        Myers-Briggs Type Indicator 와 Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis를 이용한 四象 體質의 特性 硏究

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the psychological and physical characteristics of the Sasang Constitutions by MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and BIA(Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis). Methods : This study was carried out on 79 students(69/10) of Oriental Medical College at KyungHee University. After determining the Sasang constitutions (Soyangin, Taeumin, Soeumin) by QSCCII , the psychological and physical characteristics of each group were analysed by MBTI & BIA. Results : 1) The findings show that there are 62.0% of agreement in discriminant analysis by MBTI for differentiating among Soeumin, Taeumin and Soyangin. 2) The analysing data show that there are 75.9% of agreement in discriminant analysis by MBTI for differentiating Soyangin from other Sasang Constitutions, and Soyangin group showed more preference for Extroversion, Thinking and Perceiving. 3) In the Body composition, there are significant differences of total body water, intracellular fluid, body water of uppers extreme, weight, protein and mineral between Taeumin and Soyangin, and significant differences of total body water, extracellular fluid and weight between Taeumin and Soeumin. In addition, Taeumin group showed more preference for Sensing and Perceiving. 4) The analysing data show that there are 73.4% of agreement in discriminant analysis by MBTI to differentiate Soeumin from other Sasang Constitutions and Soeumin group showed more preference for Introversion, Sensing and Judging. Condusion : The findings indicated that MBTI and BIA could be an useful tool to classify Sasang constitutions.         4차 산업혁명 시대 사회과교육의 방향 탐색

        본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 따른 초등 사회과교육의 변화를 모색하고자 ‘내부인’의 시각으로 살펴본 연구이다. ‘내부인’은 사회과교육에 대해 전문적 판단이 가능한 연구자·행정가 및 사회과교육의 현장 연구를 수행하였거나 소양이 있다고 여겨지는 교원을 의미한다. 내부인은 21명의 전문가로 구성하였고, 4차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 하였다. 조사는 내부인이 생각하는 4차 산업혁명의 성격과 사회과교육에 주는 영향에 관해 의견을 수렴하는 과정으로 진행하였다. 델파이 조사 결과, 내부인은 4차 산업혁명의 성격을 인간의 역할 변화, 경계를 넘는 융합, 상호공존으로 보았다. 인재상은 창의·융합적 인재, 협력하는 인재, 비판적 사고능력을 가진 인재, 문제해결력을 갖춘 인재라는데 의견을 모았다. 핵심적인 교육내용과 방법은 문제해결교육, 미래사회에 대한 대응을 도모하는 교육, 인문예술교육을 선정하였다. 또한 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 향후 초등 사회과는 탈학문적 성격과 학습자에게 창의융합적 능력을 함양시키기 위한 교육을 강조해야 한다고 의견을 모았다. 사회과 교육목표와 관련하여 변화 적응 및 문제해결 능력, 비판적 사고력, 공동체 의식 및 연대와 참여, 의사소통 능력을 강조해야 한다고도 보았다. 이를 위해 초등 사회과교육은 사회현상을 ‘관계’와 ‘융합’의 관점으로 다루어야 하며, 실제적으로 핵심역량이 함양될 수 있도록 역량 중심의 교육과정을 보다 강화해야 하는 방향으로 나아가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine change of elementary school social education according to the fourth industrial revolution era from the perspective of insiders. Insiders means a researcher, an administrator who can make a professional judgment about social studies education, and a teacher who has conducted a field study of social studies education or is considered to be a teacher. Insiders consisted of 21 experts. Delphi survey was conducted as a process of collecting opinions about the character of the fourth industrial revolution and the impact on social studies education that the inside thinks. As a result of the Delphi survey, insiders regarded the character of the Fourth Industrial Revolution as a change of human role, fusion beyond the border, mutual coexistence. A talented person is a person with creative talent, cooperative talent, critical thinking ability, and problem-solving ability. Main contents and methods of education were chosen to solve problems, educate for future society, and humanities and arts education. In addition, due to the 4th Industrial Revolution, elementary social studies department will emphasize the decentralized nature and education for cultivating creative fusion ability to learners The insiders stated that they should emphasize adaptation to change in social studies education and problem solving ability, critical thinking ability, community consciousness, solidarity and participation, and communication ability. As a result, elementary social studies education should deal with social phenomenon in terms of relationship and convergence, suggesting that the curriculum needs to be strengthened so that social studies’ subject capacity can be practically cultivated.

        Awareness, incidence and clinical significance of acute kidney injury after non-general anesthesia : A retrospective cohort study

        <▼1><P>Supplemental Digital Content is available in the text</P></▼1><▼2><P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Postoperative acute kidney injury is associated with high mortality and poor prognosis. Additional investigations into the risk factors for this condition and the outcomes of patients who undergo surgeries under non-general anesthesia (GA) are necessary.</P><P>This retrospective cohort study included data on all surgeries performed in adult patients from January 2006 to December 2015 at a tertiary hospital in Korea. Patients were divided into those undergoing surgeries with non-GA and those undergoing surgeries with GA. We analyzed the nephrological evaluation patterns, the risk factors for acute kidney injury, and prognoses after acute kidney injury by reviewing mortality, progression to end-stage renal disease, and serum creatinine doubling/estimated glomerular filtration rate halving from baseline.</P><P>Of 74,524 patients, 20,332 underwent surgery with non-GA. These patients had baseline (adjusted odds ratio [OR], .68, 95% confidence interval [CI], .63–.72; <I>P</I> < .01] and follow-up serum creatinine levels (adjusted OR, .34; 95% CI, .33–.36; <I>P</I> < .01) less frequently measured than those undergoing GA. However, the incidence of acute kidney injury did not differ significantly between the 2 groups. Moreover, postoperative acute kidney injury after non-GA surgery showed a worse clinical prognosis which was similar with that of GA operations.</P><P>Patients undergoing surgeries under non-GA did not receive sufficient evaluation for their risks of acute kidney injury. As an acute kidney injury in non-GA was associated a worse prognosis as in GA surgeries, more clinical attention should be considered.</P></▼2>

      • Preoperative dipstick albuminuria and other urine abnormalities predict acute kidney injury and patient outcomes

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Background</B></P> <P>It is unclear whether pathologic findings on preoperative urinalysis are associated with the risk of postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI). Therefore, we performed a retrospective review to investigate this association.</P> <P><B>Methods</B></P> <P>We assessed the clinical significance of preoperative dipstick urinalysis in a 10-year surgery cohort from a tertiary hospital in Korea. Patients without available information on perioperative serum creatinine levels or kidney injury prior to surgery were excluded. Preoperative dipstick urinalysis parameters, including albuminuria, hematuria, pyuria, and others were studied. The primary outcome was postoperative acute kidney injury. Secondary outcomes were postoperative 1-year mortality and progression of poor kidney function parameters.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>We enrolled 40,090 patients. The presence of dipstick albuminuria was associated with an increased risk of postoperative AKI (adjusted odds ratio 1.47 [1.29–1.66], <I>P</I> < .001), and the association showed a dose-response relationship. High specific gravity was significantly associated with increased risk of AKI (adjusted odds ratio 1.30 [1.04–1.63], <I>P</I> = .02). Furthermore, in patients with postoperative AKI, those with baseline albuminuria had a worse prognosis with regard to 1-year mortality (adjusted hazard ratio 2.81 [1.56–5.09], <I>P</I> < .001) and persistent renal function impairment (adjusted odds ratio 2.07 [1.21–3.46], <I>P</I> = .007), independent of estimated glomerular filtration rate values. Patients with baseline hematuria and pyuria also had an inferior postoperative AKI prognosis when compared to those without the urinalysis abnormalities.</P> <P><B>Conclusion</B></P> <P>Baseline dipstick urinalysis may predict postoperative AKI and may be significantly associated with prognosis after surgery.       • Novel design of ultra-fast Si anodes for Li-ion batteries: crystalline Si@amorphous Si encapsulating hard carbon

        <P>Nanocrystalline Si (c-Si) dispersed in amorphous Si (a-Si) encapsulating hard carbon (HC) has been synthesized as an anode material for fast chargeable lithium-ion batteries. The HC derived from natural polysaccharide was coated by a thin a-Si layer through chemical vapour deposition (CVD) using silane (SiH4) as a precursor gas. The HC@c-Si@a-Si anodes showed an excellent cycle retention of 97.8% even after 200 cycles at a 1 C discharge/charge rate. Furthermore, a high capacity retention of ∼54% of its initial reversible capacity at 0.2 C rate was obtained at a high discharge/charge rate of 5 C. Moreover, the LiCoO2/HC@c-Si@a-Si full-cell showed excellent rate capability and very stable long-term cycle. Even at a rate of 10 C discharge/charge, the capacity retention of the LiCoO2/HC@c-Si@a-Si full-cell was 50.8% of its capacity at a rate of 1 C discharge/charge and showed a superior cycle retention of 80% after 160 cycles at a rate of 1 C discharge/charge.</P>

        정보 격차가 가속화됨에 따라 차별, 혐오와 같은 무형의 사회 문제가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이로 인해 디지털 환경에 대한 윤리적 개선 방안을 모색하는 AI Ethics(인공지능 윤리) 연구들이 국제적으로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. AI 가 윤리적이어야 한다는 사회적 동의는 충분히 이루어졌지만, 이 추상적인 개념들을 어떠한 방식으로 구체화해야 할지 논의가 필요하다. 본 논문은 디지털 서비스를 중심으로 사례 조사를 진행하였다. 사례 조사를 통해 윤리적 영역에 포함되는 콘텐츠를 발굴하고 이를 UX 관점으로 재정의하여 인공지능 윤리의 실질적 적용 원칙을 인터페이스 설계 관점의 키워드로 발굴했다.

        Flexible high-energy Li-ion batteries with fast-charging capability.

        <P>With the development of flexible mobile devices, flexible Li-ion batteries have naturally received much attention. Previously, all reported flexible components have had shortcomings related to power and energy performance. In this research, in order to overcome these problems while maintaining the flexibility, honeycomb-patterned Cu and Al materials were used as current collectors to achieve maximum adhesion in the electrodes. In addition, to increase the energy and power multishelled LiNi0.75Co0.11Mn0.14O2 particles consisting of nanoscale V2O5 and LixV2O5 coating layers and a LiδNi0.75-zCo0.11Mn0.14VzO2 doping layer were used as the cathode-anode composite (denoted as PNG-AES) consisting of amorphous Si nanoparticles (<20 nm) loaded on expanded graphite (10 wt %) and natural graphite (85 wt %). Li-ion cells with these three elements (cathode, anode, and current collector) exhibited excellent power and energy performance along with stable cycling stability up to 200 cycles in an in situ bending test.</P>

      • The Effect of Everyday Creativity and Communication Ability on Self-Leadership in Nursing Students

        Aim(s): Recently, as the importance of providing medical information to patients and guaranteeing their rights is emphasized, autonomous leadership development of medical staff is emphasized in providing quality medical services. In particular, daily creativity and appropriate and efficient communication skills, which are concepts that improve self-actualization and adaptability in new and unique ways, are identified as factors that can develop self-leadership. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of everyday creativity and communication ability to self-leadership of nursing students. Method(s): The study conducted 157 nursing students in the first and third grades who agree with study participation. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from August to October 2020. SPSS/WIN 25.0 program was used to conduct statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, a one-way analysis of variance, and stepwise multiple linear regression. Result(s): Self-leadership based on general characteristics showed statistically significant differences in grade, economic level, and way of living. Also everyday creativity and communication skills showed statistically significant differences in gender. Self-leadership of nursing students showed that statistically significant positive correlations in the order of everyday creativity (r=.881, p<.01), communication ability (r=.829, p<.01). Stepwise multiple linear regression demonstrated that everyday creativity explained 59.0% of the variance in self-leadership. Conclusion(s): Through this study, positive correlation was confirmed between self-leadership, everyday creativity, and communication ability of nursing students, and it was found that everyday creativity has the greatest influence on self-leadership. Therefore, it suggests that further research is needed on the development and effectiveness of self-leadership programs that can improve everyday creativity and communication skills of nursing students.
