        SWAT 모형을 이용한 만대천 유역의 비점오염 예측과 초생대 수질 개선 효과 분석

        Mandae watershed in Gangwon province has been known as one of soil erosion hot spot watersheds within Hanggang basin. Thus numerous efforts have been made to reduce soil erosion and pollutant loads into receiving watershed. However, proper best management practices have not been suggested because no monitoring flow and water quality data were available. Thus, modeling technique could not be utilized to evaluate water quality issue properly at Mandae watershed to develop and implement the best management practices. In this study, the SWAT model was applied to the Mandae watershed, Gangwon province to evaluate the SWAT prediction ability and water quality improvement with vegetated filter strip (VFS) in this study. The Nash-Sutcliffe model efficiency (NSE) and Coefficient of determination ($R^2$) values for flow simulation were 0.715 and 0.802, respectively, and the NSE and $R^2$ values were 0.903 and 0.920 for T-P simulation indicating the SWAT can be used to simulate flow and T-P with acceptable accuracies. The SWAT model, calibrated for flow and T-P, was used to evaluate water quality improvement with the VFS in agricultural fields. It was found that approximately 56.19 % of T-P could be reduced with vegetated filter strip of 5 m at the edge of agricultural fields within the watershed (34.86 % reduction with VFS of 1m, 48.29 % with VFS of 3 m). As shown in this study, the T-P, which plays key roles in eutrophication in the waterbodies, can be reduced with proper installation of the VFS.

        치위생(학)과 학생의 전공만족도, 회복탄력성이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 융합적 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the degree of major satisfaction, resilience and clinical practice satisfaction of dental hygiene students, and to find out factors affecting clinical practice satisfaction. A survey was conducted for students from the dental hygiene department with clinical practice experience, and a total of 256 questionnaires were finally analyzed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed according to the purpose of the study. As a result of the study, it was found that relational of major satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the variables affecting clinical practice satisfaction. Based on these results, in order to improve clinical practice satisfaction, it is important to increase relationship satisfaction as a sub-factor of major satisfaction. 본 연구는 치위생(학)과 학생의 전공만족도, 회복탄력성 및 임상실습만족도 정도를 알아보고, 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위하여 시행되었다. 임상실습 경험이 있는 치위생(학)과 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 총 256부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료분석은 연구 목적에 따라 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 전공만족도의 관계만족이 유의한 정적영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 임상실습만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 전공만족도 중 관계만족을 높이는 것이 중요하며, 학생에 대한 교수자의 지지, 라포 형성 등 관계만족을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요하다.

        학령후기 아동의 건강개념 및 건강행위에 관한 서술적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore the late schooler's health concept and health behavior. The research was a descriptive method using a self-report questionaire which include semi open-ended questions. the subjects were 458 late schooler's from 4 to 6 grade. The results were as follows : 1. Perceived health concepts were ‘having no illness’ ‘having normal physical feature and strength’ ‘eating food well’ ‘take exercise’ ‘having a bright mind’ ‘having good interpersonal relationships’‘having strong will’ ‘recovering well’. 2. Perceived health behaviors to maintain health were ‘taking proper exercise’ ‘eating proper food’ ‘maintaining cleanliness’ ‘taking sufficient rest and sleep’ ‘having a vigor life and positive thought’ ‘having good interterpersonal relationships’ ‘receiving health check and immunization’. 3. Health behaviors carried out at present were ‘taking proper exercise’ ‘eating proper food’ ‘having a vigor life and positive thought’ ‘receiving health check an immunization’ ‘taking supplementary drugs’ ‘having a regular life’ ‘maintaining cleanliness’ ‘maintaining warmth’. 4. Perceived causes of illness were ‘taking inproper food’ ‘uncleanliness’ ‘insufficient warmth or environment’ ‘lack of exercise or overexertion’ ‘irregular life habits’ ‘contact with germs’ ‘mental stress’. 5. Perceived treatments of illness were ‘having sufficient rest and sleep’ ‘mental relaxation’ ‘eating food’ ‘ maintinging cleanliness’ ‘ maintaining warmth’ ‘taking supplementary drug’ ‘receiving medical treatment’.

        비골골절 정복술 후 커진 지방육아종의 치험례

        Purpose: Lipogranuloma is the reaction of adipose tissue to various oils, paraffin, and other hydrocarbons injected into subcutaneous tissue for cosmetic or other reasons. The authors experienced a case of sclerosing lipogranuloma on the nasal dorsum. Methods: A 42-year-old female, without a history of the injection of any foreign materials, was admitted on our hospital for a painless, irregular, and firm mass located on her nasal dorsum with step-off deformity. It was considered that the mass had developed after augmentation rhinoplasty. The size of mass had been increased after closed reduction of nasal bone fracture. On April 2011, under general anesthesia, the mass was removed by open rhinoplasty technique. In addition, a pathologic examination was performed. After the mass extirpation, dermofat graft was performed for the correction of depression deformity. Results: The histopathological findings demonstrated a Swiss cheese pattern with variably-sized vacuoles, which corresponded to lipid removed with tissue processing, and variable foreign body giant cell reaction, fat necrosis, and hyalinized fibrous tissue. The pathologic diagnosis is lipogranuloma replacing nasalis muscle. It has been considered that sclerosing lipogranuloma is caused by nerve injury during augmentation rhinoplasty and the ointment used after the closed reduction of nasal bone fracture, which infiltrated through the injured mucosa. Conclusion: During the treatment of rhinoplasty or nasal bone fracture, the nerve injury or the ointment use can lead to lipogranuloma. Therefore, careful dissection for avoidance of the nerve injury and limited use of ointment seems to be helpful in decreasing incidence of lipogranuloma.

        복분자(Rubus coreanus Miquel) 추출물이 MC3T3-E1 조골세포의 활성과 분화에 미치는 영향

        골조직은 골아세포, 파골세포, 골세포 등으로 구성되며, 골개조시 여러 인자가 세포증식, 분화, 활성화 및 골대사 조절에 관여한다. 이때 조골세포의 활성은 골형성에 중요하므로, 본 연구에서는 MC3T3-E1 조골세포주를 이용하여 식용자원인 복분자의 조골세포의 증식과 분화활성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 복분자 추출물이 조골세포의 성장에 미치는 영향을 MTT 검색법으로 조사한 결과, 복분자 추출물 $10\;{\mu}g/mL$ 처리시 대조군과 비교하여 $142\%$ 증가하여 조골세포에 대해 높은 성장률을 보였다. 복분자 추출물이 ALP 효소 활성에 미치는 영향을 3일 간격으로 배지교환 및 시료처리를 하면서 27일 동안 배양시간에 따른 변화를 측정하여 조사하였다. 그 결과, 농도 1, 10, $100\;{\mu}g/mL$ 처리시 $100\;{\mu}g/mL$을 제외한 나머지 분획물들이 시간이 지남에 따라 ALP 활성을 증가시켰고, $10\;{\mu}g/mL$ 농도의 추출물은 27일째에 대조군에 비해 약 2.6배 이상, 양성대조군에 비해 약 1.5배 이상 ALP 활성을 증가시켰다. 복분자 추출물은 다시 ALP 효소 염색법과 Alizarin Red 염색으로 조골세포의 ALP활성유도, 분화와 석회화 형성능을 재확인하였으며 골기질 유전자의 발현의 변화도 확인하였다. 따라서 종래의 골질환에 좋다고 알려진 식품인 복분자 추출물이 양성대조군에 비해 빠르게 세포 증식과 분화를 유도하고 있어 앞으로 복분자에 대한 좀 더 깊은 분자생물학 수준 등의 구체적인 연구들과 기작연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이라 추측된다. The osteoblastic cell activity is important for born formation, thus, this study was performed to investigation of that the effect of edible sources, Rubus coreanus Miquel (RCM), on the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic like cell. The effects of RCM extract on cell proliferation were measured by MIT assay. At 1, $10\;{\mu}g/mL$ of RCM extract treated, that were elevated of cell proliferation to 103 and $142\%$ via control, respectively. And the cell differentiation were measured as alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity at 3, 9, 18, and 27 days. As the results, the $10\;{\mu}g/mL$ was increased ALP activity more than 2.6 times compared with control, 1.4 times via positive control at 27th day (p<0.05). The optical concentration of RC extract was rechecked by ALP staining and Alizarin Red staining for investigation of the induction of ALP activity, nodule formation by mineralization. mRNA expression analysis showed that the RCM $(10\;{\mu}g/mL)$ increased in SOX9 as well as ALP in MC3T3-E1 cells. These results suggest that RC extract was stimulates the MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation and differentiation.

        안와골절에서 결막절개를 통한 Medpor 내고정술의 합병증 분석과 치료

        Purpose: In accordance to an increased interest in facial appearance and the popularization of computed tomography scanning, the number of diagnosis and treatment of blowout fractures has been increased. The purpose of this article is to review pure blowout fracture surgery through transconjunctival incision focusing on complications and their management. Methods: In this retrospective study, 583 patients, who had been treated for pure blowout fracture through transconjunctival incision from 2000 to 2009, were evaluated. Their hospital records were reviewed according to their sex, age, fracture site, preoperative presentations, time interval between trauma and surgery, and postoperative complications. Results: According to postoperative follow-up results, there were early complications that included wound dehiscence and infection (0.2%), hematoma (insomuch as extraocular movement is limited) (0.7%), lacriminal duct injury (0.5%), and periorbital nerve injury (0.7%). In addition, there were late complications that lasted more than 6 months, that included persistent diplopia (1.7%), extraocular movement limitation (0.9%), enophthalmos (1.0%), periorbital sensation abnormalities (1.0%), and entropion (0.5%). Conclusion: We propose the following guidelines for prevention of postoperative complications: layer by layer closure; bleeding control with the epinephrine gauzes, Tachocomb, and Tisseel; conjunctival incision 2 to 3 mm away from punctum; avoidance of excessive traction; performing surgical decompression and high dose corticosteroid therapy upon confirmation of nerve injury; atraumatic dissection and insertion of Medpor Barrier implant after securing a clear view of posterior ledge; using Medpor block stacking technique and BioSorb FX screw fixation; performing a complete resection of the anterior ethmoidal nerve during medial wall dissection; and making an incision 2 to 3 mm below the tarsal plate.

        소양인(少陽人) 망음증(亡陰證)의 치방(治方)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        1. Background: This is the first documented study on the four medications for the Mangeum symptomatology (亡陰證) in the Soyangin disease category. The four medications, Hyeongbangsabaek-san (荊防瀉白散), Jeoryeongchajeonja-tang (猪?車前子湯), Hyeongbangjihwang-tang (荊防地黃湯), and Hwalseokgosam-tang (滑石苦蔘湯), were comparatively analyzed on their compositive principles and respective symptomatologies. 2. Methods: Previous literature, including classical works on earlier Sasang Constitutional Medicine (different editions of Donguisusebowon and Dongmuyugo), were reviewed for relevant material on the Mangeum medications. 3. Results and Conclusions: 1) Hyeongbangsabaek-san (荊防瀉白散) is used in pathologies of early stages of invasion of the internal heat in the lower-most burn-center (locus related to the Kidney system). 2) Jeoryeongchajeonja-tang (猪?車前子湯) is used when pathogenic dampness-heat invades the lower-most burn-center (locus related to the Kidney system). 3) Hyeongbangjihwang-tang (荊防地黃湯) is used to treat deficient heat involving injury of the lower-most burn-center (locus related to the Kidney system). 4) Hwalseokgosam-tang (滑石苦蔘湯) is used when the lower-most burn-center (locus related to the Kidney system) is in the early stages of exhaustion, expecially accompanied by concomitant dampness-heat. 5) The Mangeum symptomatology (亡陰證) was fully understood only after the completion of the 1901 Sinchuk edition (辛丑本) of Donguisusebowon (東醫壽世保元).

        ENA-A(ENA actimineral resource A) 이온수가 MC3T3-E1 조골세포의 활성과 분화에 미치는 영향

        Culture of osteoblast is extremely valuable in analyzing biological features that are specific to bone. ENA-A, ENA actimineral resource A, is a seaweed origin alkaline water. To investigate the bioactivity of ENA which act on bone metabolism, we studied the effects of a ENA on the activity of osteoblast MC3T3-E1 cells. ENA (1, 2, 4%) dose-dependently increased survival (p<0.05) and alkaline phosphatase activity (p<0.05) on MC3T3-E1 cell. And examined histochemistry and nodule formation according to the time course. To determine the expression patterns of bone-related proteins during the MC3T3-E1 osteoblast-like cell differentiation by using RT-PCR. This study suggest that ENA may promote the function of osteoblastic cells and play an important role in bone formation. 골조직은 골아세포, 파골세포, 골세포 등으로 구성되며, 골개조시 여러 인자가 세포증식, 분화, 활성화 및 골대사 조절에 관여한다. 이때 조골세포의 활성은 골형성에 중요하므로, 본 연구에서는 MC3T3-E1 조골세포주를 이용하여 해조류로 조제한 알칼리의 ENA-A 이온수가 조골세포의 증식과 분화활성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 먼저 ENA-A 이온수가 조골세포의 성장에 미치는 영향을 MTT 검색법으로 조사 한 결과, ENA-A 이온수 2% 처리시 대조군과 비교하여 134% 증가하여 조골세포에 대해 높은 성장률을 보였다. 또한 ALP 효소 활성에 미치는 영향을 9일간 배양하여 그 변화를 측정하였다. 결과, 농도 1, 2, 4, 8% 처리시 112, 150, 188%까지 ALP 활성을 증가시켰다. ENA-A 이온수는 다시 ALP 효소 염색법과 Alizarin Red 염색으로 조골세포의 ALP활성유도, 분화와 석회화 형성능을 재확인하였으며 골기질 유전자의 발현의 변화도 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구결과를 통해 각종 무기질 성분을 함유한 ENA 이온수가 조골세포의 분화시에 hydroxyapatite 형성에 영향을 줌으로써 골다공증 예방에 효과가 있을것으로 생각하여 이를 보고하는 바이다.
