        청각장애 학생의 제빵 기술교육 내용 및 방법의 적합화

        본 연구는 청각장애학교 직업교육으로 제빵 기술 교육을 받는데 있어 이해를 쉽게 하기 위한 방법이 무엇인지를 밝히는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울에 위치한 A학교 고등부 3학년에 재학 중인 학생 6명을 대상으로 주1회 5시간씩 실습을 하면서 문제점을 찾아내어 학생들이 쉽고 효율적으로 기술을 익힐 수 있는 방법이 무엇인지 조사하였다. 결과를 종합해 보면 청각장애 학생들이 제빵 실습을 하면서 겪게 되는 문제점을 찾아 내용과 방법의 적합화를 시도한 결과 학생들이 쉽게 적응하였다. The object of this study is to find out what they feel difficulties and how to adapt well themselves to new circumstances in the process of bakery technique education which high school students with hearing impairment received it as vocational education. To achieve goals of this study, the subjects of this study are selected 3 grade, 6 students, who received an bakery technique education five hour, one time for a week. In the process, the researcher tried to grasp difficulties which they feel and how to adapt themselves to new circumstances. In summary, after finding out problems about content and method of vocational education and then, changing for the better it, the findings of this study showed that students with hearing impairment be to easily adapted to confectionery technique education.

      • 하악의 측방운동 재현성과 저작운동 간의 관계에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to investigate the relationship between reproducibility of mandibular lateral movement and chewing movement in subjects with preferred chewing side. 44 dental students without any signs and symptoms of temporomandibular disorders participated in this study. BioEGN of the Biopak^� (BioResearch Inc. USA) was used to record mandibular lateral movement and chewing movement. Mandibular lateral movement was performed acceding to the method used for Pantographic reproducibility index, and from this, reproducibility index devised by the author and named as BioEGN reproducibility index(BERI) was computed. Chewing movement was observed as to chewing velocity and range of movements. The data were categorized by the preferred chewing side and the correlationship between reproducibility of mandibular lateral movement and chewing movement was also analyzed with SAS/stat program. The results obtained were as follows : 1. There were no statistical difference in most of the measurement items of chewing movement according to preferred chewing side, but mean value of some items such as velocity and total lateral distance in horizontal plane in left-side preferred chewing subjects were higher than those in right-side preferred chewing subjects. 2. Reproducibility indexes on lateral movements to both preferred chewing side and contra-lateral side were statistically same in each chewing subjects group. 3. In right-side preferred chewing subjects, correlationship between reproducibility of mandibular lateral movement and chewing movement were significant contralaterally, but in left-side preferred chewing subjects, the correlationship were observed in left-side chewing movement only. 4. In right-side preferred chewing subjects, there was a negative correlationship between reproducibility of mandibular lateral movement and slight mandibular protrusion in early stage of chewing movement, and in left-side preferred chewing subjects, the items of significant correlations with mandibular reproducibility were sagittal mouth opening range and horizontal distance to preferred chewing side.

        이 연구는 청각장애학교에 재학 중인 고등부 학생들이 직업교육으로 제과 기술 교육을 받는데 있어 어려운 점은 무엇이며, 좀 더 쉽게 적응할 수 있는 방법이 무엇인지를 밝히는데 목적을 두고 실시하였다. 이를 위해서 서울에 위치한 A청각장애학교 고등부 3학년에 재학 중인 학생 6명을 대상으로 주1회 5시간씩 실습을 실시하면서 문제점을 찾아내어 개선 방법을 제시하면서 개선되는 내용을 파악하고, 학생들이 쉽고 효율적으로 기술을 익힐 수 있는 방법이 무엇인지 조사하였다. 결과를 종합해 보면 청각장애학생의 특성을 고려하여 직업교육 내용과 방법의 문제점을 찾아내고, 이를 개선하여 적합화한 결과 청각장애학생들이 쉽게 적응하였다.       • 회수수에 당류계 안정화제를 처리한 시멘트 모르터의 특성

        In this paper, fundamental properties of cement mortar using recycled water with stabilizing agent are discussed in order to investigate the applicability of recycled water. Stabilizing agent content, solid contents and open time are varied in this paper. For fresh mortar properties, highest fluidity with 0.15% of stabilizing agent was observed and air content was increased with an increase in stabilizing agent contents. Solid contents and open time of recycled water had nothing to do with fluidity and air content loss. Little difference in setting time was found with the presence of stabilizing agent and without, while it was accelerated with an increase in open time and solid content. For strength properties, the highest strength value was observed at 0.15% of stabilizing agent. An increase in solid contents resulted in an enhancement of strength, while strength decreased with an increase in open time and elapse of age. Drying shrinkage exhibited a reduction with an increase in stabilizing agent contents and open time. From the present paper, the combination of 0.15% of sacharic based stabilizing agent, 3% of solid content and 1day of open time is found to be an optimal condition to perform effectively.

      • 메탈라스와 와이어메쉬로 횡구속된 철근 콘크리트 기둥의 내력 및 연성에 관한 연구

        Generally, transverse steel in reinforced concrete column serves the three-fold function of confining the compressed concrete, preventing lateral buckling of the longitudinal reinforcing steel, and acting as shear reinforcement. However, the amount of confining steel required in the form of rectangular hoops is still argument. This paper summarizes the results of an experimental program where 10 short columns with compressive strength 21MPa are designed with variable lateral confinements such as Metal Lath and Wire Mesh were tested under monotonic axial compression to failure. The columns were 300mm square and 750mm high. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ductility and strength of columns with variable lateral confinement. Test results indicate that specimen confined by metal lath and hoop, and wire mesh and hoop show 1.89 times ductility than NO.I specimen using hoop only. However, effect of lateral confinement by metal lath and wire mesh is how or same than NO.I specimen in maximum strength.

      • 블리딩저감용 AE감수제의 개발 및 실용성 검토

        This study is intended to develop AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding and investigate its practical use. According to the results, fluidity and air content increases with an increase of superplasticizer and MC viscosity agent, AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding is developed after determining the ratio of superplasticizer and MC viscosity agent as 3:1 to satisfy the same fluidity and air content to conventional concrete and reduce bleeding amount. As the adding ratio of developed AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding increases, fluidity also increases, air content satisfies the aimed range, bleeding and sinking amount of concrete are reduced, and compressive strength is almost not different from plain concrete. Therefore, developed AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding satisfies the aimed air content in the range of slump 12~21cm, and can also reduce bleeding amount effectively without quality deterioration of compressive strength.

      • 회수수에 처리되는 당류계 안정화제의 혼입률 변화가 콘크리트의 품질에 미치는 영향

        The objective of present paper is to investigate the engineering properties of concrete using recycling water incorporating saccharic based stabilizing agent in order to improve qualities of concrete in the region of normal strength and high strength. According to test results, fluidity and air content do not exhibit significant difference with an increase in stabilizing agent contents. Bleeding was not observed at 30% of W Ie, regardless of stabilizing agent contents, nonetheless, concrete with stabilizing agent of 0.15% was observed to occur the least bleeding at 40 and 50% of W IC. For setting time, although presence of recycled water accelerates setting time, setting time shows to be retarded gradually with an increase in stabilizing agent content. For compressive strength, use of stabilizing agent enhanced compressive strength of concrete compared with that of concrete without stabilizing agent. In the side of strength enhancement, adequate dosage of stabilizing agent is found to be 0.15%. As dosage of stabilizing agent increased above 0.15%, drying shrinkage exhibited a tendency to decrease.

      • Thioacetamide에 의한 BALB/c 마우스 간의 시간별 약물대사효소 억제 양상 : A Time-Course Study

        Thioacetamide is a potent hepatotoxicant which requires metabolic activation by cytochrome P450s (P450s) for toxicity. In the present study, the elevation kinetic of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities by thioacetamide treatment was investigated in male BALB/c mice. Inaddition, the inhibitory effects of thioacetamide on liver microsomal P450 enzymes were further investigated. Thioacetamide at 100 mg/kg/ was treated intraperitoneally for 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 hr. The blood was collected at the designated time for assaying the serum enzyme activities. To determine the P450 isozyme-specific activities. ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase (EROD), methoxyresorufin O-demethylase (MROD), and benzyloxyresorufin O-debenzylase (BROD) activities were determined for P450 1A1, 1A2 and 2B1, respectively, in liver microsomal fractions. The activities of ALT and AST were started to be elevated 6 hr after thioacetamide treatment andreached the maximun at 36 hr after the treatment. The elevated activities were dramatically recovered at 72 hr. The microscopic exmination of the liver specimen also showed a similar profile of hepatotoxicity. All P450-associated enzyme activities were time-dependently inhibited by the treatiment with thioacetamide. The maximum inhibition of P450 enzymes was observed 36 hr after the treatment. Because the inhibition of P450 enzymes by thioacetamide was time-dependent, our present results suggest that thioacetamide might inhibit P450 enzymes in mechanism-based inactivation.
