한동안 인쇄-출판계의 관심에서 멀어졌던 e-Book이 새롭게 각광을 받고 있다. 시장규모가 점차 커지고 e-Book 콘텐츠의 숫자도 대폭 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 이러한 시장의 외형적인 성장에도 불구하고 e-Book 산업은 아직까지 견실한 수익구조를 제대로 갖추지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 지금까지의 전자책 회사의 수익구조는 B2C와 B2B에 의존하는 단순한 수익모델을 가지고 있었다. 그러나 최근 출판 및 학계를 중심으로 우리나라 e-Book 산업의 수익구조 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 다각적인 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다음은 지난 해 한국출판연구소가 주최한 '2005 한국출판평론.학술상'공모에서 출판학술상을 수상한 이용준 교수의 논문을 발췌,요약한 것이다.

문식성(literacy) 교육 연구에서 담화 분석 활용 동향과 시사점

Only a few studies have been conducted on or through discourse analysis. With this fact as background, this study aims to present the topical patterns of discourse studies and to suggest general directions for future studies. The study categorized the discourse studies and the results are as follows. In terms of themes, they were categorized into seven; a) instructional practices, b) identities’ formation and enactments, c) characteristics and roles of discourse content areas or disciplines, d) adults’ literate characteristics, e) social/cultural characteristics surrounding discourses and their effects, f) the effects of out-of-school literacy, and g) discourses in digital contexts. From these themes and patterns, the study discussed three directions for future studies―dimensionality and clarification of discourse analysis foci, diversification of discourse analysis uses, and recognition and complement of discourse analysis limitations. 담화 분석을 통한 연구가 많지 않은 상황에서, 본 연구는 담화 분석을 활용한 연구들의 연구 주제 경향을 탐색하고 후속 연구를 위한 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구물들을 범주화한 결과, 7가지 주제들로 범주화할 수 있었다. 각 주제 범주들은 1) 교수적 실천, 2) 정체성의 형성 및 발현, 3) 교과나 학문 속 담화 특성 및 역할, 4) 학교 밖 학생 및 성인의 문식 특성, 5) 담화를 둘러싼 사회적·문화적 특성과 그 영향, 6) 학교 밖 문식성의 영향, 7) 디지털 맥락에서의 담화였다. 이러한 주제 및 경향들로부터 후속 담화 연구를 위한 제언 및 시사점으로, 담화 분석 초점의 입체화와 명료화, 담화 분석 활용의 다양화, 담화 분석 한계의 인식 및 보완을 제시하였다.

Numerical model for predicting the deflections and stress distribution due to creep and shrinkage of concrete and relaxation of prestressed steel of the segmentally erected indeterminate prestressed concrete bridge is presented in this paper. The computer program considering the presence of the reinforcement, the difference in ages of the concrete segments, the multiple stages in which the external loads and prestressing forces are applied, and the changes in geometry and support conditions as the construction progresses is developed. The proposed method is applied to a three-span continuous bridge and four-span continuous bridge, and the results indicate the significance of the time-dependent effects.

This preliminary study examines historical background of construction, establishment process, and destroy process for the Goryeo-sa-haeng-guan in Myeong-Ju during the Song Dynasty. The research was conducted based on local journals at that time. The Myeong-Ju is one of the famous port cities for marine trade. The Myeong-Ju had a good relationship with the Goryeo. Especially, the Song Dynasty built the Goryo-sa-haeng-guan for Goryeo envoys and traders to maintained a good partnership with Goryeo. A comprehensive review on records and historical issues of the Goryeo-sa-haeng-guan helps us to understand foreign policy and inter-relationship between Korean and China.

가속수명시험을 이용한 다련장 발사대 신뢰도 성장 연구

In this paper, we aim to check the reliability growth of multiple launch rocket components by the life evaluation. We apply the Crow-AMSAA model to the sets of test data obtained from the development phase. The result of the data analysis shows that the reliability of some components needs to be improved. In order to improve their reliability, we analyze the failure mechanism and change their designs. The verification of the reliability growth for those components is done by analyzing the data sets obtained by the accelerated life tests. As a result, we show that the MTBF of those components is increased and also their reliabilities improved.

강화된 부인방지를 위한 대리서명 프로토콜의 설계

최근에 권한의 위임을 통한 대리 서명 기법들이 많이 연구되고 있다. 대리서명 기법은 원서명자가 서명 권한을 대리서명자에게 위임하여 대리서명자가 원서명자를 대신해서 서명을 생성하는 것을 말한다. 이러한 대리서명 기법은 위임자의 권한 위임장이 위 변조와 오남용의 위험으로 부터 안전하게 보호되어야 한다. 또한 대리서명의 수행을 위해서 원서명자의 위임에 대한 정보가 명확해야 한다. 이러한 대리서명 기법을 사용하기 위해서는 몇 가지의 보안 사항들이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 원서명자와 대리서명자가 기존의 인증서를 발급받은 환경에서 원서명자가 대리 서명자에 대해 검증자를 통하여 위임정보를 등록하는 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. 위임내용에 대해 원서명자가 전자서명을 하고 검증자는 이에 대한 내용을 검증한 후 대리서명에 대한 권한, 기간 등의 제약사항을 설정한 후 대리 서명자는 위임내용에 대해 고지를 받고 허가된 범위 내에서 대리 서명을 하게 된다. 마지막으로 기존의 방법들과의 비교 분석을 통하여 제안하는 위임 등록 프로토콜에 대한 효율성을 제시하고자 한다. Proxy signature scheme based on delegation of warrant is studied in these days. Proxy signature Is a signature scheme that the original signer delegates his signing warrant to the proxy signer, and the proxy signer creates a signature on behalf of the original signer. For using this scheme, the security for protecting from the forgeability or misuse is necessary. There are several security requirements for using the proxy signature schemes. In this paper we suggest the proxy-register protocol scheme that original signer registers to the verifier about the proxy related information. In our scheme, verifier verifies the signature that original signer creates about the proxy information and sets the warrant of proxy signer, validity period for proxy signature and some limitation. Finally, we will show the advantages of our suggestion by comparing with the previous proxy signature schemes.

충북대학교 건축학과를 통한 기인증 건축학과 연구

The acception for the specialized architectural capacity has been required by the accredited professional institutes such as UVCAE(UNESCO-UIA Validation Council for Architectural Education) according to the latest international tendency of the architectural education. Finally this trend founds the KAAB(Korea Architectural Accreditation Board) in Korea. Therefore 4-year-programmed university of Korea has been transformed course architectural education institute since 2002. With the start of this, there is an establishment of 72 programs for 5-year-course the architectural education institute and 3 programs for architectural graduate school in 2011. In accordance with the revision of architectural laws mentioned by Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs, they need an approval for the certified institute of 5-year-course. For the qualification to get approved as an registered architect, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology also asks more professional education in all kinds of fields, likewise, there are many demands for educational accrediting systems. Therefore, this study has an aim to accept these tendencies of changed circumstance for architectural education and to prepare the accreditation of ‘Korea Architectural Accrediting Board’ for five-year-course architectural education at Dept. of Architecture in Soonchunhyang University. This study mainly survey The Architecture Program Report and the regulation of ‘Korea Architectural Accrediting Board’ as a comparative research. This process of research is to find requirements of accrediting regulation characteristics and help to prepare an accreditation for 5-year-course architectural education systems at Dept. of Architecture in Soonchunhyang University. This study has an aim to help both program formation at Dept. of Architecture in Soonchunhyang University and approval for the certified institute of 5-year-course. The following contents of paper is detailed analysis of the accreditation of architectural education program at Chungbuk University and the result of analyzed characteristicits in its architecture Program Report
