In this paper, we designed, implemented and evaluated 32-bit CLA adder with the ENMODL(enhanced NORA Multiple Output Domino Logic) logic style which is new dynamic CMOS logic. The circuit is implemented using 0.8㎛ CMOS double-metal process technology. It operates stably and the addition time is less 3.9 ns. The ENMODL logic style can improve the performance in the high-speed computing circuits depending on the degree of recurrence.
망목특성에 있어서 최적변수설계 절차의 비교·분석에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to verify the usefulness and effectiveness of Taguchi method, by comparing and analyzing the results of parameter design by transformation theory of Box and Taguchi method which uses two stage optimization procedure for Nominal Target Best(NTB). Signal-to-noise ratios as performance statistic in Taguchi method and σ_(Y) and Y ̄ in Box method are used to select the optimal condition of design variable for the cases of Ouinlan report. Different control factors, adjustment factors and levels are obtained. The use of Taguchi method gave getter result than that of Box to the results of estimated value and optimal condition of design variable.

Partial discharge is studied widely by manufacture state of insulating material fare and blazing fire diagnosis system of use in phenomenon of part discharge that happen for main cause of dielectric breakdown of equipment for electric power. Use process that draw tree pattern here measuring above zero to study special quality of this electricity tree, real-time processing by image processing is proposed because reproduction of tree blazing fire process drops and pattern of tree is difficult correct quantification of tree growth by existent visual observation by involution. This research presents general process that need in image processing of tree blazing fire, and that remove various noises that happen in above zero by measuring electrical tree dividing background and complete view in measured above zero taking advantage of specially proposed complete view object abstraction techniques effectively and quantification of tree becomes easy naturally, can apply to dielectric breakdown estimate because can chase growth process of tree.

In the rectifying single sampling inspection, 9-sampling inspection methods are briefly described, and then the optimal inspection plan to minimize the expected total cost is derived. The results of this experiment through numerical example are: (1) The optimal inspection plan of sampling to minimize the cost with several variables is derived. The result is TC(134, 4)=2321. (2) The optimal inspection plan is obtained when the LTPD is increased, and the sample size, acceptance number and total cost are decreased. (3) The optimal inspection plan is obtained when the lot size is increased, and sample size and acceptance number are also increased. (4) When e₁ is fixed and e₂ is increased, p_(e) is decreased with very small erefore, the type -Ⅰ error must influences on sample size more than the type-Ⅱ error does.

The traditional control chart for treating certain kinds of quality control data assumes the existence of normerlity and independence in the data. When either independence and/or normality are present, as is usually the case, application of the traditional control chart introduces large errors in the analysis of the data and renders conclusiona based on them dubious. This paper modifies and extends the traditional control chart by utilizing the time series analysis approach and by introducing dependence via a first-order autoregressive process(AR(1) Model). We show that the modified EWMA control chart be excuted well in presence fo data correlation.

The use of digital imaging technique and digital contents based on internet has grown rapidly for last several years, and the needs of digital image protection become more important. For the purpose of copyright protection on digital image, the verification of authentication techniques like content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy and etc are needed. Digital watermarking, the invisible encryption technique to insert digital watermark into image, the sophisticated perceptual information should be used for providing transparency and robustness of images on watermarking process. In this paper, we implement the algorithm for preventing forged attack, ownership protection and authentication by transforming the wavelet algorithms in frequency domain in terms of human visual system.
