        불평형을 고려한 절삭력 모델에 관한 연구

        This paper is on a new cutting force model which includes the force caused by unbalance. The cutting forces under the different additional masses are measured with the spindle speed changed. The model is justified through correlation between simulation and experimental result.

        전기화상으로 인한 신경조직 손상에 대한 실험적 연구

        The objective of this study was to determine by observing nerves and muscle tissues to what degree tissue damage progressed after electrical burns. 30 rats were divided into 6 subgroups by post-burn periods with 5 rats in each group: one-day, four-day, seven-day, fourteen-day, and thirty-day groups. Light microscopic studies were done in each group to observe the change of the nerves and muscles, and eletron microscopiacl studies were done also in the one-day, two-day, four-day, seven-day, fourteen-day, thirth-day groups for detailed changes of nerve tissues. The results were as follows: 1. Under the light microscope, nerves and muscles were compared in relation to progression of tissue damage. Nerve changes were the the following: In the one-day group edema and vacuolization were seen in the nerve tissue. In the two-day group, necrotic change progressed to 0.75-1cm in length. After the four-day group, there was no progression of the nerve necrotic loss. The musclar changes were remarkable: The muscles showed immediate necrosis. In the two-day groups, there was rapid progression of the necrosis to a length of 2.5-3.0cm. In the four-day group, there was slow progression of the necrosis, when compared to the two-day group, and the necrotic muscle length was 3.0-3.5cm. After the four-day group, there was no progression. 2. Under the electron microscope, the changes of the nerves were the following: In the one-day group, the myelin sheath was disorganized from the lamellar structure. The axon was vacuolized and nerve cells showed mitochondrial swelling and many lysosomal bodies. In the two and four-day groups, the myelin sheath was fragmented and lost lamellar structure. In another groups, after four-day group, the nerves that were located at more than 1 cm from the center showed mild axobal vacuolization and less severe damage on myelin sheath tnan previous groups. Thees findings suggested that the damage to the nerves was lesser than that it the muscles, and that electric burns were not progressive after the fourth day.

        Inaba씨 변법을 이용한 액취증 치료

        The principle of operative management of osmidrosis axillae is surgical removal of axillary sweat glands. The authors reviewed 52 patients who had treated osmidrosis axillae by use of Inaba's subcutaneous tissue shaver from 1986 to 1988, and were followed up more than 1 year from the department of plastic surgery, Kyungbook National University School of Medicine. The results were as follows : There were 41 females and 11males. The age of the patients ranged from 14 years to 54 years with the mean age of 22 years. There was no recurrence of objective axillary odor and axillary sweating was decreased remarkable. Although there were one skin necrosis, two wound dehiscence, and one hypertrophic scar, the scars of the wounds were generally fine due to samll incision following the skin creases. There was no limitation of motion of arms. Axillary skin was slightly hyperpigmented for 6 months and then returned slowly to normal color. The apocrine glands of axillae were rarely seen in post-operative histologic findings.

        밈 이론의 관점으로 분석한 공간지 텍스트 속 주요 인물들의 밈 양상

        The purpose of this study was to measure and observe Memes of people in Korean modern architectural discourse. After extracting Memes from the text of ‘SPACE’ magazines, network analysis was used with the Memes which were obtained. As a result, the five most eminent people in the SPACE magazine discourse texts were Le Corbuiser, Mies Van der Rohe, Louis Kahn, Kim Soo geun and Gilles Deleuze, and the Meme pattern for each character is as follows. Le Corbuiser : ‘Modernism’ Memes were most exuded, and it was found that both thought and work had a lot of influence. Also, from the 1960s until recently, Memes have consistently been released the most. Mies Van der Rohe : ‘Modernism’ Memes were most exuded, and it was found that both thought and work had a lot of influence. Among ‘Modernism’, the ‘Minimalism’ Meme took the majority. Many memes had been released before 2010, but since 2010, the number has decreased significantly. Louis Khan : Various Memes were released evenly, led by ‘Phenomenology’ and ‘Sense of Place’. Both thought and work were found to have a great influence. Since its appearance in the 1980s, it has been consistently emitting a lot. Kim Swoo Geun : There were many Memes about personal relationships, not thoughts or philosophies. Also, from the death of Kim Swoo Geun to the mid-90s, many Memes have been released for several years and since then, little has been released. Gill Deleuze : Many memes in philosophy, not architecture, were released. Since its appearance in the late 1990s, it has often been released.

        밈 이론의 관점으로 분석한 공간지 담론계 속 주요 건축 사조들의 밈 양상

        The purpose of this study was to measure and observe Memes of major architectural trends in Korean modern architectural discourse. After extracting Memes from the text of ‘SPACE’ magazines, network analysis was used with the Memes which were obtained. As a result, Memes with various contents were investigated, and these Memes could be divided into 24 Memeplexes according to their contents. Among them, four trends considered important in architectural history - Modernism, Post modernism + De-constructivism, Post structuralism + Philosophy of devenir, Phenomenology + Sense of place were examined in more detail. Memplex in the phenomenological family showed strong divergence, surpassing the influence of modernism Memeplex after the 2010s.

        초음파지방흡입기기가 돼지의 지방 및 근육조직에 미치는 영향

        Ultrasonic liposuction has been popular for the removal of fat. Ten Yorkshire pigs served as the experimental models and the fat tissue in the back and abdomen and the biceps femoris muscle in the thigh were exposed. The animal models were divided into 4 groups according to the mechanism of cellular destruction. Group 1: a combined mechanism of ultrasonic and thermal effects, Group 2: as same as group 1 except minimal thermal effect, Group 3: only the ultrasonic effect, group 4: only the thermal effect. Then the ultrasound was applied to the fat and muscle of each group. In the infiltrated group of Klein solution, the increase of the temperature was less than the noninfiltration group. There was a significant increase of the temperature in the muscle than in the fat approximately one and half folds in vivo. Fat cells were destroyed more in the infiltrated group than in the noninfiltration group. But muscle was destroyed less in the infiltration group. The reduced weight changes of the destroyed fat cells were about 1.2-4.7% in group 1, 1.1-3.6% in group 2, 1.0-1.9% in group 3, 0.7-1.0% in group 4. There was no muscle cell damage in the group 3 and the degree of destruction was similar in the group 1 and group 4. Also light microscopic and electromicroscopic findings of muscles were similar in group 1 and group 4. These findings suggest that the main cause of the muscle damage is thermal burn due to the contact of the cannula. In the fat cell, the pure ultrasound effect of the ultrasonic liposuction was calculated as 57%. and the thermal effect 31%. But in the muscle group the destructive effect was due to thermal effect, and ultrasound showed minimal effect. In the electromicroscopy, there was fragmentation and abnormal contour of the cell membrane, loss of the nucleus, many vacuoles in the fat droplet, and loss of aggregation between cells and scattered appearance of the fat cells. In the ultrasound liposuction, many mechanisms are involved and among them cavitation mechanism to weaken the cell membrane and thermal damage play an important role.

        The purpose of this paper is to study cases and the way to motion images work on the architecture. First of all, the reason that motion images have been popular in contemporary society and art were researched after the history, concepts, properties of motion images were researched. Next, the world wide cases that show motion images work on the architecture were grouped into 'Properties of motion images', 'Spaces motion images are displayed' and researched. And in conclusion. based on previous examples, the perspect and the significance of motion images in future architecture were concluded.

Korean modern architectural discourse field was influenced by people in order of American, French and Korean. 2. Korean modern architectural discourse field was influenced by people in order of Le Corbuiser, Mies Van der Rohe, Louis Kahn, Kim Soogeun and Gilles Deleuze.
