        본초 구성을 이용한 방제의 효능 추론 및 분류 방법에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to infer the prescription effectiveness that have not been recorded in the existing effectiveness and to find out how to classify. Methods : The herbal compositions of bang-yaghabpyeon, the herbal textbooks and contents related to the prescription textbooks' effectiveness were entered into the database using the 'Access 2014 of the MS'. The effectiveness are inferred using query sentences. Results : The prescription effectiveness in the bang-yaghabpyeon were inferred using the herbal classification, herbal effectiveness and herbal effectiveness inferred from prescription textbooks. Conclusions : Each information of herbal effectiveness strength was extracted using the prescription textbooks' effectiveness information. These results were efficient to infer and classify bang-yaghabpyeon prescription effectiveness.

        국내 참치 부산물 내 히스타민 생성 주요 세균의 특성 구명

        Biogenic amines은 발효제품과 같이 어류 속의 미생물에서 분비된 decarboxylase의 free amino acid의 decarboxylation에 의해 형성된다. 본 연구는 국내 어분 제조원료로 이용되고 있는 참치 부산물의 항영양인자로 작용하는 biogenic amines(histamine, tyramine, tryptamine, putrescine, cadaverine)의 분해조절을 위해 참치 부산물의 특성 구명을 위한 연구로 실시하였다. 참치 부산물의 pH 및 염도 농도는 6.51과 3.35% 이었으며, 참치 어분의 pH 및 염도 농도는 5.58과 5.83% 이었다. 참치 부산물 내 존재하고 있는 균주 및 주요 미생물을 확인한 결과 Total bacteria, aerobic plate count (APC), Total coliform (TC), Lactobacillus spp. 및 Bacillus spp.는 각각 9.20, 9.29, 5.67, 7.82 및 7.58(Log CFU/g)이었다. 참치 부산물 내히스타민 주요 생성균을 확인하기 위해 TLC 방법을 이용하였으며 히스타민 선택배지에서 추출한 미생물 중 총 7종의 히스타민 생성 균주를 선발하였다. 선발된 균주는 HPLC 분석을 통하여 히스타민 농도를 측정하여 아민 생성 미생물을 재확인하였다. Trypicase soy broth에 1% L-histidine (TSBH)을 첨가한 배지에서 분리한 7종의 히스타민 생성 균주를 16S rRNA 염기서열 분석 방법을 통해 분석한 결과, 참치 부산물내 주요 우점 아민 생성 미생물은 L. lactis subsp. lactis, K. pneummonlae, L. garvieae, V. olivaceus, H. alvei, L. garvieae 및 Morganella morganii가 주요 균주로 분석되었다. 16S rRNA 분석결과로 만들어진 phylogenetic tree는 다른 계통임을 보여주며 이는 biogenic amine을 생성하는 그람 양성 및 음성균으로 분류될 수 있다. Biogenic amines are generally formed through the decarboxylation of specific free amino acids by exogenous decarboxylases released by microbial species associated with the fish products and fermented feeds. This study was conducted to investigate the properties of e tuna waste regarding the control of degradation of biogenic amines (histamine, tyramine, tryptamine, putrescine, and cadaverine) that might be related with the anti-nutritional factor of the tuna waste that is used for manufacturing domestic fish meal. The values of pH and the salt content were 6.51, 3.35% in tuna waste and 5.58 and 5.83% in tuna fish meal, respectively. The strains and dominant bacteria tested in the tuna waste sample were 9.20, 9.29, 5.67, 7.82 and 7.58 log CFU/g of total bacteria, aerobic plate count (APC), total coliform (TC), Lactobacillus spp. and Bacillus spp., respectively. The main histamine forming-bacteria (HFB) in tuna waste were detected by silica gel thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and 7 histamine-forming bacterial species were isolated among microbes grown in selective medium. The histamine concentration was determined by detection of fluorescence of ο-phthaldialdehyde (OPA) derivatives using HPLC and the date were used to reconfirm the identities of the amine-producing bacteria. The 15 histamine-forming bacteria strains grown in trypicase soy broth (TSB) supplemented with 1% L-histidine (TSBH) were identified as Lactococcus(L.) lactis subsp. lactis, Klebsiella pneummonlae, L. garvieae 36, Vibrio olivaceus, Hafnia alvei and L. garvieae which were main dominant amine - producing strains, and Morganella morganii identified by 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequencing with PCR amplification. A Phylogenetic tree generated from the 16S rRNA sequencing data showed different phyletic lines that could be readily classified as biogenic amine forming gram-positive and negative bacteria.

        편작맥법(扁鵲脈法)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Objectives : The paper seeks to provide a study on Bianque`s Pulse Diagnosis in the contexts of Huangdi Neijing`s Maijing and Nanjing. Methods : The paper provides a comparison of sentences regarding Bianque`s Pulse Diagnosis discovered in Neijing, Maijing, and Nanjing. Results & Conclusions: 1. Bianque`s Pulse Diagnosis was given birth through stages in accoradnce with the development of Pyobonjin, Maeggujin, Gyeongmaeghyjin, and Meridian Theory. 2. It seems that Neijing filled in Sambuguhujin and In-yeongbuyangmaegjin because they were not discovered in Canggong`s Records of Diagnosis. 3. Bianque`s Pulse Diagnosis diagnosed death using Osaegjin. Underneath each sentence within each biography regarding Meridian, there existed Pulse dead Hou. 4. Bianque`s Pulse Diagnosis quantified the operation and length of pulse in time. The concept of small net was added which led to the establishment of Fifty circulations, Yeongwi theory, Meridians circulation, and chongu`s boundary.

        사람 및 동물에 대한 소 엔테로바이러스 항체 분포 조사

        Bovine enteroviruses (BEVs) were separated into two groups, BEV-1 and BEV-2. BEVs, found in cattle worldwide, usually cause asymptomatic infections and are excreted in the feces of infected animals. Antibodies against BEV have been found in different species including human, cattle, sheep, goats, dogs, horses and monkeys in the world. This study aimed to investigate prevalence of the neutralizing antibodies for BEVs in human and animals in Korea. Antibodies against BEV-1 in humans, cattle, pigs, goats, horses and dogs were shown to be 46.8%, 48.3%, 70.6%, 11.5%, 11.5% and 6.3% respectively. Also, antibodies against BEV-2 were shown to be 98.7%, 68.1%, 89.2%, 59.4%, 9.4% and 96.9% respectively. We found that the neutralizing antibodies against these viruses are common in Korea. The prevalences of antibodies against BEV-1 were lower than those against BEV-2 in humans and in all animals except horses. These results showed that the BEV is considered endemic in cattle in many regions in Korea.

        扁鵲學派의 診斷에 關한 硏究

        Objectives : Literatures related to Bianque are studied to discover the path of development and the impact of Bianque school’s pulse diagnosis system. Methods : Texts regarding Bianque were searched in history books such as Shiji and Zhanguoce, and medical texts such as the medical books of Mawangdui Han Tomb, Huangdineijng, Maijing, and Qianjinyifang to understand how the Bianque school’s pulse diagnosis system was developed. Results : 1. Bianque school’s pulse diagnosis system was used to inspect the distribution pattern of blood vessels and discover the location of the disease including the palpatation realm such as only hard or only fall. 2. The system of inspection was created when the diagnosis method that uses the color of the pulse by using the color of blood vessels was added to the diagnostic method of pulse condition. 3. Adding the concept of pulse to the visual information that derives from pulse condition becomes pulsation. This is a diagnostic method that falls under the realm of palpation, and it was used to discover the location of disease. 4. The qi of pulse is motor that induces pulse, and this concept is used in order to understand how normal and abnormal pulsations appear, and to treat the circulation disorder of qi and blood. 5. Cubit skin examination is a method that comprehensively take into account the upper arm skin’s cold and heat, slippery and roughness, and relax and tension state. This method was used together with other diagnostic methods. As described above, it seems that the diagnostic method with blood vessels used by Bianque school seems to have developed from Bianque’s special inspection ability to the stage where it uses palpation, and then to the stage of cubit skin examination which uses both palpation and inspection.

        扁鵲 醫案에 관한 小考

        논자는 扁鵲에 대한 기록을 단순한 전설이나 이야기 수준이 아닌 醫案의 의미로 해석하여 편작 의안에 대한 올바른 이해와 한의학 발전에 미친 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 『韓非子』,『韓詩外傳』,『史記』에 기재된 편작 관련 내용에서 환자 치료와 관련된 내용을 비교하고, 동시대의 다른 문헌을 이용하여 재해석하였다. 『史記』 「편작전」에서 말하는 투시력은 편작의 맥진 능력을 사마천이 가진 뛰어난 맥진 능력을 내면을 통찰할 수 있는 투시라는 의미로 표현하여 만든 것이다. 제 1의안에서 확인할 수 있는 趙簡子의 인사불성 치료 내용은 편작이 脈理에 정통하였음을 보여주고 있다. 제 2의안에서 확인할 수 있는 虢世(太)子의 尸蹶(蹷)病 치료 내용은 경혈을 이용한 鍼과 熨과 湯 치료의 지식을 기록한 것이다. 제 3의안에서 확인할 수 있는 蔡(齊)桓公의 치료거부 내용은 腠理, 肌膚, 腸胃, 骨髓라는 부위를 이용하여 질병의 진행 과정과 이에 대응하는 湯熨, 鍼石, 火齊의 요법이 구체적으로 명시되어 있다. 편작 관련 내용으로 볼 때 그는 巫術을 행한 것이 아니라 醫術을 행한 의사였으며, 脈診의 발전에 공헌을 하였다. This study interprets the records of Bianque (醫案) as a medicine practice rather than a simple legend or story, and analyzes its effect on the development of oriental medicine. It also compares aspects of the Bianque related to patient treatment as described in 『韓非子』, 『韓詩外傳』, 『史記』, and reinterpreted using other contemporary literature. The clairvoyant power of 『史記』 「扁鵲傳」 was created by Sama-Cheon(司馬遷) exaggerating the pulse diagnosis with clairvoyance. The contents of the treatment of Sogan-Ja(趙簡子)’s confusion affairs in the first agenda, show that Bianque master the pulse diagnosis. The contents of the treatment of Kwek-Seja(虢世子)’s disease in the second agenda is a record of knowledge of acupuncture using acupuncture points. The content of refusal of treatment in the third agenda, 腠理, 肌膚, 腸胃, 骨髓 and the progression of the disease and the corresponding treatment of 湯熨, 鍼石, 火齊 are specified in detail. From the content of Bianque, he was not a martial art, but a doctor who practiced medicine, and contributed to the development of the pulse diagnosis.
