TDMA 셀룰라 시스템에서 개별-탭 계수를 이용한 적응 등화기에 관한 연구

Demodulation wants to adaptive equalizer to minimize interference of intersymbol which generate in multipath fading channel results from signal time and variety multi propagation through channel in digital radio network systems. Therefore using transition ratio of transfer and receiver system and the number of forward and backward using existing individual taps, we study improvement algorithms which generated bit error ratio by signal in frequence select fading. We analysis and compare linear equalizer and decision feedback nonlinear equalizer. Proposed algorithm is more efficent in fading environment when compared of step size by channel character which estimated existing least square and ITLMS algorithm. In this paper, using ITLMS algorithm by decision feedback BER is reduced for intersymbol interference by narrowband TDMA multipath fading in invironment without individual tap weight overlay.

1992년 3월부터 1992년 5월까지 자연적인 채광상태에서 溫度를 유지시킨 후 채취된 미꾸리 암컷의 腦下垂體, 肝 및 卵巢 組織의 번식주기에 일어나는 미세구조의 변화를 광학 및 투과형 전자현미경을 이용하여 살펴보고, 이것들의 相互 聯關性을 알기 위하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 성숙된 개체의 뇌하수체는 수많은 작은 분비과립과 커다란 분비구 및 불규칙한 형태의 과립들이 관찰되었다. 핵소체가 핵막 주변에 위치헤 있는 후기 단계(LMO)의 난모세포가 난황이 축적되는 성숙초기 단계(EMO)의 난모세포로 변형되는 시기를 난황의 형성이 개시되는 시기로 본다. 난모세포가 성장함에 따라 핵소체의 크기와 난황과립의 수가 증가하게 된다. 난황과립은 결정상의 과립으로 난세포질에 치밀하지 않은 상태로 축적된다. 성숙초기(EMO) 및 말기단계(LMO)에 난소는 커지고 투명하며 과립형태로서 색깔이 연노란색을 나타낸다. 따라서 난 내부를 쉽게 관찰할 수 있다. 방사대(ZR)는 성숙초기단계(EMO)에 단층으로부터 입방형태로 변화된다. 과립막 세포와 난모세포로 부터 유래된 미세융모는 난황형성이 진행되는 동안에 성장하게 되며, 방사대의 pore canals의 구멍을 통해서 서로 연결되어 있다. 따라서 외부로부터 물질의 이동이 있게 된다. 난모세포가 완전하게 성숙되어 방사대가 단단해 지면 미세융모는 그 기능이 상실된다. This study was undertaken to understand the development stages of pituitary gland, liver and ovary of Korean loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) under natural circumstances from March to May 1922. Expecially, the light microscopic and ultrastructural changes of ooplasm and follicular membranes of oocytes, were observed by light and transmission electron microscope during the reproductive cycle. In pituitary gland of mature individuals, there were observed a number of secretory granules,large globules, and irregular masses.The vitellogenic phase began as these late perinucleolus oocytes became transformed into early maturing oocytes through the accumulation of yolk. The size of the nucleoli and number of the yolk granules increased as the oocyte growed. Yolk granules were loosely deposited in the oocyte as crystalline granules. Due to the presence of early and late maturing oocytes, their ovaries were enlarged transparent, granular and yellowish in color. Zona radiata change a squamous into cuboid shape in EMO stage. Microvilli from the granulosa cells and from the oocyte grow and make contact with each other in the pore canals of the zona radiata during vitellogenesis, but are withdrawn as the zona radiata becomes more compact during oocyte maturation.

Ternary miscibility gap of the Pb-Cu-S system is important to smelting of lead and copper, but we can not find experimental determination of this system. Ternary miscibility gap of the Pb-Cu-S sytem was experimentally determined at 1250℃. Isoactivities tie line of lead, copper and sulfer in this ternary miscibility gap of the Pb-Cu-S system was determined.

The pimapty sella syndrome results from and extension of the subarachnoid space into and intrasellar position with subsequent remodeling of the sella turcica and flattening of the pituitary gland. We experienced a case of primary emty sella syndrome in a 14-year-old male patient who was hospitalized because of short stature and micropenis. The endocrinologic studies revealed growth hormone and gonadotropin hormone deficiencies. The magnetic resonance imaging showed sella turica filled with CSF and flattened pituitary glad. The patient was followed-up with growth hormone therapy and the result was favorable.
반응소결에 의한 근사기본형 Al₂O₃/ZrO₂복합체의 제조 및 치밀화

Al₂O₃/ZrO₂ composites were fabricated by the reaction bonding process. Starting materials of 20-70 vol% Al, 10-65 vol% Al₂O₃, and 15-20 vol% ZrO₂ were milled for 8 h using attritor with ZrO₂ball media and isostatically pressed into the rectangular shape. The compacts were heat treated with two steps at the temperatures of 1000-1200℃ and 1400-1650℃ for 3-12 h with the heating rates of 1℃ /min and 1-5℃ /min, respectively. The sintered specimens showed the relative density of 95% to the theoretical value with the linear shrinkage of 10.5%. The large pores and cracks were not observed in the sintered body.
SEK1 카이네이즈 과발현(overexpression)생쥐 대식세포주(RAW264,7)의 Nitric Oixde(NO)유도성 세포고사 (apoptosis) 기전에 관한 연구

Nitric oxide (NO) induces apoptotic cell death in murine RAW 264.7 macrophages. To A elucidate the NO-induced apoptotic mechanisms in SEK1/MKK4 overexpressed RAW 264.7 cells, we generated clones of RAW 264.7 cells which stably overexpressd kinase inactive SEK1 (RAW/SEK1-KI) or wild type SEK1 (RAW/SEK1-WT). Treatment of kinase inactive SEK1 transfected RAW 264.7 cells (RAW/SEK1-KI) with sodium nitroprusside (SNP), a NO donor, significantly decreased the cell viability than that of RAW control cells which were treated with the same amount of SNP. However, RAW/SEK1-WT cells were less susceptible to NO induced apoptosis. Furthermore, the treatment of NO with farnesyltransferase inhibitor (FTI) of Ras or MEK inhibitor (PD098059) significantly increased the apoptotic death of RAW/SEK1-KI. However, SB203580, a specific p38 inhibitor, did not affect NO-induced apoptosis of kinase inactive SEK1 transfected RAW 264.7 cells. For a while, caspase 3-like protease activity in NO plus FTI treated RAW/SEK1-KI cells were more increased than that of NO only. In addition, nuclear transcription factor kB (NFkB) was significantly activated in NO-treated RAW/SEK1-KI cells, whereas these transcriptional factor was not markedly activated in NO-treated RAW/SEK1-WT cells. Supershift analysis demonstrates that NFkB was composed of mainly p50 homodimer. Also pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC), a strong inhibitor of NFkB, significantly inhibits the NO-induced apoptosis in RAW/SEK1-KI cells. Taken together, we suggest that SEK1 may play anti-apoptotic role in RAW cells from NO-induced apoptosis via the modulation of NFkB. In addition, in the absence of SEK1 kinase cascade activation, the viability of RAW cells may be mainly dependent on Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK pathway.

선모충증은 전 세계적으로 발생하는 기생충 인수공통감염의 한로 선모충의 유충에 감염된 육류를 덜 익혀 섭식시 발생하며 감염 초기에 설사, 복통의 증상이 나타나며 후기에 유충의 체내 이행으로 발열, 근염, 안검 부종 등이 동반된다. 확진은 근육 생검을 하여 피포 유충을 확인하는 것이고 최근에는 특이 항체를 측정하거나 유전자 검사와 같은 다양한 검사가 시도되고 있다. 저자 등은 4명의 한 가족이 야생 멧돼지를 생식한 후 선모충증의 전형적인 임상 증상 및 검사 소견을 보인 가족 내 집단발생사례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Trichinosis is a worldwide parasitic infection caused by ingesting an uncooked raw meat containing viable larvae of nematode Trichinella. Although most cases have been reported in Western countries, the incidence has decreased due to strict control of meat handlings and improved hygiene in these countries. In Korea, the first case of Trichinella spiralis was reported in a patient who ingested an uncooked badger. We have also experienced four cases of Trichinella spiralis infestation among family members who showed typical clinical manifestations and laboratory findings after ingesting raw wild swine meat, and herein report the finding.

<P>Dystonia is a symptom defined by involuntary and irregular contractions of the muscles, which cause movement disorders and postural problems. Deep brain stimulation (DBS) in globus pallidus interna (GPi) is a good option for controlling dystonia. DBS has already been shown to have significant effects on primary dystonia as well as Parkinson's disease. Dystonia is very difficult to manage, as seen in cerebral palsy (CP) mixed with spasticity. As CP patients grow, their musculoskeletal problems may require orthopedic surgery. However, the outcome of orthopedic surgery is not usually suitable due to dystonia. Therefore, we attempted to control dystonia through DBS initially and perform orthopedic surgery to correct musculoskeletal deformities after treatment of dystonia. Herein, we report a case that showed remarkable improvement in terms of the dystonia rating scale and gait pattern after combined therapy of DBS and orthopedic surgery.</P>
