Pasternak지반 위에 놓인 Timoshenko보-기둥의 안정해석

This paper is to analyze the stability of Timoshenko beam-column on Pasternak foundation, with the extensional and the rotational spring at center point of span by Finite Element Method. To verify this Finite Element Method, the results by the proposed method are compared with the existing solutionsof Timoshenko beam-column without the extensional and the rotational spring and the shear foundation. The dynamic stability regions are decided by the dynamic stability analysis of Timoshenko beam-column on Pasternak foundation with the extensional and the rotation spring at center point of span. 본 연구에서는 스팬의 중간지점에 신축 스프링과 회전 스프링을 가지며 Pasternak지반 위에 놓인 Timoshenko보-기둥에 대한 유한 요소법을 이용하여 안정해석을 한 것이다. 이 유한요소법에 의하여 얻어진 해는 신축스프링과 회전스프링, 전단지반이 없는 Timoshenko보-기둥의 경우에 대하여 기존해와 비교되었다. 동적안정해석에 의해 스팬 중간지점에 신축 및 회전 스프링을 가진 Pasternak지반 위해 놓인 Timoshenko보-기둥의 동적안정영역을 결정하였다.

Activities of MCH require efficient information system for better planning, organization, Monitoring and evaluation of services and for determining such factors as acceptability, utilization and accessibility. The information system for MCH is composed of sub-systems corresponding to each component of MCH activities. Despite the rapid progress in some aspects of MCH activities such as family planning, the most important component of services has not been developed in this country. The biological characteristic of the population is the one component not given attention to the governmental effort. As to the causes of infant mortality, infectious disease has been decreasing steadily, while rate of congenital malformations rises by the year. The prevention of various disabilities and handicaps including congenital malformations is, therefore, a vital component to the development of a better health service. In this paper, an effort is made in terms of the development of information systems for taking preventive measures to decrease disabilities and handicaps. A health examination system for pregnant women, infants, and pre-school children, a surveillance system for congenital malformation, a genetic counselling system, and the mass-screening examination for inborn errors of metabolism has been examined. Also, several functional modules and MCH information sub-systems have been established for practical use in the future.

Hepatocyte toll-like receptor 4 mediates lipopolysaccharide-induced hepcidin expression

Hepcidin expression is induced by inflammatory molecules such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS) via a macrophage-mediated pathway. Although hepatocytes directly respond to LPS, the molecular mechanism underlying toll-like receptor (TLR)-dependent hepcidin expression by hepatocytes is mostly unknown. Here we show that LPS can directly induce the mRNA expression and secretion of hepcidin by hepatocytes via TLR4 activation. Using hepatocytes deficient in TLR4, myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) and TIR domain-containing adaptor inducing interferon-β (TRIF), we demonstrated that LPS-induced hepcidin expression by hepatocytes is regulated by its specific receptor, TLR4, via a MyD88-dependent signaling pathway. Hepcidin promoter activity was significantly increased by MyD88-dependent downstream signaling molecules (interleukin-1 receptorassociated kinase (IRAK) and tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6), which activate c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and activator protein-1 (AP-1). We then confirmed that LPS stimulation induced the phosphorylation of JNK and c-Jun, and observed strong occupancy of the hepcidin promoter by c-Jun. Promoter mutation analysis also identified the AP-1-binding site on the hepcidin promoter. Finally, bone marrow transplantation between wild-type and TLR4 knockout mice revealed that hepatic TLR4-dependent hepcidin expression was comparable to macrophage TLR4-dependent hepcidin expression induced by LPS. Taken together, these results suggest that TLR4 expressed by hepatocytes regulates hepcidin expression via the IRAK– TRAF6–JNK–AP-1 axis.

다양한 활용용수 생산을 위한 막 소재 및 막여과 공정개발이 고도화됨에 따라 점차적으로 유지관리 측면의 연구개발 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 그 중에서 유지관리 측면의 막 손상 검지와 수명예측은 제도적으로 정립이 미흡한 실정이며, 막여과 공정 운영에서 경제성과 안정성을 고려한 막 손상 검지 기술개발은 막 특성 및 시설규모에 따른 오차보상이 불가피하게 수반되어야 하는 연구이다. 따라서 분리막의 물리/화학적 노출강도에 따른 특성 변화를 관찰하여 내구년한 산정 및 수명예측 알고리즘을 구축하고자 한다. 또한 분리막의 특성과 모듈의 배열에 따라 최적화된 막 손상 검지를 위한 기체-액체 치환율을 기반으로 물리적 한계도출과 병행하여 이를 극복하기 위한 센싱융합 기술을 소개하고자 한다.

정부혁신은 전 세계적인 추세이며 정부혁신의 요체는 재정개혁이라고 말할 정도로 재정계혁의 중요성이 그 어느 때 보다 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 재정개혁은 예산의 효율성, 투명성, 형평성, 책임성을 제고하는 것을 목표로 한다. 현재 중앙정부를 비롯한 산하기관 그리고 지방자치단체에 이르기까지 혁신을 위해 많은 노력을 경주하고 있다. 현재의 예산제도는 재정자원의 효율적 배분과 집행을 위해 적합한 성과예산체계가 아니라 기능별, 품목별 예산체계에 의하고 있다. 품목별 예산체계는 법규의 순응성이 높고 예산당국의 예산관리 측면에서는 효율적이나 성과관리 측면에서는 사업별 성과관리가 어려움이 따르는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 성과평가와 예산을 연계하는 프로그램 예산제도의 도입이 필요하다. 따라서 아직은 도입초기 단계라서 프로그램 예산제도라는 용어도 생소할 수 있는 현실을 감안하여 본 고에서는 프로그램 예산제도에 대하여 총론적인 차원에서 프로그램 예산제도의 발전과정과 외국의 사례를 살펴보고 현재 추진되고 있는 프로그램 예산제도의 도입현황에 대하여 개괄적으로 살펴 본다.
