암-특이 항원인 alpha-Fetoprotein 에 대한 모노클론항체의 생산 및 분석

Monoclones secreting anti-human alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) were produced by hybridizing SP 2/0-Ag 14 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with AFP. Two subclones (D-6 & E-6) were expanded as ascite tumors in syngenic mice, and immunoglobulins were purified from ascitic fluid. Each antibody was identified to be homogeneous monoclonal antibody (McAb) by several criteria, and the affinity constant of D-6 and E-6 McAb to AFP was calculated to be 4.2×10^(-8) and 6.4×10^(-8) M^(-1), respectively. With these McAbs sensitive and accurate enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method was established.
항-AFP 단클론항체를 이용한 암의 진단 및 치료효과의 검토

By noncompetitive ELISA using anti-AFP MAbs, it was confirmed that screening of serum AFP level is essential in diagnosis of the hepatocellular carcinoma. By indirect immunofluorescence technique, anti AFP MAbs were found to react with the surface of hepatoma cells (70%) and MCF-7 breastocarcinoma cells (45%), but not with ME-180 cervix carcinoma cells. The purified anti-AFP MAbs were coupled with RTA to form immunotoxin, whose effectiveness in in vitro killing of target cells was evaluated by cytotoxicity assay. The results showed that this immunotoxin was specifically cytotoxic to hepatocellular carcinoma cells.

This study was initiated to examine the stress and deformation characteristics of the pipelines which were subjected to various environmental conditions in order to confirm their integrity. As the part of them, this paper presents the analysis results for the effect of ground subsidence combined with main loads on buried natural gas pipelines. The ground subsidence which can occur for buried gas pipeline has been classified to the three cases. Finite element method was used to analyze the effect of ground subsidences on pipeline of 26 inch(0.660 m) and 30 inch(0.762 m) diameter used as high pressure (70㎏_f/㎠(6.86 ㎫)) main pipelines of KOGAS. This paper shows the result of stress analysis for the pipelines subjected to those three case ground subsidence. Comparing these results with safety criterion of KOGAS(0.9 σ_y), maximum allowable settlement and loads have been calculated.
공기공급 시스템에 적용되는 Vortex Tubes 의 에너지 분리특성에 관한 연구(2) : 표면의 단열효과에 따른 영향 the effect of surface insulation

The vortex tube is a simple device which splits a compressed gas stream into a cold stream and a hot stream without any chemical reactions. Recently, vortex tube is widely used to 1ocal cooler of industrial equipments and air supply system. In this study, the insulation effect of surface on the efficiency of vortex tube was performed experimentally. The experiment is carried out for nozzle area ratio of 0.194, diameter ratio of cold end orifice of 0.6 and input pressure ranging from 0.2Mpa to 0.5Mpa. The purpose of this study is focused on the effect of surface insulation of vortex tube with the variation of cold air mass flow ratio. The results indicate that the temperature difference of cold and hot air are higher about 12% and 30% than that of not insulated vortex tube respectively. Furthermore, for the insulated vortex tube, the similarity relation for the prediction of cold end temperature as the function of cold air mass flow ratio and input pressure is obtained.
브리넬 경도 표준 시험기 및 압입자국 자동 측정 장치의 장기 안정도 평가와 최적 시험조건에 관한 연구

Evaluation of long term stability of the Brinell standard hardness tester was carried out to secure its application as a national standard in Brinell hardness. Accuracy and repeatability in load application were tested through evaluating errors in hardness measurement of certified reference blocks. All of those requirements in KS as well as ISO specifications were satisfied by this standard hardness tester. In addition to this, long term stability test of automatic indentation measurement system was carried out. The scattering range was almost the same with its error range. To figure out an optimum test condition for better repeatability and long term stability, the effect of load variation, load application speed and time have been studied using orthogonal array experimental plan. It was found that the best combination is 30㎛/s of load application speed and 25 seconds of load application time.

Evaluation of Brinell standard hardness tester was carried out to secure its application as a national standard for Brinell hardness. Accuracies and reliabilities in load application, indenter diameter and indentation measurement were tested through evaluation of these components. The accuracies of load application for various loading conditions were within the limit of ISO and KS specifications. Errors in the indentation measurement due to the difference in personnel characters were successfully removed by utilising automatic indentation measurement system. In overall. the tester and the indentation measuring system were found to be eligible as a national standard of Brinell hardness.
말기 신부전증을 동반한 전신성 홍반성 낭창 환자에서 동종 신장이식 증례

In systemic lupus erythematosus renal involvement is very common and it accounts for the leading cause of death of the disease. Since SLE is a systemic disease involving many organs and it is caused by altered immunological background many physicians tend to hesitate in employing hemodialysis and renal transplantation. We report the first renal transplantion in Korea which was performed in a patient with end-stage renal failure due to SLE. The patient had positive LE pre- parations, low serum complement, antibody to native DNA and renal biopsy showing diffuse proliferative lupus nephritis but she manifested decreasing clinical activity during hemodialysis. The patient received kidney allograft from living related donor after unilateral nephrectomy. There was no clinical or his- tological evidence of rejection or recurrence of lupus nephritis in the grafted kidney. The patient maintains normal renal function 18 months after renal trans- plantation.
본초 구성을 이용한 방제의 효능 추론 및 분류 방법에 관한 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to infer the prescription effectiveness that have not been recorded in the existing effectiveness and to find out how to classify. Methods : The herbal compositions of bang-yaghabpyeon, the herbal textbooks and contents related to the prescription textbooks' effectiveness were entered into the database using the 'Access 2014 of the MS'. The effectiveness are inferred using query sentences. Results : The prescription effectiveness in the bang-yaghabpyeon were inferred using the herbal classification, herbal effectiveness and herbal effectiveness inferred from prescription textbooks. Conclusions : Each information of herbal effectiveness strength was extracted using the prescription textbooks' effectiveness information. These results were efficient to infer and classify bang-yaghabpyeon prescription effectiveness.
