        수산생물방역사업에 대한 경제적 편익의 직접적 효과분석

        수산양식어업은 수산생물질병을 어떻게 효과적으로 관리하느냐가 매우 중요하다. 이 논문은 경제적 잉여분석을 이용하여 수산생물질병방역사업에 대한 경제적 편익의 직접적 효과를 추정하는 것이다. 이와 같은 경제적 편익은 수산생물사망 감소율과 수산생물질병감소로 인해 발생하는 소비자잉여와 생산자잉여의 변화 정도를 포함한다. 연구결과 양식되는 넙치, 볼락 및 기타 어류의 생산자잉여에 대한 연간 변화액은 총 23.3억원(각각의 경우 8.7억원, 10.1억원, 4.5억원)이고, 소비자잉여의 연간 변화액은 총 101.5억원(각각의 경우 63.6억원, 18.5억원, 19.4억원)으로 추정되었다. 따라서, 수산생물질병방역사업에 따른 연간 총 경제적 편익은 125억원 수준으로 평가된다.

        LED 모니터 출력 영상과 실물 영상의 얼굴인식 성능 비교

        로봇 기술의 빠른 발전과 더불어 다양한 서비스를 탑재한 로봇 제품의 출시로 시장이 활성화되고 있다. 서비스 로봇은 사람과 로봇간 상호작용에 의한 서비스 제공이 주목적으로 이를 위해 HRI 대표 기술인 얼굴 인식 기술을 많이 활용하고 있다. 하지만 얼굴 인식 엔진이 탑재된 로봇의 성능이 소비자가 만족할만한 수준에 미치지 못하여 로봇 제품에 대한 신뢰도마저 저하되고 있다. 대부분 로봇의 얼굴 인식 성능시험은 제품 관점에서 평가가 아닌 인식 엔진 관점에서 평가로 로봇의 직접적인 성능을 반영하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 로봇 제품 관점에서 얼굴 인식 성능평가를 위해 실물 영상을 대신하여 LED 모니터의 이용 가능성을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 실물 영상과 LED 모니터 영상의 인식룰 편차를 비교하고 타당성을 제시한다. With the increasing of service robots, human-robot interaction for natural communication between user and robots is becoming more and more important. Especially, face recognition is a key issue of HRI. Even though robots mainly use face detection and recognition to provide various services, it is still difficult to guarantee of performance due to insufficient test methods in real service environment. Now, face recognition performance of most robots is evaluation for engine without consideration for robots. In this paper, we show validity of test method using LED monitor through performance comparison of real images with from images LED monitor.

        협동학습중심의 교과별교수법 수업이 예비유아교사의 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic data on pre-service teacher's education based on cooperative learning-oriented teaching and learning methods by applying cooperative learning to verify the effectiveness of pre-service early childhood teacher's communication and problem-solving ability. In the first semester of 2021, 4th grade students who took the teaching method by subject class opened by department of early childhood education at C university were taught for 11 weeks from March 1st week to May 2nd week in 2021 for 4 hours a week. The results of this study were as follows: First, the average score of interpretive ability was the highest in the sub-areas of communication ability of pre-service early childhood teachers, followed by message conversion ability, role performance ability, self-presentation ability, and goal setting ability in the cooperative learning-oriented teaching method by subject class. Second, in terms of the overall average score of pre-service teacher's problem-solving ability, the average score of post-test was increased compared to the average score of pre-test. Through the cooperative learning-oriented class experience in the university's early childhood teacher training course, it is possible to cultivate the practical ability that can be used variously for the children such as communication ability and problem-solving ability in the early childhood education field. Therefore, it is necessary to provide opportunities for cooperative learning-oriented teaching methods in the teacher's education curriculum.

        2010년 방류용 수산종묘에 대한 병원체 검출

        Aquatic animal raised in hatcheries play an important role in supplying seedling to stock enhancement and seed quality, especially, seed health is the key factor for survival in the field after release and for stocking effectiveness. We have inspected the hatchery-reared seeds of 33 marine species and 12 freshwater species for legally designated diseases in stock enhancement program in 2010. Results showed that abalone was the most abundant as 20.0% in the marine species group and then sea cucumber (15.6%), olive flounder (8.4%), rockfish (6.7%), black sea bream (6.3%) and swimming crab (6.1%) were followed. Crucian carp was the most abundant as 19.4%, and then eel (11.8%), Korean bullhead (10.9%), mandarin fish (10.8%), melanian snail (8.4%), catfish (7.7%) were followed in the freshwater species group. The total number of inspection cases for eight pathogens in this study were 2,105 and disqualification cases were 30 by detection of aquatic animals pathogens such as koi herpesvirus (KHV), red sea bream iridovirus (RSIV), white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) or viral haemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV).

        연구논문 : 청년 여행자의 책임여행의지에 대한 여행윤리의식과 여행형태의 이원적 차이에 관한 연구

        여행자의 윤리적이고 의식 있는 행동을 강조하는 책임여행(responsible travel)에 대한 사회적 관심이 매우 높다. 여행의 부정적인 측면을 최소화 하고 보다 바람직한 여행문화를 창조함으로써 관광의 지속 가능성(sustainability)을 높일 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 책임여행에 대한 이러한 사회적 관심을 반영하는 차원에서 청년 여행자의 윤리의식 수준과 여행형태에 따른 책임여행 의지의 차이를 살펴보았다. 결과적으로 여행윤리의식과 여행형태의 이원적 차이에 따라 청년 여행자의 책임여행의지의 내용과 수준이 달라진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 세부적으로는 여행윤리의식이 높은 FIT여행자가 같은 수준의 PKG여행자에 비해 여행의 사회적 책임을 다하는 과정에서의 불편을 감수하려는 의지와 현지에 기부하려는 의지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 비록 윤리의식 수준에 따라 책임여행 의지에 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았지만, PKG여행자도 윤리의식 수준이 낮을 때는 오히려 FIT여행자보다 높은 수준의 기부의지를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 책임여행 활성화를 위한 다양한 시사점을 제시하였다. This study aims to examine the responsible travel intentions of young adult travelers in South Korea. Special interest lies in the potential differences in ethical intentions of travelers based on their level of ethical perception and travel type. Online data were collected through snowball sampling in the month of February and March 2011. A total of 302 young adult travelers joined the survey, of which 258 responses were used for further data analysis. Results of this study confirmed that young adult travelers` ethical intentions differ with respect to their ethical perception level and travel type. Overall, the effect of the level of ethical perception on three responsible travel intentions (intention to deal with inconvenience, intention to pay more, and intention to donate) was stronger for FIT travelers than for PKG travelers. When they have high ethical perception of tourism, FIT travelers had a higher intention to deal with inconvenience than did PKG travelers. However, when the level of ethical perception is low, PKG travelers were more apt than FIT travelers to donate money to the host community during their holiday travels.

        Mitogen 투여에 대한 잉어 순환혈액 림프구의 반응

        This work was carried out to investigate the functional heterogeneity of peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBLs) in carp, Cyprinus carpio. PHA, Con A, LPS and BCG were injected intraperitoneally into carp to determine the blastogenic response and rosette formation activity. In each group of fish treated with stimulators, the cell numbers and DNA contents of lymphocytes were higher than those of untreated control group and reached the highest level between 1 week and 2 weeks after injection with mitogens. These results showed that BCG and Con A were strong stimulators of proliferation compared to PHA and LPS. However, PHA-treated fish twice showed the highest rosette formation response among the consecutive stimulations with the same mitogen. Alase, the results on consecutive mitogen stimulation revealed that carps reinjected by different mitogens led to an increased stimulation higher than the one reinjected after 1 week with same mitogen. It seems that different mitogens may stimulate different cell populations and implies functionally separated subpopulations of lymphocytes in carp.

        해방 후 國史敎科의 社會科化와 ‘國史科’의 置廢

        The liberation was an opportunity to restore legitimate history Which was interrupted and destroyed by the Japanese Empire and followers. The national history education of legitimacy and independence was what should be. However, the national history education was included in Social Studies. However, in the country with immemorial history and culture, the national history as a branch of Social Studies cannot present the essence and meaning of history. Objection to anti-independence reached the climax with 4?19 revolution. While the emphasis on democratization and national independence arose and many people were interested in national identity, the base for normalizing national history education was ready. The Committee of Consolidating National History Education was organized in 1972 to normalize national history education in middle and high school. Proposed plan suggested national history education must develop “independence” based on “systematic true knowledge of national history”. National history became a separate and mandatory subject in school. After the collapse of Park, Jung-Hee"s regime, the social force that had been damaged by the normalization of national history education asserted that national history education played a role of an political instrument and crammed korean students with uniform education. As the idea that all social subjects are merged into one is emerging, national history has lost existing position.

        유아기 조기영어교육에 대한 어린이집과 유치원 교사의 인식 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 어린이집과 유치원에서의 조기영어교육에 대한 교사들의 인식과 교사들이 느끼는 조기영어교육의 문제점을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 교사 10명을 대상으로 조기영어교육에 대하여 좀 더 깊이 있는 분석을 하고자 심층면접을 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아기 조기영어교육에 대해 교사들은 유아기의 영어교육은 유아가 외국어에 대한 자신감과 호기심을 갖게 되는 계기가 되므로 필요하다고 하였으나 일부 교사들은 유아기에는 영어보다는 놀이를 통하여 인지 및 사회ㆍ정서적 발달과 성장에 초점을 둔 교육이 더 중요하다고 하였다. 전반적으로 교사들은 만 3세 이하의 어린 연령을 대상으로한 영어교육은 사회성 결여, 모국어 언어습득의 혼란 등을 가져올 수 있다고 우려하였다. 조기영어교육에 대한 문제점으로는 부모의 지나친 요구, 영어교사의 자질, 유아들이 겪는 언어습득의 혼란, 영어를 중시하는 교육으로 인한 유아교육의 상실, 정확한 기준이 없는 영어교재 사용, 교사 역할의 혼란 및 원장의 확고한 교육철학과 신념의 부재를 들었다. This study was conducted to investigate teachers' perception on early English education in the field of early childhood education. Five kindergarten teachers and five day-care center teachers participated in the study. The teachers were interviewed on the issues of early English education. The study results showed that the teachers were generally positive about early English education because children who had English education became familiar with English and had confidence in their ability. However, they were concerned about early English education for very young children because it could have negative effects on their language, emotional, and social development. The teachers perceived that problems related to early English education were unreasonable demand of parents, qualification of English teachers, children's confusion of their native language, reduction of regular educational period, teachers' confusion of their roles, and directors' lack of educational philosophy and beliefs.

        놀이치료 진행단계에 따른 부모상담 내용 연구

        본 연구는 놀이치료 숙련자가 경험한 놀이치료 진행단계에 따른 부모상담 내용을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 상담경력이 5년 이상이며, 슈퍼비전 경험이 80회 이상인 놀이치료 숙련자 34명이다. 조사방법은 자기보고식 질문지를 실시하였고, 자료보완을 위해 추가적으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 내용분석을 실시하였으며, 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 놀이치료 진행단계에 따른 부모상담 내용을 부모상담 형태(회기별 부모상담, 독립된 개인 부모상담)별로 분석한 결과, 각각의 형태에서 동일하게, 놀이치료 초기는 ``사례개념화``, ``라포형성``, ``부모역할수행``의 범주로 분류되었고, 놀이치료 중기, 말기는 ``상담을 통한 변화탐색``, ``부모역할수행``, ``상담동기 유지``의 범주로 분류되었으며, 놀이치료 종료시기는 ``상담을 통한 변화의 일반화``, ``부모역할수행``, ``상담종결 후 자립``의 범주로 분류되었다. 또한 회기별 부모상담과 독립된 개인 부모상담 모두에서 동일하게 놀이치료 초기는 ``사례개념화``가 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈으며, 놀이치료 중기는 ``부모역할 수행``이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 또한 놀이치료 말기는 ``상담을 통한 변화탐색``이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈으며, 놀이치료 종료시기는 ``부모역할 수행``이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. The purpose of this study was to examine the content of parent consultation provided by skilled play therapists in the different stages of play therapy. The subjects in this study were 34 selected skilled play therapists who had five years or more of counseling career and gained 80 times or more of supervision experiences. A self-reporting survey was conducted, and the therapists were interviewed to obtain additional data. A content analysis was made after the data were gathered. The findings of the study were as follows: As for the content of parent consultation during play therapy by the typess of counseling(sessional parent consultation and separate personal parent consultation), what parent consultation was about in the initial stage of play therapy was classified into three categories: "case conceptualization," "rapport building" and "parental role performance." In the middle and late stages of play therapy, that was classified into three categories as well: "exploring how to change through counseling," "parental role performance" and "retention of counseling motivation." In the termination stage of play therapy, that also was classified into three: "generalization of the changes caused by counseling," "parental role performance" and "post-counseling self-reliance." When the content of parent consultation was analyzed by the stages of the two different types of Parent consultation, "case conceptualization" was most frequently exhibited in the initial stage of play therapy in both types of parent consultation, In the middle stage of play therapy, parental role performance was most frequently covered in both types of parent consultation, In the late stage of play therapy, "exploring how to change through counseling" was most frequently dealt with in both types of parent consultation. In the termination stage of play therapy, "parental role performance" was most frequently covered in both types of parent consultation.
