Analysis of factors affecting career preparation behavior

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors influencing career preparation behavior based on the perception of college students from the perspective of social cognitive career theory and to examine the effect of career barriers and career decision self - efficacy on career preparation behavior And career - decision self - efficacy. The results of the study are as follows. First, career barriers perceived by college students showed a significant positive correlation with career decision self - efficacy and career preparation behavior(-), and career decision efficacy showed a statistically significant correlation with career preparation behavior(+). Second, as a result of linear regression analysis to examine the effect of career barriers on career preparation behavior, lack of self - clarification, lack of job information, and lack of recognition of need were subordinate factors of career barriers. Third, as a result of linear regression analysis to examine the effect of career decision - making self - efficacy on career preparation behavior, goal setting and job information, which are sub - factors of career decision self - efficacy, were analyzed. Fourth, mediating effects of career decision self - efficacy on career barriers and career preparation behavior were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study confirm that the level of career barrier, which is an important factor in career preparation behavior of college students, should be lowered and career decision self - efficacy should be increased.

탈냉전기 북한의 대미 외교정책 결정요인 분석

북한 외교정책의 변화에 대한 연구는 통일을 위한 대전제이기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 본 논문의 목적은 북한이 탈냉전기에 미국과 정부간 접촉을 적극적으로 전개하게 된 결정요인을 브레쳐 모델에 적용하여 분석코자 하는 데 있었다. 논문의 분석 결과, 조작적 환경의 외적 환경요인으로는 사회주의권의 대변혁으로 인한 냉전체제의 붕괴와 국제정치경제의 역학관계로 표출되는 신국제질서의 등장, 동북아에서의 ‘북방 3각관계’의 변질, 그리고 남북한 국력의 차이가 대미 접근의 주요 결정요인으로 파악되었다. 내적 환경요인은 북한 동맹체제의 변질에 따른 안보위기의 심화가 북한체제의 정치적, 경제적 취약성을 더욱 악화시킨 요인으로 보였다. 북한은 생존을 위해 핵무기를 개발하려 했으나, 미국을 위시한 전세계의 압력에 부딪치자 핵무기를 협상카드로 활용하여 미국과의 단독회담을 이끌어 내었다. 북한은 미국과의 관계개선이 북한의 3대난(難)을 동시에 해결해 주는 중심 고리로 생각한 것 같다. 심리적 환경요인으로 북한지도자들에게 프리즘의 역할을 하는 것은 주체사상에서 연유된 배타주의, 사회주의의 우월성과 불패성, 그리고 자본주의의 필연적인 멸망에 대한 믿음 등이다. 이러한 주체이념으로 무장된 북한지도자들의 미국에 대한 호전적 이미지는 북한의 대미 관계개선 과정에서 부정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 기반으로 하여 향후 북한의 대미 외교정책을 전망하면서, 대외개방이 북한에게 미칠 영향과 문제점에 대해 지적하였다.

The synthesis of stenine, which was isolated from the roots of Sremona tuberosa and Stemona japonica, was studied by the diels-Alder reaction pathway. Metyl 7-(tetrahydropyranyl-2-yloxy)-2(E)-heptenoate was used a starting material and converted to methyl 7-(tetrahydropyranyl-2-yloxy)-2(E)-heptenoate 6 by Witting reaction. Methyl 7-(tetrahydropyranyl-2-yloxy)-2(E)-heptenoate 6 was converted to 7-(tetrahydropyran-2-yloxy)-2(E)-hepten-1-al 7 the reaction pathway comprising of reduction, oxidation, Witting reaction, and Swern oxidation. 3(ZE), 5(E)-10-(terrahydorpyran-2-yloxy)-3, 5-decadien-1-ol 48 was converted to the 3(Z), 9(E), 11(ZE)-1-(t-butyldiphenylsiloxy)-5-hydroxy-14-(4-methoxy phenylmethyloxy)-3, 9, 11-tetradecatriene 40, which is a precursor for the Diels-Alder reaction by the reaction with cis-vinyl stannane 41. Compound 40 was oxidized, and subjected to the various Eiels-Alder reaction condition.

The purpose of this study was to identify importance of gender in dynamic relationship structure in fashion internet shopping mall and to provide marketers e-CRM marketing strategy. Out of 473 customers, 470 who had purchased fashion products in fashion Internet shopping mall were surveyed for this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, Structural Equation Model(SEM) using AMOS program. As the results, both men and women had 'relationship maintenance intention' in e-CRM. However, only women had 'intention to discontinue relationship', when shopping mall made mistakes to them. Also, in men's group, 'service' only had effect on 'Trust', in women's group. If women would be dissatisfied with a shopping mall, they have a strong intention to disconnect with it. Based on these results, it could be concluded that men have more tolerance for shopping mall's mistakes than women have. Therefore, the results of this study provide e-CRM marketing strategy for fashion internet marketers.

한국, 미국, 중국 청소년의 의복 행동에 관한 연구

The purposes of this study were to determine similarities and diferences in the clothing behavior of Korean, American and Chinese Adolescents. Photographs and questionnaires were conducted for this study and the results are as follows. 1) By analyzing the questionnaire survey, Korean adolescents considered their friends advise more when purchasing clothing while Chinese adolescents depended on their parents. In clothing elements, American adolescents considered attractiveness to other sex more than other two countries. 2) For the Photograph analysis, Many bright and vivid color clothing were seen from Chinese adolescents and dull achromatic colored clothing was noticeable from Koreans. Jeans were favored by all three countries but chino pants were only noticeable from Korean adolescents. Even though it is said 'It is one world ond market', this study shows that it is very important to consider the cultural differences among countries.

정보화 사회에서 사회과교육

사회과교육은 사회현상을 올바르게 인식하고 그 사회에서 요구되는 시민성을 학생들에게 전수하는데 그 목적을 두고 있는 교과이다. 최근에 발달하기 시작한 정보 기술의 발달로 말미암아 정보화 사회에 대한 논의가 활발하게 일어나고 있다. 사회과교육에서 중요한 것은 정보화에 의한 사회 변동을 어떻게 이해할 것인가 이다. 특히 정보화 사회로의 사회 변동이 산업 사회와 단절된 것으로 이해하는가 연속적인 것으로 이해하는가는 사회과 교육에서 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 연속론의 입장에 서서 단절론이 부분의 변화를 전체의 변화라고 주장하는 일반화의 오류(fallacy of generalization)를 범하고 있음을 지적함과 동시에 미래의 민주시민을 양성하기 위한 사회과교육의 목표에 정보 사회적 인간형과 산업 사회적 인간형의 육성이 모두 포함되어야 할 필요성을 주장하고 있다. Social Studies purposes to offer the students the knowledge of the social phenomena for the citizenship. In this context, the social change by information must be very important for social studies. This article purposes to analyse, both theories of discontinuity and continuity with development of industrial society. This articla suggests that the social studies for educating the democratic citizens have to aim at upbringing of humanity of both information industrial society.

Knowledge and Power in Discourses on Body and Health

This study attempted to determine the practice of various powers of life that penetrate the discourses on health and pursue the direction that must be followed by nurses. Florence Nightingale expanded nursing, which traditionally was the role of women at home, to the society; since then, nursing has secured its place as a specialized profession in health. Can nursing continue to grow as a powerful profession? Foucault disclosed the concept of power not in the sense of force or coercion, but in the sense of discourse domination that induces people to naturally practice in daily life. Accordingly, this study verified the implications in the perspective and strategies of nursing science by discussing the power of discourse that penetrates body and health through analysis of health-related texts.
