초음파 가이드를 통한 맥락막상강출혈의 치료

Purpose : Intraoperative suprachoroidal hemorrhage is one of the most serious complications. We report a case of suprachoroidal hemorrhage during phacoemulsification surgery, was managed properly. Methods : Suprachoroidal hemorrhage occurred during phacoemulsificaiton in other hospital. The patient was referred to our department immediately after closing the surgical wound. On initial examination, iris and vitreous were prolapsed through surgical wound. Ciliary body was closely place to anterior chamber, and retina was not visible. Results : Prolapased ocular tissue were reduced by emergency operation. We controlled the patient’s intraocular pressure and inflammation. Ultrasonography was repeatedly performed to check the degree of liquefaction of suprachoroidal hemorrhage. After 9 days of suprachoroidal hemorrhage onset, vitrectomy and drainage through sclera was performed. Postoperative state was stable with successful removal of suprachoroidal hemorrhage. After 2 weeks of secondary operation, retinal detachment has occurred on nasal retinal area, so we performed scleral buckling and endolaser photocoagulation. After 6 months, retina was attached well and intraocular pressure was in normal range. Conclusion : In suprachoroidal hemorrhage, drainage of suprachoroidal hemorrhage after liquefaction of thrombi is effective. After successful drainage, postoperative complications may accompany such as retinal detachment or elevation of intraocular pressure. 목적 : 술중 발생하는 맥락막상 출혈은 매우 심각한 합병증이다. 저자는 수정체 유화술 중에 발생한 맥락막상 출혈을 적절히 대처한 증례를 보고하는 바이다. 대상과 방법 : 수정체 유화술 중 발생한 맥락막상강 출혈환자가 수술창을 봉합 후 즉시 본원으로 전원되었다. 초진시 홍채와 유리체가 수술창을 통해 탈출되어 있었으며, 전방을 통해 모양체가 확인되었으나, 망막은 보이지 않았다. 탈출된 안구내 조직을 응급수술을 통해 복원 후 환자의 안압과 염증을 조절하였다. 초음파를 반복적으로 실시하여 맥락막상 출혈의 액화 정도를 확인하였으며, 출혈 9일 후 유리체 절제술과 공막을 통한 배액술을 시행하였다. 결과 : 맥락막상 출혈이 성공적으로 제거되었으며 술 후 상태는 안정적이었다. 수술 2주 후 비측 망막 박리가 발생하여 공막돌륭술과 안구내 삽관 레이저술을 시행하였다. 6개월 후 망막은 잘 붙어있었으며, 안압은 정상 범위를 유지하였다. 결론 : 맥락막상 출혈의 경우 출혈의 배액 시기를 결정하는 것이 어렵지만, 규칙적인 초음파를 통해 배액술의 시기를 결정할 수 있다. 또한 맥락막상강 출혈의 성공적인 배액 이후에도 망막박리 및 안압상승과 같은 합병증의 동반에 대해 유념해야한다.

In this study, a fiber-optic bundle sensor has been developed using water-equivalent organic scintillating fibers for photon beam measurement. Beam penumbra and percent depth doses(PDD) are measured according to the depth of the photon beam. This sensor has many advantages such as high resolution, real-time measurement and ease of calibration over conventional radiation measurement devices.

Quality of software development project is very important in complex and largest domestic software markets. CMM level certification evaluated about quality of software development project at present. Therefore, software development company attempts acquisition for CMM Certification, CMM level up and organization's realiavility. But, today confidentiality of CMM certification comes into question, An exploratory study was undertaken about difference of software project quality and organization performance between CMM certification organization and no-CMM certification organization. Two organizations make no odds partially. First of all, incremental improvement of project process takes precedence of CMM certification.

수퍼차저에 의한 가솔린 機關의 性能에 관한 硏究

The supercharging characteristics and the combustion performance of the spark iginition engine are investigated through the experiments. The apparatuses used in the experiment are the carburetor type 1468cc Gasoline Engine and the screw type supercharger. A supercharger pulley and a water pump pulley through V-belt are connected to the engine. The diameter of supercharger pulley is 63mm. The diameter of water pump pulley used are 63mm and 135mm,repectively.A optical senser is used to measured the speed of a engine. The pressure in first cylinder is measured. The rate of pressure rise and the rate of heat release are calculated. The engine speed considered is increased by 500rpm from 1500rpm to 3500rpm. It is found that the supercharging characteristics and the combustion performance in case of the engine with supercharger are increased at low speed range. Compared the supercharged engine with the natually aspirated engine, the most effects of supercharging on the torque and the rate of maximium pressure rise are observed at 2000rpm and 1500rpm, respectively.

Polyphosphate가 연조직 창상 치유에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Polyphosphate has been used as a food additive. It has been approved the use of PolyP to the products as a safe additive. In other study, PolyP seems to has an ability of promoting effect on bone regeneration, possibly by enhancing osteoconductivity of the carrier and/or by increasing osteoinductivity of the damaged bone tissue. So we performed this study in order to evaluate the effect of polyphosphate on the dermal defect healing in critical-sized defect wound. Using welder and blade, a 1㎝ diameter sized burn-defect and rectangular excisional-defect was prepared in the thigh of each Sprague-Dawley rats. Then defect areas were applied topically with distilled water(DW), 0.01% orthoposphate(Pi), or 0.01% polyP75. The application of these materials was continued for seven days. The rats, which had burn wounds, were sacrificed at week 1 and 2. the other goups, which had excisional wounds, were sacrificed at day 3, week 1, 2, and 4. the specimens of the defect were prepared, stained with H&E, and examined under the microscope. Dermal defect healing capacity of polyP75 was also examined by observaing cellular activity of periodontal cells using MTT assay. The results were as follows. PolyP75 at the concentrations of 0.01% increased the MTT activity of periodontal cells by 154.1%. a pathohistologic findings of burn wound with polyP75 showed a faster epidermal healing and more profound maturation in dermis than those of other groups. In excisional wound, compare with other groups, tissue maturity and density of matrix in dermis were much enhanced in the polyP75 groups.

Thus, the need for calculating and predicting liquid-liquid equilibria(LLE) compositions has very much increased. The purpose of this study is to determine the binodal curves, tie lines, plait points and selectivity for the temary systems of 1-propanol-water with toluene, ethyl-acetate, 1-butanol, n-hexane and amyl alcohol as solvent and also for the quarternary solvent-NaCl salt solution-1-propanol systems at 25℃.

광섬유 방사선 센서와 EBT 필름을 이용한 심부선량 백분율 측정 및 비교

In this study, fiber-optic sensor is fabricated to measure PDD of CLINAC. As a scintillating light generated by a high energy X-ray from the medical LINAC is measured using photo diode amp system, It is expected that a high-resolution, real-time fiber-optic dosimeter for medical LINAC can be developed.

시간지연 제어기법을 이용한 유연한 로봇 팔의 위치 제어

A TDC(Time Delay Control) theory is applied to the the position control problems of flexible robot manipulators subjected to unknown dynamics and distrurbances. One link flexible manipulator system with tip mass is represented as a simple spring-mass-damper syseem and AC servo motor is used as the actuator. Based on the system model, the TDC is designed, and the PI-controller is also designed for comparison. The control performance of TDC is evaluated through a series of simulations and experiments. The simulational and wxperimental results show that the TDC is much robust than the PI-controller to the unknown dynamics and disturbances.

사이버 교육 시스템의 설계에 관한 연구

The education based on the web (WBI) has need of the formation of a new educational paradigm which is different from the method of an existent traditional class as a model of a new teaching-learning. Also, a credit is recognized in case that the person concerned obtains a national certificate of qualification through establishment and promulgation by 【the law of the recognized credit etc.】 in the national educational reform. In such realities on-line learning-site of theory on the qualification of an information processing to use the web. However it is nearly difficult to find out the learning sites related to a subject for the information processing exercise revised in Aug, the year 2001. Thus, this thesis designed and embodied the educational system of the information processing exercise to reconstruct a Supervision Program for a scholastic examination test, a learning content of Visual Basic, a mock entrance examination, and a previous questions of practical in order to obtain the certificate of information processing qualification through a self-directed learning to use the web without limitation of time and space by the students-selves to apply 10 steps of a general design process with WBI to the method of development.
