      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

      • Phosphamidon 분해세균의 분리동정 및 생분해능

        토양으로부터 유기인계 살충제인 phosphamidon을 분해하는 세균들을 분리하고 Biolog system을 이용하여 동정하였다. 그람양성 세균들은 모두 Bacillus 속에 속하는 종들이었으며 그람음성 세균들은 토양에서 우점하지 않는 세균들이 많았다. 이들중 phosphamidon 함유배지에서 생장률이 높은 균주들을 선택하여 phosphamidon 분해능을 조사한 결과 Capnocytophaga gingivalis로 동정된 YD-17 균주가 가장 높은 생분해능을 나타내어 1000 ppm의 phosphamidon이 배양 21일 후 9.4%의 잔류량을 보였으며 이는 대조구에 비해 제거율이 52% 증가된 결과였다. 이 때 균주의 생장을 단백질량으로 측정하였는데 분해균주들이 고농도의 phosphamidon에 의해 저해되지 않고 지속적인 생장을 하여 phosphamidon을 탄소원으로 이용하는 생분해가 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Organphosphorus insecticide phosphamidon-degrading bacteria were isolated from agricultural soils and identified using Biolog microtiter assay. All Gram-ositive degrading bacterial strains belong to genus Bacillus and many Gram-negative bacteria were rare soil species. Among them fast growing strains on phospamidon-containing minimal medium were selected and their biodegrading capability were measured. YD-17 which was identified as Capnocytophaga gingivalis showed the highest biodegradation rate. It could increase the removal of phosphamidon up to 52%. During the biodegradation continuous increase of amount of cell protein was observed, which, indicated that phosphamidon was utilized as a carbon source for phosphamidon-degrading bacteria.

      • 번들블럭조정법을 이용한 관측값의 해석

        It is widly known that the improvements of highly accurate and dense control networks are major requirements to carry out a large scale mapping for numerical cadastral surveying. This study tries to present a improved method for aerial triangulation as a way to guarantee the accuracy of numerical cadastral photogrammetry. To subtanciate the study, a sample test block is selected to compare the accuracy of ground surveying and other photogrammetric methods. The result of this study can be summarized as follows : To begin with, the positon errors of proposed bundle adjustment with gross error detection for single models are proved for better accuracy then Direct Linear Transformation or Self-Calibration Bundle Adjustment. And also, in Block Adjustment, the Bundle Block Adjustment gets better results to compare with the Independent Model Adjustment. Thus, it is suggestive that the Bundle Block Adjustment would be an efficient device for the numerical cadastral surveying in futher time.

        This study is to generalize my previous result(Gun San National College Theses Collection Vol. 1 page 241-246). "A Study on Quasi Uniform Space" The study of quasi uniformity is to generalize non topological properties such that Cauchy filter, total boundedness, completeness, etc. The above mentioned properties has been studied in terms topology. However uniform space requires rather stronger condition such as complete regularity. Quasi Uniformity be induced from general topological spaces without any condition. Consequently it is meaningful to approach non topological properties on the view of quasi uniformity, and the auther mainly to discuss those non topological properties.

        The fundamental concept of analysis is based on the concept of metric, for instance "limit", "continuous", "Catchy sequence" etc.are consisted by the idea. The metric function d(x,y)is a generalization of |x-y| while defind as follow d: X×X→ R (1)d(x,y)≥0 (2)d(x,y)=o iff x=y (3)d(x,y)=d (y,x) (4)d(x,y)≤d (x,z)+d(z,y). 1906 Frechet introduced the concept of general topological spaces, a generalization of metric spaces. 1937 A.Weil introduced the concept of uniform spices while define as follow (i)△⊂u for each u∈U. (generalization of (1)and (2)of metric function) (ii)For each u∈U , there exist a u∈U such that vov⊂u for u∈U (generalization of (4)) (iii)u∈U , w⊃v implies u∈U . (generaligation of neibourhood) (iv)u∈U implies u-1∈U . (generaligation of (3)) Uniform structure is too strict to have campatibility structure for topological space. In this paper, the concept quasi uniformity are discussed as a goneral of uniform space, which will be shown campatability with topological space.

      • 고속 채널환경에 강건한 OFDM 시스템을 위한 채널추정기법

        본 논문에서는 Orhogonal Frequency Division Multiplexting(OFMB) 시스템의 성능 향상을 위해 파일럿 심볼을 이용한 향상된 채널추정 알고리즘을 제안한다 기존의 LMMSE 알고리즘을 이용한 채널 추정 방법은 파일럿 심볼만을 채널 추정에 이용함으로써 파일럿 간격이 멀어짐에 따라 성능이 현저하게 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 파일럿 사이의 채널을 선 추정하고 이 추정된 값을 다시 파일럿과 함께 이용하여 채널을 추정하는 채널추정기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 추정기법은 도플러 주파수를 36Hz애서 185Hz인 페이딩 채널환경에 적용했다. 기존의 LMMSE 추정기법과 비교했을 때 특히 큰 도플러 주파수애 대해 강건한 특성을 보였다.

      • 한글 CODE 處理方法에 관한 硏究

        On the point of view that we should search for more complete and unrestricted Korean Code than the current simple method to be subsituted Korean-Alphabet for English-Alphabet in computer processing, we studied the problems of applying the characteristic of Korean vowels and consonants. In this paper, we have attempted to induce the i-o put processing suitable for Korean vowels and consonants, modified the defects of the current method, and to show 「KOREAN 2-BYTE CODE」that is necessary for inducing it in above.
