Hematolgic changes in viral hepatitis are variable. Moderate anemia, low reticulocyte count, shortened red cell survival. macrocytosis, megaloblastic changes, leukopenia, atypical lymphocytosis and moderate thromboytopenia are frequently observed, and hemolytic anemia, agranulocytosis and transient pancytopenia are rarely observed. But aplastic anemia caused by viral hepatitis is extremely rare. Most cases of aplastic anemia are caued by non-A, non-B agents and grave prognosis. Bone marrow transplantation from histocompatible donors seems to be the treatment of choice. Recently we experienced 1 case of severe aplastic anemia probably caused by hepatitis B and treated with antttti-lymphocyte globulin (ALG) and high-dose methylprednisolone.
보드게임과 시청각 교육을 통한 안전교육 프로그램이 노인의안전의식에 미치는 효과비교

Objective : This study targets to the elderly to provide basic data for future safety conscious education programs by conducting board games and audio-visual education, comparing the effects of changes in safety consciousnessthe. Method : The study was developed a safe consciousness coard game, and conducted 24 elderly aged 65 or older in Gimhae, Gyeongsanman-do, September 1 to October 2, 2018, we divided Experimenta group and control group and visited center for senior citizens to conduct safety education board game and audio-cisual education, the evaluation used safety consciousness scale, MMSE-K and K-IADL and the data were analyzed using SPSS24.0. Result : Safety conscious was a significant increase both Experimental group and Control group, and the relationship safety consciousness change according to cognitive level and level of daily was a significant, Experimental group was more response of feel interest and recommended to others than Control group, there was a significant difference. Conclusion : Both safety education through board games and audio-visual education, Safety awareness was a signigicant increase, but safety education through board game can attract more interest and participation than audio-visual education, we identified the effect of board game, from now on, safety education board game will be the basic data for the improvement of safety consciousness and reduction of safety accidents for the elderly. 목적본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 보드게임과 시청각자료를 통한 안전교육프로그램을 실시하고 안전의식의 변화에 대한 효과를 비교하고 향후 안전의식용 교육프로그램에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법본 연구는 2018년 9월 1일부터 10월 26일까지 문헌고찰과 기초조사를 통해 보드게임을 개발하고 예비조사와 전문가 자문을 통해 수정하여 경상남도 김해시의 65세 이상의 경로당 노인 24명을 대상으로 실시하였고, 실험군과 대조군으로 나눠 방문하여 안전교육에 관하여 보드게임과 시청각교육을 실시하고 평가는 안전의식척도, MMSE-K, K-IADL을 사용하였고, 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과실험군과 대조군 모두에서 안전의식이 유의하게 증가했고, 인지 수준과 일상생활활동 수준에 따른 안전의식의 변화간의 관계도 유의하였고 실험군에서 대조군보다 재미를 느낀다는 대답과 남에게 추천해 주고 싶다는 대답이 더 많았고 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론보드게임을 통한 안전교육과 시청각자료를 통한 안전교육 모두에서 안전의식에 유의한 증가가 있었으나시청각 자료를 통한 안전교육보다 보드게임을 통한 안전교육이 대상자에게 많은 흥미와 참여를 이끌어낼 수 있어 보드게임의 효과를 확인하였고 향후의 안전교육용 보드게임 보완ㆍ개발의 기초자료가 되어노인의 안전의식 증진과 안전사고 감소로 이어질 것이다.
가정 물리치료제도에 대한 인식 및 필요에 대한 조사연구 -가정간호수습생을 대상으로-

The purpose of this study was to investigate the need and understanding about the physical therapy. The subjects of this study were 101 licensee nurses who was taking the home nursing trainers. The results were as follows: 1. The home nursing trainers(97.1%) were required the need for home physical therapy service. The reasons which requires the home physical therapy were 'the increased elderly patients(97.0%)', 'the early leaving of the hospital(96.0.%)', 'the lack of caretakers(96.0%)', and 'the increased chronic patients(96.0%)'. 2. The ratio of affirmation of home physical therapy system was 97% of the home nursing trainers, the reasons which were helped the patients was 'the saved time(97.0%)'. 'the decreased psychological stress(95.0%)' 'the continuing treatment after discharge(93.0%)' and 'the teaching patients and caretakers(93.0%)'. 3. The main center which was organized the home physical therapy service was 'the department of home physical therapy arid the home nurse(42.6%)', 'the department of home nurse(22.8%)', and 'the department of home physical therapy(1l.9%)'. 4. The home nursing trainers wanted to learn the home physical therapy methods for chronic patients(95.0%). The contents of home physical therapy methods was 'the therapeutic exercise for preventing deformity(15.4%)', and 'maintenance of normal posture and howe to change body position(12.4%)'. 5. Statistically significant difference in the teams (the home physical therapy, the home nurse, and the home physical therapy with the home nurse) was found between the age groups, and statistically significant difference in the teams was found between the educational degree groups.
