The EIT(Electrical Impedance Tomography) system is one of the methods for tomographv technologies. The EIT measurement is less expensive than other methods because the system is relatively simple and easy to construct compared to other methods. In this study. the real voltage values were compared to theoretical values. The rmse(root mean square error) of measured data was 2.99%. So that. this EIT system circuit was a accuracy circuit for a reconstruction algorithm.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of seedling age, hardening time and hard-ening degree on the growth and yield components of flue-cured tobacco. Variety used was NC 2326. The results are summarized as follow; 1.Time of period from setting to topping, that from setting to the end of harvest, and that from topping to the end of harvest were longer in 50-day seedling than in 60-day seedling. And there was little difference of the time of period from sowing to the end of harvest between 50-day seedling and 60-day seedling. 2.C.G.R. was high in 50-day seed]ins than in 60-day seedling until the late maximum growing stage. In the 60-day seedling, growth continued late, and as a result of this, the stem height and number of leaves per a plant at topping time were higher in 60-day seedling. 3.The growth was most desirable in the recommended hardening(4.5ℓ/3.3㎡ ㆍ day ). The growth rate of severe hardening(1.5ℓ/3.3㎡ ㆍ day ) was high during the period from establishing to middle part of maximum growth. Se there was little difference of glowing characters among the plots of different hardening degree. 4.The leaf area of lugs and cutters was larger, and the weight of unit leaf area and percentage of dry matter in the plot of 60-day seedling were lower than those in other plots. 5.The leaf weight per plant, in the plot of recommended hardening was higher than that in the plots of without hardening and severe hardening. 6.There were little effects of tome of hardening on the growth and yield components.
레이저를 이용한 얇은 원통형 튜브에서의 유도초음파 발생

레이저를 이용하여 두께가 얇은 원통형 튜브에 유도초음파를 발생하고, 공기-결합 트랜스듀서를 이용하여 비접촉식으로 수신하였다. 원통형 튜브는 발전설비의 열교환기 및 증기발생기 튜브에 사용되는 인코넬(Inconnel)튜브이다. 레이저의 조사 경로에 선 배열 슬릿을 삽입하여 유도 초음파의 파장을 조절하였다. 파장이 일정할 때 발생되는 모드를 이론적인 분산선도로부터 예측하고, 예측된 위상속도로부터 공기-결합 트랜스듀서의 경사각을 결정하였다. 원통형 튜브에는 축대칭 모드가 지배적으로 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 웨이블렛 변환에 의한 시간-주파수 선도와 이론적인 분산선도를 비교한 결과 증명되었다.

Simulation model will be used for simulator of excavator.

Purpose Larger size (≥20mm) of peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs) is associated with increased diagnostic yield of radial probe endobronchial ultrasound transbronchial lung biopsy (RP-EBUS-TBLB). However, the utility of RP-EBUS-TBLB for PPLs diagnosed as primary lung cancer smaller than 20mm remains unknown. We investigated the utility of RP-EBUS-TBLB in peripheral lung cancer smaller than 20mm. Method We retrospectively reviewed data from 131 patients who underwent RP-EBUS for PPLs diagnosed as primary lung cancer smaller than 20mm from January 2019 to December 2020 at Yeungnam University Hospital. TBLB were performed using RP-EBUS with a guide-sheath without fluoroscopy. We analyzed the patient characteristics, chest computed tomography (CT), complications, molecular anaysis and diagnostics yield. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to identify diagnostic factors in small primary lung cancer. Result Of the 131 primary lung cancers, 90 PPLs were definitely diagnosed using RP-EBUS-TBLB. The overall diagnostic accuracy was 68.7% (90/131). In multivariable analysis, within the lesion of the probe (odds ratio [OR], 8.63; 95% confidence interval [CI], 3.33- 22.33; p < 0.001), distance from pleura ( > 10mm, OR, 3.76; 95% CI, 1.52-9.27; p = 0.004) and solid lesions (OR, 3.35; 95% CI, 1.52- 9.27; p = 0.011) were associated with diagnostic success. However, bronchus sign on chest CT (p = 0.213) was not associated with diagnostic success. Pneumothorax, and hemoptysis occurred in 3.1% (4/131), and 1.5% (2/131) of the patients. The specimens obtained for molercular confirmation of malignancy were satisfactory. Conclusion RP-EBUS-TBLB with a guide sheath without fluoroscopy can be considered as a diagnostic method in patients with small (≤ 20mm) PPLs who can be diagnosed as primary lung cancer. Within the lesion of the probe, distance from pleura (> 10mm) and solid lesions were crucial for diagnostic success. Complication rates were acceptable.

Background: Radial probe endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial lung biopsy (RP-EBUS-TBLB) has improved the diagnostic yield of bronchoscopic biopsy of peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs). The diagnostic yield and complications of RP-EBUS-TBLB for PPLs vary depending on the technique, such as using a guide sheath (GS) or fluoroscopy. In this study, we investigated the utility of RP-EBUS-TBLB using a GS without fluoroscopy for diagnosing PPLs. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed data from 607 patients who underwent RP-EBUS of PPLs from January 2019 to July 2020. TBLB was performed using RP-EBUS with a GS without fluoroscopy. The diagnostic yield and complications were assessed. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to identify factors affecting the diagnostic yields. Results: The overall diagnostic accuracy was 76.1% (462/607). In multivariable analyses, the size of the lesion (≥20 mm; odds ratio [OR], 2.06; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.27-3.33; p=0.003), positive bronchus sign in chest computed tomography (OR, 2.30; 95% CI, 1.40-3.78; p=0.001), a solid lesion (OR, 2.40; 95% CI, 1.31-4.41; p=0.005), and an EBUS image with the probe within the lesion (OR, 6.98; 95% CI, 4.38-11.12; p<0.001) were associated with diagnostic success. Pneumothorax occurred in 2.0% (12/607) of cases and chest tube insertion was required in 0.5% (3/607) of patients. Conclusion: RP-EBUS-TBLB using a GS without fluoroscopy is a highly accurate diagnostic method in diagnosing PPLs that does not involve radiation exposure and has acceptable complication rates.
The Effect of Disordered Microscale Holes in the Front Dielectric Layer of AC Plasma Display Panels

<P>Using polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) beads, disordered microscale holes were fabricated in the front dielectric layer of ac plasma display panels. The density of the disordered microscale holes was easily controlled by varying the weight percentage of the PMMA beads. As their density increased, the voltage of self-erasing discharge and the minimum sustain voltage decreased. In addition, the sustain discharge time lag was improved according to the measurement results of the response time and spatiotemporal infrared emission from an intensified charge-coupled device camera. The wall voltage at the state of sustain discharge was investigated by measuring the threshold voltage using wall voltage measurement system. In the test panel of the front dielectric layer with disordered microscale holes, the wall voltage increased. In addition, the increase in the wall voltage at the state of sustain discharge was improved as the density of the disordered microscale holes increased. The decrease in the self-erasing discharge and minimum sustain voltage and the improvement of the sustain discharge time lag resulted from a strong electric field that originated in the increase in the wall voltage.</P>

Background Presence of bronchus sign on chest computed tomography (CT) is associated with increased diagnostic yield of radial probe endobronchial ultrasound transbronchial lung biopsy (RP-EBUS-TBLB). However, the utility of RP-EBUS-TBLB for bronchus sign negative peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs) remains unknown. We investigated the utility of RP-EBUS-TBLB in bronchus sign negative PPLs. Methods We retrospectively reviewed data from 109 patients who underwent RP-EBUS for bronchus sign negative PPLs from January 2019 to August 2020. TBLB were performed using RP-EBUS with a guide-sheath without fluoroscopy. EBUS visualization yields and TBLB diagnostic yield were assessed. All lung lesions with an indefinite diagnosis were excluded from the diagnostic yield analyses. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to identify factors affecting EBUS visualization yield and diagnostic success. Results EBUS visualization yield by RP-EBUS was 74.1% (68/109). Of the 109 lung lesions, 92 lesions were definitely diagnosed. The overall diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 59.8% (55/92), 43.9% (29/66), 100% (26/26), 100% (29/29) and 41.27% (26/63), respectively. In multivariable analysis, size of lesion (≥20mm, Odds ratio [OR], 2.6; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.155-5.929; p=0.021) and distance from pleura (>10mm, OR, 2.4; 95% CI, 1.019-5.517; p=0.045) were associated with EBUS visualization. Regarding to diagnostic success, within the lesion of the probe (OR, 20.9; 95% CI 4.442-98.410; p<0.001) and solid lesions (OR, 12.1; 95% CI 2.164-67.536; p=0.005) were associated with diagnostic success. Pneumothorax, and hemoptysis occurred in 3.7% (4/109), and 0.9% (1/109) of the patients. Conclusions RP-EBUS-TBLB with a guide sheath without fluoroscopy can be considered as a diagnostic Method in patients with bronchus sign negative PPLs. Within the lesion of the probe, and solid lesions were crucial for diagnostic success. Complication rates were acceptable.
