        GIS기반 동남 광역권 산업체 정보시스템 구축 및 활용

        Following the technology developments of traffic network and communication for the wide area, the importance of the cooperation system to vitalize the wide area economy is increasing. Therefore, in this study, DongNam Kwon industry information system is established for the industrial information sharing based on GIS in the DongNam Kwon wide area economy. The DongNam Kwon is an industrial integration area centered with the manufacturing so that the operation of effective industrial cluster and cooperation systems are required across the administrational boundaries. To establish the database of the information, the information system was established utilizing already established industrial databases in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam. But, various issues caused by the discordances among the data of each local government and the insufficiency of GIS based location information have been found. According to the analysis, the standardization considering the courses of collection, distributions and utilization are required immediately to solve the issues. This study establishes an 2-way industrial information system enabling the information creation and the phased approach between the administrator and the user in the bi-directions on the web by utilizing cadastral and numerical maps. The result of this study would have a meaning in providing a fundamental frame for cooperative responses and cooperation system for DongNam Kwon``s industrial promotion using industrial information sharing.

        Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase와 Cyclodextrinase를 생산하는 Bacillus 속 세균의 분리와 그 효소들의 특성

        토양으로부터 CGTase와 CDase를 함께 분비·생산하는 내열성 세균을 분리하였으며, 동정결과 Bacillus stearothermophilus로 판명되어 KJ16으로 명명하였다. Bacillus stearothermophilus KJ16 균주는 회분배양할 경우 2단계 성장을 하며 일차증식기에 CGTase를 생산하고 이차증식기에 CDase를 생산하는 양상을 보였다. 배치 pH를 7.0으로 조절하면서 배양할 경우, CGTase는 균의 증식에 따라 증가하고 CDase는 CGTase보다 뒤에 생산되었다. 그 생산양은 pH 비조절 배양에 비해 CGTase는 최대 12배(1300 mU/ml)까지, CDase는 2배(225 mU/ml)정도 증가되었다. 분리균주가 생산하는 CGTase는 분자량이 65,000 dalton으로 pH 6.0, 60℃에서 최적활성을 보이며 HPLC 분석을 통해 α-, β-, γ-CD를 42: 46: 12의 비율로 생산하는 α/β 혼합형 CGTase였다. 또한 CDase는 분자량이 68,000 dalton으로 pH 6.0, 55℃에서 최적활성을 보이며 최적기질은 γ-CD였다. CGTase was constitutively synthesized during the 1st growing phase, while CDase was synthesized inducibly during the 2nd growing phase. When the medium pH was controlled at 7.0, the maximun enzyme activities of CGTase and CDase were increased by 12-fold(1300 mU/ml) and 2-fold (225 mU/ml), respectively, compared with the pH-uncontrolled batch culture. The CGTase of the isolate converted soluble starch to CDs with the ratio of α-CD: β-CD: γ-CD=42:46:12 at 55℃. The optimal pH and temperature of CGTase were 6.0 and 60℃, respectively and the optimal pH and temperature of CDase were 6.0 and 55℃. The molecular weights of the purified CGTase and CDase were estimated to be 65,000 and 68,000 dalton, respectively. Among serveral substrates, γ-CD was most rapidly hydrolyzed by the purified CDase.

      • Cilostazol의 항혈소판 응집작용과 sodium citrate의 농도에 따른 혈소판 응집율에 대한 연구

        Cilostazol, 6- 〔4- (1-cyclohexyl- 1H-tetrazol -5-yl) butoxy〕 - 3, 4-dihydro- 2(1H)- quinolinone, is an antiplatelet/antithrombotic agent that has been used for treatment of chronic peripheral arterial occlusion. Cilostazol was studied for its inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation in vitro in rabbit plasma and in human plasma, and also for its antiplatelet effects ex vivo in rabbit after single oral administration. At time t=0, the rabbits were given a single oral dose of 14 ㎎/㎏ cilostazol. At 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 hours after drug administration, blood samples were taken for measurements of antiplatelet aggregation effect. Before the study of antiplatelet effects of cilostazol in rabbits, the effect of sodium citrate on platelet aggregation in various concentrations was studied to determine the optimal treatment. Cilostazol produced a potent inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in vitro. The maximum effect on antiplatelet aggregation was 14.4% and was appeared at 1 hour after drug administration. The optimum blood/anticoagulant (3.8% sodium citrate) ratio was 9 to 1, and 16 to 1 in human plasma and in rabbit plasma, respectively.

        In this study, the seismic analysis procedure of foundation-soil interaction system is presented. With the assumption of isotropic material properties and infinitesimal strain theory, the boundary element models of three dimensional foundation plate an semi-infinite soil medium are coupled together, using the compatiblity condition of displacements and equilibrium condition of surface tractions on the contact surface. Through the results of the examples in which the seismic responses of the foundation subjected to the SV-wave and the P-Wave, it is shown that the translational motions are decreased and the rocking motion is occured in higher frquency range.

      • 합성옥신물질 5,6-Cl_(2)-IAA에 의한 사철나무와 주목 녹지삽수의 발근촉진

        The promotive effect of rooting with a newly developed synthetic auxin, 5, 6-dichloro-indole acetic acid (5, 6-Cl_(2)-IAA), was investigated with softwood cuttings of Euonymus japonicus Thunb, and Taxus cuspdata Sieb. et Zucc. Dipping the basal end of cuttings in 5, 6-Cl_2-IAA solutions of different concentrations enhanced the rooting of Euonymus japonicus cuttings in sand medium under mist propagation bench. Treatment of 100 ppm 56-Cl_2-IAA was more effective than IBA treatment at the same concentration. In Tuxus cuspidata,, significant rooting promotion was obtained with 10- 100 ppm basal dippings in solutions of both 5, 6-Cl_(2)-IAA and IBA. However, the root elongation appeared to be promoted by low concentrations of 5,6-CL-IAA as compared to that of IBA treated cuttings.

        The paper describes the development of a new automatic wrapping machine using paper films as it has not been used so far. The most of the automatic wrapping machine have used the vinyl film causing environmental pollution, the paper films, however, have a weak point in the aspect of high temperature adhesion. Therefore, the mechanism of the existing wrapping machine should be altered to prevent it from curling effect through the technical know-how. A new method and technology reducing the curling effect in the automnatic wrapping machine are demonstrated by using developed blower. Thus it is exqection and will decrease environmental pollution.

      • 특발성 확장성 심근증 환자의 임상적 소견의 관찰 : 남녀 성별에 따른 차이를 중심으로 Comparison of Sex difference

        특발성 확장성 심근증에 대한 진단 및 연구는 이전에 주로 관혈적인 좌심실조영술이나 부검에 의해 이루어져 연구가 많이 않았으나 최근 심초음파도의 보편적인 이용으로 진단이 용이하여 이에 대한 임상적 연구가 증가되고 있다. 그러나 남녀 성별에 따른 임상적 소견의 차이에 대한보고는 많지 않았다. 대상 및 방법 : 특발성 확장성 심근증으로 진단받은 환자 68명(남자 37명, 여자 31명)을 대상으로 임상적 소견과 심전도 및 심초음파 검사소견등을 남녀간에 비교 분석하였다. 결 과 1. 유병기간은 여자가 남자보다 유의하게 길었고(p<0.05), 호흡곤란, 심계항진 및 심부전의 빈도는 여자에서 더 많은 경향을 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 2. 심초음파도상 좌심실 이완기말 내경계수, 심실중격 두께 계수, 좌심실 후벽 계수, 좌심방 내경 계수는 여자가 남자보다 유의하게 컸으나(p<0.01), 분획단축(fractional shorting)은 양군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3. 심전도상 QRS 기간이 여자가 남자보다 긴 경향이 있었으나(p<0.08) 기타 소견은 양군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결 론 : 특별성 확장성 심근증의 임상적 소견 및 검사 소견의 성별에 따른 분석에서 여자에서 질병의 정도가 더 심한 것으로 나타나는 소견이 있었으나 추후에 더 많은 연구및 원인 분석이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Background : Idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy(IDC) is a well recognized condition both clinically and morphologically. Despite the relatively frequency of this condition, few studies focusing on sex difference have been reported. Method : A total of 68 patients with IDC(37 men, 31 women)were studied retrospectively. Certain clinical and laboratory findings were analyzed and compared between men and women. Results 1. The women had a significantly(p<0.05) longer mean duration of chronic congestive heart failure than men. 2. Of the echocardiographic findings, index of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, interventricular septal thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thicknes and left atrial dimension were significantly higher in women than in men. 3. Duration of QRS complex in ECG was longer in women(p<0.08) conclusion Some of clinical and laboratory findins are more advanced phase in women in IDC.

      • Bacillus stearothermophilus KJ16이 생산하는 Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase의 정제와 효소특성

        Cyclodextrin glucanotransferase from B. stearothermophilus KJ16 that can produce both cyclodextrin glucanotransferase and cyclodextrinase was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-cellulose chromatography, Sephadex G-100 chromatography, and FPLC. The molecular weight of the purified enzyme was about 65,000 dalton by SDS-PAGE. The optimal pH and temperature were 6.0 and 60℃, respectively. The enzyme was stable at 50℃ for 1 hr and in the pH range of 5.5 and 8.5. Mercaptoethanol and dithiothreitol inhibited the enzyme activity strongly. The enzyme produced 60% cyclodextrin(CD) from 5% soluble starch with the ^α-, ^β-, ^γ-CD ratio of 42 : 46 : 12. Amylopectin was the most suitable with 67% conversion to CD.
