      • 운동실천을 위한 심리행동적 중재전략

        본 연구는 운동이 건강에 좋다는 것을 알면서도 운동실천을 시작하지 못하는 사람들을 어떻게 운동실천을 시작하도록 하며 운동실천을 지속시킬 것인가에 대한 중재전략에 대해 선행연구들을 토대로 정리한 것이다. 운동중재(intervention)는 건강과 관련된 지식, 태도, 기준, 및 행동을 구체적인 목표를 가지고 운동을 하지 않는 사람들에게 인식시켜 운동을 시작케 하거나 운동을 지속적으로 유지시킬 목적을 가지고 건강관리 전문가로 이루어진 팀에 의해 실행되는 건강증진활동을 의미한다(Gauvin, Levesque, & Richard, 2001). 김병준(2006)은 운동실천 중재전략을 이론에 근거한 중재전략, 행동수정 전략, 인지행동전략, 내적동기 전략 등으로 구분하였다. 이론에 근거한 중재전략은 혜택인식, 방해요인 극복, 자기효능감 향상으로 운동실천을 하도록 동기유발을 일으킨다. 행동수정전략은 의사결정단서를 제공하고 출석상황을 게시하며 보상제공, 피도백 제공을 통해 운동실천을 하도록 유도한다. 인지전략으로는 목표를 현실적으로 구체적으로 제시하며 의사결정 균형표를 비교하며 운동일지 작성, 운동계약시 회원이 참여하도록 하여 책임감을 갖도록 하여 운동실천을 하도록 유도한다. 마지막으로 내적동기 전략으로 운동을 할 때에 즐거움을 체험하도록 하며 몰입상태에 임하도록 지도하여 운동실천 동기유발을 하도록 한다. 운동이 주는 긍정적인 효과를 인식하면서도 쉽게 운동실천을 시작하지 못하고 시작하더라도 오래가지 못하고 포기하고 중단하는 사람들을 다시 운동시킨다는 것은 쉬운 일은 아니다. 이러한 운동 실천을 하지 못하는 사람들을 다시금 운동실천을 하도록 동기유발을 하고 실천하도록 의지력을 갖도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 이것이 바로 운동실천을 위한 중재전략이다. The purpose of this study was to review the Intervention Strategies for increasing and keeping physical activity. The Intervention is growing of physical fitness with starting and maintenance physical activity by promotion of health expert team. Kim, byoung-Jun(2006) classed 4 theories intervention strategy. The theory authority of intervention strategy bring about motive for practicing physical activity with benefit recognition, interruption factor overcoming and self-efficacy growing. The behavior adjustment strategy induct into practice physical activity with decisional balance, attendance notice, offering of reward and offering of feedback. The knowledge strategy induct into practice physical activity with offering of detail target, comparing with decisional balance, completing sheet of physical activity and participation agreement of physical activity. Finally, internal motive strategy induct into practice physical activity with enjoyment experience. The intervention strategy for increasing physical activity is starting and maintenance physical activity who used not to practice physical activity and stop practice physical activity.

Developed in this study is an algorithmic procedure for cutter interference handling that converts CC-data(cutter contact data; pairs of point and unit normal vector) into interference-free CL-data(cutter location data).

        Various researches have been undertaken to develop a new soil improvement method which can replace sand compaction pile(SCP) due to an increase of sand cost. Pack pile is one of the new methods reinforced by pack material such as geotextiles. In this study, a series of triaxial compression tests are carried out to find out shear strength characteristics of sand with and without pack. Total 6 different types of geotextile are selected for pack material. Based on the test results, stiffness of pack increases the strength of sand considerably.

        韓國人의 平均有配偶餘命에 關한 硏究

        This study was conducted in order to compare the sequential changes of marital partnership and average marital life expectancy in Korea using Korean marriage life table for 1970. 1980. and 1985. The marriage life table was constructed by the Wolfbein-Wool method of constructing a working life table. Data used in this study was obtained from the Population Census Reports of Korea and the Korean Abridged life Tables. Some of the finding may be summarized as follows: 1. The marital partnership findings showed that males in the 40-44 age group in 1970 and in 1980 and those in the 45-49 bracket in 1985 have the highest rates of any other age interval, the percentages were 97.5%, 97.3% and 96.9%, respectively. The highest marital partnership rates for females were those aged 30-34 in 1970 and in 1980 and 35-39 in 1985:these were 94.6%. 94.3% and 93.3% respectively. 2. The marital rate of the youngest age group has decreased due to the increasing amount of people marrying at older ages. On the other hand. the marital rates of the elderly has increased slightly due to the decreasing mortality rate. 3. The enterance rate of marriage at the 15-19 female age group ad the 20-24 male age group has decreased. 4. The secession rate of marriage has gradually decreased due to the decrease in the mortality rate. The main reason of secession for males is his own death. For females, the main reasons are divorce and the death of her spouse. 5. Korean average marital life expectancy has improved in general. In 1985 the average marital life expectancy for males was higher by 4-5 years than for females. The average difference of marital expectancy and life expectancy is about 1.4-1.5 years for males and about 11-14 years at the age groups below 60 years for females.

        Recently, as the alternatives to preserve environment such as effective usage of wastes or unusable resources are drawing attentions, researches and measures for the two tasks, which are reuse of waste wood and development of eco~friendly materials, are being examined and established in various fields. However, they are still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, for the efficient application of waste woods and eco~friendly effects, mortar was produced using sawdust as the waste wood and mineral material cement for combination, in order to produce inorganic boards using waste woods, which were made when sawing. The present study purposed to analyze the physical and dynamic characteristics of woody cement boards, which were made by modifying water~cement ratio for each wood inclusion rate based on a hardening~accelerator inclusion rate set in previous studies and, based on the findings, to provide basic data about the physical properties of inorganic boards made of waste wood, in order to produce woody cement boards using waste wood, which has problems in being used in the manufacturing of woody cement boards.

        This paper is the development of industrial robot hand's and the design methods of industrial Robot hand that can mimic human fingers motion. In order to overcome problems incurred during the reduction of the mobility, this study focuses on analyzing human hand structure and finger movements from an anatomical point of view. As a result, distinctive features that improve the discovered stability in constraints for range of motion in the fingers is reflected in this design concept. A 4-bar Linkage is used in robot finger structure. Lastly, there were experiments to inspect the developed robot hands performance. The developed robot hand has many potential applications and can be in many different fields.

      • 다환방향족 탄화수소에 오염된 토양에서 분리한 Pseudomonas sp. KK1의 생리학적 특성

        Strain KK1 was isolated from soil contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and able to mineralize anthracene, naphthalene, and phenanthrene. In this study, strain KK1 was tested to evaluate carbazole-degrading potential using radiorespirometry. When KK1 was pre-grown on phenanthrene the cells were able to mineralize carbazole much more rapidly, suggesting a possible close linkage between the pathways for catabolism of carbazole and phenanthrene. Such an increase in carbazole degradation was not appreciable when KK1 was pre-grown on naphthalene. Strain KK1 was identified as the genus Pseudomonas with over 90 % confidence based on BIOLOG system and FAME analysis. Analysis of PLFAs extracted from kk1 cells on carbazole medium revealed that lipids 10:0 3OH, 17:0 cyclo, and 18:0 were representatives produced or significantly increased in response to carbazole. Tests for antibiotics provided the data that strain KK1 was resistant to antibiotic ampicillin, but susceptibile to chloramphenicol, gentamycin, kanamycin, streptomycin, and tetracycline. Strain KK1 demonstrated strong resistance to most heavy metals such as Ba, Cd, Fe, Hg, Pb used in this study.
