      • Azithromycin으로 치료한 임신 중 쓰쓰가무시병 1예

        We report a case of tsutsugamushi disease in a 26 year-old pregnant woman who was treated with azithromycin. Her gestation period was 27 weeks and she admitted with fever, rash, and eschar on the right shoulder. Currently recommended medications for the treatment of scrub typhus are doxycycline or chloramphenicol. But, these drugs are class D drugs according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Fetal Risk Summary, so they couldn't be used to treat pregnant women. Recently, a few case reports suggested that azithromycin, a relatively new macrolide antibiotic, was effective and safe for the treatment of scrub typhus in pregnant women. And, there is no evidence that azithromycin causes harmful effects to the developing fetus or to children. On the basis of current in vivo test that confirms the effectiveness of azithromycin, it may be the drug of choice for the treatment of scrub typhus in pregnant women and children.         스토리텔링의 관점에서 본 李匡師의 祭文과 長篇古詩 활용 방안 : 스토리 구조와 캐릭터 유형을 중심으로

        이 논문은 이광사의 제문과 장편고시 가운데 서사성 강한 작품을 선택하여 스토리텔링의 시각에서 활용 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다. 이광사의 작품들은 이야기의 서사적 전개, 일상어 구사, 대화체 사용, 생동감 있는 장면화등을 갖추고 있어 스토리텔링의 1차 자료로서의 충분한 조건을 갖추었다고 판단되기 때문이다. 이를 위해 이광사의 삶을 4막 3관문 구조로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이러한 인생 4막 3관문 구조는 가문→가족→나로 차츰 고립되어 가는 과정에서 가족의 소중함을 소소한 일상생활의 劇的 장면화를 통해 호출하고 기억하는 것으로 구체화 되었다. 사건 전개의 핵심이 되는 인물 성격 분석은 이광사를 중심으로 친척 형 민옥과 부인 문화 유씨와의 관계 속에 벌어지는 일화를 대상으로 하였다. 장면화와 요약의 서술 방법을 통해 이광사는 능력 있는 서예가의 이미지와 고민하는 일상인의 이미지가 함께 나타났다. 그의 롤모델인 민옥은 탕아에서 돌아온 大儒의 이미지를 지녔다. 아내 문화 유씨는 능동성과 적극성을 가진 주체적 인물로 治産에 뛰어난 능력가요 남편에게 엄한 師友로서의 성격이 강조되었다. 이를 중심으로 인물 사이의 관계를 통한 성격 분석을 하였다. 그리고 이를 통해 이광사의 제문과 장편고시가 스토리텔링 1차 자료로서 활용 가능성이 충분함을 확인하였다. This paper selects a strong epic literary work between Lee Kwang-sa"s a funeral oration and an ancient long poem. So it was aimed at examining the possibility of scenario for the selected work. Because the works of choice have narrative development, everyday language skills, interactive use, and lively scenes. These factors are judged to have sufficient conditions as the primary data for storytelling. In the text, Lee Gwang-sa"s life has been divided into four-act, three-door structures. These things caused a change in the course of events. This structure shows how he gradually becomes isolated from family. In the process, he embodied the importance of his family by calling and remembering through a small, everyday, documentary film. The character analysis was conducted on an anecdote of Lee Gwang-sa and his cousin, Lee Gwang-sa and his wife. Lee Gwang-sa has a strong image of an able calligrapher. A wife is an active and active person. The above analysis showed that there was a good possibility of scenario using Lee Gwang-sa"s a funeral oration and an ancient long poem. And the anecdotes described in the work contained details of the characters" words and actions, their places and events. If it is reconstructed to suit dramas, movies or animations, it is expected that good cultural contents will be produced.

      • 링 레이저를 위한 새로운 광대역 파장 가변 필터에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we proposed the new wavelength tunable filter for wide tunability of fiber ring laser. The proposed filter consists of the cascaded connection of Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer and Sagnac filter or of hybrid filter and Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer. The simulation shows that the continuous tunable range of 50nm can be obtained and that more stable single mode operation of ring laser can be expected due to narrow FWHM. of filter spectrum.

      • 밀도분포함수를 이용한 Jah-RASTA 계수의 추정

        In this paper, estimation of Jah-RASTA coefficients based on density distribution of noise level for environmental noise reduction to improve the performance of word recognition system is proposed. This technique verified through word recognition tests. By results, about 25% recognition rate improvements obtained. Especially, even at very low SNR, it show the better results compared to methods.

      • 광궤환 알고리즘을 적용한 새로운 구조의 대용량 광 셀 압축기 및 역압축기 구현

        In this paper, we proposed a new type of the Optical Cell Compressor and Decompressor, which are essential functional modules in TDM and TDM/WDM Hybrid Optical ATM Switch structure. The proposed structure drastically lessens hardwares for realization, using applied optical feedback algorithm in the compressing and decompressing. Also, it is possible to compress and decompress the large capacity optical pulse stream under the situation of multi-stage connection. We specified the systematic application through 4-bit compressing experiment with the single module for the proposed optical cell compressor.

      • 초등학생들의 물질 개념에 관한 연구

        Over the past 20 years, research on students' conceptual development of science concepts has begun to inform educators about the roles that prior knowledge and experiences play in the development of conceptual understandings. Whereas many initial studies focused on identifying and cataloging naive of misconceptions, more recent research has focused on how student concept development research can inform teaching practice and curriculum design. In this study, we investigated children's (ages 11∼12) spontaneously constructed or naive understanding of the particulate nature of matter prior to any formal instruction in the domain. Thirty students were interviewed concerning their understanding of the macroscopic and microscopic properties of the states of matter(solid, liquid, and gas), as well as their macro/microscopic understanding of phase changes and dissolving. Children expressed ideas about states of matter which were categorized as macrocontinuous, macroparticulate, or microparticulate. Furthermore, a substantial number of the children provided explanations of properties and processes which were consistent with those beliefs. These children's beliefs about matter were not fully and consistently developed across the spectrum of substances from continuous solids to particulate solids to liquids to gases. We speculate that children first develop local frameworks particular to different classes of substances and then slowly expand these frameworks to include a wide range of substances and their properties as well as such processes as melting and freezing.

      • 대용량 온라인 필기 한자 인식을 위한 HMM 클러스터링

        In this paper, we propose a clustering method to solve computing resource problem that may arise in huge-scale on-line Chinese character recognition using HMMs. The basic concept of our method is to collect trained HMMs that have same number of parameters, then to cluster those HMMs. In our system, the number of classes is 98,639, which makes it almost impossible to load all the models in the main memory. After clustering, we need to load only cluster centers in main memory while the individual HMM is loaded just when it is required. We got 0.92 sec/char recognition time and 96.03% 30-candidate recognition accuracy for Kanji, using less than 250MB RAM for the recognition system.

      • AWG의 파장교차특성과 광스위치를 이용한 WDM 시스템의 다채널 주파수 안정화

        In this paper, we propose a novel multichannel frequency stabilization control scheme of semiconductor lasers, that uses the optical switches, wavelength crossover properties of an AWG, micro-processor and logarithmic amplifiers. The advantages of this scheme are that do not depend on the change of input power level and accommodate more channels simultaneously. Furthermore it can allow narrower channel spacing than the proposed scheme already.
