        여성 주요우울증 환자에서의 통각예민도와 혈장 B-endorphin양 면역 반응치

        The pain sensitivity and plasma /9-endorphin immunoreactivity were measured in 16 female patients with major depression diagnosed by DSMI criteria and a control group of 10 normal healthy females. The depression group was divided into two subgroups of 8 depressives with low pain symptoms ( D L P ) and with high pain symptoms (DHP). The results are summarized as follows: 1) No difference was observed between DLP and D H P in the symptoms of depression as measured by H R SD and SC L -90 -R and in the symptoms of anxiety as measured by STAI — I and SCL -90 -R. 2) The pain threshold and tolerance of the depression group as measured by submaximum effort tourniquet technique ( S E T T ) was higher compared with the control. The DLP subgroup was more insensitive as compared to the control group, but no difference in all modes of pain stimulation was observed between D H P and the control. There was no significant difference in the pain sensitivities between D L P and DHP. 3) Plasma B-endorphin immunoreactivities of both D L P and D H P were higher than that of the control. However, no difference was proved between D L P and DHP. 4) The correlations between plama jS-endorph in immunoreactivity and the pain sensitivities in each mode of pain stimulation were mostly insignificant, with a striking exception, in the subgroup of DHP, of a significant negative correlation between plasma 卢一endorphin immunoreactivity and the pain sensitivities as measured by SETT. On the basis of the above stated results, the author suggests that there may be certain qualita-tive difference of endorphin activity between DLP and DHP.

      • 煙草育苗에 關한 硏究 : 灌水方法 및 省力育苗를 中心으로 Irrigation methods, and seedling methods by labor saving

        These studies has been carried out in order to study the effects of sub-irrigation on the tobacco seedling, and the effective seedling methods. 1.Irrigation methods on the temporary plant bed. a. Sub-irrigation blocks were established in the 4cm blocks and the 9cm blocks according to the height from irrigation bottom to bed surface. After the seedings were trans-planted on the temporary plant bed, the 4cm blocks were sub-irrigated 8ℓ of water per 0.6m2 area every 5 days, and the 9cm blocks were 12ℓ of water. Compare with Common blocks, the 4cm blocks showed no differences in the dry weight of tobacco seedlings, and the 9cm blocks were in adequate to practical seedling, for the growth of the young tobacco plants were promoted to some extents, but they out growed for the practical purpose. b. For ten days after the seedling was transplanted on the temporary plant bed, the 4cm block was sub-irrigated 8ℓ of water per one block and the 4cm block was 12ℓ too. Since then the 4cm block was sub-irrigated 4.8ℓ of water per one block and the 9cm block was 7.2ℓ. These treatments showed that the 4cm blocks indicated no differences on the hardening of seedlings, but the growth of the young tobacco in the 9cm blocks was promoted and the better tobacco seedling could be reared, compared with the model blocks. 2.Seedling methods by racks system. a. The tobacco seedling was planted in the seedling boxes which were arranged on the 3 kinds of shelves (10.20.30cm). No differences could he noticed among the width of each shelf, but the remarkable differences could be noticed between the upper and lower shelves. It is considered that they are coused by the temperature on each shelf and quantity of sun light growth rate of tobacco seedling in the seedling boxes arranged on the shelves without regard to the width of them was very high her than that of tobacco seedlings in the model blocks. b. The seedlings were reared on each shelf of which height is 30.45. and 60cm. Dry weight of young tobacco was the heaviest in the order of 45cm and the 30cm shelves Each treatment was significant difference at 5% level. c. Seedling boxes were arranged on the racks which had three shelves of 45cm height, and every box was exchanged each other up and down at intervals of one day, 3days, and 5 days. There were no significant difference among the result of each treatment 3.Experiments of paper pot seedling The young tobacco was reared in paper pots during the period of the growth in temporary plant bed. The pots were right hexagonand the length of the pots were divided in 4, 2, 4, 6, 5.0, 5.4, 5.8cm and 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, cm according to the height of the pots. There were no differences in dry weight of young tobacco and R/T rate among each treatment.

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of soil moisture(Damp : 30%, Moist : 45%, and wet : 60% to the maximum water holding capacity) on different stage of growth of Oriental tobacco. 1.Leaf area was appeared in order Samsun>Zichna>Smyrna>Xanthi and W>M>D. 2.Zichna bad most, Xanthi much, Smyrna medium and Samsun least fresh weight of unit leaf area. The proportion of dry matter per unit leaf area was high in Smyrna, low in Samsun and Xanthi. Dry weight per unit leaf area was high in Smyrna, and low in Xanthi. 3.Weight of a leaf was high in Zichna and Smyrna, medium in Samsun, and low in Xathni. And high in W plot, medium in M plot and low in D plat. 4.In the dry leaf weight per a plant, there were significant differences among varieties and among the soil moisture treatments. Zichna has largest weight, Samsun and Smyrna medium, and Xanthi low. Wet plot was large, Moist plot medium, and Damp plot low.

        1.This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of mulching and transplanting time on the yields constitutional element and physical characteristics of Burley. 2.Due to mulching, ration of harvested leaves was increased significantly, and leaf area, weight of a leaf and weight of harvested leaves were decreased. 3.When early transplanted, ratio of harvested leaves, weight of a leaf and weight of harvested leaves were increased. 4.Midrib proportion was low in the plot of late transplanting time, and but high in the plot of early transplanting time. Leaf area contraction ratio was high in the plot of early transplanting time(T1) and in the plot of latest transplanting time(T4). 5.It was considered that the reason why mulching effect was not appeared significantly was due to the impediment of dry weather and high temperature. So good use of mulching material is needed to be studied.

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of sucker growth on growth, yield constitutional elements, yield and chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1.The growth of four sucker loaves had a effect on decrease in the leaf length and width, number of harvested leaf, dry weight per a plant and increase in soluble sugar content of main plant. 2.Total dry weight summed main plant's up sucker's showed remarkable increase, for the growth of Sucker vesulted mainly in increase number of harvested leaf. 3.The growth of four sucker loaves increased in S. Sugar/Nicotine ratio and decreased T-Nitrogen/Nicotine ratio, so leaf quality was increased. 4.The leaf length and width, dry weight of a leaf and nitrogenous compounds contents of sucker leaves in increased fertilization plot were higher, but soluble sugar content was lower than decreased fertilization plot. 5.In comparison the characteristics of sucker leaves with the leaf of main plant, there were no difference in leaf sizes dry weight of a leaf, but exhibited lower ik S. Sugar content and higher in nitrogenous compound. contents thant main plant. Also, T-Nitrogen/Nicotine ratio below 1.0 was such level as main plant. 6.It was confirmed that the yield and leaf quality of main plant could be increased by means of suckor growth, when flue-cured tobacco plant renewed vegetative vigor.

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of soil moisture, solar radiation and topping time on the leaf characteristics of tobacco plants. The results are summarized as follows : 1.In the case of soil moisture deficient treatment, yield in the plot treated deficient soil moisture at early growth stage is more than that at later part of maximum growth stage. 2.Yield in the plot shaded at early growth stage is high and shading at maturing time made less the leaf area, weight of a leaf and yield. Shading before topping made low the percentage of dry matter. 3.There was little difference in yield at diferent topping time, but interaction between soil moisture content and shading effected significantly on the leaf characteristics.

      • 摘芯의 時期와 程度가 葉煙草의 收量과 品質에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was carried out to study effect of the decree and time in different level of fertilization on yield and quality (sal cost) of leaf tobacco. The results are summalized as follows. 1.A highly significant difference at the 1% level was recognized between the fertilization amount and degree of topping on yield. 2.A highly significant difference at the 1% level was recognized between; 1) the fertilization amounts, 2) the times of topping and the decrees of topping resoectirely, and in this second order interaction(F×T×D). 3.As a result of this experiment F2 treatments (N-14.9kg, P2O5-21.7kg, K2O-28.4kg/10a) was good in fertiliyer level, T2 treatments(the 55th day after transplanting) in time of topping and D, treatments (the second leaf from top)in degree of topping.
