        SWOT 분석을 통한 중국 칭다오(靑島)시 도시개발 방향과 정책적 시사점

        Qingdao, China city s urban industrial development in rapidly and changing international environment and tourism development through urban development and to set the direction of the two sides of the axis. Through which my be inferred and swot way through the exterior environmental factors analysis of urban development strategies with the result and conclusions following hints. First, aggressive strategies (SO) and saving opportunities (O) with unique strengths (S). This is an urban development project, Qingdao innovative industries to foster the development and collective measures are necessary, and Qingdao throughout the history of tourism hub strategy is required. Secondly, diversification strategy to minimize or avoid with unique strengths (S) (T) threat (ST) ministers. (Republic of Korea) having a sister city Qingdao to diversification strategy, New Blue Qingdao Ocean caused by industrial development, the Silicon Valley was looking and industrial development, maintenance and conservation in the development context. The development of new variety of tourist, stressing the importance that we need are right now. Third, development save opportunities (O) complement the (W) and diversion strategies (WO) weaknesses were identified. These include land and maritime transport networks by deploying the weakness of industrial development and tourist development opportunities complementary strategy in a way that was derived. Fourth, weaknesses(W) and threats(T) presented (WT) defensive strategy as a strategy to utilize the analysis. This is jointly holding about key events such as industrial development strategies between major cities appeared as necessary.

      • 저선량 감마선 조사가 왕겨의 항산화능에 미치는 영향

        왕겨에 200, 400, 600, 800 및 1000 Gy의 저선량의 감마선을 조사하여 항산화능의 변화를 관찰하였다. 총 페놀 화합물의 양은 무처리구의 경우 0.184 mM를 나타내었고, 200 Gy로 감마선을 조사하였을 때는 0.215 mM로 약간 증가함을 보였으나 이후 차츰 감소하였다. 전자 공여능은 무처리구에 비해 처리구의 경우 조사 선량별로 조금씩의 차이만 있을 뿐, 조사 선량에 대한 왕겨의 전자 공여능은 유의적인 큰 변화 없이 비슷한 활성을 보였다. Fe^2+-ions 킬레이팅 활성은 무처리구의 경우 68.25%를 나타내었으며, 200, 400, 600 및 800 Cy 에서는 각각 86.45, 85.61, 86.65 및 82.84%로서 무처리구보다는 증가함을 보였으나, 1000 Gy에서는 74.67%로 감소하였다. 지질 과산화 억제능은 무처리구에 비해 처리구는 약간의 증가를 보였으나 효과는 미비하였다. We studied the effect of small-dose of γ-irradiation to rice hull(RH) for its antioxidant ability. The RH was treated with 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 Gy of γ-ray at 70 Gy/min. Total phenol amount of unirradiated RH was 0,184 mM, after irradiation at 200 Gy it increased to 0,215 mM, while irradiation above 400 Gy up to 1000 Gy decreased that to unirradiated level. The electron donating ability of RH did not show significant change depend on irradiation. The chelating ability for Fe^2+ of unirradiated RH was 68.25 %, while that of 200, 400, 600 and 800 Gy irradiated RH showed 86.45, 85.61, 86.65 and 82.84 % respectively, but, 1000 Gy was decreased to 74.67 %. According to TBARS analyses, inhibition ability of lipid peroxidation by RH was not affected by γ-irradiation.

      • 소라, Turbo cornutus SOLANDER 의 酸素 消費에 關하여

        소라의 呼吸에 미치는 溫度 및 明·暗의 影響을 究明하고 週期性과의 關係를 調査한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 소라의 酸素消費는 晝夜에 따라 週期性을 나타내었는데 日沒 2時間 後에 酸素消費量이 가장 높았다. 2. 溫度에 따른 酸素消費量은 10∼25℃의 範圍에서 增加하였고 30℃ 에서 減少하였다. 3. 明·暗에 따른 酸素消費量의 크기는 常溫(20∼25℃)에서 自然條件 馴化群, 暗馴化群, 明馴化群의 順이었다. 4. 明 및 暗馴化群의 酸素消費量은 10℃의 경우보다 30℃에서 현저한 減少를 나타냈다. 5. 溫度 및 明暗의 영향은 두 群 사이에 서로 비슷한 傾向을 보였다. The effects of temperature, light and dark for the respiratory rate and the periodic oxygen consumption of the topshell, Turbo cornutus SOLANDER was measured. The oxygen consumption patterns showed circadian rhythms which increased form sunset to midnight and decreased form midnight to midday. The highest value of respiratory rate was appeared in about 2 hours after the sunset. In the temperature range of 10∼20℃, the oxygen consumption increased with the increase of temperature, but markedly decreased at 30℃. The oxygen consumption in the animals acclimated to natural condition under 20∼25℃ water temperature was superior to the light and dark condition, respectively. The oxygen consumption in the animals acclimated to light and dark condition were significantly decreased at 30℃ than 10℃ water temperature. The effects of temperature and light condition for respiratory rate was appeared similarly between A and B groups.

      • 칼슘길항제와 혐수성 산소 라디칼 제거물질이 백서 피부판 생존에 미치는 영향

        Regulation of Ca^++ channels across cell menbranes can be dramatically altered by ischemic states, and such agents relates to cytotoxic effect. The genration of free radicals in ischemic tssue is detrimental to survive of that tissue. If intracellular calcium increasement and free radical production can be blocked or scavenged, tissue damage should be minimized. In the concept of above theory, the author studied the effect of nifedipine. α-tocopherol known as a calcium channel blocker and hydrohobic scavenger on the random pattern skin flap survical of white rats . Sprague-Dawley rats(N-60) were divided into four groups of control(no medication) , nifedipine(10㎎/ ㎏ /day, I.M.), α-tocopherol(20㎎/㎏/day, I.M.). nifedipine plus α-tocopherol. All of medications were given for 11days from 4days before flap elevation and contnued for 7days after flap elevation. When flap survival rates were measured. Flap tissue was obsered by gross, light microscooc and electron microscopic levels. The results were obtained as follows. 1. Groups treated with nifedipine. α-tocopherol. nifedipine +α-tocopherol showed significant increase of the area of flap survival compared with that of the control group.(P<0.001 in nifedipine group and α-tocopherol, and P<0.01 in nifedipine plus α-tocopherol group.) 2. The flap survival was best improved in the α-tocopherol group. (P>0.05). 3. Skin including dermis after 3 days of Nifedipine plus α-tocopherol group disclosed marked proliferation and dilatations of vessels in the deeper part. 4. Electron micrograph of endothelial cells after 3 and 5 days of Nifedipine and α-tocopherol groups disclosed intact basement membrane, swelling of endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria. Following the above results. It is suggested that calcium channel blocker and α-tocopherol seem to play a important role which incerase survival of the skin flap.

      • 소라, Turbo cornutus SOLANDER의 Energy 收支에 關하여

        소라에 대한 攝餌量과 排泄量 및 呼吸量을 測定하여 60日間에 대한 energy 收支를 調査한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 먹이로부터 變換된 energy의 量은 A群(殼長4∼6㎝)에서 9.003K-㎈, B群 (殼長6∼8㎝)에서 13.430K-㎈이였다. 2. 排泄에 消費된 energy 量은 17.3∼29.3%였으며 體內에 同化된 energy 量은 70.7∼82.7%였다. 3. 成長에 利用된 energy 量은 A群에서 3.213K -㎈, B群에서 2.568K-㎈였으며 47.0∼51.6%가 呼吸에 利用되었다. 4. 純 體重 增加에 利用된 energy는 A群에서 同化된 energy의 33.8%를, B群에서 20.1%를 나타냈다. The energy flow for the topshell, Turbo cornutus SOLANDER, was estimated from 11st July, 1977 to 8th September, 1977 with references to observations on the feeding rate, excretion, and respiration rate. The total energy of ingested by individual topshell was computed 9.003 K-㎈ per 60 days in A group (shell length 4∼6㎝) and 13.430 K-㎈ per 60 days in B group (shell length 6∼8㎝ ). The energy of excreta and the energy which was assimilated to body were 17.3∼29.3%, 70.7∼82.7% respectively of total ingested energy. The energy flux for the growth was about 3.212K-㎈ per 60 days in A group and about 2.568 K-㎈ per 60 days in B group. The amounts of energy loss in respiration was 47.0∼51.6% of total ingested energy and energy flux for net body growth was 33.8% of assimilation energy in A group and 20.1% in B group.

      • 중환자에서 동맥혈 가스분석 횟수와 그로인한 실혈량에 대한 연구

        Background : Arterial blood gas analysis is the most comon exam in intensive care unit. In this study, the frequency of blood gas analysis and the amount of blood loss after Blood Gas Analysis in Intensive Care Unit were observed. Methods : From November 1999 to February 2000, 115 patients admitted to intensive care unit at Soonchunhyang university Kumi hospital were studied prospectively for the frequency of blood gas analysis and the amount of blood loss after blood gas analysis in Intensive Care Unit. Results : The mean value of frequency of blood gas analysis was 6.41±6.49 and the mean value of amount of blood loss after blood gas analysis was 0.78ml. This was lower than that of other foreign reports. The patients with ventilator therapy above 24 hours showed higher frequency of blood gas analysis than that of not applied ventilator patients. Pulse oxymetry was applied to all patients and the frequency of blood gas analysis was decreased due to the use of strict pulse oxymetry. Conclusion : Doctors and nurses in intensive care unit keep in mind that adequate blood sampling is needed for the decrease of blood loss. Education and protocol for the decrease of blood loss after arterial blood gas analysis may be necessary.

      • 두피 전체의 발모광을 보이는 정신분열병 1례

        Trichotillomania is characterized by recurrent pulling of one's hair, resulting in significant hair loss and involves many hours each day of pulling hair or thinking about pulling hair. Patients pulled hair from a variety of sites, including scalp, eyelashes, eyebrows, pubic region, face, and body, but the highest incidence and severity involved scalp hair. This symptom asries as a part of symptom complexes in a variety of psychiatric disorders such as obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, mental retardation, eating disorder and schizophrenic disorder. The authors experienced a case of trichotillomania in a 42 year old schizophrenic patient whose total hair in scalp was pull out. Several literatures were reviewed and psychiatric aspect of trichotillomania were discussed. For the treatment of this patient, haloperidol and supportive psychotherapy had been tried and been proven effective.

      • 로렌츠 다양체상에서 쟈코비안의 비교 정리

        본 논문에서는 두 로렌츠 다양체 위에서 자코비안을 정의하고, 각 Ricci 곡률과 평균곡률의 조건이 주어질 때 두 자코비안의 크기를 비교하였으며 이 결과를 이용하여 [9]에서 증명한 Rauch 비교 정리도 간단히 증명 하였다. In this paper, we will define the Jacobian along the unit speed future directed timelike geodesic segment perpendicular to the spacelike submanifold N and present the comparison of Jacobians under assumption on the curvatures such as the extension of the Rauch comparison theorem for timelike geodesics[9].

      • 두개안면부 다한증에서 제2번 흉부교감신경 절단후 발한분포 변화에 대한 연구

        Craniofacial hyperhidrosis patients complain discormfort due to excessve sweating of head and face. Medical treatment has been used but it's effect is transient and side effects are very common. After introducing of video thoracoscope in 1986, many thoracic surgical procedures have been developed using video thoracoscope. But domestic papers about craniofacial hyperhidrosis have not been existed yet. This study analyzed the effect and patient's satisfaction of T2 symoathicotomy. The degree of sweating change of pre and post T2 sympathicotomy and compensatory hyperhidrosis using linear analogue scale in 15 craniofacial hyperhidrosis patients were analyzed. Craniofacial sweating disappeared after T2 sympathicotomy and patients' satisfactions were high. Compensatory hyperhidrosis appeared on trunk, back, abdomen, thigh and buttock but it's degree was not severe. Therefore T2 sympathicotomy is effective and safe method in treatment of craniofacial hyperhidrosis. But further evaluations are needed on more patients, long time follow-up and compensatory hyperhidrosis.

      • 소라, Turbo cornutus SOLANDER의 生殖巢 및 軟體部의 칼로리含量 變化

        The calorific content change in the gonad and meat of topshell, Turbo cornutus SOLANDER was observed from April to October 1978, with references to determination on the changes of calorific value in the meat and the gonad of topshell. The changes of the condition factor and the gonad maturity were closely related to water temperature, the former was highest in August and the latter was in July, but their value were markedly declined during the spent periods of topshell. The calorific value in the meat and gonad of topshell were highest in July, befor spawning and lowest in August , spent period of topshell. The calorie used for gonad development of female and male were 19.8∼29.2% and 12.8∼17.4% of the growth energy, and calorie used for spawning were 41.0% and 60.4% of the growth energy, respectively.
