The following results obtained through studies related on nose. 1. Nose is called mingtang(明堂)·mianwang(面王), as it emphasize the meaning of viewing diagnosis(望診) and is called yuangpinzhimen(元牡之門), tianpinzhimen(天牡之門), qiqizhimen(七氣之門) as it emphasize the meaning of the entrance of atmosphere flow. Because it's position is the middle of face, we call tianzhongzhiyue(天中之嶽), zhongyue(中嶽). 2. As the organ of body, nose comes under the category of lung-iron(肺金), functionally comes under the category of heart-fire(心火). Functionally we can smell oder, organically nose is the pathway of respiration and to be resonator. 3. Wuzangliufu(五臟六腑) is arranged closely around the nose. The essence of wuzangliufu(五臟六腑) reflect nose, so nose becomes the standard of coloring diagnosis(色診). 4. We call nose is feihou(肺候), but it is not connected directly between the lung channel and nose. In case of lung symptom(肺證), first of all, nose become to appear the condition of lung, the lung channel and nose is close functionally. 5. The view of channels, nose is a connection with channels of yangming(陽明), bladder(膀胱), du(督脈) directly. By the connecting of each three channels, spleen stomach heart and kidney(脾胃心腎) are connected with indirectly. As the result of the relation, nose helps for body to breathe and to circulate qi(氣) and smell. And so the nature of wuzangliufu(五臟六腑 ) appear to the nose. 6. Particularly, the yangming channel(陽明經), and the bladder channel(膀胱經) are important. Because air-qi(天氣) reach to kidney·lung through nose, ground-qi(地氣) reach to spleen·stomach through mouth and yingwei(營衛) revolve through the bladder channel(膀胱經). As the result nose becomes the essential organ of circulation of yingwei(營衛), ascent and descent of qi(氣).

Coronary artery aneurysms are detected with increasing frequency because of the routine use of coronary angiography in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. Although some coronary artery aneurysms are congenital or inflammatory, most are atherosclerotic. The prognosis of atherosclerotic coronary artery aneurysm may depend on the morphology of the aneurysm or the presence of coexisting obstructive disease. Coronary artery aneurysms have been also reported to occur after ballon angioplasty, directional athrectomy, laser angioplasty, and stent implantation with a frequency of 2% to 4%. The long-term outcome of post-intervention coronary artery aneurysm is unknown. We report two cases of the development of a coronary aneurysm 6 months after stent implantation as a treatment of severe obsructive coronary artery disease.
[논문]현실요법을 적용한 교육프로그램이 여중생의 학습된 무기력과 자기조절능력에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a growth program based on reality therapy on middle school girls' leaned helplessness and self-regulated learning. The subjects for study were 66 students of two classroom. A classroom students were assigned into the experimental group(33 students) and the other class was assigned into the control group(33 students). The students in the experimental group went through 10 sessions of a growth program based on reality therapy and second control group did program of a regular school curriculum. It was carried out 10 sessions in 9 weeks 45-55 minutes lasting 10 sessions. The result of this study follow. First, the experimental group which participated in a growth program based on reality therapy showed significant differences in learned helplessness from that of the control group. Second, the experimental group which participated in a growth program based on reality therapy showed significant differences in self-regulated learning ability from that of the control group. 본 연구는 현실요법을 적용한 성장프로그램이 여중생의 학습된 무기력과 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 2개 학급 66명의 학생을 대상으로 연구하였고 1개 학급 33명은 실험집단으로 다른 1개 학급 33명은 통제집단으로 임의 배정되었다. 실험집단은 10회기에 걸쳐 현실요법을 적용한 성장프로그램에 참여하였고, 통제집단은 정규 교육과정에 맞추어 수업을 받았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실요법을 적용한 성장프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 학습된 무기력 수준이 감소하였다. 둘째, 현실요법을 적용한 성장프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단보다 자기조절학습능력 수준이 증가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현실요법이 학습무기력 수준이 높은 여중생의 내적 통제력과 자기조절능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 덧붙였다.

This study was carried out to investigate the style of livestock house, concentration of malodorous substances of livestock feces and livestock houses in Daejeon area. Among the livestock houses investigated, as most of cow pens(94.5%) have sawdust or chaff on the bottom, there was no leakage of feces out of pen. Most pig pens adopted slury style, but some of them currently use buffering material on the bottom. It is thought that there will be no possible contamination leakage. When it comes to hen house, all the broiler house use litters on the bottom and all the layer house use scrapper. It is also thought that there will be no possible contamination leakage. 3 out of 12 deer pens used buffering material on the bottom, 10 places were maintained in a traditional method, and 7 places left possibility of contamination leakage considering whether the roof was installed or not. The contents of ammonia, amine and volatile fatty acid in fresh feces were lower compared to rotten feces, but the concentration of sulfur-containing matter - hydrogen sulfide, methylmercapthan and ethylmercapthan were higher compared to rotten feces. In the case of malodorous ingredient in livestock houses, only small amount of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were detected in pig pen and hen house, and other ingredients were not detectable. And those who are engaged in animal husbandry reacted negatively to the use of feed additives for decreasing malodor. In conclusion, it is not worrisome that contamination can be leaked out of animal raising facilities. But if we take into consideration that the point of investigation time is wintry season, there should be more considerate attitude. And feed additives for decreasing malodor need establishing criteria in the manufacturing process.

<▼1><P>A simple strategy to enhance the tumor-targeting efficiency of PEGylated nanocarriers is demonstrated.</P></▼1><▼2><P>Achieving accurate and efficacious tumor targeting with minimal off-target effects is of paramount importance in designing diagnostic and therapeutic agents for cancer. In this respect, nanocarriers have gained enormous popularity because of their attainable multifunctional features, as well as tumor-targeting potential by extravasation. However, once administered into the bloodstream, nanocarriers face various <I>in vivo</I> obstacles that may significantly impair their performance needed for clinical translation. Herein, we demonstrate a strategy to enhance tumor-targeting efficiency by embedding functionalities in the interior region of partially PEGylated nanocarriers (<I>ca.</I> 10 nm in diameter), intended for active or passive targeting. The cooperative impact of these topologically inner functional groups (IFGs) was marked: enhancements of >100-fold in IC<SUB>50</SUB><I>in vitro</I> (<I>e.g.</I>, a high-avidity ligand with cationic IFGs) and >2-fold in tumor accumulation at 2 h post-injection <I>in vivo</I> (<I>e.g.</I>, a high-avidity ligand with anionic IFGs), both against the fully PEGylated counterpart. Analogous to allosteric modulators, properly employed IFGs may substantially improve the process of effectively directing nanocarriers to tumors, which is otherwise solely dependent on avidity or extravasation.</P></▼2>

In this paper, We implemented of XML-based sensor information Template. Sensor information is used as a shared information in monitoring systems.
Case Reports : A Case of Superficial Giant Basal Cell Carcinoma with Satellite Lesions on Scalp

Giant basal cell carcinoma (BCC), defined as a lesion greater than 5 cm at its largest diameter, is a rare variant of BCC. In contrast to small BCC, giant BCC develops on skin that is not exposed to sunlight, including the back, shoulder, groin and thigh. Most of the histopathologic subtypes of giant BCC are micronodular, morpheaform and nodular, but the superficial subtype is rare. Giant superficial BCC arising on the scalp is extremely rare. We report the case of giant superficial BCC with four satellite lesions on the scalp in a 53-year-old male without predisposing factors. (Ann Dermatol 23(S1) S111~ S115, 2011)
