        일장 및 온도가 꼬마배나무이(Psylla pyricola Foerster)의 계절형 형성에 미치는 영향 및 두 계절형의 산란수

        광 및 온도가 꼬마배나무이의 겨울형성충(월동형) 발생에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 수원지역(북위 $37^{\circ}$16') 의 꼬마배나무이 개체군은 광길이가 14시간일 때 부터 겨울형성충이 출현하였으며 광길이가 13시간일 때 9 93% 이상의 겨울형성충이 발생하였다. 또한 $18^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$의 두 온도조건에서 겨울형성충 발생에 차이가 없었다. 꼬마배나무이의 각 발육단계별로 단일조건에 처리한 결과 1,2령기에 처리된 것은 각각 67.2, 54.4%가 겨 울형으로 되었고, 3령기는 9.3% 였으며 4령기부터는 영향을 받지 않았다. 꼬마배나무이의 평균산란수는 겨울형성충이 486.4개, 여름형성충이 387.2개 이었으며, 산란기간은 각각 34일과 24일 이었다. Psylla pyricola population from Suwon($37^{\circ}$16' N) begins to enter diapause by exposure to a photoperiod of 14hr light. Over 93% of adults were induced to enter diapause when exposed to 13hr loght period, and at 18 and $25^{\circ}C$, the critical photoperiod was not influenced. When the photoperiod was switched during the nymphal stage from 16L to 10L, no morph change was occurred in the 4th and 5th instars. Average number of eggs laid per female was 486.2 in winter form adult and 387.2 in summer form adults, and average oviposition periods were 34 and 24 days, respectively.

        This surrey was conducted to investigate the distribution and seasonal fluctuation for the spiders of the Ginseng fields in chung-buk The Results obtained are sammariyed as follow. 1. The spiders collected in the Ginseng fields were 19 species belonging 20P families. 2. The Three species such as Theridion sp. Pardosa astrigera and Theridion subadultum, were the most abundant and regard as useful natural-enimies. 3. The Ecological habits of the above three species will be studied in the future.

      • 葉煙草 病蟲害防除에 關한 硏究 : 7. 담배 나방의 防除試驗 Experiment on Tabacco Moth Control

        Experiment on Tabasco Moth Control 1.This experiment was carried out in order to find out the effective method of controling tobacco moth which do much harm to tobacco. 2.Very little differences were recognized among the effects of various insecticides used for this experiment. But the effect of metacystox seemed little less than the rest. 3.In case of laboratory experiment, most of the insecticides on the market showed above 90% of controling rates, but in case of field experiment, the rates were reduced to 20~65%. 4.It seems that, in case of field application of the insecticides used in this experiment. more denesolution than 700~1000 dilution should be applied. And the optimum dilution will be examined later. 5.Among the harmfull insects on tobacco, cockroach and tobacco moth are must harmfull. In order to examine the effect of metacystox, which has remarkable effect against cockroach, this experiment was conducted. But the result showed that metacrstox is to very effective for controling tobacco moth. 6.The items which has not been revealed by this experiment such as, densities (thicknesses) of solution, optimum thickness of solution against particular ages of insects and other effective controling methods will be examined and reported later.

      • 거미류에 生態에 관한 硏究 VII : 담배밭 거미相에 관한 硏究

        This survey was conducted to investigate the distribution and seasonal fluctuation of the spiders in the tobacco fields in Chung-buk area. Results obtained are summarized as follow: 1.Spiders collected in the tobacco fields were 13 species belonging to 6 families. 2.Three species such as P. astrigera P. hedini and T. subadultum were the most abundant. 3.Ecological habits of the above three species will be studied in the future.

      • 香味原料葉 開發을 爲한 硏究 : 第三編 담배나방의 生態에 關한 硏究 Ⅲ. Study on the Ecological Characteristics of Oriental Tobacco Budworm

        1.This experiment was carried out to study the ecology of tobacco budworm. 2.15 varieties of tobacco (flue-cured and Oriental tobacco.) were feeded to tobacco budworm. The influence of feeding different varieties of tobacco was appeared significantly at the egg-period, pupal period and adult. 3.The most effective factor to change the morphological characteristics of tobacco budworm was the time of outbreak of budworm, and the effect of food was the next. 4.The percentage of pupation was very low. The percentage of pupation hatched at July 27th was 37%, and that hatched at August 29th was only 9%. 5.In pupal period, they are affected very sensitively by shock. By several times of shock, the pupae which hatched at June 23rd became emergent after 80 days from shock. 6.Several particular types of tobacco budworm were discovered. We intend to study these particular types further.

      • 作物害蟲 天敵으로서의 무당벌레와 거미類의 生態에 關한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to study the local distribution, predation amounts and rearing methods by antifinial diets of predatory ladybeetles as a natural enemy to crops insect pests. And it was also studied the distribution phase in the fields of different crops, dominant species in earth crop and the seasonal fluctuation of spiders. The results obtained are summarised as follows ; 1.The Ratio of Coccinella axyridis PALLS among predatory ladybeetles was the highest, 98.77 % in Chungbug province. 2.Dark treatment more than 3 hours a day effected to prolong the pupal period of ladybeetles, especially 5 hours a day prolonged remarkably the pupal period. 3.Compare with larva, the adult of the ladybeetles preyed more aphids. There was no significiant difference in predation amounts of aphids among species, but Coccinella septempunctata preyed the most aphids. 4.Among artificial diets used for roaring ladybeetles, silkworm pupae, honeybees, glucose, milk and egg were favourable for the existence ratio of adults, and milk, honeybees, casein, sugar and ager were favourable for existence term, but anchovy powder was unfavourable for existence ratio and term. The Existence ratio of larva was high in the plots mixed with honeybees, silkworm pupa, milk, agar, ebiose and amino acid. 5.The Spiders inhabited in mulberry fields were 13 families, 38 genuses, 61 species in Gyeong-gi province, 10 families, 38 genuses, 61 species in Chungnam and 16 families, 46 genuses, 78 species in Chungbug. In Chungbug province, 4 families, 5 genuses and 9 species of spiders inhabited in tobacco fields and 2 families, 2 genuses arid 4 species in redpepper fields. 6.The Dominant spider species was Erigonidium graminicola, Pirata subpiraticus, Misumenops tricuspidatus in mulberry fields, and was Pardosa astrigera in tobacco and red-pepper fields. 7.In the seasonal distribution of dominant species in mulberry fields, Erigonidium graminicola and Pirata subpiraticus had breeded almost same ratio from early June to September, and Misumenops tricuspidatus had breeded increasingly from June to early August and in the middle of September. 8.It was investigated that spiders prey upon mainly plant hoppers, leaf hoppers, aphids, tobacco budworm and larva of leaf rollers of species.

      • 煙草를 加害하는 진딧물에 關한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to study the control methods of aphids injuring to tobacco plants. 1.The most injurious aphids against tobacco were M yzus percicae(84.67%) and Aphis gossypii(9.90%). 2.Most insecticides used in this experiment showed remarkable killing effects above 95% on each aphids. 3.Harmoniaaxyridis among ladybug of prey ate 44.54 aphids a day, and especially about 100 aphids during old age of Harmonia axyridis. 4.Spider species in tobacco field were very simple, occupied about 90% of all species by Pardosa sp and Pardosa astrigera.

      • 담배나방의 生態에 關한 硏究

        1) The eggs of tobacco budworm were little affected by feeding different food (different varieties of tobacco), but larva period was affected; the longest was 17,3 days in Y,S.A., and the shortest was 14.5 days in Hicks. 2) Temperature treatment from 16℃ to 31℃ gave significant influence to the number of egg-layings. The most was in case of 25℃ (289.0 each), the least was in 31℃ (149.3 each). There was negative correlation between temperature treated and larva period. 3) When the larva was treated for three days, the imago ratio was high in the long time illumination plot, while there was no difference of imago ratio in case of 5 days illumination treatment. 4) The pupation depth of tobacco budworm was most in 3∼6 cm (36.8% of the pupal were in this region), and the deeper the pupated legion was, the less the number of the pupae was. The percentage of emergence was high in deep legion (12 cm or more). 5) The sensitive time to shock on pupae was found in 2~3 dys after pupation, and the higher the dropping point was, the less the imago ratio. 6) Further studies will be continued to establish effective projection system considering ecological characteristics of tobacco budworm.
