        張仲景辯治小便不利學術思想的發展演變硏究

        Dysuria has been mentioned several times in “Treatise on cold” and “Golden Chamber” of Zhang Zhong-jing in Han Dynasty. This article makes a detailed discussion of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prescription of Dysuria from three periods that is Han and Tang Dynasty, Song and Yuan Dynasty, Ming and Qing Dynasty. It has demonstrated the inheritance, development and innovation of academe ideas of later physicians from Zhang Zhong-jing, which enriched and developed the theory of Zhong-jing.

        The Construction Plot Of Korean Love Films

        한국의 영화는 현재까지 발전하는 걸 보면 사랑주제로 영화가 제일 성공적이다. 이런 영화들이 한국뿐만 아니라 심지어 아시아 전 세계적으로 인기가 많다. 사랑 주제 영화는 여러 나라 사람들의 받아들일 수 있는 이유가 바로 여러 가지 사랑 요소를 융합하고 받아들이기 때문이다. 현재 도시에서 사랑은 점차 얻기가 아주 힘들고 희소한 요소가 되었다. 동화 세계에서 나온 아름다운 사랑은 현대 사회에서 우리를 점점 떠나고 보기가 어렵다. 그런데 한국의 사랑 주제 영화에서 볼 수 있다. 이런 영화는 우리에게 현대 도시에서 발생한 희비극을 보여주고 아주 오랜만에 감동을 받게 하였다. Korea love film increasingly mature type mode and narrative mode so that Korea love film charm, not only led to the prosperity of the entire Korean film industry, but also expanded the Korean film in the global influence and value. Therefore, the main preparation of this article briefly discusses and explore the Korean modern love of the type of film and narrative mode. In this paper, i will use the film narrative theory to analyze Korean love films, focusing on the theme of youth love movies, the elderly love theme movie, romantic comedy love film, and the theme of love action movies, gay theme love movie, thriller love films, the theme of love fantasy movies. By analysis of the narrative perspective, narrative techniques, narrative style, narrative structure, narrative time, narrative level, the narrative mode of narrative elements used in the film, allowing readers will understand the content and meaning of the film"s more profound. The plot of Korean love movie is set from character setting, plot setting to personal emotional predicament setting, personal world view predicament setting, time and space dilemma setting and personal status setting. The Korean love movie shows the different narrative strategies and Plot mode to construct the plot.

        Effects of co-ion initial concentration ratio on removal of Pb2+ from aqueous solution by modified sugarcane bagasse

        A modified sugarcane bagasse (SCB) fixed bed column was used to remove Pb2+ from aqueous solution. To determine the optimal condition for Pb2+ separation, Ca2+ was chosen as the model interfering ion, and effects of Ca2+ and Pb2+ initial concentration ratio (C0 Ca : C0 Pb) on the adsorption of Pb2+ were investigated. Results showed that adsorption amount ratio of Ca2+ and Pb2+ (qe Ca : qe Pb) had a good linear relationship with C0 Ca : C0 Pb. Mass ratio of Pb2+ absorbed on the modified SCB was higher than 95% at C0 Ca : C0 Pb<1.95, illustrating that Pb2+ could be selectively removed from aqueous solution. To verify that, simulated waste water containing co-ions of K+, Na+, Cd2+ and Ca2+ was treated, and results showed that the equilibrium amount of Pb2+, K+, Na+, Cd2+ and Ca2+ adsorbed was 134.14, 0.083, 0.058, 1.28, and 1.28mg g−1, respectively, demonstrating that the modified SCB could be used to remove Pb2+ from aqueous solution in the investigated range.

        Preparation and Evaluation of Pectin-based Colon-specific Pulsatile Capsule In Vitro and In Vivo

        The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a colon-specific, pulsatile drug delivery system, which consists of an impermeable capsule body filled with a 5-aminosalicylic acid rapid-disintegrating tablet and a pectin-based erodible plug placed in the opening of the capsule body. To obtain an appropriate gel-forming ability and suitable lag time for the colon-specific drug delivery, high-methoxy pectin (HM-pectin) was formulated with lactose and lowmethoxy pectin (LM-pectin) with HPMC to prepare the plug tablet. In order to evaluate the lag time, prior to the rapid drug release, both the formulation of the plug tablet and in vitro release medium were studied. The lag time prior to the rapid drug release was mainly determined by the HM-pectin/lactose or LM-pectin/HPMC ratio. The addition of pectinase or rat cecal content into the release medium shortened the lag time significantly, which predicted the probable enzyme sensitivity of pectin plug tablet. In vivo studies showed that the plasma concentration of drug can only be detected 6 h after oral administration of the pulsatile capsule, which indirectly proved the colon-specific characteristics. These results show that the pulsatile capsule may have the therapeutic action for colon-specific drug delivery.

        Dynamic SFC placement with parallelized VNFs in Data Center Networks: A DRL-based approach

        Network Function Virtualization (NFV) technology can tie together a set of Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) as a Service Function Chain (SFC). Although NFV is a promising technology for the placement of user service requests, SFCs often suffer from high delay and low throughput. This paper develops an efficient approach based on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) with the aim of deploying VNFs with low delay during heterogeneous bandwidth demands in Data Center Networks (DCNs). We design an architecture that exploits the dependencies of VNFs to parallelize them and also preserve more resources for processing future requests by extracting the distribution of initialized VNFs. Our algorithm is expected to maximize the long-term reward and improve the computational acceleration in provisioning user service requests. Our evaluations show that the proposed algorithm reduces the service delay by 12% through parallelized VNFs.

      • Clinical Study on Lobaplatin Combined with 5-Fu and Concurrent Radiotherapy in Treating Patients with Inoperable Esophageal Cancer

        Objective: To investigate short- and long-term treatment effects and side reactions of lobaplatin plus 5-Fu combined and concurrent radiotherapy in treating patients with inoperable middle-advanced stage esophageal cancer. Methods: Sixty patients with middle-advanced stage esophageal squamous cell cancer were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were administered lobaplatin (50 mg intravenously) for 2 h on day 1, and 5-Fu ($500mg/m^2$) injected intravenously from day 1 to 5 for 1 cycle, in an interval of 21 days for totally 4 cycles. At the same time, late-course accelerated hyperfractionated three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was performed. Patients were firstly treated with conventional fractionated irradiation (1.8 Gy/d, 5 times/week, a total of 23 treatments, and DT41.4 Gy), and then treated with accelerated hyperfractionated irradiation (1.5 Gy, 2 times/d, a total of 27 Gy in 9 days, an entire course of 6-7 weeks, and DT 68.4Gy). Results: All patients completed treatment, including 10 complete response (CR), 41 partial response (PR), 7 stable disease (SD), and 2 progressive disease (PD). The total effective rate was 85.0% (51/60). Thirty-nine patients had an increased KPS score. One-, 2-, and 3-year survival rates were 85.3%, 57.5%, and 41.7%, respectively. The median survival time was 27 months. The adverse reactions included myelosuppression, which was mainly degree I and II. The occurrence rate of radiation esophagitis was 17.5%. No significant hepatic or renal toxicity was observed. Conclusion: Lobaplatin plus 5-Fu combined with concurrent radiotherapy is safe and effective in treating patients with middle-advanced stage esophageal cancer. However, this result warrants further evaluation by randomized clinical studies.

        Seismic Factor of Safety for 3D Reinforced Soil Slope with Piles under Unsaturated Condition

        This study investigates the seismic stability of reinforced slope under a three-dimensional (3D) rotational horn-like failure mechanism, using the pseudo-dynamic approach and provides a new procedure to estimate factor of safety (FS) for slope. Such a procedure is able to figure out the influences of the seismic force, the soil property and the reinforcement by piles. Pseudo-dynamic approach is used to describe the seismic force in the time-to-spatial fields in unsaturated soils where matric suction works. Compared to the pseudo-static approach, the current approach considers the effects of time and spatial through the horizontal and vertical shear waves. For the pile driving, different insertion depths can yield various results, whether two work conditions of considering the pile resistance or not are discussed. FS of this study undergoes a decrement as the increase of the pile resistance and seismic force, indicating that the insertion depth affects FS where FS decreases in the early period of pile driving, after that increases and keeps constant in the late of pile driving, showing evident unimodal characteristics during the pile driving. The new expressions for slope reinforced by piles are presented for practical use in unsaturated soil engineering.

        Isolation of Eight DM domains of Dmrt genes in Rana Livida (Amphibia: Anura)

        The Dmrt gene family encodes putative transcription factors, sharing a highly conserved DNA-binding domain-the DM domain, related to the sexual regulators Doublesex from Drosophila melanogaster and MAB-3 from Caenorhabditis elegans. Besides sex determination or differentiation, this gene family has evolved to adopt functions in other developmental pathways. In this paper, eight distinct DM related transcription factor (Dmrt) genes from both male and female and detected using PCR and the SSCP technique. No sexual differences were observed. These fragments (named RlDmrt1a, RlDmrt1b, RlDmrt2a, RlDmrt2b, RlDmrt2c, RlDmrt3, RlDmrt4, RlDmrt5) exhibited 98%, 98%, 95%, 95%, 95%, 99%, 92% and 83% similarity respectively to the corresponding homologous human Dmrt genes. Phylogenetic analysis based on DM domain amino acid sequence similarities suggested that vertebrate and invertebrate Dmrt genes can be grouped into seven distinct subfamilies. Interestingly, sequence analysis further illustrates that the gene Dmrt1 and 2 found in R. livida are duplicated. The DM domains of R. livida genes contained two conserved zinc-chelating sites (CCHC and HCCC). Identification of these genes is a potential step in understanding development regulations including sex determination in green cascade frog.
