        추황배(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Chuhwangbae) 과피로부터 1종의 Sterol과 3종의 배당체 화합물의 단리·동정

        본 연구에서는 배의 유용성 증명을 위한 일환으로 배의 화학성분을 분자수준에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 배 과피 MeOH 추출물을 용매분획하여 얻은 EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성분획을 대상으로 Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, 그리고 ODS colmn chromatography와 HPLC를 이용하여 정제 및 단리하였다. 그 결과, EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성 분획으로부터 각각 2종씩의 화합물을 단리하였다. 단리된 화합물 1-4는 1H- 및 13C-NMR 분석을 통하여 각각 (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (화합물 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone(piceoside, 화합물 2), β-sitosterol (화합물 3), 그리고 β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (화합물 4)로 동정되었다. 단리된 3종의 배당체 화합물(화합물 1, 2, 4)들은 본 연구에 의해 배로부터 처음 동정되었으며, 화합물 3은 추황배로부터 처음 동정되었다. 본 연구결과가 배 함유 성분연구는 물론 배의 기능성 해명 연구에도 추후 중요한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. We isolated and identified antioxidants from acidic and neutral ethyl acetate fractions of the peel of pear (Pyrus pyrifolia N. cv. Chuhwangbae). We isolated 4 compounds from the methanol extract, by using 3 different types of column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, and octadecylsilane) and preparative HPLC. We identified the isolated compounds as (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (compound 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone (picroside, compound 2), β-sitosterol (compound 3), and β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (compound 4) by nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. We are the first to report the identification of compounds 1, 2, and 4 from pear.

        단상 유도형 동기 전동기(LSPM)의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        가전분야에서의 전동기 효율향상을 통한 에너지 소비절감 효과는 상당히 크지만 이를 위한 전동기의 설계/해석 기술 확보가 아직은 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 따라 유도형 동기전동기가 제안되었지만, 유도형 동기 전동기는 유도전동기와 통기전동기의 특성을 동시에 가지고 있어, 해석 및 설계가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 냉장고 압축기용 전동기인 단상유도전동기를 대처할 수 있는 단상 유도형 동기전동기를 이용해 파라미터에 따라 특성이 어떻게 바뀌는가에 대해 서술하였다. 그에 따라 단상유도전동기의 정상상태 특성을 해석하고 제안모델의 성능을 기존모델과 비교하고 실험하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안모델의 기존 고정자 형상이나 권선 스팩을 유지하고 회전자의 형상이나 구조만을 변경시켜 성능향상을 도모하였다. 해석방법으로는 전자장 수치 해석적인 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 유한요소법(Finite Element Method : FEM)을 이용하였다. Electric motor efficient improvement from home appliance field is important to the effect reducing the energy consumption. But the electric motor design/analysis technology is still insufficient. Specially the electric motor design/analysis technology of satisfying characteristic of both the induction motor and the synchronous motor such as Line start permanent motor. Therefore the electric motor design/analysis technology is urgently demanded reliability. This paper proposes the sing1e-phase line-start permanent magnet motor to develop the motor it with be able to alternate the sing-phase induction motor it is a refrigerator compressor motor. The sing-phase induction motor is analyzed in the steady state. And we have a certification test to compare our single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor with the sing-phase induction motor. In order to improve the performance, the stator of the single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor is same as the stator of the sing-phase induction motor and changes the rotor form and has the permanent magnet. It used the Finite Element Method(FEM) which is widely used with electronic-magnetic field numerical analysis method.

      • 비구조적 퍼지 의사결정지원시스템을 활용한 재해예방대책에 관한 연구

        The hazard factors in building construction project are various and their bad effects with regard to project's efficiency are increasing due to its enlargement and complexity. However, the assessment of the construction safety is commonly dependent upon the statistical and historical information, since the existing systematic tool assisting to the effective Decision Making for estimating the safety prior to Construction Phase is inaccurate. In addition. it is true that there are the various difficulties to analyze and diagnosis the construction safety with the probabilistic approach. Because there are the many vague factors and limited resources. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide the way to establish the efficient preventable countermeasure against the hazard factors, corresponding to the category of the hazard characteristic, by using Non-Structural Fuzzy Decision Support System(NSFDSS) for diagnosing effectively the construction project safety.

      • ATM 망을 위한 계층화 동영상 부호화 기술에 관한 연구

        For video transmission over ATM networks, multi-layer encoding system is more efficient than single layer system. Because ATM has virtual channels and virtual paths. ATM can transmit video data with variable bit rate(VBR). And base layer data is transmitted with constant bit rate(CBR), but enhancement layer data with VBR. However the data with VBR can be lost in the network. Because of this cell loss video quality can be damaged and this error can be propagated to next frame. So cell loss concealment and traffic smoothing techniques is needed. In this paper, SNR and spatial scalable encoder was designed, and their performance was tested by simulation. As a result, these encoders were efficient to encode video data for ATM networks. Encoding base layer data with CBR and enhanced layer data with VBR was suitable for layered encoder system in ATM. The layered encoding could conceal cell losses of enhancement layer. And traffic smoothing technique using a different GOP start between two layers was proposed. This traffic smoothing technique could reduce cell loss rate.

      • Double Up 工法에 의한 超高層 建築物의 施工法

        This paper deals with application of Double-Up method which is a new construction method for high-rise building construction in central core city. The constructing process of the Double-Up method is developed upward at the same time from basement and first floor, after excavating the soil by open-cut method. Generally, in the construction of high-rise building, the main problems are shorting of working durations and varieties of construction administration. Double-up method has advantageous to these two points at the central core city. In this paper, Double-Up method is not applied to the building which the arrow side dimension is over than40m. Advantage and disadvantage of double-up method is as drawn: Advantages of double-up method 1. Double-Up method is efficient at the good soil condition, we obtain low construction cost and shortening of construction duration. 2. If earth anchor is used at bearing wall, then sufficient working space is obtained and a good construction condition is possible. 3. This method is more useful than any other method, when high-rise building structure is constructed at the narrow site in central core city, The top-down method requires application of the R.C.D(reverse circulation drill) method or the diaphragm wall method. However, in the case of good soil condition, the double-up method does not require any of these methods. Disadvantages of the Double-Up method 1. Double-Up method is difficult to apply on the reinforced concrete structure. 2. If the condition of soil is so bad, the earth pressure is increased. The struts are loaded a great deal of stress. Thus, the cross-section of struts is increased.

        항고형암제의 활성평가를 위한 in vitro 삼차원 암세포 배양계의 확립

        For the efficient determination of activity against solid tumors, an in vitro tumor model that resembles the condition of in vivo solid tumors, is required. The purpose of this study was to establish a rapid culture method and viability assay for an in vitro 3-dimensional tumor model, multicellular spheroid (MCS). Among 12 human cancer cell lines, a few cell lines including DUD-1 (human colorectal carcinoma cells) formed fully compact MCS which was adequate for in vitro viability assay. DLD-1 MCS showed steady growth reaching 700 pm diameter after 11 day culture. DUD-1 cells grown as MCS showed significant increase in G_(0)/G₁ phase compared to the monolayer cells (73.9% vs 45.7%). but necrotic regions or apoptotic cells were not observed. The cells cultured as MCS showed resistance to 5-FU (10.3 fold higher IC_(50)) compared to monolayers. however, tirapazamine (a hypotoxin) showed similar activity in both culture systems. In summary, MCS may be a valid in vitro model for activity screening of anticancer agents against human solid tumors and also exploitable for studying molecular markers of drug resistance in human solid tumors.

      • 포도에 대한 Captafol 수화제의 안전사용기준 설정

        In order to establish the criteria for the safe use of the fungicide captafol on grapes, 12 plots with different spray frequency and different spray time were placed and sprayed on stems and leaves with the captafol wettable powder up to 3, 7, 15, 30, 45, 60 days before harvest. The results of the analysis of captafol residues on the sample grapes were as follows : 1- Recovery values obtained from fortified control samples were 85.3 and 90.0%, respectively, at the 0.1 and 1.0 ppm levels, the detection limits being 0.06 ng(0.015 ppm). 2. Captafol residues were detected in all samples, ranging from 0.25 to 5.79 ppm. 3. Captafol residues had a tendency to become the more, the more spray frequency and the closer spray time to harvest. 4. The captafol residues on grapes were within the maximum residue limits in the samples sprayed 4 times involving those sprayed up to 3 days before harvest, whereas the residues in the samples sprayed 5 times were beyond the limits. 5. It was recommended that the captafol WP should be sprayed on grapes 4 times up to 7 days before harvest.

      • 주한 미군부대 Card Holder의 물품구매방식에 대한 실증적 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the purchase behavior of GPCH and to scheme a strategic purchase way. The categories for purchase behavior are classified by purchase way, purchase difficulty, purchase mistake, observance of SOP rules, and ability of GPCH etc. The sample size of this study is 49 GPCH. The major findings of this study are as follows. 1) GPCH attached much importance to purchased cost, purchased quality of goods, and time limit for purchase. 2) GPCH generally get information on purchased goods from goods magazine, and Internet. But there is very encourage in confirming the goods for purchased with his own eyes before purchase. 3) GPCH preferred local purchase to global purchase, because of easy for identifying goods and enough exchange of views. But GPCH have to make remarkable progress in English communication to prepare for global business era. 4) The major reasons for mistake in uses of the GPCH were double approval to vendor and insufficiency understanding of SOP. 5) The group of single limit 2,000 $ below showed more faithful to his duties than single limit 2,000 $ above. Concurrently, the results of this study will be useful guidelines for strategically purchase goods to GPCH.

      • 표면 SH파 모드의 분산특성 해석과 그 응용

        A new flaw detection technique using by SH angle beam method has been discussed. The SH-wave is horizontally polarized shear wave and the surface SH wave has a characteristic of traveling along near surface layer. The surface SH wave technique is valuable for the detection of fatigue cracks at fillet weld heels which cannot be detected by other ultrasonic technique such as angle beam technique and The dispersion curves of it has simple characterization. In this work, using these beneficial chraterization, quality evaluation of spot weld with ultrasonic sound intensity of SH-wave passing through nugget area of spot weld are verified experimentally.

      • 영幼兒養育에 關한 調査

        There is no doubt that good nutrition for infants relates not only to the health of the individual but also influences the health of the nation. In spite of nutrition's trememdous importance, there is no data available concerning infant nutrition and, moreover, there is no study about the knowledge, attitudes and practies of infant feeding and weaing. Taking into account the fact that most infants in Korea are breast fed, and have a long lactation period, there must be provision for adequate supplemental food at the proper time. The first step in launching a new health program should be the exact evaluation of the present status of infants' feeding diet. This study was designed to collect basic data on the status of infants' nutrition in order that these data might be sued as program organization indicators for the improvement of infant nutrition. The data were obtained through interviewing 726 mothers who registered their children at the Taegu MCH Center's well baby clinic.
