The purpose of this study was to investigate the recognition and demands of forest interpretation programs. Questionnaire survey was carried out to estimate the awareness, necessity, future participation intent, experience, satisfaction and demands of forest interpretation programs with 100 residents living in Jinju city or Gyeongnam region. The data were subject to frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis. Overall 63% of respondents didn’t know forest interpretation programs, but 52% of respondents recognized the necessity of forest interpretation programs. 52% of respondents had the future participate intent of forest interpretation programs, and 38.3% didn’t know if they would participate. 74% of respondents had never experienced the programs. In the satisfaction, 80% of respondents who experienced showed neutral. Future participation intent was highly correlated with necessity as shown in the result of correlation analysis among awareness, necessity, future participation intent, and experience of forest interpretation programs. Also future participation intent in path analysis was estimated to be affected indirectly by experience and awareness as well as necessity. Enhancement of future participation intent would be achieved by increasing experience, awareness, and necessity of forest interpretation programs. According to the demands, forest interpreters were required to have the expertise to provide knowledge and information of forests. Attractive content for forest interpretation programs was in the order of recreational activities > forest conservation > education while the proper objective of forest interpretation programs was experience and interest > education > conservation and resource > public relation of forests and parks. Respondents preferred participation and experience the most as a style in selecting the programs. Key condition in selecting the venue was diversity > safety > connectivity > accessibility in order. There was no significantly different preference in proper participation duration or operation season for the activities of forest interpretation programs.
Enhanced Bone Formation by Rapidly Formed Bony Wall over the Bone Defect Using Dual Growth Factors

BACKGROUND: In guided bone regeneration (GBR), there are various problems that occur in the bone defect after the wound healing period. This study aimed to investigate the enhancement of the osteogenic ability of the dual scaffold complex and identify the appropriate concentration of growth factors (GF) for new bone formation based on the novel GBR concept that is applying rapid bone forming GFs to the membrane outside of the bone defect. METHODS: Four bone defects with a diameter of 8 mm were formed in the calvaria of New Zealand white rabbits each to perform GBR. Collagen membrane and biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) were applied to the bone defects with the four different concetration of BMP-2 or FGF-2. After 2, 4, and 8 weeks of healing, histological, histomorphometric, and immunohistochemical analyses were conducted. RESULTS: In the histological analysis, continuous forms of new bones were observed in the upper part of bone defect in the experimental groups, whereas no continuous forms were observed in the control group. In the histomorphometry, The group to which BMP-2 0.5 mg/ml and FGF-2 1.0 mg/ml was applied showed statistically significantly higher new bone formation. Also, the new bone formation according to the healing period was statistically significantly higher at 8 weeks than at 2, 4 weeks. CONCLUSION: The novel GBR method in which BMP-2, newly proposed in this study, is applied to the membrane is effective for bone regeneration. In addition, the dual scaffold complex is quantitatively and qualitatively advantageous for bone regeneration and bone maintenance over time.
Acquired Hemophilia A with Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Peptic ulcer disease is the most common cause of acute gastrointestinal bleeding, followed by variceal bleeding, Mallory–Weisssyndrome, and malignancy. On the contrary, acquired hemophilia A is a very rare hemorrhagic disease, which usually manifests withmusculocutaneous bleeding, caused by autoantibodies against coagulation factor VIII. A 78-year-old man presented to the Emergency Department with melena. Dieulafoy’s lesions were observed on esophagogastroduodenoscopy,and endoscopic cauterization was performed. However, the patient complained of back pain and symptoms indicative ofupper gastrointestinal bleeding. Abdominopelvic computed tomography was performed, and hematoma in the psoas muscle was detected. Antibodies against coagulation factor VIII were confirmed with a blood test, and the diagnosis of acquired hemophilia A was made. Here, we report a case of acquired hemophilia A presenting with upper gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms and present a brief reviewof literature.
일개 대학 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 전문직 자아개념과 임상수행 능력에 관한 연구

Objectives The purpose of this study was to revealed the association among the clinical performance, self-concept of the nursing profession and critical thinking disposition of nursing students. Methods The subjects were recruited from the university nursing students who was experienced Grade 3 and Grade 4 students. The general characteristics of the subjects were presented with the frequency and percentage. Differences in clinical performance, professional nursing self-concept and critical thinking disposition were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA according to the degree of general characteristics. A significant positive correlation were analyzed from Scheffe test. Multiple regression analysis was used to reveal the effective indexes for Clinical Competence of the subjects. The suitable significance was 0.05 Results Total 318(23 males and 295 females) participants were joined in this study. Critical thinking disposition of the nursing students was significantly different in the university satisfaction, academic record, major satisfaction, satisfaction of clinical practice, relationships with colleagues practice, satisfaction amount of practice(p<0.001). Clinical competence of nursing students was positively associated with critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept and professional self-concept was positively associated with critical thinking disposition. Critical thinking disposition and professional self-concept was significant (F=83.081, p<.001). The higher clinical competence was (β=.168, p=.001), the higher professional self-concept was(β=.051, p<.001). The explanation power of critical thinking disposition and professional self-concept was 34.5% in clinical competence. Conclusions There is significantly positive correlation among critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept, and clinical performance in the nursing students

Diese Nanoröhren dienten als Template für sekundäre anorganische Materialien, nämlich Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>‐Nanoröhren mit hoher Entladekapazität und ausgezeichneter Stabilität.</P>
EXTENDED STAR CLUSTERS IN THE REMOTE HALO OF THE INTRIGUING DWARF GALAXY NGC 6822

<P>We present a study on four new star clusters discovered in the halo of the intriguing dwarf irregular galaxy NGC 6822 from a wide-field survey covering 3 degrees x 3 degrees area carried out with MegaCam at the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope. The star clusters have extended structures with half-light radii R-h approximate to 7.5-14.0 pc, larger than typical Galactic globular clusters and other known globular clusters in NGC 6822. The integrated colors and color-magnitude diagrams of resolved stars suggest that the new star clusters are 2-10 Gyr old and relatively metal poor with Z = 0.0001-0.004 based on the comparison with theoretical models. The projected distance of each star cluster from the galaxy center ranges from 10.'7 (approximate to 1.5 kpc) to 77' (approximate to 11 kpc), far beyond the optical body of the galaxy. Interestingly, the new star clusters are aligned along the elongated old stellar halo of NGC 6822, which is almost perpendicular to the H I gas distribution where young stellar populations exist. We also find that the colors and half-light radii of the new clusters are correlated with the galactocentric distance: clusters farther from the galaxy center are larger and bluer than those closer to the galaxy center. We discuss the stellar structure and evolution of NGC 6822 implied by these new extended star clusters in the halo. We also discuss the current status of observational and theoretical understandings regarding the origin of extended star clusters in NGC 6822 and other galaxies.</P>
