      • 필기체 숫자인식의 최적 신경망 구조 설계를 위한 개선된 유전자 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 필기체 숫자인식의 최적 신경망 구조 설계를 위하여 유전자 알고리즘과 역전파 알고리즘을 병합하는 방법을 이용하였으며, 유전자 알고리즘은 유전인자의 역할에 따라 독립적으로 적응하는 개선된 선택, 교배, 돌연변이 연산자를 제안하였다. 실험결과는 유전인자의 역할에 적응하는 개선된 연산자들의 실행으로 최적의 신경망 구조를 설계하였고, 설계된 신경망 구조에서의 학습이 가장 좋은 성능을 나타내었다. In this study, the method of using both genetic algorithm and back propagation is proposed to design the structure of optimal neural network recognizing handwritten digits. Improved selection, crossover and mutation operator which can control the genetic algorithm independently according to the role of gene are used in the proposed method. Simulation result shows that the neural network of this method can search effectively the optimal hidden node numbers, connection weight, learning rate and the momentum because of above proposed operators.

      • 비지가 발생하지 않는 두유 제조공정 및 전두유의 특성

        Whole soybean milk is a functional soymilk produced by mixing of soymilk and Bejee (soymilk residue) slurry. Application of enzymatic technology for disintegrating the coarse and fibrous materials in soymilk residue, and development of biomill reactor for reducing reaciton time make possible to produce new soymilk in domestic industry. Whole soybean milk is environmental affiliated product without discharging any waste such as Bejee ets. Whole soybeen milk has good taste and flavour without coarse mouthfeel induced by including Bejee particle, as well as contains more dietary fiber, protein, oligosaccharide, and other functional compounds than general soymilks. Important values of whole soybean are utilizing all nutritional properites from whole soybean without dicarding any of the insoluble solid. In this study, producing technologies and nutritional properties of whold soybean milk were investigated.

      • 마약길항제의 방출 제어형 제제 (제2보) : 나록손 이식제제의 생체적합성 및 약물속도론적 평가 Biocompatibility and Pharmacokinetics of Naloxone Implant

        For the effective administration of narcotic antagonist, the application of sustained release implantable systems with biodegradable polyphosphazene was examined. Using poly[(diethyl glutamate)-co-(ethyl glycinate) phosphazene]. the implantable devices containing naloxone hydrochloride were prepared and in vivo implantation studies were carried out subcutaneously in rat and rabbit with this preparation for the biocompatibility and pharmacokinetics. The histological finding in rats at initial time period was the inflammation that occurred focally around the implants, but they were showed subsequent mild and limited chronic inflammations and the irreversible changes such as necrosis and degeneration of the muscle or connective tissues were not observed. Therefore the placebo and naloxone implants are considered to be biocompatible formulations histologically. In pharmacokinetic studies, the release of naloxone from the naloxone implants into blood plasma was maintained in 192 hours, but the initial burst effect was observed. If this problem was solved, the application for the narcotic antagonist sustained release systems can be expected.

        숯을 이용한 건축재료 개발을 위한 기초적 연구

        In recent years, consmners have a growing interest in green building materials. Why do they use green bui1ding materials? The reasons why they use green building materials are those that earn hiP marks for resource management, impact on indoor environmental quality(IEQ) and performance(energy efficiency and water efficiency, etc). The purpose of this paper is to develop the High Functional Multi-Purpose Green Panel(hereafter referred to as Hi-FMPGP) using the charcoal having the characteristics of porous, absorbent and. moisture control effect In this paper, experimental studies have been performed through the four different models according to the charcoal content. As a result, this experiment shows that the model No.3 with lots of charcoal content is better than reference model without the charcoal content to the all performance. Consequently, we verified that the new Hi-FMPGP has the advantage to previously predicted performances, namely, water content ratio, surface evaporation rate, surface temperature, time lag effect and emissivity. Therefore, Hi-FMPGP is quite within the realms of possibility as a green building material. Finally, additional studies should be performed on the basis of these experimental results for complete green building materials.

      • Cadmium Sulfate가 肝組織에 미치는 影響에 관한 形態學的 硏究

        Cadmium is well known toxic heavy metal which has been related with various pathologic conditions of liver, kindney, testis, cardiovascular system and central nervous system etc.. In this experiment, cadmium sulfate (1.2mg/100gm b.w.) was given intravenously into the mouse (Balb - C, b. w. 20 - 25gm) via tail vein for the study on morphological changes of liver. On the 8hours, 16hours and 24hours after administration, mice were sacrificed under ether anesthesia, liver was removed, then, a part of liver was fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin solution, processed routinely, stained with hematoxylin & eosin, and observed under light microscope. Otherwise, the remainder portion of liver tissue was prefixed in 1.5% glutaraldehyde solution, postfixed in the 1% osmium tetraoxide solution, embedded with Epon 840, and observed under transmission electron microscope(H-7000, Hitachi Co.). The results obtained were as followings ; 1. On light microscopic observation, hemorrhagic necrosis at the zone Ⅰ and zone Ⅱ with congestion of hepatic lobules were found. 2. On transmission electron microscopic observation, cisternal dilation of RER & SER, autophagic vacuoles, myelin figures, and certain electron dense materials within the hepatocytes were found. Although this observations were limited in mice, the above findings of its acute effects on liver morphology will serve morphological basis for the better understanding of toxic effects on liver after chronic exposure or multiple interactions with other toxic substances.

      • Aflatoxin B_1과 Vitamin A가 發生中인 白鼠의 肝에 미치는 影響

        For the study on the effect of aflatoxin B_1 and vitamnin A on the developing fetal rat liver, aflatoxin B_1(1mg/kg, Sigma Chemicals) was administered intraperitoneally on the 8th day of pregnancy and vitamin A (50,000IU/day, Sigma Chemicals) was administered orally from the 8th day of pregnancy to a day before sacrifice daily. Under ether anesthesia, removed uterus, opened the pregnant sac, and fetuses were fixed in the 10% neutral buffered formalin solution. The 5㎛ thick liver specimens were stained with H-E and the mitotic figures were counted under high power field(x400) of light microscope. The results were as followings: 1. Aflatoxin B_1 inhibited the liver cell mitosis. 2. On the 14th day of development, vitamin A inhibited the antimitotic effect of aflatoxin B_1.

      • 內耳組織의 Na^+, K^+ ATPase 分布와 알부민輸送에 關한 超微形態學的 硏究

        This study was carried out to investigate distribution of Na^+, K^+ -ATPase in the cochlear tissues by means of electron microscopic immunocytochemistry and transcytosis of albumin in the cochlear tissues. Ten cochleas obtained from guinea pigs were stained by avidin-biotin-peroxidase with anti-human Na^+, K^+ -ATPase rabbit IgG as primary antibody. Three guinea pigs were perfused with colloidal gold binding bovine serum albumin. Four were injected into the endolymphatic and perilymphatic spaces via oval and round windows. The cochlear tissues were observed with electron microscope. The results obtained were were as follows. Na^+, K^+ -ATPase was predominently distributed in basolateral infoldings and mitochondrial membranes and cristae, and moderately in the cytoplasmicn membrane and interdental cells. Albumin was distributed on the endothelial cells of the strial capillaries and surrounding interstitium. There were no albumins in marginal cells, intermediate cells, basal cells, Reissner' s membrane, and cells of the organ of Corti. According to the above results. it is suspected that transport of Na^+ and K^+ is performed in basolateral infoldings of marginal cells by active transport mechanism, and that immuncoytochemical method is more excellent to demonstrate Na^+, K^+ -ATPase than that of enzyme histochemistry. Transcytosis of albumin into the endolymphatics may be restricted by stria vascularis, Reissner' s membrane, and the cells of the organ of Corti.

      • 위암환자에서 BrdU에 의하여 유도되는 Fragile sites의 발현

        The expression frequency of BrdU-induced fragile sites was examined in stomach cancer patients to determine whether this parameter could be used as a marker of genetic susceptibility in at-risk individuals. G banding performed to detect fragile sites. No difference was found in expression frequency between the stomach cancer patients and a group of normal individuals(p=0.7). This indicates that the expression frequency of BrdU-induced fragile sites is not a suitable marker for assessing genetic susceptibility in stomach cancer patient.

      • Aflatoxin B_1과 Dexamethasone이 白鼠 肝 Kupffer 細胞와 內皮細胞에 미치는 影響에 關한 走査電子顯微鏡的 硏究

        For the study on the effects of aflatoxin B_1 and corticosteroid to the Kupffer cells and endothelial cells of the liver, aflatoxin B_1(1mg/kg) and dexamethasone(4mg/kg) were administrated to the 3 groups of rats; the aflatoxin B_1-treated group, the dexamethasone-treated group, and the aflatoxin B_1 and dexamethasone-treated group. The liver tissues were fixed by perfusion with 0.5% glutraldehyde and 0.5% paraformaldehyde solution at 1, 12, and 24 hours after the administration. The fixed liver tissues were cracked and observed Kupffer cells and endothelial cells under scanning electron microscope. The results were as follows; 1. In aflatoxin B_1-treated group, the Kupffer cells were destructed severely and the endothelial cells were destructed partially. 2. In dexamethasone-treated group, the cytoplasmic processes of the Kupffer cells were shortened, but the endothelial cells showed no morphological changes. 3. Destructive changes of Kupffer cells and endothelial cells in the aflatoxin B_1-treated group were reduced after administration of dexamethasone. 4. The large Kupffer cells were destructed and disappered after administration of aflatoxin B_1, but small Kupffer cells were found until 24 hours after administration. 5. In aflatoxin B_1 and dexamethasone treated group, Kupffer cells were destructed severely but the capacity to catch foreign particles were remained. Accordingly, it is considered that aflatoxin B_1 will destruct Kupffer cells severely and the endothelial cells partially, but dexamethasone will reduce the destructive changes of the Kupffer cells and endothelial cells induced by aflatoxin B_1 respectively.

      • 서울 시내 일부 대학생의 성지식과 성태도에 관한 연구

        This study surveyed and analyzed comparatively college students-knowledge' attitude, was to cultivate the right knowledge and attitude on sex, and serve the foundational data for the suitable sex education. The purpose of the study was to identify and examine: 1) students; sexual knowledge and sexual attitude; 2) the differences between variables of gender, age, and self-perceived sexual knowledge in relation to sexual knowledge and sexual attitude; and 3) the relationship between sexual knowledge and sexual attitude. For this study the questionaires were given to 300 students from five different universities located seoul areas. the questionaires were collected Jenuary 8th to 15th in 2004. Two hundred and nigty one samples were analyzed for the study. The adapted SKAT(saxual knowledge & attitude test; Lief & Reed, 1986) was used to determine sexual knowledge and the students' sexual attitude. Collected data were analyzed statistically by means of percentage, t-test, ANOVA test, and pearson correlation analysis with SPSS 12.0 package program. The main results of this analysis are as follows: Participants consisted of male(48.1%) and female(51.9%) which were mainly between the ages of 21.25(71.8%) with an age range of 19 to 30. Knowledge of sexual disease was scored highest of 92.4%, and konwledge of the knowledge of the male and female's anatomy was the lowest at 60.9%. The respondents' level of sexual attitude was tolerant as on average 3.66(on the basis of 5) Relating to the items, the respondents' score of the sexual curiosity was 4.16, sexual behavior 3.85, self-consolation 3.81, aborthon 3.23, virgine 3.19, extramarital experiences 3.17. There were no significant differences in sexual knowledge between male and females, between younger and older students, residence, sexual experience, and how students mainly obtained their sexual knowledge. But a significant difference was also found religion in their sexual attitude(p<.005). In addition, results showed the relationship between sexual knowledge and sexual attitude(P=0.332).
