        다운증아 어머니의 기대성향이 비계화 교수와 문제해결학습에 미치는 효과

        이 연구는 어머니-다운증아의 상호작용을 통한 문제해결과정에서 어머니의 기대성향이 어머니 교수중재의 양과 수준에 미치는 영향과 다운증아의 적목피라미드 문제해결과제에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 두고 다운증아 어머니의 기대성향에 따른 어머니의 비계화 교수와 아동의 문제해결학습간의 관계를 탐색하고자 하는 것으로,만 6세인 다운증아 남아 3 명과 여아 3명인 전체 6 명 그리고 그 어머니들을 대상으로 하였다. 어머니-아동의 문제해결상호작용과정을 비디오로 촬영하여,어머니의 교수중재는 중재 수준,중재 양,유관 및 비유관 여부를 중심으로 그리고 아동의 문제해결은 성패를 중삼으로 양적 · 질적 분석을 병행 하였다. 연구결과 어머니의 기대성향이 긍정적일수록 아동의 문제해결 성패에 기반하여 중재 양과 중재 수준을 조절하는 유관 중재를 많이 사용하고 문제해결학습에서 부정적 기대성향의 다운증 자녀보다 더 긍정적 학습결과를 보인다. 또한 어머니의 비계화 교수 변인과 자녀의 문제해갤학습 변인사이에는 상호 관련작 양방향성 효과가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between maternal expectancy and maternal use of scaffolded instruction and problem-solving skills of children with Down syndrome. For this purpose, three boys and three girls with Down syndrome whose age were six years old and their mothers participated in this study. The mother-child interaction regarding problem-solving tasks was videotaped and analyzed. The qualitative and quantitative analyses were conducted to find out the condition and quantity of scaffolded instruction used by mothers, and degree of their contingency of the tasks. In addition, it was analyzed whether these children resolved given problems successfully or not. As a result, it was found that the mothers who had more positive expectancy relied more on contingent intervention that regulated the quality and quantity of instructions based on the success or failure of their child' s problem solving tasks, and that their children produced better learning outcome than the children of the mothers who had more negative expectancy. In addition, two-way interrelationships between the scaffolded instruction variable of the mothers and their children ’ s problem-solving learning variable were found.

        간호사 임상 경력 관리 프로그램 개발

        Purpose: This study is performed to develop the contents of career ladder program for nurses in a hospital. And this study present the appropriate strategies of career ladder program using the clinical ladder in clinical nursing field in Korea. Methods: The method of the study were modified Delphi technique with professional group for identifying nursing domains, steps of career ladder system and managerial strategy. Result: We identified tool of the nursing domains; nursing patient, quality approvement and research, development of human resources, leadership and qualifications of promotion and contents of ladder of each level. We created expected role consisted of clinical ladder and classified 4 steps; novice, competent, proficient, expert. And finally managerial principles and application process are presented in this study. Conclusions: Development of career ladder program at a hospital was not need many time consumption but very important tool of nursing profession. And it is needed to validate and refine the tool developed continuously.

      • 일부 종합병원 간호원의 문제중심 간호기록에 대한 지식 및 태도와 업무수행에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study were to determine the nurses' knowledge and attitude on Problem Oriented Nursing Records and their nursing performance to identify their degree of knowledge and attitude in relation to their nursing performance. Subjects were 227 nurses who work at a national university hospital in Seoul. Data were collected in July, 1983 using questionnaire. On the bases of these data, the following findings were observed; 1) The mean score of knowledge on PONR is 11.89±2.872 of 18. 2) The mean score of attitude on PONR is 32.489±5.855 of 50. 3) The 5 mean scores of nursing performance were 55.670+6.911 of 65 in General Nursing Practice, 44.423±6.519 of 55 in Interpersonal Relation, 25.454±5.411 of 35 in Independent Activity, 28.092±4.641 of 35 in Unit Management Activity, 22.819±4.386 of 30 in Implementing Nursing Process. 4) The nurses who practice the PONR have more knowledge than who don't. (p<0. 01) 5) There is not significant difference in nurses attitude between the nurses who practice the PONR and the nurses who don't. (p>0.05) 6) The degrees of nursing performance score of nurses in 5 nursing performance areas were not differed by the practice of PONR. (p>0.05) 7) The degree of knowledge has no relation to the attitude on POLAR; (p>0.05) 8) The degree of knowledge has no relation to the nursing performance. (p>0.05) 9) Among 5 nursing performance areas, three nursing areas have relation to nursing attitude; i. e, Independent Nursing Activity, Unit Management Activity and Impleme-nting Nursing Process.         정맥주입 전문간호사가 삽입한 말초삽입형 중심정맥관(PICC) 사용 결과에 대한 후향적 분석

        Background : Intravenous(Ⅳ) access is becoming an increasingly important part of health care today. The current drive for clinical effectiveness and cost-effective health care serves to increase the need for reliable vascular access. Venous access devices were developed to overcome problems associated with limited peripheral access and frequent venipuncture in patients with long-term therapy. Although the peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) have become popular during recent years in USA, its procedure is rare in Korea. Purpose : The goal of this study was to analyze the PICC inserted patient data by Ⅳ CNS intervention. Method : A Total of 62 PICCs were inserted into 51 patients by the Ⅳ CNS during a 10-month period form November, 14, 2002, to October 2, 2W2. Data was obtained retrospectively through chart review. Result : The patient population included 34(54.8%) men and 28(45.2%) women, with a mean age 50.6 years. The main indication for PICC placement was to access vein in poor peripheral venous status(40.3%). The mean served interval for PICC insertions was 16.7 days(range, 2~61 days). The reasons for removal were completed therapy in 18 cases(29.0%), patient death in 13 cases(21.0%), and mechanical or functional PICC problem in 10cases(16.1%). The three PICCs removed for presumed infection, and one had only positive tip cultures(0.2%). Conclusion : PICCs are rapidly growing popularity and required an extended course of Ⅳ therapy.

      • 프리미돈의 한국인에서의 생체이용율시험

        A reversed phase HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of primidone in human plasma. Propylthiouracil was used as an internal standard. Calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 10-120 ng/㎖. The coefficient of variation of the intra- and inter-day precision were below 15%. The coefficient of variation of the accuracy were below 15% in the concentration range investigated. A bioavailability study was performed using the validated HPLC method. Twenty four healthy human male volunteers were orally administered 20 mg of primidone. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using WinNonlin. The mean values of AUC_(LAST) was 85.0±17.7 ㎍ hr/㎖, C_(max) was 4.22±1.04 ㎍/㎖, T_(max) was 1.85±1.13 hr, t_(1/2) was 17.7±2.4 hr. The pharmacokinetic parameters and the HPLC method can be used for the desigm of bioequivalence study of primidone.

        Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

      • PREP 읽기강화 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구

        읽기는 모든 교과학습에 있어서 가장 기본적인 요소로서,개인의 지적발달,정서적 발달, 사회적 발달에 필수적이다. 주로 초등학교 저학년 시기와 발달지체아에게서 나타나는 읽기 곤란은 발달에 심각한 영향을 줄 수 있으며 이 영향은 청소년기와 성인기에까지 지속되는 경향이 있다. 현재 우리나라에는 읽기에 대한 체계적인 프로그램이나 지도방법이 거의 소개되어 있지 않아 읽기장애아 지도에 많은 어려움이 있는 실정이다. 이에 이 연구는 아동발달,인지,정보동합이론에 기초한 PREP 읽기강화 프로그램을 국내에 처음으로 소개하고, 이를 우리 실정에 맞는 프로그램으로 개발 · 보급하기 위해 PREP 구성의 기본원리,적용대상과 구성내용,적용효과와 현장적용 가능성윤 탐색하고자 한다. As the most essential components in leaming textbooks, reading are very important to develop a individual intelligence, emotion, and sociality. Reading difficulties appearing in the lower grades of an elementary school and children with developmental disabilities on the whole might give severe effects on the development, and it has a tendency to continue until the adulthood. We are having many problems in the systemic program and teaching method in teaching children with reading difficulties in Korea. So this study would introduce PREP(PASS reading enhancement program), based on a children development and a cognitiveness to the Korea and search for the theorical background of PREP, is applying for, organization and effects, and the possibility of application to classroom under the circumstances.

      • 2차원 저속절삭에 있어서 버어의 생성에 관한 연구

        Recently the development of CNC machine tools seems to bring about progressional high speed, precision, and automation in cutting processing, but is unlikely to avoid the generation of burr arising from plastic deformation, which may result in deterioration of improvement in the precision and productivity of products. This study conducted a comparative analysis of the sizes of burrs via two-dimensional low speed cutting experiments under varied different cutting conditions by taking as its materials of cutting A6061, A2014, STS304 and SM40C commonly used for precision machine paets, motor cars, aircrafts, and so on. When the depths of burrs increase, the size of the burrs are inclined to increase linearly at their final stage rather than the lateral sizes of the burrs. When cutting becomes fast in speed, the lateral sizes of burrs appear consistent, but from a relative perspective the sizes of the final burrs tend to be remarkably increased. An increase in the angle of inclination of α is seen as effective in reducing the thickness of burrs, and burrs were more decreased in size on coating tools rather than in uncoating tools.

        상위인지 전략훈련이 독해부진아의 독해력과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        독해는 특정 교과에 한정되는 교과 활동이기보다는 모든 교과학습의 기초이기 때문에 초등학교 아동의 독해학습부진은 반드시 해결해야 할 중요한 과제이다. 기존에는 독해력 결함의 원인을 주로 상징과 소리 협응에 대한 법칙학습 장애나 시지각 장애로 귀착시켰으나, 최근에는 정보처리 과정상의 결함 내지 읽기에 관한 배경지식의 결함과 글을 읽고 이해하는 데 필요한 상위인지 전략의 선택 및 활용 부족을 원인으로 보는 경향이 유력하다. 이 연구는 상위인지 전략훈련(자기교시 전략훈련과 자기조절 전략훈련)이 초등학교 고학년 독해부진아의 독해력 향상과 유지, 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 밝히기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과, 상위인지 전략훈련은 독해부진아의 독해력 향상과 유지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 자기효능감의 경우 양 집단 모두 뚜렷한 효과를 보였으나 양집단 간에는 효과의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. Recently, the strategy training for learning disabled children is widely applied so that learners themselves can set up self-planning, self-monitoring and self- evaluation, self-instruction and self-regulation strategy training methods that are based on the explicit instruction have proved their effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of self-regulation and self-instruction training methods for reading-comprehension on poor reader, and to investigate the improvement of the perception of self-efficacy for reading- comprehension of the children. In order to accomplish this purpose were 4th, 5th, and 6th graders of registered two primary schools within Daegu and selected 48 students who are delayed more than 1.5 year in their reading comprehension ability by the Reading Ⅱ(Reading Comprehension Test) of the fundamental learning ability test(by Park, Kyong-sook and others, 1985) and they were divided into two groups by 24 children at random. The children were randomly assigned to three conditions of self-regulation strategy training, self-instruction strategy training. The experimental group subjects were trained by two teachers at each experimenting school for 30 minutes, 5 times a week for 20 times in all by utilizing the self-study hours in the morning and lunch time. The following conclusion were obtained from the results and discussions of this study: First, the self-regulation and self-instruction strategy training is effective. The expected improvement of reading-comprehension ability of the self-regulation strategy training is higher than that of the self-instruction strategy training. Second, the effect of the self-instruction strategy training and the self-regulation strategy training is transferred to the effect maintains. The expected improvement of reading-comprehension ability of the self-regulation strategy training is maintained for a long time. Third, a relationship is revealed between the methods of the self-regulation and self-instruction strategy training is transferred to the improvements of self-efficacy for reading comprehension.

      • 평면연삭버어의 가공조건에 의한 영향

        This study has been carried out to prevent and decrease the grinding burr under various working conditions; number of grinding passes, depth of cut, hardness of the materials and work speed. Grinding wheel is WA grinding wheel and workpieces are SM45C, SS41, SCM23 and STS 304. The results of tained from this study are as follows; The length of gringing burr increased with increasing grinding passes and it has nothing to do with materials and heat treatment. The size of grinding burr increased with increasing grinding depth and feed speed. The size of grinding burr decreased with increased cross setion and of workpiece. According as the hardness of material was increased, the width of grinding burr decreased conspicuously owing to suppression of plastic zone of burr root part.
