      • 콘크리트의 표면 경도 시험법에 관한 연구

        This study is intended to develop the self waterproof agents for high performance concrete by analyzing the properties of fresh and hardened mortar with various addition rations of the inorganic admixture and zinc stearate. As the results of the test, the flow and air content increase with the addition of expansive. When the replacement rate of silica fume increases, the flow decreases for the increased wiscidity. And the flow and air content decrease with the addition of zinc stearate. At hardened state,the compressive strength, tensile strength and flexual strength decrease with the addition of expansive additives and zinc stearate. With the increase of silica fume's replacement, they show a little decrease at early age and then increase gradually. Also,absorption and permeability show a steep decrease when zinc stearate is added, and a slack decrease with the replacement of silica fume.

        Necessity of research about reinforcement details for performance improvement of shearing wall was required along with skyscraperlization of building. Therefore, studied about crack control method of shear walls with opening. Manufactured structure that apply existent reinforcement details and apply developed reinforcement details are structural experimented. As this experiment, could know that apply developed reinforcement details is effective crack control and energy dissipation ability. Angled type is effective in early elastic behavior. But it showed that ductility ability decreased in plasticity zone. Therefore make up for development details and experimental verification are judged that need.

      • 테이퍼절삭나사이음을 이용한 고강도 철근(SD500)의 적합성 평가

        In order to evaluate the performance of the taper thread joints suitable for high strength bar(SD500), the yield strength and the tensile strength were tested by changing the material and the length of couplers and the length of threads according to the methods to process threads, and the results have proved the following conclusions. Compared to the tests when the threads were processed after swaging based on the thread processing method, those when threads were processed without swaging showed a sharp decline of weight after the yield load. When the length of couplers and threads were changed, both the tests of processed threads after swaging and those without swaging displayed no big difference in the yield strength and the tensile strength. In addition, in case of the tests when threads were processed after swaging, most parent metals were broken, while the tests when threads were processed without swaging had thread break or the symptom of the fall-out of threads from couplers. It's concluded that processing threads after swaging satisfies .1.25fy suggested in the standard for the architectural structure designing, and taper thread joints can be applied to high strength bars(SD500)

      • 中心軸力을 받는 高强度 鐵筋 콘크리트기둥의 擧動에 관한 實驗硏究

        This paper is to study on the behavior of high-strength concrete columns under uniaxial loads and offer the basis on the effect of rectilinear reinforced in high-strength concrete by compared with the existing model for stress-strain curve of rectilinearly confined concrete. From the experimental study, the following conclusion were obtained. 1) Concrete, When confined with rectangular ties and longitudinal steel, showed a considerable strength gain as well as incresed ductility. In the case of specimens confined with transverse and longitudinal reinforcement, the increse in ductility was up to 30%, strength increment was up to 213%. Therefore, it is desirable to convine the concrete with transverse and longitudinal reinforcement, for the increase ductility and strength. 2) In comparing of difference of ratio of longitudinal steel to the area of cross section if ratio is increased by 78.9%, it is showed that strength of HCAB is increased by 21.4% than that of HCAA1 and that of HCBB is increased by 32% than that of HCBAI. Namely, increment of ratio of area of longitudinal kneel increase bending area with cover concrete as much as ratio of area of longitudinal steel, delay seperation of cover concrete and also increase effective confinement area of concrete, so that strenth of specimens was thought to be increased. Consequently, ratio of area longitudinal steel is consider as a variable which influence the behavior of reinforced concrete columns.

        This study is about the affect to the confinement of spirally lateral in the reinforced concrete columns subjected to the uniaxial compressive loading and an attempt to provide a basis for the method to analyze the ultimate strength. The primary concern of this study is to propose the ultimate strength formula for the spirally lateral reinforced concrele based on the results of this test. The approach of this study was to test total 108 specimens which were composed of variables including the concrete strength, the specimen size and the spiral pitch, then to analyze and compare the result with another.

      • 매립형 차음재로 보강된 RC 보의 전단 거동에 관한 실험적 연구

        Now, in order to create pleasant environments by solving rising house problems, coefficient of land utilization and promote efficient residential life, projects to build apartment-oriented collective houses have been conducted rapidly. Over 70% of recent house construction has had the form of collective house which has been a representative residential form in korea. Wall-type apartments which have gradually been past 20 years started its structural deterioration as well as their function and space. a lot of social issues occur as buildings get deteriorated. Most of all, as serious crimes such as murder, incendiarism, ect. occur by floor shock sound at deteriorated collective houses and apartments, public opinion requiring of including noise and vibration between floors in safety evaluation during rebuilding gets more and more attention. In order to solve these problems, diversified effects are required. Integrating standard floor structure and accepted floor structure, it became mandatory and essential to construct floor structure which meets regular thickness and blocking-function. however, no regulation exists on noise-blocking for previous buildings. This study targets the development of technologies of reclaimed noise blocking engineering to improve endurance which may unify noise-blocking construction against noise and vibration and earthquake-preventive construction during rebuilding. This paper is to find the validity of construction methodology with RC beam additional materials to apply to slab and walls.

      • 레디믹스트콘크리트에 순환굵은골재를 치환한 R/C 보의 장기처짐에 관한 사용성 검토

        In accordance with the national trend, although research about deflection of reinforced concrete that use nature aggregate in domestic research had been studied, they have prescribed to use the recycled aggregate compulsorily in case of over construction scale as an applicable construction of "Law about contract that the nation should be a contracting party" since 2005. However, although it has still obligated to use the recycled aggregate based on "Recycled aggregate quality standard" by Construction and Transportation Ministry, actually its study on long-term deflection of recycled aggregate is an unsatisfied situation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to resolve the technical problems for cycling concrete through its experiment and analysis of long-term deflection by the substitution rate of recycled aggregate.

      • Hi-Grid CFM을 이용한 RC보의 전단 거동에 관한 실험 연구

        Recently, many retrofit methods have been developed and applied to real structure in order to improve the life period and safety of structure. Among those, most popular method is using Carbon Fiber Sheet(CFS) as retrofit material because it is lightweight and has high strength. Recent research results, however, show that the CFS is easy to be separated from structure and this reduces the strengthening effect. A method using CFM and high performance mortar is for minimizing these problems. Also, this method is effective to improve the fire resistance and durability of structure, In this paper, the shear strengthening effect of reinforced concrete beam using CFM and mortar is studied through experimental work. Main variables considered in the test are layout of CFM, number of clip, method of retrofit. The results show that the strengthening effect was maximized when CFM is diagonally attached to the beam. When the number of clip is increased, the specimen shows improved strength and ductility after ultimate status. The advance of strengthening effect can be achieved by applying U shape retrofit using CFM and mortar. At 50% of maximum strength, specimens showed bond failure which has been expanded during the loading.
