Do Thi Ha,Quan Cheng Chen,Tran Manh Hung,Tran Minh Ngoc,Phuong Thien Thuong,김홍진,성연희,민병선,배기환,윤의중 대한약학회 2009 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.32 No.2
Chromatographic separation of the EtOAc fraction from the leaf and stem of Vitis amurensis led to the isolation of six oligostilbenoids (i.e., r-2-viniferin (1), trans-amurensin B (2), trans-ε -viniferin (3), gnetinH (4), amurensin G (5), (+)-ampelopsin A (8)) and four stilbenoids (i.e., trans-resveratrol (6), (+)- ampelopsin F (7), piceatannol (9), and trans-piceid (10)). The structures have been identified on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and physicochemical properties. The isolates were investigated for cytotoxic activity against three cancer cell lines in vitro using the MTT assay method. Amurensin G (5) and trans-resveratrol (6) showed significant cytotoxic activity against L1210, K562 and HTC116 cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 15.7 ± 2.1 to 30.9 ± 1.8 μM. (+)-Ampelopsin A (8) and trans-piceid (10) exhibited considerable cytotoxic activity against L1210 (IC50 values of 30.6 ± 4.1 and 28.7 ± 2.81μM, respectively) and K562 (IC50 values of 38.6 ± 0.82 and 24.6 ± 0.76 μM, respectively). Gnetin H (4)showed only weak cytotoxic activity against L1210 with an IC50 value of 40.1 ± 4.23 μM. On the other hand, r-2-viniverin (1), trans-amurensin B (2), trans-ε -viniferin (3), (+)-ampelopsin F (7), and piceatannol(9) exhibited no activity on three cancer cell lines.

Soluble epoxide hydrolases (sEH) are enzymes present in all living organisms, metabolize epoxy fatty acids to 1,2-diols. sEH in the metabolism of polyunsaturated fatty acids plays a key role in inflammation. In addition, the endogenous lipid mediators in cardiovascular disease are also broken down to diols by the action of sEH that enhanced cardiovascular protection. In this study, sEH inhibitory guided fractionation led to the isolation of five phenolic compounds trans-resveratrol (1), trans-piceatannol (2), sulfuretin (3), (+)-balanophonin (4), and cassigarol E (5) from the ethanol extract of the seeds of Passiflora edulis Sims cultivated in Vietnam. The chemical structures of isolated compounds were determined by the interpretation of NMR spectral data, mass spectra, and comparison with data from the literature. The soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitory activity of isolated compounds was evaluated. Among them, trans-piceatannol (2) showed the most potent inhibitory activity on sEH with an IC50 value of 3.4 mM. This study marks the first time that sulfuretin (3) was isolated from Passiflora edulis as well as (+)-balanophonin (4), and cassigarol E (5) were isolated from Passiflora genus.
An efficient oxidation of methane to methyl bisulfate using Pt-DMSO catalyst
( Tran ),이현주 한국공업화학회 2018 한국공업화학회 연구논문 초록집 Vol.2018 No.0
Periana catalyst (the Catalytica system-(bpym)PtCl2) is known as the best homogeneous catalyst for methane functionalization so far; methane is converted with 90% conversion and 81% selectivity into methyl bisulfate. However, until now, many arguments still remain about not only the reaction mechanism, but also the role of the ligands. Recent research, (bpym) ligand is proved not to be mandatory for high activity; even it actually seems to be detrimental for the catalytic activity under the reaction conditions. Moreover, simple platinum salts are concluded be stable, selective and unprecedented active under reaction conditions superior to Periana catalyst. In our research, we synthesized successfully a new and efficient Pt-based homogeneous catalyst system having DMSO as a ligand. The catalytic activity of the new catalyst was investigated by performing the oxidation of methane (25bar) in the presence of fuming sulfuric acid.
Macroeconomic Conditions and Capital Structure Adjustment Speed - The Evidence in Vietnam
Tran,Thi Muoi,Nguyen,Thi Uyen Uyen 한국유통과학회 2019 KODISA ICBE (International Conference on Business Vol.2019 No.-
The relationship between capital structure and corporate value is a topic that has been and can continue to be studied by scientists around the world and Vietnam because of its helpful. The empirical evidences show that the capital structure has an impact on the value of the enterprise; therefore, businesses are always looking for an optimal capital structure to finance. In addition, many studies have shown that there is always an optimal capital structure in enterprises where the value of the enterprise is the highest, which has led to the tendency of enterprises to adjust the capital structure to achieve an optimal capital structure, that makes the capital structure of the enterprise is not static, it is always dynamic. Moreover, the study of the impact of factors on the capital structure of enterprises is also interested by many researchers in the world and Vietnam such as characteristic and macroeconomic factors; especially in the world there have been many studies on the impact of macroeconomic conditions on the speed of capital structure adjustment of enterprises, however, this subject in Vietnam is not mentioned. With this gap, the author determines to study the impact of macroeconomic conditions on the capital structure adjustment speed of Vietnam enterprises in the period 2006 -2015.
A Review of Accounting Research Trends in the World
Tran,Thi Phuong Thanh 한국유통과학회 2019 KODISA ICBE (International Conference on Business Vol.2019 No.-
Trends in international accounting harmonization are extensive, so that demand on accounting research to meet international standards is more necessary and instant. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a review of accounting papers and find out the main characteristics of current accounting research trends in the world. I investigate trends by examining papers published in six top accouting journals (JCR 2015) from 2015 to 2016. I used citations made by accounting papers as a proxy for ranking and examine trends in topics and methodologies of these papers. This paper’s results suggest that financial accounting topics and archival methodologies are becoming more significantly over time during the research period. Moreover, the results also show that the movement in accounting research trends from a normative perspective to a positive perspective, especially an experimental research. From these results, I discuss the major characteristics of future accounting research trends and give some implications about accounting research to Vietnamese researchers.
Determinants of Intra-Industry Trade between Vietnam and Countries in TPP
NGUYEN, Ha Minh,QUAN, Binh Quoc Minh,LE, Huong Van,TRAN, Thinh Van Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.1
Intra-industry trade (IIT) has played an important role in international trade of Vietnam as a result of rapid growth of the country. This article investigates the level of IIT between Vietnam and 11 trading partners in Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) over the period 2000-2014. Although there have been a large number of empirical researches contributed to the determinants of IIT, most of them only pay attention on developed countries where the trade flows are similar due to similar demand structure and production technology. Until now, there is no study on intra-industry trade between Vietnam and countries in TPP that Vietnam recently signed a trade agreement in early 2016. IIT is measured by the Grubel-Lloyd index. The index shows that the extent of intra-industry trade between Vietnam and the trading countries is not high due to the level of economic development and the market size. The determinants of IIT are examined using a panel regression model. In the empirical analysis, the results indicate that Vietnam's intra-industry trade is positively correlated with country size, while it is negatively correlated with income dissimilarity, the trade openness, and geographical distance. This study contributes to the new theoretical trade theory on the evidence of developing country's IIT.

Introduction and Background To evaluate the accuracy of preoperatively planned individualized humeral implantation with a rotational guide in reference to the forearm axis for reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) using the orientation of intertubercular sulcus (OITS) in postoperative 3D CT without elbow scan. Material and Method In this study, 106 patients using single implant (Comprehensive System®, Warsaw, Indiana) in which the humeral component is implanted based on the native retroversion measured by 3D CT including elbow was evaluated. Intraoperatively, a rotational guide was attached to the broach to determine the humeral component retroversion (HCRV) to be implanted, and the retroversion was applied in 5° increments consideration with contralateral side. Intertubercular sulcus (ITS) axis was defined as the line perpendicular to the intertubercular line, and the angle between ITS and trans-epicondylar axis was defined as the bicipital groove rotation (BGR). The preoperative OITS was described as the angle between ITS and humeral head axis, and postoperative OITS was described as the angle between ITS and humeral component axis. Because the BGR does not change before and after surgery, the subtracted value of postoperative OITS from the BGR was defined as measured HCRV. The correlation between preoperatively planned and postoperatively measured HCRVs was evaluated. Results Intra-/interobserver reliabilities exceeded 0.8 for all measurements. Reverse correlation coefficient between the HRV and the OITS in preoperative CT were shown (-0.422, p < 0.001). Correlation coefficient between the mean values of preoperatively planned and postoperatively measured HCRVs was 0.934 (p < 0.001). The patients that had less than 5° difference between pre- and postoperative HCRVs was 87%. Conclusions Implantation of humeral component using a rotational guide to the forearm had good precision for inserting preoperatively planned HCRV for RTSA. To confirm the exact individualized HRV, elbow scanning is not a mandatory in postoperative 3D CT when the OITS is used.
