        개에서 동소성 간이식술시의 대사 및 혈역학적 변화

        Skilled and experienced anestheia is of great importance for patients undergoing orthotopic liver transplantation, because of multiple preexisting medical problems in such patients as well as the intraoperative problems of rapid hemodynamic, metabolic, and coagulation changes. In this study, the intraoperative hemodynamic and laboratory data were analyzed in ten dogs that underwent an orthotopic liver transplantation procedure by veno-venous bypass using Biopump. Liver transplantation can be divided into three distinct periods: stage I, or preanhepatic stage, which begins with the induction of anesthesia and continues until cross clamping of portal vein and IVC; stage II, or anhepatic stage, which begins at the anhepatic time and continues until the donor liver is reperfused by the recipients circulating blood; and stage III, or postanhepatic stage, which begins at the time of reperfusion and continues until the end of surgical procedure. The hemodynamic changes at the time of IVC and portal vein cross clamping were decreases in CVP, PCWP, and pulmonary artery pressure in spite of using Biopump. The significant metabolic alternations during anhepatic stage were decrease in blood glucose levels and increase in blood lactate levels. The more significant hemodynamic changes occurred at the time of reperfusion. Systolic pressure decreased suddenly to 58±6 mmHg and cardiac output decreased to 1.08±0.1l L/min. However heart rate, pulmonary artery pressure, CVP, and PCWP did not change significantly. During stage III, hyperglycemia occurred quite frequently. Significant abnormal coagulation chages could not be found, probably because the dogs were healthy. In conclusion, during anhepatic stage, we have to compensate for alternations of fluid balance. At the time of reperfusion, we should prevent severe hemodynamic changes and treat them immediately if they occur. However, it seems that glucose administration is not necessary to the liver recipient during stage II because there is no significant hemodynamic depression e to hypoglycemia at this time and hyperglycemia occurs later

        Sphingosine 1-Phosphate and Sphingosine Kinase Activity during Chicken Embryonic Development

        The chicken embryo has been weil used in studies of the developmental process, and during development sphingosine and sphingosine 1-phosphate (So1P) are considered critical mediators of cell death and survival. In this study, we compared the sphingolipid contents of chicken embryos during the early embryonic development period from day 3 to day 6. HPLC analyses of sphingosine and So1P in chicken embryos revealed that sphingosine levels were greatly reduced on day 4 whereas So1P levels were not significantly changed. Sphingosine kinase(Sphk) activities, which require sphingosine as substrate to produce So1P, were also greatly reduced on day 4. Collectively, we found sphingosine levels and Sphk activities, but not So1P levels are changed in early stage of chicken embryos development.

      • Effects of DK-002, a synthesized (6aS,cis)-9,10-Dimethoxy-7,11b-dihydro-indeno[2,1-c]chromene-3,6a-diol, on platelet activity

        In the present study, the mechanism of antiplatelet activity of DK.-002, a synthesized (6aS,cis)-9.10-Dimethoxy-7,11b-dihydro-indeno|2,1-c ]chroniene-3.6a-diol, was investigated. DK-002 inhibited the thrombin, collagen, and ADP-induced rat platelet aggregation in a concentration- dependent manner, with 1C_(50) values of 120. 27, and 47 μM, respectively. DK-002 also inhibited thrombin-induced dense granule secretion, thromboxane A_(2) synthesis, and [Ca^(2+)], elevation in platelets. DK-002 did not show any significant effect on ADP-induced inhibition of cyclic AMP elevation by prostaglandin E_(1). but DK-002 was confirmed to inhibit ADP-induced [Ca^(2+)] elevation and shape change. DK-002 inhibited 4- bronw-A23187-induced [Ca^(2+)], elevation in the presence of creatine phosphate/creatine phosphokinase (CP/CPK, a ADP scavenging system) and indomethacin (a specific inhibitor of cyclooxygenase). DK-002 also inhibited Ca^(2+) mobilization in thrombin- or 4-bromo-A23187-stimulated platelets through its inhibitory effects on both Ca^(2+) release from intracellular stores and Ca^(2+) influx, in the presence of CP/CPK and indomethacin. Taken together, the present study shows that DK-002 has inhibitory effects on stimulation of platelets, and suggests that its antiplatelet activity might be related to the inhibitory mechanism on Ca^(2+) mobilization in stimulated platelets. ⓒ 2005 Elsevier Inc.       • 도금사업장의 작업환경의 유해인자 노출수준에 관한 연구

        Objective : For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and assessing the status of exposure level of chemical substances and physical agents. Methods and Material : Such as noise, two types of dust, four types of metals, seventeen types of organic solvents, and four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances in 21 metal product plating factories classified by 28 processes. The author determined exposure level on those hazardous materials from Jan. to Dec. 2001. Results : The results were as follows: 1. The exposure level for noise was exceeded to Threshold Limit Value(TLV) in the process of 6 cases of Machining, 5 and 4 cases of pre and post-buffing, and 6 cases of waterdrop-removing, the mean noise level of all of processes was not exceeded to compliance level. 2. The exposure level for dust was not exceeded to TLV at all. 3. The exposure level for Chromium(Cr) was exceeded to TLV in Chromium plating process, metal exposure level including Zinc(Zn), Manganese(Mn), and Lead(Pb) was not exceeded to TLV. 4. The exposure level of toluene in case of organic solvents was exceeded to TLV in 1 case of finishing/cleaning, coating/developing process, respectively. 5. The exposure level of four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances were not exceeded to TLV. 6. The exposure level for dust and metal including Zn, Mn, and Pb was decreased in comparison with two results of air monitoring performed. There was no difference of the exposure level for Cr, noise, and four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances, and the exposure level for organic solvents was slightly increased. 7. The exposure level for noise in factories employing more than 21 workers was higher than that for noise in foadtories employing less than 20 workers. The more workers, the lower exposure level in metal including Zn, Mn. The exposure level for Cr was increasing in factories employing more than 51 workers, and the more workers the lower exposure level in organic solvents. Conclusion : According to above results, this study suggests positive work environment managements in processes exceeding exposure limit value as well as continuously consecutive work environment management in processes not exceeding exposure limit value and revealing no chronological difference of exposure level should be needed.

      • Fowler-Nordheim 터널링 전자주입에 의한 질화 게이트 산화막의 특성 분석

        금속-산화막-반도체 전계효과 소자에서 차세대 게이트, 산화막으로 연구되고 있는 질화산화막을 N_(2)O 가스를 사용하여 2-단계 공정으로 성장하였으며, FNT 전자 주입을 이용하여 전기적 특성을 분석하였다. 열산화막을 질화시킬 경우 절연파괴 특성에서 질화전의 산화막 보다 신뢰성이 향상되었다. 또한, 질화산화막은 게이트 전자주입이 기판 전자주입보다 고열전자에 의한 열화에 좀 더 취약하였으며, 90~130A˚범위에서 두꺼운 질화산화막 일수록 쉽게 열화되는 경향을 확인하였다. 질화산화막의 게이트 전압의 극성 의존성 및 두께에 따른 열화의 차이를 설명하기 위한 모델을 제시하였다. Nitrided oxides which have been investigated as alternative gate oxide for Metal-Oxide- Semiconductor field effect devices were grown by two-step process using N_(2)O gas, and were characterized via a Fowler-Nordheim Tunneling(FNT) electron injection technique. Electrical characteristics or nitrided gate oxides were superior to that of control oxides. Further, the FNT electron injection into the nitrided gate oxides reveals that gate oxides degrade more both if electrons were forced to inject from the gate metal and if thicker nitrided gate oxides were used in the thickness range of 90-130A˚. Models are suggested to explain these phenomena.

        The goal of mathematics education is to give students mathematical thinking power and to help them solve the problems with a logical and creative thinking in the problems of reality in daily life. Since 1980s, as far as mathematics education is concerned, the improvement of ability to solve the problems has been emphasized. For this purpose, we will investigate the concept of metacognition of Flavell and Schoenfeld's. Also we will investigate 'reversely solving', among of the many strateges, which can increases metacognition by conversely thinking.

The education of this kind of society have to teach the necessary knowledges, valuation, techniques and attitudes which support the request of present society. The goal of mathematics education is to give students mathematical thinking power and to help them solve the problems with a logical and creative thinking in the problems of reality in daily life. Since 1980s, as far as mathematics education is concerned, the improvement of ability to solve the problems has been emphasized. For this purpose, we will investigate G. Polya's mathematical heuristics. Also we will investigate 'reversely solving', among of the many strateges, which can increases metacognition by conversely thinking.

      • 컴퓨터를 활용한 교수-학습 방안에 관한 연구(I)

        A modem society has been changed continuously, and this change intends to become to be the information society with increasing information. The education of this kind of society have to teach the necessary knowledges, valuation, techniques and attitudes which support the request of present society. For this social requirement, new systematic teaching-learning methods and materials are achieved by computer media which can provide us the knowledge efficiently and make teachers to escape traditional instruction. But the introduction of computer for the school education can not guarantee students self-controlled studying. Therefore, we need to the computer software in the place where the educational effect is expected. And computer have to use in school-education, and it is not offered as the form to provide the fried information but as the form to provide the things that students can research something freely. The present thesis shows a new teaching-learning material for students' better understanding about math-education by using computer which is a part of the curriculum. That is, the purpose of this paper is to introduce one method for school-education in classroom for the forthcoming future.
