        예비유아교사의 낙관성과 정서지능이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

        This study investigates how pre-service early childhood teachers' optimism, emotional intelligence, and resilience would relate to one another and how optimism and emotional intelligence would affect resilience. One hundred fifty nine students majoring in early childhood education in colleges located in Gyeonnggi province and Incheon city were surveyed. Analysis of the survey results reveal that pre-service early childhood teachers perceived their optimism, emotional intelligence, and resilience to be above average. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers' optimism, emotional intelligence, and resilience positively correlated with one another in total and sub-factors. Third, pre-service early childhood teachers' optimism and emotional intelligence showed significant effects on their resilience, with optimism having the largest effect, followed by emotion utilization, which is one of the sub-factors of emotional intelligence. Regarding the sub-factors of resilience, self-confidence was largely affected by optimism, followed by emotion utilization and emotion regulation. Interpersonal relations were affected by emotion utilization, while positivism was largely affected by optimism, followed by emotion utilization and the perceptions on others’ emotion. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 낙관성과 정서지능이 회복탄력성과 어떠한 관계가 있는지, 회복탄력성에 대한 이들 변인의 영향력은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경인지역에 소재한 4년제 대학 재학 중인 예비유아교사 159명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성, 정서지능, 회복탄력성에 대한 인식 정도는 보통보다 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성, 정서지능, 회복탄력성의 총합 및 하위요인 간에 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성과 정서지능이 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 낙관성과 정서지능 하위요인인 정서활용 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 낙관성과 정서활용, 정서조절 순이며, 대인관계능력에는 정서활용이 영향을 미치고, 긍정성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 낙관성과 정서활용, 타인정서인식 순이었다.

        The Earth Science Curriculum was established and promulgated in 1955. It is thirty five years since it was exeuted. Just as the curriculum has been changed by the need of a nation and a society, the Earth Science Curriculum was revised from the first period to the fifth period in 1963, 1973, 1981 and 1988. The aims in this study is to analyze the Earth Science Curriculum from the viewpoints of theoritical backgrounds, unit hours, objectives, contents, and attentiveness of instruction and evaluation. The other is to suggest the desirable future Earth Science Curriculum. The effects of this study are as follow: 1. The unit hours of Earth Science have ranged between 4 unit hours, but are so lacking for learning for learning the contents in Earth Science that we can't reinforce the fundamental scientific education. 2. The Earth Science objectives were diversified so as to manage the needs of future society. As education philosophy was changed from subject contered to experience centered curriculum and then from experience centered to discipline centered curriculum and then from discipline centered to human centered curriculum, the objectives were changed, too. 3. The Earth Science instruction contents were systematized on the basis of ESCP curriculum and contained synthetic contents. Recently, the importance of environmental education is emphasized in "Environment and resources" and so on. 4. Attentiveness of instruction and evaluation were inserted since the second period. curriculum and have emphasized conceptual system and scientific investigation, but the expression is abstract. Conclusively, We must not only maintain the consistency among the education objectiveness, the contents, and the attentiveness of instruction and evaluation, but also allot sufficient unit hours so that the Earth Science education may get effected.

        예비유아교사의 낙관성과 공감능력 및 의사소통능력 간의 관계

        This study investigated how optimism, empathy, and communication skills correlated with one another and how optimism and empathy would affect communication skills in early childhood student teachers. One hundred fifty nine early childhood student teachers attending colleges located in Gyeonnggi province and Incheon city were surveyed and the data collected from the teachers were analyzed. Results revealed that the early childhood student teachers perceived their optimism, empathy, and communication skills to be above average and their optimism, empathy, and communication skills showed significantly positive correlations in total and sub-factors. It was also revealed that optimism and the cognitive component of empathy had significant effects on communication skills. Specifically, optimism and the cognitive component affected the sub-factors of communication skills including concentration, understanding and interpretation, and analysis and appraisal, with cognitive component to have a larger effect than optimism. Response was affected only by the cognitive component, while memory was affected largely by the cognitive component, followed by optimism and the emotional component. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 낙관성과 공감능력이 의사소통능력과 어떠한 관계가 있으며, 이들 변인의 의사소통능력에 대한 영향은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경인지역에 소재한 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 146명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성, 공감능력, 의사소통능력에 대한 인식 정도는 보통보다 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성과 공감능력은 의사소통능력과 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하위변인 간의 관계는 기억과 정서적 공감 간의 관계를 제외한 모든 변인들 간에 정적 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 공감능력의 인지적 요소와 낙관성이 의사소통능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공감능력의 인지적 요소와 낙관성은 의사소통능력의 하위변인 가운데 집중, 분석과 평가에 영향을 미치고, 이해와 해석, 반응에는 공감능력의 인지적 요소만이 영향을 미치며, 기억에 영향을 미치는 요인은 공감능력의 인지적 요소, 낙관성, 공감능력의 정서적 요소의 순으로 나타났다.

        Object : This is a study of ischemic stroke patients designed for comparison Combination therapy of western medical treatment and oriental medical treatment. and western medical treatments alone. Methods : 45 patients were diagnosed by Br-MRI scan as having suffered ischemic stroke. They had entered Kyung-Hee Medical hospital within ten days of attack, between March 2011 and October 2012. Patients were divided into two groups; a group treated with Combination therapy of western medical treatment and oriental medical treatment and other group treated with Western medical treatments. Scandinavian stroke scale and Motricity Index score was checked at admission, 2 weeks or 3 weeks later to assess neurologic improvement and motor function recovery. Results : Comparing the Scandinavian stroke scale and Motricity Index score between baseline and 2 or 3 weeks later, the combination therapy group and western medical treatment group had improved but there was no significance. Conclusions : Combination therapy have more beneficial effect on acute stage of stroke.

        Objective : The aim of this study was to examine Differences of overall characteristics depending on Symptom Severity in Acute Stroke Patient Method : We studied hospitalized patients within 10days after their ictus who were admitted at Kyunghee University Oriental Medical Center from May 2011 to October 2011. We compared the general characteristics of acute stroke patient according to Scandinavian Stroke Scale score Result : The patient who had mild severity show significant difference for FBS, PP2, Homocysteine, Exercise, Tongue color, Mouth dryness, Chest discomfort, Constipation, Stool hardness. Conclusion : The above result contribute to predict severity of stroke symtoms according to risk factor and general condition of patients. Also, After occurrence of stroke, We will can block worsening of symptoms progression. Further studies will be needed to observation of follow up studies about progression of stroke among acute stroke patients with a serious disability.

        유치원교육과정 표현생활영역을 중심으로 한 유아 정서교육 프로그램이 유아의 정서능력에 미치는 영향

        The present study charts the development and evaluation of an emotional education program focused on Korean national kindergarten curriculum. First, the rationale for emotional education and emotional competence was thoroughly investigated. Second, an analysis of kindergarten curriculum teaching materials and a survey of teachers' perceptions regarding emotional education were conducted. Third, the program was then developed based upon the rationale and the findings of the analysis and survey. Fourth, the developed program was applied in a classroom with five-year-olds for ten weeks and the results were analyzed. The evaluation of the applied emotional education program found it to be effective in improving all the components of emotional competence including recognition of one's own emotions, recognition of emotions in others, emotion vocabulary, empathy, emotional expression and emotional regulation. 본 연구는 유치원 교육과정 표현생활영역을 중심으로 한 유아 정서교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용함으로써 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 정서 관련 이론 고찰을 통하여 프로그램의 방향을 설정하였다. 둘째, 현행 유치원 교육과정과 지도자료집 분석 및 정서교육에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식 조사를 실시하여 프로그램 구성에 반영하였다. 셋째, 이론적 기초와 조사 자료를 토대로 하여 유아 정서교육 프로그램을 구성하였다. 넷째, 개발한 프로그램을 만 5세 유아를 대상으로 10주간 주 2~3회 적용한 후 그 효과를 검증하였다. 검증결과 유치원 교육과정 표현생활영역을 중심으로 한 유아 정서교육 프로그램은 유아의 자기정서인식, 타인정서인식, 정서어휘, 감정이입, 정서표현 및 정서조절에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

      • Cilostazol의 항혈소판 응집작용과 sodium citrate의 농도에 따른 혈소판 응집율에 대한 연구

        Cilostazol, 6- 〔4- (1-cyclohexyl- 1H-tetrazol -5-yl) butoxy〕 - 3, 4-dihydro- 2(1H)- quinolinone, is an antiplatelet/antithrombotic agent that has been used for treatment of chronic peripheral arterial occlusion. Cilostazol was studied for its inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation in vitro in rabbit plasma and in human plasma, and also for its antiplatelet effects ex vivo in rabbit after single oral administration. At time t=0, the rabbits were given a single oral dose of 14 ㎎/㎏ cilostazol. At 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 hours after drug administration, blood samples were taken for measurements of antiplatelet aggregation effect. Before the study of antiplatelet effects of cilostazol in rabbits, the effect of sodium citrate on platelet aggregation in various concentrations was studied to determine the optimal treatment. Cilostazol produced a potent inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in vitro. The maximum effect on antiplatelet aggregation was 14.4% and was appeared at 1 hour after drug administration. The optimum blood/anticoagulant (3.8% sodium citrate) ratio was 9 to 1, and 16 to 1 in human plasma and in rabbit plasma, respectively.

        유아의 정서능력과 관련변인간의 구조 분석

        본 연구는 유아의 정서능력과 관련변인들간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 구조 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 유아의 정서능력은 유아의 사회적 능력과 기질, 어머니의 애정적 양육행동의 직접적인 영향을 받으며, 유아의 사회적 능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 유아의 기질과 인지능력, 어머니, 아버지 및 교사의 긍정적 정서표현은 유아의 정서능력에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간접적인 영향 경로에서 유아의 사회적 능력과 어머니의 애정적 양육행동이 매개변인의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 잠재변인간의 직·간접적 영향에 의해 유아의 정서능력의 55%가 설명되었다. This study investigates the structure of young children's emotional competence and related variables (young children's temperament, young children's cognitive ability, young children's social competence, mother's affective rearing behavior, mother's positive expression, father's positive expression, and teacher's positive expression). Subjects for this study were 20 teachers, 236 five-year-old children, and their 472 parents (236 mothers and 236 fathers), all of whom were sampled from 20 classes of 17 public or private kindergartens in Chongju-si and Daejon-si. Data were analyzed with LISREL, a statistical program for structural equation modeling, to test the fit of the hypothesized structural model to the collected data. Results indicate that young children's emotional competence is directly influenced by their social competence, temperament, and mother's affective rearing behavior. At the same time, young children's emotional competence directly affect their social competence. Young children's temperament and cognitive ability as well as positive expressions of mother, father, and teacher indirectly affect emotional competence. In this study, the indirect effects of young children's cognitive ability and father's and teacher's positive expressions were mediated by children's social competence, while the indirect effects of young children's temperament and their father's positive expression were mediated by mother's positive expression and their affective rearing behavior.

        유아의 문제행동과 관련요인에 대한 단기 종단적 탐색

        This study, using the 5th to 7th wave data of Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC), is to investigate how young children’s problem behaviors have changed over years and have been affected by young children’s personal and parental variables. Young children’s problem behaviors were selected from the fifth wave data of PSKC, whereas young children’s personal and parental variables were formed from the fifth to seventh wave data. On these variables, correlations, means, and standard deviations were calculated using SPSS, and then, unconditional linear growth model using Mplus was applied. First finding was that young children’s problem behaviors were positively correlated with their negative emotionality, while such behaviors were negatively correlated with their sociability, mothers’ employment and warm parenting behaviors. Secondly, young children’s problem behaviors tended to decrease as their ages increased. Thirdly, boys or young children with negative emotionality showed more problem behaviors. On the contrary, young children with higher sociability and warm-parenting mothers tended to show less problem behaviors. 본 연구는 한국아동패널 5~7차년도 데이터를 이용하여 유아 문제행동의 종단적 양상을 밝히고 유아 개인변인과 부모변인이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 1,412명(남아 723명, 51.2%; 여아 689명, 48.8%)으로 한국아동패널 5차년도(2012년) 자료인 독립변인 및 5~7차년도(2012~2014년) 자료인 종속변인의 상관, 평균과 표준편차를 SPSS로 산출하고, 2012~2014년도 유아 문제행동을 종속변인으로 투입한 무조건적 선형성장모형(unconditional linear growth model) 분석을 Mplus(Muthen & Muthen, 2015)로 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아의 문제행동은 유아의 부정적 정서성과 정적인 관계를 보인 반면 유아의 사회성, 어머니의 취업 및 온정적 양육행동과 부적인 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 4~6세 유아의 문제행동은 연령이 증가하면서 점차 감소하였다. 셋째, 남아이거나 유아의 부정적 정서성이 높을수록 문제행동을 많이 보이는 반면, 유아의 사회성이 높고 어머니가 온정적으로 양육할수록 유아의 문제행동은 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 곽향정기산을 복용한 급성기 중풍환자의 제반특성연구

        Objective : The aim of this study was to examine the characteristics of the acute stroke patient who take Gwakhyangjeonggisan, and provide the basis of Gwakhyangjeonggisan prescription Method : We studied hospitalized patients within 4 weeks after their ictus who were admitted at Kyunghee University Oriental Medical Center, Kyunghee University East-West Neo Medical Center, Kyungwon University Oriental Medical Center, Semyung University Oriental Medical Center from February 2010 to July 2010 We compared the general characteristics of acute stroke patient according to herb medicine Result : The patient who take Gwakhyangjeonggisan show significant difference for sex, family history of Stroke, Face color, Tongue color, Pulse condition, HDL Cholesterol, Fastfood eating, Waist circumference. Conclusion : The above result show that Gwakhyangjeonggisan can be prescribed to stroke patient whose complaining gastrointestinal symptoms, & Oriental Medical Diagnosis is Cold & Deficiency type. Further studies will be needed to better understand the difference between Gwakhyangjeonggisan group and Other herb medicine among acute stroke patients.
