriental orchid, locally called “Pungnan” might be endangered and so could be hardly found anywhere to collect. More efforts and supports to conserve nature and resources at a sustainable level should be requested than ever.

        보리와 밀의 屬間雜種 태交雜 後代의 特性變異 硏究

        The characteristics of BC₃F₁ and their successive generations of inter-generic hybrid between barley (H. vulgare L.) var. Manker 16(M16) and Wheat (T. aestivum L.) var. Chinese Spring(CS) were investigated. Some spikes in BC₃F₂ developed awns 0.7-3.5cm long. Some of the segregants in BC₃F₂ were much earlier in heading date than the parent. Some of the plants in BC₃F₃ were 2 weeks earlier in heading than Manker 16. It was reported that the more barley chromosomes the hybrids in BC₂F₁ have the higher resistance to rust (P.g.t) was resulted. Much variations in stem height were also noticed. It was inferred as an analogous introgression that was produced by the without visible chromosome translocations from barley to wheat.

        鬱陵島의 有用植物 資源 蒐集

        A exploration mission was carried out in the Ulreung island which is located at the middle of the East Sea in Korean peninsular for conserving and utilizing useful plants as promising germplasms. The focus of this mission was collecting wild flowers and ornamental plants. Due to natural isolation of the island from the Korean peninsular, it was proven the flora of the island to be particular. Totally, 31 families, 45 genera and 49 species were collected, such as 7 samples of wild flowers, 4 flowering trees, 6 garden trees, 7 medicinal plants, 3 edible plants, 6 specific indigenous plants of the island and 3 species of the cultivated plants as well.
